This study investigated the copyright problems in the course of distance teaming. The Copyright Act of Korea is built to protect the rights of authors and the rights neighboring on them and to promote fair use of works in order to contribute to the improvement and development of culture. However, for efficient use of library's materials for distance education, some articles in the Copyright Act of Korea is needed to be changed. We suggested the revision in the article 23 “Reproduction for the Purpose of School Education” and the article 28 “Reproduction in Libraries, etc”.

The educational computer game service, due to its entertainment role, is a very attractive tool for students to raise their interests in learning. Especially mathematics, the most difficult subject for many students, is one of the typical subjects in which the educational computer game service can be efficiently applied. Most of the previous game services is for single or two learners. And learner only have to simply submit a solution for the proposed math expression in the game. In this paper a multi-player game service based on TCP/IP socket programming technique is designed and implemented to join in the game for multiple learners. In addition, we design a game rule to improve learners' number sense by letting them arrange various ways to solve the problem. Finally, using the requirements of educational game service, we evaluate the proposed game service and its usability.

In this study, an empirical analysis was made with intent to establish an appropriate marketing business strategy for customers by inquiring into the effect of service education of 250 Korean restaurant employees, who provide services for foreign tourists in Seoul area as professional customers, on service orientation and organizational effectiveness. The result is summarized as follows. The effect of service education of Korean restaurants' employees on service orientation showed that the typicality, reliability, confidence and empathy have a positive effect on the service orientation. For the effect of service orientation on organizational effectiveness, the service orientation had a positive effect on the job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. In other words, it was proven that the typicality, reliability, confidence and empathy of employees education are key mechanisms in improving their behaviors and attitudes to aim for important customer-centered services. Consequently, the backup of these attitudes and customer-oriented behaviors can be connected to the increase of productivity, which enhances the organizational effectiveness.

In this paper, it provides social network service using context-aware for tourism. For this the service requires Anthropomorphic natural process. The service object need to provide the function analyzing, storing and processing user action. In this paper, it provides an algorithm to analysis with personalized context aware for users. Providing service is an algorithm providing social network, helped by 'Friend recommendation algorithm' which to make relations and 'Attraction recommendation algorithm' which to recommend somewhere significant. Especially when guide is used, server analysis history and location of users to provide optimal travel path, named 'Travel path recommendation algorithm'. Such as this tourism social network technology can provide more user friendly service. This proposed tour guide system is expected to be applied to a wider vary application services.

Recently, as the one way of open Innovation management, Not a company's sole activity, but technology development and infrastructure buildup between companies for the synergistic effect of technological innovation, and technology transfer commercialization is needed. For a successful technology commercialization, it needs many experts like technology transfer agents, A technology transfer agent can be qualified with finishing its registration education course over 40 hours on the basis of the article 14 of law on the Promotion of Technology Transfer and the article 21 of the enforcement. After the 2010 revision of notice, the incorporated company, the Korea Technology Transfer agents has conducted the registration education. Until now, educations were conducted twice in January 2011 and November 2011. Accordingly, this study is necessary to improve the education service's quality and seek remedy through the in-depth evaluation of the present basic education service's quality. The results are as in the following. First, the service quality affect the satisfaction of the education service's quality positively. It is identified that the details of service quality of flexibility, reliability, responsiveness, conviction, and sympathy influence the education service satisfaction positively. Second, the education service satisfaction affects the attitude positively after completing the course. Third, service quality affects the attitude after completing the education course, Also it is identified that the details of service quality of flexibility, reliability, responsiveness, conviction, and sympathy influence the attitude after education completion. It is expected that this research may be used as the basic information for establishing education improvements and be helpful in establishing the technology transfer agents' registration education strategy. Through a continuous research, it is also expected that technology transfer markets are accelerated and qualified technology transfer agents are trained.

