Suggestion of a Digital Curation Framework for Historical Contents (역사콘텐츠 활용을 위한 디지털 큐레이션 프레임워크 제안)

  • This study suggested a digital curation framework for supporting the digital policy of institutes that collect memory. As such, it conducted a literature review and an analysis of digital curation models, as well as a focus-group interview of historians and graduate students majoring in historical studies. In this study, digital curation framework refers to an abstract model for supporting policy development and the planning for a high-level view of the archival information service. This implications of this framework are as follows: (1) to emphasize the data life cycle and connection between stages and actions; (2) to make an infra-schema for understanding institutes that create, arrange, or store specific data as the same history contents have to be provided by different institutes and as there are differences in the data's value; (3) to check the present conditions of information services and their systems; (4) to consider the practical applications of contents that have been collected and stored; and (5) to converge all data in one system through the framework and activate diverse works in the context of the framework.

  • How do we create a next generation Records Management System? Under a rapidly changing system development environment, the records management system of public institutions has remained stable for the past 10 years. For this reason, it seems to be the key cause of the structural problem of the Records Management System, which makes it difficult to accommodate user requirements and apply a new recording technology. The purpose of this study is to present a redesigned model for a next-generation records management system by analyzing the status of the electronic records management. This study analyzed "A Study on the Redesign of the Next-Generation Electronic Records Management Process," records management technology of advanced records management system, and a case of an overseas system. Based on the analysis results, the improvement direction of the records management system was analyzed from several aspects: functional, software design, and software distribution. This study thus suggests that the creation of a microservice architecture-based (MSA) and an open source software-oriented (OSS) records management system should be the focus of next-generation record management.

전자금융 침해사고 예방 및 대응 강화 방안

  • 편리한 금융거래 수단으로써 인터넷뱅킹을 포함한 전자금융 서비스가 생활화 되었으며 그 중요성 또한 갈수록 증가하고 있다. 이에 대한 부작용으로서 사용자의 실수나 금융기관, 쇼핑몰, 포털 등의 해킹을 통한 전자금융 접근매체의 유출, 비정상적인 지불결제나 인터넷뱅킹 이체 사고 등 침해사고 또한 함께 증가하고 있다. 금융권은 금융감독원을 중심으로 전자금융 종합보안 대책 수립(2005년) 및 전자금융거래법 시행(2007년) 등을 통해 고객 PC의 해킹방지를 위한 다양한 보안프로그램 제공 의무화, 보안등급에 따른 이체한도 차등화, 금융권 통합 OTP 인증체계 구축 등 전자금융 침해사고 예방을 위한 적극적인 노력을 기울여오고 있으나, 최근 들어 피싱/파밍 등 신종 사이버사기 기법이나 해외의 전문 해커에 의해 개발된 고도의 지능화된 해킹툴이 사용되어 보안프로그램을 무력화시킨 후 고객정보를 유출해가거나 일반 포털사이트, 웹하드, 웹메일 등의 해킹을 통해 인터넷 사이트에 등록된 고객의 인터넷뱅킹 접근 매체를 유출하여 인터넷뱅킹 침해 사고를 일으키는 등의 신종 침해사고를 완벽히 차단하지는 못하고 있어, 더욱 강력한 전자금융 침해사고 예방 통제 방안의 수립과 함께 침해사고 발생 시 원인 파악 및 범인 검거를 위한 역추적 시스템의 구축 등 기존 보안체계를 대폭 강화할 필요성이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시중 은행의 인터넷뱅킹 침해사고 발생 현황 조사를 중심으로 최근 발생한 전자금융 침해사고의 추이분석, 침해사고 주요 원인과 기존 대응 체계의 현황, 한계점 등을 파악하였다. 그리고 전자금융 침해사고의 효과적인 예방 및 대응 강화 방안으로서 사용자 관점에서 공인인증서를 중심으로 한 전자금융 접근매체의 관리 강화 방안을 제안하였으며, 전자금융 서비스를 제공하는 금융 기관 관점에서 효과적인 전자금융거래 로깅 및 역추적 시스템의 구축 및 전체 금융기관과 감독기관 간의 유기적인 공조를 기반으로 한 침해사고 공동 대응체계의 구축 및 운영을 위한 시스템의 구성 방법, 운영 프로세스, 관련 법률의 검토 및 대응 방법 등을 제안하였다.

  • This study is for preparation a solution develop small suppliers. For this goal survey for the buyers, agents, supplier's situation and difficulties, policy and support systems. And After benchmark the other's countries, develop government policy, suppoet systems. As a results, the support must be made for public organization, small suppliers. The Response direction must be made for agents and private buyers. At the point of support systems, public organizations must implement the purchase systems and provide the verified informations of suppliers. And it's necessary to educate marketing and sales solutions. At the point of Response directions, it's necessary to make a standard for supply replaced MRO. And the beginning positioning directions of MRO-mall is needed to stress the differentials with private suppliers.

