Structural Equation Model for Bus Service Evaluation (버스의 서비스평가 구조모형에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 2개의 사례지구에 대한 설문조사를 통해 서비스평가 구조모형을 개발하였다. 모형의 가설로서 요인분석과 신뢰성 분석 등을 통해 구성된 '질적서비스에 대한 인식', '이동성에 대한 인식 '환승에 대한 인식', '경제성에 대한 인식'이란 인지서비스(Perceived service)를 나타내는 4개의 잠재변수는 '개인속성'과 '교통특성'이란 잠재변수의 영향을 받으며, 상호 구조적인 관계를 가지고 전반적인 만족도로 대표되는 '서비스평가'에 영향을 미친다고 가정한다. 모형추정결과, 기초적합지수(GFI)가 상인·월성 0.864, 지산·범물 0.807로 나타났고, 조정 적합지수 (AGFI)는 상인·월성 0.823. 지산·범물 0.759로 나타나 적합성은 대체로 양호하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 두 지역 모두에 있어서 잠재변수 간이나 잠재변수와 관측변수간의 인과계수의 유의성도 2, 3개의 인과계수를 제외하면 모두 5% 유의수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타나 전체적으로 모형이 타당하다고 판단된다. 상인·월성의 경우, 운전기사에 대한 인식치가 '서비스평가'에 미치는 영향력이 가장 크며, 요금수준과 더불어 직접적으로 '서비스평가'에 영향을 미치고 있다 기타 편리성, 쾌적성, 시설 및 운영성이 중요한 원인으로 작용하고 있다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 지산·범물의 경우, 쾌적성, 시설 및 운영성, 편리성이 '서비스평가'에 직접적으로 큰 영향력을 미치고 있다. 특히 이러한 '질적서비스에 대한 인식'은 버스의 현행 요금수준과 대기시간에, 그리고 유의성이 높다고 할 수 없지만 이용자의 연령과 버스이용빈도에 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Software Replacement Time Prediction Technique Using the Service Level Measurement and Replacement Point Assessment (서비스 수준 측정 및 교체점 평가에 의한 소프트웨어 교체시기 예측 기법)

  • The software is changed according to the changing businesses and the user requirement, it involves increasing complexity and cost. Considering the repetitive changes required for the software, replacement is more efficient than maintenance at some point. In this study, the replacement time was predicted using the service dissatisfaction index and replacement point assessment index by the software group for each task. First, fuzzy inference was used to develop the method and indicator for the user's service level dissatisfaction. Second, the replacement point assessment method was established considering the quality, costs, and new technology of the software. Third, a replacement time prediction technique that used the gap between the user service measurement and replacement point assessment values was proposed. The results of the case study with the business solutions of three organizations, which was conducted to verify the validity of the proposed prediction technique in this study, showed that the service dissatisfaction index decreased by approximately 16% and the replacement point assessment index increased by approximately 9%.

  • In this paper, we evaluate a performance on a resource allocation algorithm for prioritized data services in CDMA networks supporting real-time and non-real-time data services. The weighted aggregate data throughput is used to characterize the performance of the prioritized data service. Our prioritized data service is implemented so that the weighted aggregate data throughput is maximized via efficient power and spreading gain allocation. Numerical experiments are performed to evaluate a suboptimal resource allocation algorithm for typical parameters.

A Study on Improvement of throughput-linked Port Development (Trigger Rule) System (물동량 연동 항만개발제도 개선방안 연구)

  • Korea's port development adjusts the completion time and size of port facilities according to the future port throughput. The current port development system, which is referred to as "throughput-linked port development (Trigger Rule)", has received positive evaluation for efficiently executing the limited port development budget. Recently concerns have been growing over deteriorating service levels in port facilities in Korea due to accelerated aging of terminal facilities. However, the current port development system does not possess any standard for assessing the level of service and utilizing development indicators. The purpose of this paper is to calculate the Port Service Index (PSI) by selecting indicators to measure the Level of Service (LOS) of ports and deriving weights between the indicators, so that the current "throughput-linked port development (Trigger Rule)" can be linked with the level of service. Based on the result of analysis on a variety of preceding studies, the ship waiting rate, berth productivity, ship turnaround time and ship productivity were selected as four indicators to constitute the Port Service Index. The AHP and entropy methodologies were used to derive weights for each of four indicators which were later combined to calculate the comprehensive weight. The calculation formula of the Port Service Index (PSI) was derived by using the aggregated weights of each indicator, based on which the LOS of domestic container and bulk terminals were evaluated and this measurement result was divided into 6 classes to define each LOS. This paper contributes to draw the improvement measures for port development system that are able to connect the quantitative indicator of throughput, as well as a qualitative indicator of the level of "service".

