An associative service mining based on dynamic weight (동적 가중치 기반의 연관 서비스 탐사 기법)

  • In order to provide useful services for user in ubiquitous environment, a technique that can get the helpful information considering user activity and preference is needed and also user's interest actually changes as time passes. Therefore, the discovering method which reflects the concern degree of service information is needed. In this paper, we present the finding method of frequent pattern with dynamic weight on individual item based on service ontology we design. Our method can be applied to provide interested service information for user depending on context.

  • 인터넷 사용자의 폭발적인 증가로 인하여 차별화된 웹 서비스를 제공해주는 웹 응용프로그램들의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 그러므로 웹 서버내의 품질향상을 보장해주는 웹 QoS 기술은 전자상거래나 웹 호스팅 같은 부분에서 점점 더 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 웹 서버들은 FIFO 방식의 최선 서비스만을 제공하며, 정보의 중요도나 정보를 제공받는 사용자의 중요도에 따라 차별화된 품질보장을 제공하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 클러스터링 웹 서버 환경에서 차별화 서비스를 위한 동적 부하분산 시스템을 제안한다. 웹 서비스의 차별화된 품질보장을 제공하는 웹 서버 구현을 위해 커널 수준 접근 방식과 응용프로그램 접근방식을 제시한다. 제안 시스템에서는 웹 서비스의 신뢰성과 반응속도를 개선시키기 위해 IP수준의 가장법과 터널링 기술을 이용하여 웹 서버의 부하를 분산한다. 그리고 SNMP의 시스템 부하관련 MIB-II 정보를 검출하여 부하 분산에 반영함으로써 동적인 부하분산이 가능하도록 한다.

  • The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) is the system that processes all of port management such as entry and departure of ships, using facilities within ports, port traffic control, cargo entering and carrying and tax collection in 31 trade ports over the whole country. Lately, The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) has been reformed as a WEB-based system and established basis to provide real time information support structure, diversification of civil complaint system, and optimized civil complaint service by using wire and wireless internet. The typical study on the Port Logistics Information System was C/S program and EDI-centered. But it has significance to study on service quality measurement of WEB Port-MIS that has been served as a new web-based platform since April 2010, for there was no such a study until now.

Understanding the Evaluation of Quality of Experience for Metaverse Services Utilizing Text Mining: A Case Study on Roblox (텍스트마이닝을 활용한 메타버스 서비스의 경험 품질 평가의 이해: 로블록스 사례 연구)

  • The metaverse, derived from the fusion of "meta" and "universe," encompasses a three-dimensional virtual realm where avatars actively participate in a range of political, economic, social, and cultural activities. With the recent development of the metaverse, the traditional way of experiencing services is changing. While existing studies have mainly focused on the technological advancements of metaverse services (e.g., scope of technological enablers, application areas of technologies), recent studies are focusing on evaluating the quality of experience (QoE) of metaverse services from a customer perspective. This is because understanding and analyzing service characteristics that determine QoE from a customer perspective is essential for designing successful metaverse services. However, relatively few studies have explored the customer-oriented approach for QoE evaluation thus far. This study conducted an online review analysis using text mining to overcome this limitation. In particular, this study analyzed 227,332 online reviews of the Roblox service, known as a representative metaverse service, and identified points for improving the Roblox service based on the analysis results. As a result of the study, nine service features that can be used for QoE evaluation of metaverse services were derived, and the importance of each feature was estimated through relationship analysis with service satisfaction. The importance estimation results identified the "co-experience" feature as the most important. These findings provide valuable insights and implications for service companies to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and provide useful insights to gain an advantage in the changing metaverse service environment.

e-SCM에서 AHP를 이용한 제3자 물류업체 선정 기준 평가에 관한 연구

  • 최근 물류환경의 변화로 제품의 신속한 수송과 고객 지향적 물류서비스 제공의 극대화를 꾀하려는 기업들은 제3자 물류의 활용에 커다란 관심을 가지게 되었다. 기업이 제3자 물류업체 활용을 통한 성과를 높이기 위해서는 고객서비스의 향상, 물류관련 비용의 절감 및 물류활동에 대한 운영효율의 향상을 수행할 수 있는 물류업체를 선정하는 것이 중요하다 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 제3자 물류업체 선정과 관련한 주요 선행연구의 종합적인 고찰을 통하여, 제3자 물류업체 선정에 대한 평가기준들을 도출하였다. 선정을 위한 기준으로 비용, 물류서비스, 업체평가, 정보시스템의 4가지 항목으로 나누었고, 이를 계층화하여 AHP기법을 통하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 상위기준의 상대적 중요도는 물류서비스가 0.425로 가장 높게 나타났고, 비용(0.232), 정보시스템(0.224), 업체평가(0.120) 순으로 나타났다. 비용의 항목에 포함되어 있는 하위기준의 중요도는 경제성이 0.710, 안정성이 0.290으로 나타났다. 물류서비스 항목에 포함되어 있는 하위기준의 중요도는 신뢰성이 0.780, 유연성이 0.220로 나타났다. 업체평가 항목에 포함되어 있는 하위기준의 중요도는 기업역량이 0.507, 관계지향성이 0.493로 나타났다. 정보시스템 항목에 포함되어있는 하위기준의 중요도는 정보인프라가 0.471, 정보활용도는 0.529로 나타났다. 분석에 있어 추가적으로 학계와 실무계 전문가 집단으로 나누어 그 중요도를 산출하였는데, 학계 전문가 집단과 실무계 전문가 집단 모두 상위기준에 있어 물류서비스가 가장 높게 나타났다. 주목할만한 점은 학계 전문가 집단의 경우 정보시스템이 비용보다 더 높게 나타난 반면에, 실무계 전문가 집단은 비용이 정보시스템 보다 더 높게 나타났다는 것이다.

