교통안전에 대한 지속적인 강화정책에도 불구하고 국내 교통안전수준이 뚜렷한 개선효과를 보이지 못하고 있는 현 시점에서 차량, 도로, 이용자(운전자, 보행자) 간 끊김 없는 정보제공을 가능케 하는 새로운 ITS 융합기술(C-ITS)의 필요성이 어느 때 보다 크다. 본 지에서는 국내 교통사고자료를 바탕으로 국내외에서 검토되고 있는 C-ITS 서비스의 교통안전 기대효과를 살펴보고, 향후 교통안전 혁신을 위한 추가 안전서비스(안)를 제시하고 있다.

본 논문에서는 국제전기통신연합(ITU)의 정보통신기술 표준을 담당하고 있는 ITU-T에서 보안 분야표준을 제정하고 있는 SG17에서의 양자암호 표준화 최신 동향을 살펴보았다. ITU-T SG17에서 양자암호 관련 표준화는 실무반인 Q15에서 담당하고 있다. 양자암호통신은 더 이상 쪼갤 수 없는 물리량의 최소 단위인 양자(Quantum)의 특성을 다양한 통신서비스에 적용하여 가장 높은 수준의 보안 서비스를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있고, 이를 위해 표준화가 필요한 영역에서의 보안 요구 사항과 그와 관련된 상호호환성을 보장하기 위한 다양한 영역의 표준화를 ITU-T SG17 Q15에서 진행 중에 있는데, 해당 실무반의 표준화 연혁과 현재 진행 중인 다양한 표준화 과제의 최신 표준화 현황을 살펴보았다.

클라우드 네이티브 환경에서 데브옵스를 채택하고 내재화하는 과정에서 개발자의 인지부하가 발생하였다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 개발자가 개발에만 집중할 수 있도록 일관된 요구사항에 맞는 개발환경을 제공하는 플랫폼 엔지니어링이 등장하였다. 하지만, 플랫폼 엔지니어링에서 전체 워크플로우 보안을 고려한 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 이를 보완하기 위해 데브섹옵스 관점을 적용하여 전체 워크플로우 보안 방안을 CI/CD 파이프라인 단계, 운영 단계로 나누어서 제안하였다. 또한, 신규 서비스를 런칭 한다고 가정 후 보안 적용 프로세스에 대해서 제안한다. 이렇게 전체 워크플로우의 보안을 고려함으로써, 모든 서비스에서 동일 수준의 보안을 유지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

최근 경제수준 향상과 소자녀 가치관의 확립, 그리고 전국민 의료보험 실시 등으로 인하여 모자보건 대상자의 대부분은 민간 의료시설의 전문인력으로부터 서비스를 제공받게 되었고, 모자보건 수준도 급격히 향상, 1992년 시설분만율의 경우, 99%에 도달하였다. 이렇듯 의료시설 이용의 증가와 의료기술의 발전에도 불구하고, 영아사망율 및 모성사망율이 최근 몇년동안 같은 수준에 머무르고 있음은, 보다 질적인 관리측면으로 사업의 방향이 전환되어야 함을 의미하는데 이는 곧 공공성을 띠고 있는 모자보건사업을 국가가 관리하여야 할 필요성을 더욱 크게 한다. 공공부문에서는 취약대상을 위하여 민간 전문인력과의 유기적인 연계체계를 마련하여 계속적인 관리를 제공할 수 있도록 하고, 보건교육 강화를 위한 관련 홍보물(모자보건수첩 활용, 모유수유 권장, 제왕절개수술 지양 등)을 제작하며 신경아세포종 검사 등과 같은 새로운 예방사업 개발에 중점을 두어야 할 것이다. 또한 영유아관리는 저체중아 및 장애아에 대한 추구관리서비스까지 확대되어야 할 것이다. 현 우리나라 주산기구급이송체계는 응급의료체계내에서 이루어지고 있다고 볼 수 있는데 주산기관리를 위한 의료여건이 성숙되어 있지 못하고 있는데다(이 시기의 집중관리를 통하여 사망 및 장애아 예방이 가능) 관련 제도마저 취약하여 민간의료부문에서는 영아사망 및 모성사망을 낮추기 위해서는 이 부문에 대한 노력이 집중되어야 할 것이다. 첫째, 주산기학, 신생아학 전문인력의 훈련제도 확립파 주산기 관리시설의 지역적 적정분배(분만 2,000건에 1개 시설마련), 둘째, 집중적인 인력과 고가장비가 투입되는 주산기 의료활동 강화를 위한 관련 의료제도의 수정 및 보완, 세째, 질적관리가 매우 중시되는 고위험 신생아의 집중관리를 위한 '표준 의료관리지침서' 마련, 네째, 동 시설 및 관리에 준하여 주산기 의료시설에 대한 감독 및 감시기능 강화를 위한 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 할 것이다.

Programming education needs learning which is adjusted individual learners' level of their learning abilities. Recommendation system is one way of implementing personalized service. In this research, we propose recommendation method which learning items are recommended for individual learners' learning in web-based programming education environment by. Our proposed system for leveled programming education provides appropriate programming problems for a certain learner in his learning level and learning scope employing collaborative filtering method using learners' profile of their level and correlation profile between learning topics. As a result, it resolves a problem that providing appropriate programming problems in learner's level, and we get a result that improving leaner's programming ability. Furthermore, when we compared our proposed method and original collaborative filtering method, our proposed method provides the ways to solve the scalability which is one of the limitations in recommendation systems by improving recommendation performance and reducing analysis time.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate how the employee benefits be related to the employees' organizational commitments through life satisfaction. There are four types of employee benefits: holidays, family-friendly benefits, financial supports for future, and insurance supports for medical care. The results show that 3 types of benefits(holidays, family-friendly benefits, financial supports for future) are significantly associated with life satisfaction. Holidays and family-friendly benefits are positively related to employees' organizational commitments, too. The findings further reveal that life satisfaction is full mediating factor between financial supports for future and organizational commitment. In case of holidays, family-friendly benefits, life satisfaction is partially mediated to organizational commitment. Findings are discussed in terms of the importance of life satisfaction through employee benefits.

There is a growing controversy on whether and how to regulate real-time broadcasting services carried on smartphone. Some advocates strict regulation on them but the others minimal regulation. This study aims to suggest guiding rules for how to regulate broadcasting services in smartphone. For this, the study interviewed fourteen (14) executives of broadcasting companies, content providers, policy research center and regulatory body. The analysis indicates that linear channel service in smartphone is similar in form to traditional broadcasting but they should not be regulated at this moment. The supporting reasons are 1) regulating them is technically not effective, 2) they were already regulated in their primary service platforms, 3) they don't have a significant impact on a society. Consequently, the study suggests that the service providers are categorized as value added common carriers as defined in the Telecommunication Business Act.

This study introduces a study on the adjustment methods of the Life Safety Index. The Life Safety Index is a service provided by the Life Safety Prevention Service System. It comprehensively evaluates individuals' levels of safety in their daily lives, continually monitors their safety status, and presents a comprehensive index to prevent safety accidents in advance. Previous studies have developed the Life Safety Index using evaluation criteria (items) for assessing life safety prevention services, incorporating both the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and Likert Scale techniques. In this study, we build upon this existing Life Safety Index and explore methods for applying adjustment factors based on individuals' characteristics to enhance its accuracy and customization. We develop adjustment factors using existing national statistics to provide personalized services tailored to individual profiles. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for providing customized services by applying adjustment factors to the Life Safety Index, contributing to the development and application of life safety index adjustment methodologies.
