A Study on the Acceptance Factors of the Capital Market Sentiment Index (자본시장 심리지수의 수용요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to reveal the acceptance factors of the Market Sentiment Index (MSI) created by reflecting the investor sentiment extracted by processing unstructured big data. The research model was established by exploring exogenous variables based on the rational behavior theory and applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The acceptance of MSI provided to investors in the stock market was found to be influenced by the exogenous variables presented in this study. The results of causal analysis are as follows. First, self-efficacy, investment opportunities, Innovativeness, and perceived cost significantly affect perceived ease of use. Second, Diversity of services and perceived benefits have a statistically significant impact on perceived usefulness. Third, Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a statistically significant effect on attitude to use. Fourth, Attitude to use statistically significantly influences the intention to use, and the investment opportunities as an independent variable affects the intention to use. Fifth, the intention to use statistically significantly affects the final dependent variable, the intention to use continuously. The mediating effect between the independent and dependent variables of the research model is as follows. First, The indirect effect on the causal route from diversity of services to continuous use intention was 0.1491, which was statistically significant at the significance level of 1%. Second, The indirect effect on the causal route from perceived benefit to continuous use intention was 0.1281, which was statistically significant at the significance level of 1%. The results of the multi-group analysis are as follows. First, for groups with and without stock investment experience, multi-group analysis was not possible because the measurement uniformity between the two groups was not secured. Second, the analysis result of the difference in the effect of independent variables of male and female groups on the intention to use continuously, where measurement uniformity was secured between the two groups, In the causal route from usage attitude to usage intention, women are higher than men. And in the causal route from use intention to continuous use intention, males were very high and showed statistically significant difference at significance level 5%.

A Study on Pseudolite-augmented Positioning Method for Automatic Docking (자동접안을 위한 의사위성 보강 측위기법에 관한 연구)

  • A laser docking system provides a centimeter-level accuracy distance from jetty mounted laser sensors in order to help a vessel to approach to a pier. It is very accurate & useful, whereas there are too many considerable problems. Laser sensors of the laser docking system need to be correctly positioned and installed on a jetty to allow for full range of vessels to be berthed and to consider loading condition and tidal variations. Above all, the laser docking system is expensive and its service coverage is limited. In order to solve these problems, CDGPS positioning method using GPS satellites has been proposed. This paper presents that, through RHDOP simulation, the previous CDGPS positioning method using only GPS satellites is not able to provide the continuous service with centimeter-level positioning accuracy. And this paper proposes a pseudolite-augmented positioning method for vessel docking in order to solve the problem of the continuous service on the previous CDGPS positioning method. In this paper, pseudolite is used to aid in CDGPS positioning. This paper shows that the proposed method can provides the continuous service through comparison analysis of RHDOP simulation results between the GPS satellite constellation and the pseudolite-augmented GPS satellite constellation. Furthermore, it is shown that the proposed positioning method satisfies the positioning performance required for vessel automatic docking at a test bed designed for performance evaluation.

  • The purpose of this paper is to provide directional and policy references to develop a higher level of service quality and consumer-oriented e-commerce platform. This paper has established a model of consumer behavior of Chinese fresh agricultural e-commerce using customer satisfaction theory and cognitive value theory, and used survey and SPS23.0 to verify hypothesis. Studies have shown that when consumers consume fresh agricultural products, product quality, logistics and distribution service quality, interactive quality of e-commerce platform, and product price and cognitive value have a positive effect on consumer behavior. This study is meaningful in the study of consumer behavior of fresh agricultural e-commerce, and in the case of fresh agricultural e-commerce companies, consumer behavior can be understood. In the model constructed in this paper, the relationship between each influencing factor and consumer behavior is considered comprehensively, but the possible relationship between fine molecular factors has not been studied and analyzed. In the future learning process, it is necessary to make clear the characteristics and particularity of the industry, think about its influencing factors comprehensively and make in-depth analysis.

The Effects of Customer Rude Behaviors on Organizational Deviance, Life Violations, and Creativity using Emotional Dissonance and Job Stress as Mediators (고객무례행동이 감정부조화와 직무스트레스를 매개로 조직일탈, 생활침해, 창의성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • As customers' irrational, rude behaviors are often covered by media recently, the issue is becoming a more serious social issue. Workers' stress in the service industry is very severe because they have to face and interact with customers with rude behaviors in-person due to the nature of the job. As a result of customers' rude behaviors, workers even desire to leave their organization because they feel doubts about their job and have negative emotions such as unpleasantness, depression, and fear. Considering that customers' rude behaviors directly impact service industry workers' ability to offer proper service, it is necessary to have appropriate measures against their rude behaviors. This research examined the impact of customers' rude behaviors on service industry workers' emotional dissonance, its impact on job stress, and the impact of job stress on organizational deviance, life violations and creativity. The study also analyzed the moderating effects of stress management education in emotional dissonance and job stress relationship to device ways to manage job stress more positively. To collect data, the study conducted a survey on medical service workers in the customer service sector of large general hospitals and small or medium-sized hospitals in Busan, and the results were as follows. First, rude behaviors had a significant positive(+) effect on emotional dissonance, which had a significant positive(+) effect on job stress. Third, job stress had a significant positive(+) effect on both organizational deviance an life violations. Fourth, job stress had a negative(-) significant effect on creativity. Fifth, there was no moderating effect of stress management education in the relationship between emotional dissonance and job stress.

