In this thesis, we propose ontology based context-aware recommendation system using concept hierarchy(OCARCH), Context-aware recommendation services are useful to provide an user with relevant information and/or services bared on his current context, However several approaches to context-aware recommendation system have been already proposed, each of them provide information without considering level of information concept bared on his current context, For this reason, we propose OCARCH as system capable of helping people to find their way quickly and easily through large amounts of information by determining level of information concept based on his current context, We are also using prefetching algorithm to store recommendation information that the user is likely to need in the near future based on current predictions, Therefore the OCARCH enables users to obtain relevant information efficiently, Several experiments are performed and the experimental results show that the proposed system provides more effective than conventional context-aware recommendation system.

SOA 플랫폼은 비즈니스의 신속한 변화와 지속적인 최적화를 지원할 수 있도록 SOA 철학을 반영한 기본소프트웨어 인프라이다. SOA 플랫폼은 서비스를 생성하고 관리하는 서비스 라이프사이클 환경, 사용자에게 서비스의 전달을 담당하는 서비스 전달 네트워크, 서비스 수행과 서비스 제공 수준을 통제하는 서비스 통제 플랫폼 그리고 비즈니스 어플리케이션을 토대로 서비스 생성에 기반이 되는 기저 어플리케이션 플랫폼으로 구성된다. 현재 시장에서는 서비스 라이프사이클 환경과 기저 어플리케이션 플랫폼이 주로 적용되고 있으며, 향후에는 서비스 전달 네트워크와 서비스 통제 플랫폼의 적용이 점진적으로 증가될 것으로 예상된다.

정보기술의 발달 및 정보화의 촉진으로 인해 정보시스템의 복잡도는 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 정보보호제품을 설치 ${\cdot}$ 운영함으로써 보안목적을 달성하는 과거의 보안정책은 한계에 도달하였다고 할 수 있다. 대부분의 정보시스템 사용자들은 해당 정보시스템의 보안대책에 대한 신뢰가 적절한 수준인지 판단할 수 있기를 원하고 있으며, 또한 이러한 수준이 지속적으로 유지되기를 바라고 있다. 보안수준을 유지하기 위해서는 지속적으로 해당 시스템의 보안수준을 확인하여야 하는데, 이러한 확인 및 판단의 근거를 제공하는 가장 기본적이고 전통적인 방법은 보안수준에 대한 평가이다. 본 논문에서는 정보시스템의 보안수준을 유지하기 위한 보안수준관리의 필요성과, 이를 위해 보안수준 확인이 필요한 평가 대상항목을 식별하였다.

This study examined (1) what effect emotional labor has on an university library, focusing on (2) the relationship among a supervisor's emotional intelligence, the extent of social support and the level of library service on job performance. The survey period took place from 14 Oct. to 4 Nov. 2013. 533 librarians at 13 public and 28 private university libraries were included in the survey. Of the 533 surveys distributed, 529 were returned and used in the final analysis. SPSS Win 21.0 was used for statistical analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis and differential analysis. The survey also shows that a librarian's emotional labor affects emotional intelligence of supervisor, social support and library service level positively. This finding is not the case for the employees in the general service industry. Because the librarian is professional and manages stress better than general employees. This research suggest the following practical measures. Educational programs for librarian's emotional intelligence should be planned in order to improve library service.

