This study was conducted as an attempt to explain social service users' intention to repurchase social services. For this purpose, it analyzed variables affecting intention to repurchase social services, focusing on service satisfaction and service effect. The subjects of this study were users participating in community service investment programs and local development projects (city/district) in G Metropolitan City. For the survey, the researcher visited institutions providing social services and had the subjects answer a self-administered questionnaire. A total of 607 questionnaires were recovered and 553 of them were used in the final analysis. The survey period was from the $9^{th}$ to $24^{th}$ of September, 2013. According to the results of analysis, intention to repurchase social services was relatively high as 3.62 out of 5. Service satisfaction was 3.97 out of 5, and service effect was as high as 4.11 out of 5. According to the results of regression analysis on intention to repurchase social services, intention to repurchase services was affected significantly by 'service accessibility' (B=.100, p<.01) among the factors of service satisfaction, and 'More adaptable to daily life after getting services' (B=.206, p<.001) and 'The current services are necessary for my family' (B=.475, p<.001) among the factors of service effect. Based on these results, practical suggestions were made for enhancing users' intention to repurchase social services.

This paper is to set up the autoregressive distributed lag model in order to estimate factor elasticities of the service export in the medical and healthcare service industry and to analyze the determinants for its export performance during 1975-2015. The empirical results suggest that industrial markup, exchange rate, and interest rate have had more decisive effects on the industrial export performance in the medical and healthcare service industry, in particular, during the declining period in factor prices since the foreign currency crisis beginning in late 1997.

India has been service-led economic growth during 50 years and turned to the so-called 'service economy' which means that the services sector takes over 50% in GDP since 2000 year. This study aims to find the factors in the existing hypotheses for service economy in India and tries the empirical analysis with the 1953~2003 annual time series data. As a result, the service economy in India has been accelerated by the hypotheses of demand bias, productivity bias and demand increasing of services as the intermediates simultaneously. This implies that the phenomenon of service economy will be continued and furthered in India.

The purpose of this study is to review recent academic studies on the service quality evaluation of libraries in Korea and to derive from research trends and several suggestions. This paper compared and analyzed service quality evaluation models in the field of library and information science and management science. This study also conducted comparative analysis of academic journal articles on 'service quality evaluation models of digital libraries'(2002~2007) and 'service quality evaluation of libraries'(2009~2014) in Korea.

2020년은 급격한 인구감소, 고령화, 대도시 인구집중 등 우리나라의 인구구조변화가 급격하게 진행되는 것을 보여주는 해였다. 2020년 주민등록인구수가 처음으로 감소하였으며, 2020년을 기점으로 수도권 인구가 비수도권 인구를 추월할 것으로 전망되었다(통계청, 2020.6). 인구감소, 도시인구 집중화 외에도 1-2인의 소규모 가구 증가 등의 인구구조변화도 진행되고 있다. 이러한 인구구조 변화는 우리나라의 잠재적 경제성장률 등 국가경제뿐만 아니라, 지역별 물이용 변화 등 다양한 공공서비스 수요패턴 및 관련 재정 등에도 영향을 미친다. 이는 공공서비스 공급 및 관련 인프라 유지·관리에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 특히 중소지역의 공공서비스 사업의 경우, 인구감소로 인한 공공서비스 수요 및 관련 재정수입의 감소로 사업의 지속가능성이 크게 약화 될 수 있다. 따라서 인구구조변화가 공공서비스 수요에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 관련 인프라시설의 유지·관리에 미칠 영향을 진단해 볼 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인구구조 변화가 공공서비스 중 물관리에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 정량적으로 분석해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 160개 지방자치단체의 2006~2018년까지의 패널 자료를 구성하여 인구구조 변화 특성 중 인구 규모 변화, 소규모 가구 수의 변화, 인구 연령대 변화(고령화)가 물이용 변화에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석을 통해 중점적으로 분석해보았다. 본 연구의 인구구조 변화에 따른 공공서비스 이용변화에 대한 정량적 분석결과는 공공서비스 운영·관리 시 참고할 수 있을 것이다.

