본 논문은 원자력발전소 비상디젤발전기의 신뢰도 및 성능변화 추이를 감시하고, 이에 필요한 데이터를 관리하는 비상디젤발전기 신뢰도 프로그램 개발에 관하여 기술하였다. 이 프로그램은 인트라넷 기술을 이용하여 신뢰도 감시, 성능 감시, 그리고 관련정보로 크게 3가지 모듈로 구분하여 개발하였다. 현재 이를 통하여 원전 비상디젤발전기의 운전 및 정기점검 데이터를 입력 관리할 수 있도록 서비스를 개시하였으며, 이미 기존에 입력된 데이터를 이용하여 신뢰도 및 이용 불능도를 계산할 수 있고 또한 성능변화 추이를 감시할 수 있다.

In a distributed system environment based on a service-oriented architecture, separate systems collaborate to achieve the goals of the entire system by using services provided other systems. A service quality violation from using one service can cause runtime system failure in the environment. The existing self-adaptation methods follow fault tolerance mechanism that responds to a failure after a service quality violation. In other words, these methods are limited to responsive action. Therefore, a service-dependability-case based self-adaptation mechanism is necessary to preserve the dependability of the self-adaptive system. This paper demonstrates that the service-dependability-case based self-adaptation mechanism is better than QoS(quality of service)-based self-adaptation with fault tolerance to preserve the dependability of the self-adaptive system. Additionally, this paper suggests a method to present and analyze service dependability by using GSN(Goal Structuring Notation) which is the existing modeling method for the presentation of assurance cases, an action mechanism adapted using an analysis result of service-dependability-cases, a methods of leveraging the service-dependability-case based self-adaptation mechanism by following the service's life cycle, and the framework architecture including the major components and the interactions between the components in the control loop of the self-adaptation process.

Online reputation systems for social network services(SNS) aggregate users' feedback and estimate the reputation of contents or providers. The aim of this research is to enhance credibility of the online reputation system on the SNS based e-Commerce(we called it as social commerce). SNS users usually refer to evaluations from other users who bought the products before. Most social commerce sites provide reputation system to help their customer make a decision, but sometimes we can't believe the reputation because the reputation is too subjective and the seller can deceive the customer for sales promotion. Threrefore, we usually use just the average value to show the general customer's evaluation result. We applied collaborative filtering method to give more weighting to the users who have evaluated correctly in the past. As a result, we could get more accurate evaluation results by considering each customers' credibility value that was computed by collaborative filtering.

In mode choice decision, travelers consider not only travel time but also reliability of its modes. In this paper, reliability was expressed in terms of standard deviation and maximum delay that were measured based on triangular distribution. In order to estimate value of time and value of reliability, the Multinomial and Nested Logit models were used. The analysis results revealed that reliability is an important factor affecting mode choice decisions. Elasticity is used to estimate the impacts of the different policies and system improvements for water transportation mode. Among these policies, decision maker can assess and select the best alternative by doing the benefit and cost analysis based on a new market share, the value of time, and the value of reliability. Finally, a set of promising policies and system improvement of the water transportation were proposed.

Korea's social economy promotion policy is a government-led policy, and its success or failure depends on how well it is known to the residents. The Jeonnam Social Economy Internet Shopping Mall was also established as a government-led road, but its popularity is low. This study examines the influence between reliability and loyalty of the 'Jeonnam Social Economy Shopping Mall'. 267 samples were used and verified with the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the study, the characteristics of shopping malls had a significant effect on customer trust and loyalty, and played a mediating role between reliability and loyalty. The residential area and the purpose of purchase had a moderating effect. The limitation of research is that comparative research with other shopping malls is insufficient. In the future, comparative evaluation should be carried out in relation to research on social economy enterprise products by region.

본 논문에서는 멀티 센서 기반의 사용자 이동 상태 인식 서비스에 대해 제안 한다. 이 서비스는 스마트폰 단말의 가속도 센서, 방향센서, GPS 모듈의 정보를 퍼지 규칙 기반 알고리즘을 이용하여 각각의 클라이언트들의 현재 위치 및 이동 상황을 인식 하게 된다. 사용자 이동 상태 인식 알고리즘은 가속도 센서와 방향 센서를 이용하여 신체의 운동량과 방향을 측정 한다. 측정된 정보는 GPS모듈을 통하여 얻은 실제 이동속도를 계산하여 규칙 기반 퍼지 추론을 통하여 사용자의 이동 상태를 인식 하였다. 이동상태 인식 서비스의 신뢰도를 측정하기 위해 동일 구간에서 차량, 도보(걷기, 뛰기, 느리게 걷기 등)를 이용하여 신뢰도를 측정 하였다.

유비쿼터스 환경에서는 IT서비스에 사람뿐만 아니라 기기 및 사물 등이 참여하고 다양한 인증수단이 사용된다. 하지만, u-IT서비스에 참여하는 개체에 대한 신뢰된 인증환경이 없다면 유비쿼터스 사회의 전체 신뢰도가 떨어지는 결과를 초래하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경의 신뢰된 인증 환경 조성을 위한 프레임워크로서 u-lT 서비스에 인증서비스를 도입하기 위한 절차와 u-lT 서비스 위험평가 방법 및 인증수단 선택기준 등의 보안요구사항을 제시한다.

The focus of this research is to investigate which factors are important for the adoption of mobile service and the moderating effects of service types such as hedonic and utilitarian service between those factors and the adoption of mobile service. The empirical results based on the data gathered from 169 users of mobile games and finance service showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust had significant impacts on the adoption of mobile service whereas social influence did not. Also the moderating effect of service type was found that perceived usefulness and trust have more impacts on adoption of mobile service in mobile finance rather than mobile game. Base on these empirical results, this study suggests the managerial implications for mobile service marketing.

네트워크 및 전송기술의 발달로 통신망을 이용하여 IPTV와 같은 서비스를 제공하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. IPTV는 기존 방송과 달리 IP 망을 통해 데이터의 송수신이 이루어지므로, 전송에러가 발생할 수 있으며, 이 경우 패킷의 손실 및 지연 등의 이유로 열화가 발생하게 된다. 이러한 열화는 사용자의 체감품질에 영향을 미쳐 IPTV서비스에 대한 사용자의 신뢰도를 저하 시킨다. 본 논문에서는 IPTV서비스에서 체감 품질 보장 및 품질 모니터링에 관한 IPTV국제 표준화 동향 및 규정을 소개하고, IPTV 사용자의 체감품질을 보장하기 위한 방법을 고찰한다.

초고속 인터넷 1000만 가입자 시대에 돌입하면서 사용자들은 더욱 바른 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스를 요구하고 있다. 이에 따라 사업자들은 포스트 ADSL시대 준비에 전념하고 있다. 포스트 ADSL의 자리를 차지에 가장 유력한 것으로 등장한 것은 VDSL. VDSL은 광대역 서비스의 대칭·비대칭 전송 기술로 짧은 거리에서 일반 전화선을 통해 최대 52Mbps의 속도록 데이터를 전송해 인터넷 방송과 주문형비디오, 원격교육, 고화질TV 등 대용량의 멀티미디어 서비스를 수용할 수 있고, 콘텐츠사업자들의 수익 모델에도 적합하기 때문에 새로운 초고속 인터넷접속기술 대안으로 급부상 하고 있다. 본고에서는 상호운용성과 신뢰도를 높이는 표준안 정의를 중점으로 최근의 VDSL 표준화 동향을 살펴보며 더욱 효율적은 VDSL서비스 제공을 위해서는 어떤 점이 고려돼야 하는지 진단해 본다.