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 서비스 환경은 사용자와 시스템간의 상호작용성이 매우 중요하며, 이러한 상호작용성을 사용자 중심의 시각에서 평가하기 위한 새로운 평가 기법의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 서비스의 특성이 반영된 사용자 중심의 상호작용성 평가 metric 개발을 목표로 한다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 기존의 유비쿼터스 서비스 평가방법론을 검토하여, 유비쿼터스 서비스 평가를 위한 평가 속성을 정의하였으며, 둘째, 대인 서비스 평가기법, 사용성 평가기법, 정신측정학 기반의 평가기법 등의 기존의 서비스 평가방법론의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 사용자중심의 상호작용성 평가 metric 을 개발하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서 제안된 평가 metric 을 u-home 서비스의 평가에 실제로 적용하여 그 유효성을 검증하고 각 지표별 중요도를 구해보았다. 본 연구에서 제안한 상호작용성 평가 metric 은 유비쿼터스 서비스 상호작용성 수준을 평가함으로써 잠재 서비스 사용자들을 분석하고, 제안된 프레임워크의 서비스 개발단계에서의 잠재 서비스 사용자에 대한 요구사항 수렴 및 수준 파악에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

A Study on the Evaluation Factors on Korean University Education for Promoting Educational Service Export from the Perspective of Chinese Student in Korea (교육서비스수출 촉진을 위한 한국 대학교육 평가요인에 관한 연구: 중국인 유학생 관점에서)

  • The survey was conducted by Chinese students who currently attend universities for the purpose of evaluating factors that determine the quality of educational services of universities in Korea. Three public universities and five private universities in Kyungsang province were surveyed for the purpose of this study with standardized questionnaires. The study raised questions on four different fronts: 1) Is there a difference in the importance of evaluation factors by Chinese student's on the quality of educational services between public universities and private ones? 2) Is there a difference in the degree of satisfaction felt by Chinese students who attend public universities or private ones? 3) Are there any significant differences in the importance of evaluation factors and satisfaction with the quality of educational services? 4) How different the relative influence of evaluation factors has on satisfaction with the quality of educational services for overall Korean university system? The results of this study showed that there was no statistical difference in signification in the importance of evaluation factors on the quality of educational services between public universities and private universities. Only the relationship factor in criteria four had an effect on satisfaction with quality of educational services between public and private universities. There were significant differences in the importance of evaluation factors and satisfaction with the quality of educational services. Chinese students determined that professor's lectureship as the most important factor, and is the ultimate deciding factor whether they attend a public or private university. It should be noted that studying and knowledge are primary concerns to them. Improvements in the quality of educational services in area of lectureship, physical education facilities, relationship, and administrative services are essential and crucially important for Korean universities in order to attract foreign students and to enhance their competitiveness in the global setting.

An Application of Dominance Analysis and Regression Analysis for Determining the Relative Importance of Critical Factors in Satisfaction of Start-up Support Service Program (우세분석과 회귀분석을 통한 창업지원서비스 만족도 영향요인들의 상대적 중요도 비교)

  • In this study we surveyed service satisfaction for the start-up support program and measured the relative importance of the factors that influence service satisfaction. The five service factors(physical facilities, finance and accounting, human resources, marketing, product development) were used to measure service satisfaction. Typically, the relative importance of predictors is assessed by simply comparing their standardized regression coefficients. However, when the predictors are correlated, regression coefficients cannot be used to explain variance shared by two or more predictors. The dominance analysis used by many researchers in recent years to measure the relative importance of predictor variables. In this article, we applied it in satisfaction research for the start-up support program. The results obtained by the dominance analysis are compared with the results obtained by multiple regression analysis. And satisfaction and relative importance of the five factors are analyzed by entrepreneurship motivation. These findings will contribute to the marketing research field relating to service satisfaction. Service satisfaction for the start-up support program can improve based on this study.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify a survey on total care services, to verify the perception, performance and importance of nursing practices between nursing students and nurses. The sample of the study were 93 nursing students and 38 nurses, A structured questionnaire used in this study composed of 235 items. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 20.0 to calculate frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The Major findings of this study were as follows: The amount and responsibility of nursing practices in total service showed that 'very much increase'was the most. There were statistically significant differences in performance of total care service by nutritional care and elimination care. There were statistically significant differences in importance of total care service by respiratory Care.