The necessity of developing various convergence financial services in preparation for the aging (고령화에 대비한 다양한 융복합 금융 서비스 개발의 필요성)

  • The aging process in this country is underway at the fastest pace compared to those of the leading countries. On the other hand, preparing for retirement funds is more difficult than before due to the impact of slow interest rate and slow growth. The purpose of this study is to examine the necessity of providing various financial services in preparation for the future aging era. After analizing the various materials and utilizing a survey of the bank employees and the general public, we have found the followings. The replacement rate of this country, 55%, is much lower than the suggested level of World Bank, 75%. Also, the pension ratio in the income after retirement of this country is much lower compared to those of the States and Japan. The most people who participated in the survey needed ₩2,000 - ₩2,990 thousand for monthly living expenses after retirement. For the retirement funds, the higher the age the higher proportion of savings deposits they want, and the lower the age the higher proportion of insurance and pension products they want. Based on these analyses, the necessities of developing financial life planning which includes both financial and non-financial sides, retirement funds management according to age, revitalization of housing pension and developing diverse retirement funds are suggested.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the efficiency of senior welfare centers and the cause of differences among senior welfare centers in that regard, and to investigate influential factors for the differences in efficiency and the size of the influence of the factors. What methods would be effective at assessing the efficiency of senior welfare centers by taking into account their circumstances was reviewed, and post-hoc analyses were made by using data envelopment analysis(DEA) and Tobit analysis, which were useful tools to evaluate relative efficiency. After 24 senior welfare centers located in Seoul were selected, their yearly operating data of 2011 were utilized. In this study, we set limits to the medical welfare of the elderly welfare services business, and divided into model 2 including the elderly population in the region and model 1, input factors for only internal factors, such as full-time workers. We calculated a valid result by proceeding a BCC analysis and analysis of CCR respectively. As this study has some limitations, follow-up research should be implemented. Yet this study is of significance in that it attempted to present general norms for the efficiency analysis of senior welfare centers by using a DEA model and made various post-hoc analyses based on the efficiency data to give significant suggestions on the service of senior welfare centers.

Travel Patterns of Disabled Persons Using Special Transport Systems : Case of Gyeongsangnam-do (특별교통수단 이용자 통행패턴 분석 - 경상남도 사례 -)

  • Since 2005, when "The Mobility Enhancement for the Mobility Impaired Act" was enacted, special transport systems(SPS) has been introduced by each responsible local entity. For its efficient operations and service enhancements, a clear understanding of travel patterns of SPS users is required. Yet we currently have a very limited understanding about them due to a lack of necessary data. This study represents an attempt to provide a better understanding of SPS user's travel patterns with the data generated by Gyeongsangnam-do SPS Call Center. The data include the number, time and day of calls, origins and destinations of callers, types of callers' impairement etc. The data thus allow one to analyze users' travel patterns, including area-wide O-D patterns. There were a number of interesting findings. For example, wheelchair users are only about 42% and the trips are made mostly on non-peak daytime periods. The results are expected to provide a helpful information not just for Center's SPS operations, but for other local entities that are interested in developing similar call centers as well. By refining the SPS system, periodic patterns of callers could be identified in the future.

  • In Korea, starting with the Government 3.0 Policy, the utilization of public data as an important driving force to promote economic growth has been highlighted as a major issue. However Korea is currently only able to open and provide accumulated data stored in the public domain. To resolve this issue, we need to not only open and provide public information, but also to create new information by linking the data and developing related services. Thus, this study analyzes the linkability of public information and provides lists of the linkable public data. In order to do this, we first have performed preconditioning processes on the accessibility and workability of the data. Next, we have deduced the major keywords in public data through analyzing the morphemes, and then the core keywords (Top 10) and their linkable keyword lists through an analysis of social networks. Based on the outcome of this study, a subsequent study will deduce new information by linking the public data and creating various services and information contents. Furthermore, not only conceptual but also practical linking measures need to be created, and a related law must be prepared.

Effects of Determinants and Persuasion on the Willingness-to-Pay of the Cultural and Heritage Assets' Admission Fee within the National Parks (문화재관람료의 지불의사에 미치는 결정요인 및 설득효과)

  • The purposes of the study were to analyze the effects of determinants and persuasive messages on the willingness-to-pay cultural & heritage assets' admission fees. Recently visitors have responded to a nationwide boycott of the fees within national parks due to feelings of disapproval and resentment. Data were collected through onsite surveys of 302 visitors in the Mt. Gyeryong National Park. Regression analysis and two-way ANOVA were employed to obtain the results. The results indicate that credit card payment was the most prominent predictor of willingness-to-pay at the .05 level. The second highest coefficient was obtained in the condition levying of admission fees and parking fees at the same time, providing temple interpretive services, followed by free days for everyone on special days each month. In addition, the most persuasive message was the descriptive content, which stated that fees were profoundly committed to the protection of the cultural heritage for future generations. As a result, it is effective to continually persuade visitors to use posters or reminders that stress the preservation of cultural assets at the entrance gate.

  • With the development of deep learning technology, voice processing-related technology is applied to various areas, such as STT (Speech To Text), TTS (Text To Speech), ChatBOT, and intelligent personal assistant. In particular, the STT is a voice-based, relevant service that changes human languages to text, so it can be applied to various IT related services. Recently, many places, such as general private enterprises and public institutions, are attempting to introduce the relevant technology. On the other hand, in contrast to the general IT solution that can be evaluated quantitatively, the standard and methods of evaluating the accuracy of the STT engine are ambiguous, and they do not consider the characteristics of the Korean language. Therefore, it is difficult to apply the quantitative evaluation standard. This study aims to provide a guide to an evaluation of the STT engine conversion performance based on the characteristics of the Korean language, so that engine manufacturers can perform the STT conversion based on the characteristics of the Korean language, while the market could perform a more accurate evaluation. In the experiment, a 35% more accurate evaluation could be performed compared to the existing methods.
