오늘날 웹의 사용자와 컨텐츠가 급격히 증가함에 따라 지능적 정보시스템과 웹 서비스(Web Service) 개념이 여러 분야에서 활발히 연구되고 있으며, 사용자에게 의미 정보를 제공하기 위한 시맨틱 웹서비스의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹 서비스를 위한 FXDB (FUZZY XML DATABASE) 시스템 설계 기법과 의미정보(Semantic Information)를 자동으로 실시간 웹 서비스 할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 FXDB 시스템은 XML 기술과 퍼지기술을 이용하여 웹상의 메타데이타를 데이터베이스에서 의미적으로 자동해석하고 XML 기반 웹 서비스할 수 있는 시스템 구조를 제안한다. 따라서 시맨틱 웹 환경을 위한 메타데이타의 해석을 좀 더 자동화, 지능화 할 수 있는 차세대 웹을 구현하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. 또한 웹 사용자의 입장에서는 의미정보에 따른 빠른 의사결정과 시맨틱 웹 정보검색이 가능하게 될 것이다.

소셜 네트워크 서비스는 가트너에서 2011년에 이어 2012년에도 각광받을 기술의 하나로 선정된 만큼 미래 인터넷의 핵심 키워드 중 하나로도 뽑히며, 엔터테인먼트, 검색, 방송, 커머스 등의 여러 가지 서비스와 직접 연결된다. 이러한 소셜 네트워크 서비스 가운데 하이브리드형 서비스는 사용자의 정보를 관리 및 파악하여 사용자가 원하는 제품을 예측하고 추천해주고 있으며, 이를 위해 그래프 마이닝 기술을 적용하고 있다. 하지만 그래프 마이닝 기술은 아직 복잡한 그래프 구조의 데이터에서 정보를 추출하기에 제약사항들이 발생하므로 이에 대하여 많은 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 그래프 마이닝 기술을 나아가 더 발전시켜 활용하면 기존의 하이브리드형 서비스에서 사용자의 정보를 파악하여 충성도를 높여줄 뿐 아니라 기업에서의 타켓 마케팅과 원투원 마케팅을 가능하게 해주고 기존 사용자에 대한 교차 판매와 격상판매의 전략들을 도출할 수 있을 것이다.

대용량 이동 객체의 경우에 특정 객체의 이동경로를 추적유지 해야할 필요성이 있으며 효과적으로 검색하기 위한 인덱스가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이동 객체의 위치 정보를 위한 데이터 구조를 제시하고 저장된 데이타를 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 인덱스 구성방안을 제안한다. 인덱스 구조는 대량의 객체의 동시 이동으로 인한 갱신 오버헤드를 최소화할 수 있도륵 한다. 이 시스템은 이동 통신 분야에서 고객 위치 정보를 필요로 하는 다양한 서비스와 항공기 운항 제어 등의 분야에서 활용될 수 있다.

Although there are various cultural events and cultural contents produced in the region, there is a lack of distribution and spread of regional information to expand related economic consumption. This study combined local advertising by local advertisers with the knowledge search method in question and answer format from a location-based service perspective for the purpose of spreading and using local cultural information. The approach looked at domestic and international cases of knowledge search based on region and location-based advertising research, presented community model of location inquiry based information service and revenue model of local advertisement. Through this, this study designed a question and answer based community and operational structure model of local advertising, and developed an information service system in the form of prototyping. By extending the distribution of question and answer data among users to location information, it is meaningful that a business service model was presented that combines local cultural content information and the demand for user access with the revenue model of local advertising.

Recently as the user request on NoD (News-on-Demand) is largely increasing, there are a lot of researches to fulfill it. However, because of short life-cycle of new video data and periodical change of video data depending on anchor, it is difficult to apply the conventional video storage techniques to NOD applications directly. For this, we design and implement low-level storage manager for efficient storage and retrieval of multimedia data in NOD Services. Our low-level storage manager not only efficiently sotres video stream dat of new video itself, but also handles its index information. It provides an inverted file method for efficient text-based retrieval and an X-tree index structure for high-dimensional feature vectors. In addition, our low-level storage manager provides some application program interfaces (APIs) for storing video objects itself and index information extracted from hierarchial new video and some APIs for retrieving video objects easily by using cursors. Finally, we implement our low-level storage manager based on SHORE (Scalable Heterogeneous Object REpository) storage system by sunig a standard C++ language under UNIX operating system.

