본 논문에서는 SIP 기반의 VoIP 서비스 환경에서 보안성 확보를 위해 속성인증서를 사용한 사용자 인증 시스템을 설계하였다. Redirect Server와 인증 서버를 각 Proxy Server 사이에 두어 인증서의 발급 및 검증, 사용자의 등록 및 관리 기능을 수행한다. 기존에 인증 시스템은 사용자 인증서가 외부에 노출이 되면 심각한 보안상의 문제가 발생할 수 있지만 속성인증서를 사용하면 외부에 노출에도 강력한 보안을 적용할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 속성인증서를 인증 서버가 발급과 검증을 하므로 안전한 통신 시스템을 구현할 수 있으며, 서비스 사용자를 Redirect Server에 등록 하게 함으로써 불법사용자의 접근을 제한하고, 정상적인 사용자를 인증하여 사용자의 정보보안 및 올바른 서비스의 제공이나 서비스 이용 요금의 과금시 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

This study has targeted to comparatively analyze smoking cessation success rates and success factors among new enrollees and re-enrollees in Smoking Cessation Clinics for its efficient operation. A total of 319,908 smokers who were enrolled in the Smoking Cessation Clinics in one of 253 public health centers across the nation for more than 6 months from July 16, 2009 to July 15, 2010 were examined. According to the comparative analysis, the following results have been obtained. According to the results, it has been confirmed that it is necessary to determine why smoking cessation success rates are low and take additional efforts to increase the rates for the effective operation of smoking cessation clinics. In addition, smoking cessation success rates were higher when only BT(Behavior Therapy) was given than when both BT and NRT(Nicotine Replacement Therapy) were provided to new enrollees while they were lower when only BT was provided than when both BT and NRT were given to re-enrollees. Therefore, it is necessary to provide differentiated service types depending on the type of enrollment. Hence, it is also required for the government to take various approaches in terms of a direction for a smoking cessation policy.

학술활동 생명주기는 저자, 학술단체 및 정보서비스 제공자의 관점에서 논문투고, 심사, 출판, 데이터베이스 구축, 정보서비스로 정의될 수 있다. 생명주기 단계별로 학술단체들은 온라인 또는 오프라인 도구들을 이용해 저자와 심사위원들간의 커뮤니케이션을 돕고 있으며, 정보서비스 제공기관들은 출판된 학술정보를 수집하고 데이터베이스를 구축하여 정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이들 단계들에 표준식별체계를 적용하여 유기적으로 연결해 주면 생명주기 활동에 들어가는 전체적인 시간, 노력, 비용을 절감 할 수 있다. 이 발표에서는 학술활동 생명주기의 이해당사자들의 요구를 전반적으로 만족시키기 위해 개발된 DOI등록 관리 서비스의 설계 및 구현에 대해서 논한다.

현재 UDDI이에 등록되어 있는 웹 서비스에 대한 검색은 키워드 검색을 기반으로 하고 있다. 그러나 독립된 웹 서비스의 상호 관련성을 통한 서비스의 조합에 대한 요구가 늘어남에 따라 기존의 키워드 기반의 검색으로는 이를 만족 시킬 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 WSDL과 UDDI의 비즈니스 정보에 대한 레이블링과 역파일을 생성하고 이에 따른 가중치 벡터를 생성하여 질의 벡터와 비교 연산을 항으로써 사용자가 조합하고자 하는 웹 서비스와 등록된 웹 서비스 사이의 유사성을 통한 검색 기법을 설명한다.

휴대 단말기의 높은 보급률 및 무선 인터넷 망의 발달로 인해 휴대 단말기를 이용한 서비스가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이와 같은 서비스는 서비스를 받는 사용자의 인증을 필요로 한다. 다양한 서비스의 가입에 따른 사용자의 인증은 가입사가 인증하는 방안을 제시하고 있지만 접속하는 휴대 단말기를 사용하는 사용자에 대한 인증은 제공하지 않는다. 이로 인해 휴대 단말기의 도난이나 제삼자의 활용으로 휴대 단말기의 실질적 소유자가 피해를 입을 수 있다. 이에 휴대 단말기의 사용자 인증 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 휴대 단말기의 사용자 인증은 휴대 단말기를 소지하고 있는 사용자, 또는 휴대 단말기를 활용하는 사용자가 실제 당사자인지를 확인하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 휴대 단말기의 서비스 제공업자(이동 통신회사)에 사용자의 패스워드를 등록하고 이를 활용하여 사용자 인증을 제공하는 방식에 대한 연구를 진행하였다.

