최근 멀티미디어 콘텐츠가 빠르게 확산되고, 초고속 광대역 IP 네트워크 기술이 발전하면서 통신과 방송의 독자적 개별 서비스가 서로 공존하여 통합융합 서비스로 진화발전하고 있다. 대표적 방송/통신융합 서비스인 IPTV는 통합융합서비스의 가장 강력한 응용분야이며, IPTV와 같은 서비스들이 증가함으로 인해 다양한 인터넷 서비스를 구현하기 위해서 인터넷 프로토콜을 통한 고화질의 데이터 처리에 대한 관심이 통신업계의 화두로 등장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소규모에서 사용되는 표준 라우팅 프로토콜인, RIP 환경과 대규모 자율 네트워크에서 사용되는 링크 상태 라우팅 프로토콜인, OSPF 환경을 구현하여 IPTV 서비스 중에서 방송 화질의 PSNR값으로 성능을 측정하고 평가하여 효율적인 IPTV 서비스를 위한 네트워크 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In this study, LD construction cases of overseas libraries were analyzed with focus on published datasets, reused vocabulary, and interlinked external datasets, and based on the analysis results, basic data on LD construction plans of domestic libraries were obtained. As a result of the analysis of 21 library cases, overseas libraries have established a faithful authority LD and conducted new services using published LDs. To this end, overseas libraries collaborated with other libraries and cultural institutions within the region, within the country, and nationally under the leadership of the library, and based on this cooperation, a specialized dataset was published. Overseas libraries used Schema.org to increase the visibility of published LDs, and used BIBFRAME for subdivision of description to define various entities and build LDs based on the defined entities. Overseas libraries have utilized various defined entities to link related information, display results, browse, and download in bulk. Overseas libraries were interested in the continuous up-to-date of interlinked external datasets, and directly utilized external data to reinforce catalog information. In this study, based on the derived implications, points to be considered when issuing LDs by domestic libraries were proposed. The research results can be used as basic data when future domestic libraries plan LD services or upgrade existing services.

Vehicle average speed information which measured at a point or a short section has a problem in that it cannot accurately provide the speed changes on an actual highway. In this study, segment separation method based on vehicle big data for accurate micro-speed estimation is proposed. In this study, to find the point where the speed deviation occurs using location-based individual vehicle big data, time and space mean speed functions were used. Next, points being changed micro-scale speed are classified through gradual segment separation based on geohash. By the comparative evaluation for the results, this study presents that the link-based speed is could not represent accurate speed for micro-scale segments.

With high interest in linked data, there are various attempts to accommodate the linked data model in cataloging process. This study intends to discuss how to adopt and make the best use of linked data based bibliographic framework in order to improve the quality of library catalogs and to enhance library services in Korean libraries. To the end, this study focuses on (1) discussion of the meaning of linked data from the library cataloging perspective, (2) tracking best practices for implementing and operating linked data among North American and Europe libraries and bibliographic networks (in detail, constructing various types of ontology, developing linked data model including BIBFRAME and OCLC linked model, and improving retrieval service and interface), and finally (3) exploring problems and the anticipated challenges to transition to the linked data model in Korea. The data for discussion were collected from literature review and case study.

본 논문은 위치 기반 DBpedia 모바일 브라우저 개발에 관한 내용으로 사용자의 현재 위치를 중심으로 Google Map과 DBpedia를 매쉬업하여 주변의 DBpedia 개체를 표시하고, 링크를 통해 추가적인 RDF 시맨틱 정보를 탐색할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. DBpedia는 Wikipedia로부터 구조화된 데이터를 추출하여 RDF 형식으로 저장한 지식베이스로서 오늘날 엄청난 규모의 빅데이터로 발전되고 있는 링크드 오픈 데이터(Linked Open Data)에서 가장 핵심으로 부각되고 있다. DBpedia는 약 73만개의 장소 및 지역에 관한 정보를 포함하여 약 4백 58만 가지의 다양한 개체들에 관한 정보를 가지고 있으며 여러 종류의 위치기반 데이터 세트도 보유하고 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 브라우저는 이러한 데이터 세트 내용을 스마트폰의 위치정보서비스를 활용하여 주변에 있는 장소나 건물 등을 지도에 표시하고, 해당 개체에 대한 간단한 요약 정보와 추가적인 시맨틱 정보 검색을 위한 링크를 제공한다.

In this paper, for a uplink space division multiple access system named cooperative spatial multiplexing(CSM), radio resource management(RRM) algorithms are proposed based on sharing uplink channel information among a serving base station(BS) and interfering BSs in a uplink coordinated wireless communication system. A constrained maximum transmit power algorithm is proposed for mobile station(MS) to limit uplink inter-cell interference(ICI). And joint scheduling algorithm among coordinated BSs is proposed to enhance uplink capacity through ICI mitigation by using channel information from interfering BSs. It is shown that the proposed RRM algorithm provides a considerable uplink capacity enhancement by effective ICI mitigation only with moderate complexity.

It has been prevalent to be serviced through WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) as a variety of mobile devices have been introduced. If the number of mobile devices increases rapidly for the network access in a limited range of ESS(Extended Service Set), a lengthy connection delays are induced due to the initial link setup process of the IEEE 802.11i which is WLAN security standard. In this paper, we propose a new initial link setup protocol which can be executed in the ESS area of WLAN.

본 논문에서는 비동기 방식 CDMA의 표준화 기관인 3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project) 규격에 의거 비동기 IMT-2000 역방향 링크의 Physical layer flatform simulation을 수행하여 차세대 이동통신의 성능 분석 및 파라메터를 도출하였다. 역방향 링크의 성능은 채널 환경과 데이터 전송율, 채널 코딩 기법, 변복조 방식 등에 의해 크게 좌우된다. 따라서, 광대역 채널 모델링과 ITU-R 평가 환경에 근거하여 데이터 전송율에 따른 시스템 성능과 채널 환경에 따른 시스템 성능, 터보 부호화에 따른 성능, 터보 인터리버 종류에 따른 성능 및 OCQPSK 변복조 방식에 따른 성능을 분석하여 비동기 방식 시스템의 기술적 근거 및 타당성을 제시하며 차세대 이동 통신 서비스의 전개시기에 적절한 연구로서 활용될 수 있는 자료를 제시하였다.

We propose a transmit beamforming algerian for array antenna in FDD (Frequency Division Duplex) environments. The proposed method estimates the directions and spectra of the users, and constructs the spatial covariance matrix of the interferences at the downlink frequency. The weights are computed by that covariance matrix and desired user's direction vector Simulations are performed under Rayleigh fading environments. The proposed method don't need the data feedback, has the enhanced performance in BER (Bit Error Rate).

최근 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스에 대한 관심이 HD(High Density)방송의 시작과 함께 고조되고 있다. WPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) HD 방송 채널을 수용하기 위해서 요구되는 방송대역은 20Mbps로 현재 가입자 망으로 한계를 가지고 있다. 궁극적인 해결 방안으로 FTTH(Fiber To The Hone) 광 가입자망이 논의되고 있다. 광 가입자 망의 유력한 방법중의 하나가 Gigabit Ethernet PON으로 IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics) 802.3 EFH(Ethernet First Mile) AH Group을 중심으로 표준화 진행 중에 있다. IEEE 802.3 EFM AH Group에서는 가입자 망 장애에 대한 Protection 링크 이중화가 고려되고 있지 않아 본 논문에서 Gigabit Ethernet PON에서 링크 이중화 방법을 제시 하고자 한다.