In recent years, the development of ubiquitous computing environment, according to the time, place, regardless of the environment changes dynamically based on providing a service. In particular, ubiquitous computing environment, education support services in the fields of education according to the principal of each member is required to provide personalized information. Therefore, this paper describes the education support system which provide adaptive information to member of education. The structure of the proposed system consists of mobile agents multi-agent system platform, JADE (Java Agent DEvelopment framework) is based. Also, we describes the design of agents for application services and the interaction model. In this paper, the performance of proposed system to verify availability, classroom teachers, students and parents and administrators as a service application based on the user's role to provide appropriate information system was implemented. Finally, we shows the result of user interface GUIs according to adaptive education services.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has been revolutionizing industry and education. This paper proposes an education platform, Smart Space EduPlatform (SSEP), for the real estate industry, aimed at educating the basic real estate technology (RETech) for workers in the real estate industry so they can achieve the highest and best use of the real estate in the smart environment. The habitat of SSEP is driven by the donation system ensuring sustainability, various technical functions such as tools for content production and learning participation, and learning behavior frameworks each in form of a learner, a teacher, and a helper. Services of SSEP consist of 17 important RETech lectures under 6 categories-planning and design, decision-making, management, economics, construction, and equipment-and project-based learning (PBL) curriculums. The lectures are provided along with video contents, additional learning materials and learning management service, while teachers' workshops, learner invitation and registration management, curriculum operation services are offered for the PBL curriculums.

원격 교육의 서비스질의 문제는 지금까지 원격교육이 원격교육 기술의 확보와 컨텐츠확보 및 다양한 매체 영역확장의 과정이라 볼 수 있다. 인터넷 상에서 단순히 텍스트를 제시하고 이에 적절한 답을 피드백 하는 구조에서 적절한 그래픽 인터페이스구사 동영상 및 효과음 등의 멀티미디어 적 요소로의 진행 과정이 그것이다. 이제 이러한 초기 단계에서 사이버대학, 상업적 원격교육 등이 점차 중요한 현재 교육의 대안으로 되면서 원격교육의 서비스 질이 중요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 원격교육의 서비스 질 확보를 위한 현재 제안되고 구현되고 있는 기술들을 제시하고자 한다. 이로서는 IntServ 모델의 문제점을 극복하기 위해 제안된 DiffServ 모델은 현재 이의 구현을 위한 연구개발이 진행 중에 있다. 제안된 DiffServ 구조 및 지금까지 진행되어온 연구개발 현황 분석 등을 통해 제안된 DiffServ의 문제점과 대안 등을 검토하였다.

A place for the blind people movement restrictions in place on a relatively equal opportunity of education can not be provided. In this paper, blind people, as well as web access to information on the catch of the blind people and their preference for acquiring information on how to analyze the survey and analyze national and international stories. targeting the blind people Internet using Web Services in a high-speed network system design, training and support services, analyze and exchange information in real-time training program to develop a community, remote from the home education support system to revitalize blind people and would like to contribute to the information service.

The authors of this study conducted research on universities located in China, and the primary purpose of the study was to test whether the quality factors of university education service have a positive (+) effect on student satisfaction. The secondary purpose of the study was to identify and analyze whether university instruction and curriculum variables had a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between quality factors and student satisfaction. First, Research Hypothesis 1, which suggested that university education service quality factors would have a positive effect on student satisfaction, was adopted. As the second analytical process of the study, controlled regression analysis was used to verify whether instruction and the curriculum had a regulatory effect on the relationship between the university education service quality factors and student satisfaction. When the two variables were analyzed as control variables, the results showed that curriculum had a significant positive regulatory effect, and instruction was shown to not be suitable for generating win-win cooperation or synergistic effects. The contributions of the theoretical perspective of this study were the analysis of the relationship between university education service quality factors in Chinese universities and student satisfaction, and systematically linking instructions and the curriculum and analyzing the impact on student satisfaction. The study implies that it would be more effective to analyze additional factors in the operation of universities through in-depth analysis on instruction from a practical standpoint.
