차세대 네트워크에서 이용자 중심의 융합 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 지식을 보유하고 활용하는 서비스 플랫폼 기술에 대한 연구 동향을 분석한다. 먼저 이용자 중심의 차세대 서비스에 대한 요구사항을 분석하고, 이를 만족시키기 위한 서비스 인프라 및 서비스 사례에 대하여 기술한다. 다음에는 차세대 서비스 인프라를 실현시키는 기술 개발 동향에 대하여 살펴보는데, 기반 기술이 되는 통신 서비스 SOA 기술과 이를 바탕으로 진행되는 국내외의 지식기반 서비스 플랫폼 기술 개발 프로젝트에 대한 현황을 분석한다. 마지막으로는 차세대 통신 서비스 플랫폼을 발전시켜 IT 기반 융합 서비스 플랫폼으로 발전시키려는 비전과 표준화에 대한 최근 동향을 살펴본다.

디지털 기술의 발전에 따라 방송 통신 융합이 가속화되고 있다. 우리나라는 방송 통신의 융합을 위해 쌍방향성을 제공하는 IP-TV와 같은 서비스가 유선 인터넷망을 사용한 홈오토메이션의 고정 환경 서비스를 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 자동차 또는 휴대폰 등의 이동형 디지털 TV에서의 양방향 데이터 서비스 같은 방송통신 융합 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 유선인터넷과 비슷한 전송속도와 비용을 갖는 무선 인터넷 서비스가 필요하다. 우리나라는 2006년 상반기에 유선인터넷과 비슷한 전송속도와 비용을 갖는 무선인터넷 서비스인 휴대인터넷을 상용화할 예정이다. 휴대인터넷은 동일한 주파수 대역을 이용하여 송수신을 하는 TDD방식을 사용한다. 우리나라는 셀룰러 시스템의 발달로 FDD를 중심으로 부품의 개발과 연구가 진행되어 왔기 때문에 TDD용 부품의 개발과 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 TDD 기반의 휴대인터넷용 고출력 RF 스위치의 개발에 대하여 기술한다.

This study is conducted to explore the possibility of service convergence to promote mobile learning. This study has attempted to identify how mobile learning service is provided, which services among them are considered most popular, and which services are highly demanded by users. This study has also investigated the potential opportunities for service convergence of mobile service and e-learning. This research is then extended to examine the possibility of active convergence of common services in mobile services and e-learning. Important variables have been identified from related web pages of portal sites using social network analysis (SNA) and association rules. Due to the differences in number and type of variables on different web pages, SNA was used to deal with the difficulties of identifying the degree of complex connection. Association analysis has been used to identify association rules among variables. The study has revealed that most frequent services among common services of mobile services and e-learning were Games and SNS followed by Payment, Advertising, Mail, Event, Animation, Cloud, e-Book, Augmented Reality and Jobs. This study has also found that Search, News, GPS in mobile services were turned out to be very highly demanded while Simulation, Culture, Public Education were highly demanded in e-learning. In addition, It has been found that variables involving with high service convergence based on common variables of mobile and e-learning services were Games and SNS, Games and Sports, SNS and Advertising, Games and Event, SNS and e-Book, Games and Community in mobile services while Games, Animation, Counseling, e-Book, being preceding services Simulation, Speaking, Public Education, Attendance Management were turned out be highly convergent in e-learning services. Finally, this study has attempted to predict possibility of active service convergence focusing on Games, SNS, e-Book which were highly demanded common services in mobile and e-learning services. It is expected that this study can be used to suggest a strategic direction to promote mobile learning by converging mobile services and e-learning.