  • Even though the success of the information system (IS) protect becomes a critical issue to an enterprise and there has been a lot of research about finding critical success factors of IS projects, the scope management for the success of IS protect has received little attention in the literature. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of the project scope management activities defined by PMI (Project Management Institute) on the performance of the information system project. The focus of this paper is on the project supplier's point of view. This study shows the priority of the scope management activities during the IS Project. The results show the different results depending on the types of the project clients and the project scale. This research reveals that the scope verification is important for the project supplier from the project process view, and that the scope planning/definition is important for the protect client from the project result view. It also shows different results comparing to the conventional recognition about project success. The research results show that the positive relationships between the project scale and the importance of scope management activities, and between the familiarity of suppliers and clients and the importance of the scope management activities. Through this research, we expect that the importance of the scope management in a project will be considered as an important issue, and that this research will lead to various detailed research about this issue.

  • The increasing disposable time through advancing information has come to make the tourism industry as well as the information communication industry glow in the 21st century We cannot make rational decision without proper guide information. It is impossible to anticipate tourism Products which are invisible products consisting of a variety of basic combinations of products. Tourists are getting dissatisfied with tourism experts' distorted guidance every year. A recent survey shows that the current tourism information system can't meet the need of tourists who are informative and individualized. This paper presents tourism information system that offers the most appropriate tour courses depending on the tastes of tourists by utilizing expert system, artificial intelligent applied technology. This paper is the first attempt to maximize comsumer satisfaction by developing the intelligent agent system that is able to reflect the traits of individualized customers' in the tourism industry The establishment of this system will contribute to activating the tourism industry, ultimately, by decreasing inconveniencies and tour schedules appropriate to the purpose of individual tours.

Healthcare service analysis using big data

  • In the Fourth Industrial Revolution, successful cases using big data in various industries are reported. This paper examines cases that successfully use big data in the medical industry to develop the service and draws implications in value that big data create. The related work introduces big data technology in the medical field and cases of eight innovative service in the big data service are explained. In the introduction, the overall structure of the study is mentioned by describing the background and direction of this study. In the literature study, we explain the definition and concept of big data, and the use of big data in the medical industry. Next, this study describes the several cases, such as technologies using national health information and personal genetic information for the study of diseases, personal health services using personal biometric information, use of medical data for efficiency of business processes, and medical big data for the development of new medicines. In the conclusion, we intend to provide direction for the academic and business implications of this study, as well as how the results of the study can help the domestic medical industry.

  • The importance of software has been growing rapidly owing to the development of various Internet and e-business applications. The traditional approaches to software evaluation are based on the development process perspective, and their major concerns are no strongly related to use or customer-oriented evaluation of software. According to resource-based theory, company's resource is consisted of human, technology, market value, and finance. Customer satisfaction improved by product satisfaction and service satisfaction. Based on the previous studies the factors of human resources, technology, customer satisfaction are selected to evaluate software company's competence This research suggests the factor effecting on sales performance. And then statistical methods are used for verifying relationship between the factor and sales performance.

  • This paper presents the design process of an agricultural data sharing platform intended to address major challenges faced by the domestic agricultural industry. The platform was designed with a user interface that prioritizes user requirements for ease of use and offers various analysis techniques to provide growth prediction for field environment, growth, management, and control data. Additionally, the platform supports File to DB and DB to DB linkage methods to ensure seamless linkage between the platform and farmhouses. The UI design process utilized HTML/CSS-based languages, JavaScript, and React to provide a comprehensive user experience from platform login to data upload, analysis, and detailed inquiry visualization. The study is expected to contribute to the development of Korean smart farm models and provide reliable data sets to agricultural industry sites and researchers.

  • Firms should seek greater profits and corporate growth through new businesses. New businesses contribute realizing creative economy that creates good jobs, and expanding the company by securing new markets and creating new profits and growth. However, new business is risky management decision-making to have a high failure rate because it involves the adaptation of new business environment and the burden of new investments, including the uncertainty of success in business. Therefore, innovation strategies play important roles for the new business entry, using product innovation, process innovation, business model innovation, disruptive innovation, and strategic innovation, etc. and company will get huge economic results by pushing them into successful business. It is essential that innovation strategy and IT development strategy along with business strategy of a firm are linked, and their strategic alignment is considered to be a critical success factor for new business success. Hyundai Heavy Industries(HHI) pursued marine engine business for the development of precision machinery industry and shipbuilding industry of Korea, and the company recognized the importance of new business strategy, innovation strategy, and IT strategy inter-linked, and pushed strategic alignment boldly. As a result, HHI won the competition in European and Japanese engine manufacturers and climbed into the world's largest engine manufacturer. This study suggests investigating and analyzing a case that HHI succeeded in marine engine business expansion using strategic innovation strategy as a way of the introduction of CNC machine tools and the development of HEMAPT system.