최근 온라인 학습의 비중이 증가함에 따라 온라인 학습 서비스의 일부인 온라인 상담 부분도 비례하여 증가하고 있으며, 많은 상담량으로 인해 상담 서비스의 품질이 저하되고 답변의 속도, 효율성도 감소하는 문제가 발생한다. 국내 교육기관에서는 서비스 개선과 사용자 맞춤형서비스를 제공하기 위해 다양한 연구를 진행하고 있으며 민원을 처리하는 챗봇 등 자동 답변 서비스 도입을 추진하고 있다. 챗봇 및 자동 답변 서비스는 서비스 제공자 입장에서 저예산으로 단순한 질문에 대하여 신속하고 효율적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며 서비스 이용자는 즉각적인 답변과 유사한 답변 예시를 확인함으로 질문을 빠르게 해결할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 국가 공공기관에서 제공하는 학습 서비스는 단순하고 반복적인 문의가 많고 정형적인 질의응답이 주로 등록이 되고 있다. 자동 답변 서비스는 이런 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 대안이 된다. 서비스 이용자가 등록한 문의를 기반으로 학습한 답변 서비스는 담당자의 반복된 업무처리 경감과 사용자의 답변감소, 일관된 답변처리로 서비스 품질개선에 큰 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자의 질문에 효율적인 답변 및 민원 처리 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방법을 제시하며, 관리자의 업무능력 향상과 효율성을 위해 기간별 키워드 빈도수를 계산하여 Word cloud를 생성하여 제공함으로써 사용자들에게 일정 기간 내 빈도수가 높은 키워드 관련 공지 및 안내를 할 수 있도록 한다.

최근의 정보통신 기술의 발달은 의료의 중심을 기존의 진단 및 치료에서 예방으로 이동하게 하였다. 이에 따라 환자 뿐 아니라 건강에 관심이 많은 일반인들이 병원 밖에서도 스스로 건강 증진을 위해 질병 예방을 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 셀프케어 시스템들이 개발되어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 개발되어지고 있는 셀프케어 시스템들은 대부분 회원 등록의 과정이 필수적이며, 또한 회원 등록 과정에서 자가진단을 위해 성별과 같은 기본적인 정보를 수동적으로 입력해야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 음성과 영상을 이용한 성별 인식을 통해 비 등록 사용자에 대한 기본정보를 자동으로 인식하고 온톨로지를 이용한 자가진단 서비스에 적용함으로써 회원 등록을 원치 않는 비 등록 사용자에 대한 편의성을 고려하였다. 또한 온톨로지를 이용한 자가진단 서비스의 진단 결과로 질환에 대한 정의 및 증상, 치료 방법을 설명하고 증상의 경중에 따라 방문 치료할 진료과에 대한 정보를 제공함으로써 사용자가 스스로 건강을 진단하고 진단결과에 따라 간단한 치료를 할 수 있으며, 증상의 악화를 예방할 수 있도록 도와준다.

While standardization and its applications for registering and sharing information resources about B2B transactions such as business documents are relatively well developed, it is not easy to register and share business process resources because there are many ways to define complex business processes using different specification(definition) languages. In practice, there are several competing business process specification languages applicable under service-oriented architecture (SOA) such as ebXML BPSS, WS-BPEL, BPMN and so on. A systematic way has to be prepared to register/share diverse and heterogeneous specifications represented using those languages. This paper demonstrates the usefulness of sharing B2B business processes by prototyping a business process registry called ebRR4BP. First of all, we designed a metadata ontology to support the registration of diverse B2B business processes. To implement the proposed metadata ontology using ebXML registries, a mapping scheme to ebXML Registry Information Model is also suggested. The ontology and mapping scheme will be a foundation for supporting common interchange of business process metadata among B2B resistries.

The presence service which provides user's presence information by subscription and notification is one of SIP(session initiation protocol) extension services, and it is used importantly in VoIP(Voice over IP) and Instant Messaging service. In this paper, we propose a new method in which users can combine and control presence service and call processing services in various ways by extending call processing language, and only changed parts of the presence information are published instead of full presence information document. Each user registers full presence information document with his own call processing script during the first publication to a presence server. The presence server executes these call processing scripts, so it can provide various services with combination of presence service and call processing services during the presence subscriptions and notifications. Afterwards, users publish only changed parts of the presence information and the presence server notify only these changed parts to watchers. Therefore the efficiency of the overall system can be improved. The performance of our proposed model is evaluated by experiments.

The applications for considering their position and daily patterns of dementia patients have been developed in an early stage even if the older patients who have weaker or serious symptoms has increased in various forms. In this paper, we develop an android-based application which displays positions and pathways of patients on maps and provide messages in the cases of dangerous situations. Guardians need to register schedules including safe areas and personal information of their patients. This system registers behavior status categorized as normal or abnormal each position which is sent to a database. In particular, the deviation status is assigned in case the patients are not within the safe areas that their guardians registered on their schedule. The wandering status is assigned in case the patients are repeatedly passed by their pathways. This smart application contains the modules such as patient position sending, guardian and patient information, patient schedule and safe zone registration, position and behavior status registration, pathway display and message sending, and rescue request. This system sends the notification and alarm service providing normal and abnormal behavior with deviation and wandering status of patients respectively.
