In order to perform a successful outsourcing, we needs the SLA through improving the quality of IT services. In particular SLA metrics and evaluation criteria is an important factor as to substitute the IT viability of the company to promote IT Outsourcing. SLA metrics consist of technical, managerial, user perspective items, and has been managed to aim to provide reliable and continuous quality improvement of IT services. This study focuses on the HW availability metrics of SLA indicators of IT outsourcing. We propose the Infra availability criteria for the HW configuration level to meet the SLA contract and evaluation. We offer the Infra configuration standards of SLA contract, and propose criteria to determine the suitability of the target levels in IT operations audit environment. The proposed model was verified the necessity and effectiveness of the Infra configuration standards and operation audit check items through the surveys of experts and users.

최근 3.20 전산망 장애 등 기업을 대상으로 한 대규모 사이버공격이 빈번히 발생함에 따라, 기업의 정보보호 수준을 강화해야 한다는 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이런 상황에서 보안 기능을 서비스로 제공받는 형태의 클라우드 서비스, SecaaS(Security as a Service)가 기업의 정보보호 수준을 강화하기 위한 비용효과적인 방법의 하나로 대두되고 있다. 본 고에서는 SecaaS에 대해 간단히 설명하고, 이를 구현하기 위한 기능 요구사항과 국내 외 관련 솔루션 및 서비스 개발현황 등을 소개하고자 한다.

새로운 인터넷 응용 프로그램들이 등장하면서 망 중립성에 대한 논의는 계속되고 있다. 백본망 제공자의 입장에서 자신의 망에 부과를 주는 응용프로그램들 때문에 비용을 추가로 지불해야 한다는 사실은 오래된 문제이긴 하지만 새롭게 주목을 받고 있다. 많은 연구가 인터넷혼잡에 대한 문제 해결을 위해 가격체계를 도입해야 한다는 사실을 밝혔지만, 종량제 도입시도는 사회적 저항을 불러일으켰다. 하지만 IPTV나 VoIP와 같은 응용프로그램들이 요구하는 품질을 맞추기 위해서 망 투자는 계속되어야 하지만, 정치적 사회적 반대로 인해 사업자의 선택은 제한되어 있다. 한편 인터넷 버전 6를 위한 구축비용이 엄청나며, 새로운 표준 도입의 기술적 문제 때문에 많은 사업자들이 주저하고 있다. 이 논문은 우선대기열을 사용해서, 망 사업자가 무차별, 무계급(non-priority)에 기반한 인터넷에서 차별화된(prioritized) 인터넷 망 서비스를 제공할 때 일어날 수 있는 문제를 살펴본다. 현재의 서비스 수준보다 더 좋거나 같은 수준의 (즉 Pareto-improving) 서비스를 차별화된 가격체계에서 제공할 수 있을지에 대한 가능성과 문제점들을 살펴보면서, 망 사업자와 사용자 모두에게 유익할 수 있는 방안을 검토해 본다.

주변상황에 대한 상황정보를 이용하여 지능형 서비스를 제공하려는 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 연구중의 하나로서, 규칙과 온톨로지를 이용하여 주변상황인식을 위한 상황정보 표현 방법과 표현된 상황정보를 이용한 상황정보 처리 방법을 제시한다. 상황을 기술하고 있는 규칙베이스를 이용하여 주변상황을 개념화하고, 개념 및 기타 시스템에 필요한 정보는 온톨로지를 이용하여 표현한다. 이렇게 표현된 상황정보들은 상황정보 처리기를 통해 하위 수준에서 상위 수준까지의 상황정보들이 도출되어 상황기반의 지능형 서비스 제공을 위해 사용된다.

To raise transit ridership, it is necessary to expand transit facilities in long term Plans and to raise passengers' satisfaction by improving bus service qualify in short term Plans. In this study, the relationship between bus driver job satisfaction and Passenger service Performance is analyzed. The results of the study indicate that a driver s job satisfaction has an influence on accident rates. However, even when job satisfaction is not very high, if food resting facilities and Policies ave Provided then the Probability of an accident tends to decrease. To improve job satisfaction, several things should be done, such as stabilizing employment, creating fair company policies, improving overall employee welfare, and enhancing driver achievement from working. The satisfaction from salary is also an important factor and drivers are satisfied when they earn more money relative to other companies' drivers and when they aye satisfied with their salary increases. Therefore, creating appropriate monetary incentives would be a food policy for improving bus driver job satisfaction. This study serves as pilot research to make a foundation for further research about job satisfaction in the public transit field.

IT 아웃소싱은 기업의 전략적 선택으로 서비스 공급자와 수요자 사이에 SLA를 통해 제공된 서비스를 측정하고 평가 받게 된다. 대표적인 지표인 애플리케이션 가용성은 서비스의 중단 또는 오류없이 사용자에게 시스템을 이용하게 하는 지원능력이며, 애플리케이션 서비스 중단은 비즈니스의 중단을 동반하게 된다. 그런데, 기존의 측정방법은 중단시간을 모두 일괄적으로 평가하여 측정된 서비스 수준의 신뢰성이 하락하게 되는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 애플리케이션 서비스를 이용하는 사용자의 생산성, 시간 및 시스템별 중요도 가중치를 반영하여 측정된 서비스 수준의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 기법을 제안하였다. 이를 통하여 서비스 수준에 대한 사용자의 체감만족도와 객관성을 높일 수 있었다.

To satisfy SLA(Service Level Agreement) contract between a client and a service provider, the client requests are classified and processed by priorities. In providing differentiated service, a request from a client who has low priority can be dealt with less important. In this paper, we study static and dynamic partitioning mechanism of web servers and also admission control policy for multiclass request distribution. Through simulation experiments, we analyze web server throughput and response time considering SLA.

본 고에서는 분산 통신망 환경에서 여러 지역에 분산되어 있는 이기종의 각종 시스템들에게 효율적으로 정보보호 서비스를 제공하기 위해 수행중인 프로젝트인 일부분으로서, 송신자가 송신자의 이득을 위해, 수신자가 수신자의 이득을 위해 메시지를 보낸적이 없다고 부인하는 것을 방지하는 발신처 부인방지와 수신처 부인방지 서비스의 제공과 통신망에서 오류에 의한 전송 실패와 수신자의 파일의 수신자부인을 구분해 주는 전송 부인방지 서비스를 제공해주는 FTP를 설계하였다. GSS-APTI를 사용하여 소스 수준에서 호환성을 갖도록 안전성 서비스들에 대해 일관된 인터페이스를 제공하도록 하였고, 응용 클라이언트와 응용 서버간의 안전한 문맥을 확립하기 위해 세션키를 사용하여 효율적인 키 사용으로 공개키 시스템에서의 오버헤드를 축소하였다. 논문서 설계된 안전한 FTP는 전자상거래 등의 여러 응용에서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