본고에서는 멀티미디어 정보통신 서비스를 일반사용자에게 제공하기 위하여 제공될 각 종 단말기들의 기본적인 아키텍쳐와 그를 구성하는 핵심 모듈들을 살펴보고, 각 종 단말기들이 서로 호환성을 가지고 동작하기 위하여 필요한 코덱의 표준화와 망과의 접속문제 특히 ATM과의 접속문제를 알아본다. 멀티미디어 정보통신 서비스용 단말기 아키텍쳐를 살펴보고, ISDN 단말기, B-ISDN 단말기, 대화형 멀티미디어 정보검색용 단말기 구조를 설명한다. 단말기의 핵심을 이루는 오디오-비쥬얼 코덱과 코덱의 표준 알고리즘인 MPEG 알고리즘, 특히 MPEG-2와 각종 서비스 질에 맞추기 위한 MPEG-2 확장형 알고리즘을 살펴본다. 그리고 ATM 망에서 MPEG-2 비트스트림을 수용하기 위한 방법에 대하여 AAL 관점에서 살펴보고, 오디오-비쥬얼 코덱이 가지는 큰 문제점 중의 하나인 지연문제에 대하여 알아본다. 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 각 종 응용물들을 일반사용자가 손쉽게 배워서 사용토록 할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 단말기에서 제공하기 위하여 고려해야 될 사항과 해결해야 할 문제점들에 대하여 살펴본다.

VOD나 영상회의 등과 같은 실시간 서비스를 이용하는 사용자가 급속도로 증가함에 따라 QoS 보장이라는 새로운 요구사항이 등장하였지만 현재 인터넷의 Best-effort 방법으로는 QoS 보장을 완전히 지원하지 않고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법에는 망 차원의 QoS 아키텍처 이외에도 사용자가 원하는 QoS 보장을 위한 애플리케이션 레벨 QoS 정의와 DiffServ와 같은 새로운 망에서의 QoS 지원을 위한 체계적 정보가 필요하며 이러한 정보를 저장하고 관리할 실시간 서비스에 맞는 정보 저장소가 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대표적인 실시간 서비스인 VOD 서비스의 QoS 보장을 위해 필요한 정보들을 추출하여 디렉토리 객체로 정의하고, 효율적인 탐색이 가능한 확장된 디렉토리 시스템을 설계한다. LEAP(Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)을 이용하여 정보를 액세스하는 디렉토리 시스템은 저장소의 물리적 위치에 대한 제약 없이 정보의 분산 및 접근을 용이하게 하며, 논리적인 트리 구조에 따르는 빠른 검색을 가능하게 한다.

공동저작 관리 시스템은 효율적인 공동저작을 위해 공유객체관리기능, 세션관리기능, 텔리포인팅(telepointing) 기능, 그리고 공동저작 인지(collaboration awareness) 기능들을 제공해야 한다. 이 중 공유객체관리기능은 저작자로 하여금 등록된 공유객체들을 편리하게 액세스 할 수 있도록 하고 저작에 필요한 공유객체들을 등록, 변경, 그리고 삭제할 수 있도록 함으로써 작업효율을 증대시킬 수 있는 핵심기능이다. 최근의 연구는 주로 등록된 공유객체의 변경 및 불필요한 정보전송으로 인한 작업지연, 그리고 공유객체 액세스 권한의 효율적인 관리를 위한 플로어 제어(floor control)에 그 초점을 맞추고 있으나 공유객체관리를 위한 기법이나 구조에 관한 연구는 미흡하다. 편리한 공동저작을 위해서는 분산환경의 특징상 가 저작자들의 시스템에 자연스럽게 분산되어 있는 공유객체들을 저작자나 공유객체들의 실제 위치에 상관없이 액세스할 수 있도록 하고, 저작자로 하여금 공유객체의 등록 시에 유일명 부여(unique naming)를 가능하게 하여 필요한 공유객체를 쉽게 검색할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 공유객체 디렉토리 서비스(shared-object directory service)를 제안한다. 공유객체 디렉토리 서비스는 일반 디렉토리(normal directory)와 세션 디렉토리(session directory)를 저작자에게 제공하여 공유객체의 등록시에 유일명 부여를 가능하게 하고 필요한 공유객체 검색을 용이하게 한다.

The acquisition of foreign government documents by exchange or gift is problematic in the electronic government era because the pattern of distributing system is changed. The alternatives for the collection development are developing the meta-site and establishing the subject gateways for the foreign government information as the resource discovery tools. The anchor and link functions of the AltaVista are used to evaluate a meta-site. The Scout Project Isaac is suggested as the model of interoperating resource discovery services for the geographically distributed metadata databases.

In this paper, we research on the personal information protection system in smart-phone based on mobile environment. This paper proposes the enhanced personal location privacy mechanism in location-based service environment of a smart phone operating system(iOS, Android) for the relevant regulations on location-based protection and utilization. Also, the result verified that possibility on a self-control mechanism of the personal information protection system's subject in the window platform throughout the experiment. Therefore, this study have drew a method that user positively can cope with a protection of personal location information by having a user's self-control method in the system under development or done by illegal location-based service providers and illegal application developer.