Current socioeconomic condition in South Korea is characterized by growing country with highly unemployment rate. Enhancing service industry, therefore, is one of the important government policy issues. In addition to quantitative growth of service industries, OECD comparisons between countries as shown in the competitiveness of the domestic service industry, followed by a very low-level, enhancing the competitiveness of service industries are also important issues of national policy. In particular, finance, education, insurance industry, such as relatively large enterprises have entered the service industry to remain competitive and comparable, but the case of small service industries, has shown a very low level of competitiveness. Thus, the world's leading technology and IT infrastructure can be applied to small and medium-sized service industry in order to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and service infrastructure, resulting in improving competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to develop government supporting policy issues by analyzing the current usage of IT, problems and requirement analysis, and critical success factors for applying IT to small and medium-sized service industries. For a survey 2,000 samples are collected from service companies. The results show that IT usage is very important to improve competitiveness in small and medium sized service industry. In addition, customized it solutions are needed to satisfy different characteristics of service industry depends on types of business. Finally, government supporting programs of IT has to be improved. The results would be able to provide directions and guide lines of IT utilization in service industries.

본 연구의 목적은 기존의 미디어 패러다임을 급격히 변화시키고 있는 IPTV 서비스를 대상으로 도입 3년 시점에서의 경제적 성과를 분석하는 한편, 향후 3년간 IPTV 서비스 도입에 따른 경제적 파급효과와 비교 분석하는 것이다. 비교대상이 되는 경제적 성과는 생산유발효과, 소득유발효과, 고용 유발효과를 포함한다. 우리는 이 분석을 통하여 IPTV 서비스가 과거 3년동안 어떤 산업에 어느 정도의 영향을 미쳤으며, 향후 어떤 산업에 큰 영향을 미칠지 전망할 수 있다.

최근 들어 도시 집중화 현상 및 기반산업의 불균형적인 발전에 따른 문제를 해결하기 위해 유비쿼터스 기술 기반의 혁신도시 개념인 u-City에 대한 연구와 발전의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 u-City의 개요와 필요성, 그리고 기존도시와의 개념적, 기술적 차별성에 대해 분석하고 이와 관련된 요소기술들에 대하여 분석한다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 u-City 구축 시 필요한 다양한 서비스에 대하여 분류하고, 각각의 분류에 따른 실제 서비스 적용 사례에 대하여 분석한다. 또한 이러한 u-City에서의 다양한 서비스들에서 발생 가능한 보안 문제점에 대하여 분석하고, 이를 효과적으로 해결하기 위한 보안 고려사항들에 대해 분석한다.

본 논문에서는 분산 이기종 환경에서 웹 서비스를 이용한 데이터 처리 방식과 기존의 분산 처리 기술들과의 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 성능분석을 위한 시스템으로 분산 이기종 환경으로 825 e-Marketplace를 설계 구현하였다 본 논문에서 테스트한 성능분석은 B2B e-Marketplace에서 JWSDP 기반의 웹 서비스와 Java-RMI, CORBA를 대상으로 한다 성능분석 결과 분산 이기종 시스템에서 대량의 데이터를 처리하는 경우 웹 서비스를 이용하는 방법이 효과적적임을 보여준다.

본고에서는 교육 분야에서 다양한 데이터를 수집 및 분석하여 개인화된 학습 서비스를 제공하려는 학습 분석(Learning Analytics) 서비스의 개념과 앞으로 기대되는 유즈케이스를 소개한다. 국제적으로 주목 받고 있는 학습 분석 기술은 현재 개념화 수준에 머물러 있지만, 글로벌 기업들이 주축이 된 민간단체에서는 데이터 수집체계와 같은 구체적인 구현 방법에 대한 논의도 추진되고 있어서 관련 현황에 대한 진단도 해본다. 특히 국제 표준화 기구와 단체를 통해 추진되고 있는 내용을 중심으로 소개한다. 다양한 데이터 응용 기술을 융합해서 기대할 수 있는 학습 분석 서비스 모형을 제시하면서 관련 정책과 제품개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