This review aimed to analyze characteristics and performances of patient and family-centered care interventions and evaluate the convergence effectiveness. Randomized controlled trials were searched, selected, data extracted and quality-assessed using the Risk of Bias in 15 databases. Characteristics suggested from 21 studies were provision of information, education, communication and family and friend participation. There were 89 measurement variables of performances. Patient outcome was measured by mortality, length of hospitalization, etc., indicated as significantly improved in 18 studies. This review has provided evidence that patient and family-centered care improved experience and performance of diverse patients, families and health-care providers. There is need to convergence adopt patient and family-centered care and conduct evidence-based studies for improvement of quality of healthcare and patient safety in the future.

The citation information of academic resources contains the knowledge flow from previous research, so it is possible to connect fragmented research in relational aspects. The citation information can grasp the overall flow of research, so it can promote convergence research such as developing existing research or deriving related fields. Therefore, in this study, the citation information of academic literature, which was previously provided at the level of simple disclosure, was reconstructed based on the citation relationship. Through this, backward and forward citation analysis were conducted based on time series, and the research flow was analyzed by setting the citation stage. Finally, we developed an academic information service that visualizes the main research contents of backward and forward citation based on time series. This accesses academic resources through the meaning contained in the citation information.

In a V2X convergence service environment, the principal service among infotainment services and driver management services must be supported centering on critical information of the driver, maintenance manager, customer, and anonymous user. Many software applications have considered solutions to be satisfied the specific requirements of driving care programs, and plans. This paper describes data flow diagram of a secure clinic system for driving car diagnosis, which is included in clinic configuration, clinic, clinic page, membership, clinic request processing, driver profile data, clinic membership data, and clinic authentication in the V2X convergence service environment. It is reviewed focusing on security threat issue of ITS diagnostic system such as spoofing, tampering, repudiation, disclosure, denial of service, and privilege out of STRIDE model.

Korea faces new social needs of community-based service for senior citizen as aging is getting fasten. Targeting elderly people who are beneficiaries of long-term care insurance and caring service, this paper aims to explore decent and proper services for senior citizens in terms of rehabilitation, health improvement and quality of life. Especially this research approaches from the perspective of service providers, including service facilities and care-service givers. Using FGI methods with care-providers and in-depth interviews with community social workers as well as nurses, convergence approaches are explored. As a result, welfare field and nursing practices are clearly divided in the community, so that the convergence education and team work tool would be developed in the near future.

본고에서는 IT 기술의 급속한 발전과 보급에 힘입어 최근 많은 관심을 끌고 있는 미래의 의료형태인 유헬스케어에 필요한 IT융합 헬스케어기술을 소개하였다. IT융합 헬스케어기술이 성공적으로 실시되면 맞춤형 헬스케어 서비스와 웰빙을 필요로 하는 많은 이용자의 요구에 의해서 헬스케어는 환자 중심의 질병 및 증상을 완화하고, 치료하는 개념에서 점차 일반인의 건강을 증진하고 질병을 예방하는 개념으로 변화 되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 IT 기술과 의료서비스를 융합하여 언제 어디서나 예방, 진료, 치료 그리고 사후관리를 받을 수 있는 유헬스케어 서비스가 제공될 수 있을 것이다.

향후 2~3년간 통신 기술과 방송 기술의 융합 시도는 급속히 가속화될 것으로 보인다. 이 같은 기술 통합은 서비스간 융합으로 나타나 단기적으로 각각의 사업자는 가입자 확보를 위해 치열한 경쟁을 벌일 것이며, 방송.통신망의 디지털화 완성에 의한 망의 융합화가 더욱 진전돼 궁극적으로는 통합형 비즈니스 모델로 귀결될 것으로 예측된다.

Current Internet services do not consider the service level interoperability because each service is developed with its own interface, which is not compatible with other services. This means that characteristics of Internet services are autonomous and heterogeneous. Moreover each service has its own access method, data representation, and data structure. This will make it difficult for NGN services to be converged. For the convergence scenarios of NGN services, interoperability among different applications shall be supported in service layers in various network environments. In order to realize this, integration function in applications is necessary. And, it is also required that NGN services shall consider to adopt the conventional E-business framework such as ebXML in order to create value added services.