A Study on Correction Approach for the Life Safety Index for Personalized Services Based on User Profiles (생활안전 예방서비스 사용자 프로파일 기반 맞춤형 서비스를 위한 생활안전지수 보정 방안 연구)

  • This study introduces a study on the adjustment methods of the Life Safety Index. The Life Safety Index is a service provided by the Life Safety Prevention Service System. It comprehensively evaluates individuals' levels of safety in their daily lives, continually monitors their safety status, and presents a comprehensive index to prevent safety accidents in advance. Previous studies have developed the Life Safety Index using evaluation criteria (items) for assessing life safety prevention services, incorporating both the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and Likert Scale techniques. In this study, we build upon this existing Life Safety Index and explore methods for applying adjustment factors based on individuals' characteristics to enhance its accuracy and customization. We develop adjustment factors using existing national statistics to provide personalized services tailored to individual profiles. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for providing customized services by applying adjustment factors to the Life Safety Index, contributing to the development and application of life safety index adjustment methodologies.

Development of The Korean Trust Index for Social Network Services (한국의 소셜네트워크서비스 신뢰지수 KTI 설계)

  • Due to the spread of unreliable online information on the social network services, the users are faced with a difficult problem for determining if the information is trustworthy or not. At present, the users should make a decision by themselves throughly for the trustworthiness of the information. Therefore, we need a way to systematically evaluate the trustworthiness of information on the social network services. In this paper, we design a trust index, called KTI (Korean Trust Index for SNS), as a criterion for measuring the trust degree of the information on the social network services. Using KTI, the users are readily able to determine whether the information is trustworthy. Consequently, we can estimate the social trust degree based on the variation of KTI. This paper derives the various factors affecting trust from the properties of the social network services, and proposes a model to evaluate the trustworthiness of information that is directly produced and distributed over the online network. Quantifying the trust degree of the information on the social network services allows the users to make efficient use of the social network.

  • 정부 및 공공기관에서는 전자정부서비스의 만족도를 평가하기 위하여 홈페이지 설문조사를 이용하고 있으나 설문조사 기관별 예산의 투입, 설문조사 대상, 최근의 추세치 등 여러 변수로 인하여 객관적으로 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 노력을 측정하기가 매우 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 홈페이지를 통하여 제공되는 전자정부서비스의 예산, 설문대상, 추세치 등을 객관적으로 반영한 합리적인 목표수준을 설정하여 평가 할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 합리적인 목표수준 설정의 방법으로 공정능력지수(Process Capability Index, CP)를 활용한 초기 목표치 도출, 예산 및 환경여건 반영, 개선노력, 최종 목표치 설정의 단계를 제안하였다. 이러한 방법을 통하여 환경여건이 다른 정부 및 공공기관의 전자정부서비스 만족도를 평가하여 개선의 노력을 비교할 수 있는 객관적인 방안으로 활용할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 항만 입출항시 선박의 안전 강화를 위하여, 항만 PNT(Position, Navigation, and Timing) 수신 모듈의 예상 측위 정확도와 그 오차수준을 평가하여 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 해상 PNT 정보의 신뢰도 서비스 개념에 대해 다룬다. 국제해사기구(IMO)에서 요구하는 해양항법성능인 항만 입출항시의 측위정확도(Accuracy)와 무결성(Integrity), 그리고 가용성(Availability)을 충족하기 위한 성능 평가기법과 성능 검증방법에 대해 제시한다. 사용자 관점에서의 GPS 오차수준을 분석하기 위하여, 신뢰도 측정 및 평가를 위한 수평보호수준(HPL, Horizontal Protection Level)과 스탠포드 다이어그램 분석을 통한 평가를 실시하여, 신뢰도 측정지수를 기반으로 사용자에게 신뢰성 수준을 제공하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.

A Study of Life Safety Index Model based on AHP and Utilization of Service (AHP 기반의 생활안전지수 모델 및 서비스 활용방안 연구)

  • Purpose: This study aims is to provide a total care solution preventing disaster based on Big Data and AI technology and to service safety considered by individual situations and various risk characteristics. The purpose is to suggest a method that customized comprehensive index services to prevent and respond to safety accidents for calculating the living safety index that quantitatively represent individual safety levels in relation to daily life safety. Method: In this study, we use method of mixing AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process) and Likert Scale that extracted from consensus formation model of the expert group. We organize evaluation items that can evaluate life safety prevention services into risk indicators, vulnerability indicators, and prevention indicators. And We made up AHP hierarchical structure according to the AHP decision methodology and proposed a method to calculate relative weights between evaluation criteria through pairwise comparison of each level item. In addition, in consideration of the expansion of life safety prevention services in the future, the Likert scale is used instead of the AHP pair comparison and the weights between individual services are calculated. Result: We obtain result that is weights for life safety prevention services and reflected them in the individual risk index calculated through the artificial intelligence prediction model of life safety prevention services, so the comprehensive index was calculated. Conclusion: In order to apply the implemented model, a test environment consisting of a life safety prevention service app and platform was built, and the efficacy of the function was evaluated based on the user scenario. Through this, the life safety index presented in this study was confirmed to support the golden time for diagnosis, response and prevention of safety risks by comprehensively indication the user's current safety level.