최근의 통신서비스 시장은 경쟁의 도입과 기술의 발전이라는 두 축에 힘입어 양질의 서비스를 보다 저렴한 요금으로 소비자들에게 제공하고자 노력하여 왔다. 그러나 이러한 통신서비스의 질적 향상 노력에도 불구하고 여전히 통신서비스의 품질은 소비자들의 기대수준에는 미치지 못하고 있다는 지적이 있다 더욱이 문제가 되는 것은 소비자가 인지하고 있는 통신 서비스 품질의 기대수준은 시간의 흐름에 따라 동태적으로 변화하는 것이어서 한 시점에서의 통신 서비스 품질 수준의 측정으로는 정책적으로 큰 의미를 설명하기 어려운 실정이다. 이와 관련하여 많은 선행 연구들이 다양한 측면에서 시행되어져 왔지만 이제까지의 많은 선행 연구들은 대부분이 통신서비스의 특성을 제대로 고려하지 않고, 고객만족의 향상과 불일치를 가져오고 있는 성능품질만을 측정한다거나, 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화해 가는 소비자가 서비스에 대해 인지하고 있는 중요도나 기대수준을 고려하지 않고 있으며, 각 구성요소간의 동태적 인과고리에 대한 고려 없이 연구가 이루어져 전반적인 통신 서비스의 고객만족을 전체적인 시각에서 평가한 연구는 극히 드물다. 따라서 본 연구는 통신서비스의 고객만족을 피드백 관점, 동태적 관점, 사실적 관점의 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 적용하여 전반적인 동태적 고객만족 모형을 구현하고 이를 정책적으로 활용할 수 있는가에 대한 접근을 시도하였다. 고객만족은 결코 한순간에 머물러 있는 것이 아니며 체감품질 및 기대수준의 영향을 받아 지속적으로 변화해간다 따라서 어떻게 기대수준을 관리하고 고객의 기대에 부응하는 체감품질을 관리하는 것이 지속적인 고객만족을 획득할 수 있는 가를 시뮬레이션 모형을 통해 가시적으로 시스템의 행태를 구현함으로써 그 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 시도하였다.으로써 웹에서의 혁신적이며 크로스 사이트, 크로스 장르적인 컨텐츠 플래닝의 가능성을 시사하는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.y used to some of interactive storytelling through hyper text in CD-ROM and web sites. 최근 무선 통신 관련 서비스가 활발하게 이루어짐으로써 새로운 종류의 서비스들이 많이 등장하고 있다. 하지만 사업자 측에서 이러한 서비스를 제공하고 사용자로부터 요금을 받을 수 있는 과금 시스템이 아직까지는 미흡한 수준이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 상거래 시장 변화에 맞추어 무선 인터넷에서 과금 시스템의 개념을 알아보고, 무선 인터넷 환경에서 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 과금 시스템을 제안한다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅에서는 사용량 당 과금 정책을 통해 서비스를 제공하여 사용자에게 높은 수준의 QoS 를 제공함과 동시에 비용절감의 효과를 가지고 있다. 하지만 클라우스 서비스 제공 업체에서는 최대 서비스 요구량을 만족시킬 수 있도록 시스템을 구성해야 할 필요가 있으며, 이에 맞추어 상당한 시간동안 다수의 자원을 유휴상태로 운영하여야 한다. 데이터 센터를 유휴상태로 운영될 경우 즉시 서비스 제공이 가능하다는 장점이 있으나 반대로 전력을 낭비한다는 단점을 가진다. 본 연구는 최소한의 전력소모를 하면서 QoS 를 보장할 수 있도록 하는 시스템 구축 모델을 제시하는 데 목적이 있으며 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 우리가 제시한 모델의 적절성을 보이려고 한다. 우리의 모델은 요청 작업 타입에 따른 traffic shaping 기법을 도입하여 작업을 저전력 컴퓨터와 고성능 컴퓨터에 분산배치하도록 하는데 목적이 있으며 가상화 기법을 통해 작업의 신속한 분산작업을 수행하는 방법을 사용한다.

본 논문에서는 항만 입출항시 선박의 안전 강화를 위하여, 항만 PNT(Position, Navigation, and Timing) 수신 모듈의 예상 측위 정확도와 그 오차수준을 평가하여 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 해상 PNT 정보의 신뢰도 서비스 개념에 대해 다룬다. 국제해사기구(IMO)에서 요구하는 해양항법성능인 항만 입출항시의 측위정확도(Accuracy)와 무결성(Integrity), 그리고 가용성(Availability)을 충족하기 위한 성능 평가기법과 성능 검증방법에 대해 제시한다. 사용자 관점에서의 GPS 오차수준을 분석하기 위하여, 신뢰도 측정 및 평가를 위한 수평보호수준(HPL, Horizontal Protection Level)과 스탠포드 다이어그램 분석을 통한 평가를 실시하여, 신뢰도 측정지수를 기반으로 사용자에게 신뢰성 수준을 제공하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.

Recently, researches on the shared authentication based on single sign-on have been actively performed so as to solve the problems of current service provider-centric and isolated Internet authentications, including low usability, high cost structure, and difficulty in privacy protection. In order for the shared authentication model, where the authentications of an authentication provider are shared by several Internet service providers, to be accepted in real Internet environment, trustworthiness among users, service providers, and authentication providers on the level of authentication assurance and the level of authentication information protection is necessarily required. This paper proposes a framework for trustworthy and privacy-protected shared authentication protocol based on the user-centric operation and open trust provider network. The proposed framework is differentiated from previous works in the points that it is able to provide interoperable shared authentication services on the basis of open trust infrastructure.

At the present, Short Messaging Transfer Protocol Standard described under TIA/EIA/IS-637-A does not cover the measures for security at all. Sequentially, in case of necessity, it seems to be a better idea that security functions are made up for current short messaging transfer protocol. This paper proposes security mechanisms including algorithms and protocols for Short Messaging Services(SMS) which present not only high levels of confidentiality and integrity but also appropriate level of authentication.
