센서를 통한 제조업 생산 공정 데이터양의 폭발적 증가와 제조업의 서비스화 추세, 제조업의 미래산업과 빅데이터의 융합 추세를 고려해 보았을 때 앞으로 제조업에서 빅데이터의 영향은 점점 커질 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 한국의 제조업도 세계의 제조업 첨단화에 발맞추기 위해서 빅데이터의 활용을 장려하고 지원할 필요가 있다. 제조업의 실질적 효율성을 제공하는 효과의 임팩트가 가장 큰 기술 분야에서는 빅데이터 분석이 먼 미래에 도입을 고려할 분야가 아닌 현재의 최대 이슈이다. 제조업에서의 빠른 대응, 민첩성, 신뢰도 향상에서 기업들은 비용을 절감하고 자산의 효율적인 활용 측면에서도 단순한 제조공정에서 벗어나 많은 제조 기업들이 공장을 디지털화하고 스마트한 제조 공정 시스템 확보에 빅데이터를 구현, 활용해야 하는 단계이다. 빅데이터 활용은 현 시점에서 산업에 주는 영향으로 가장 파괴적인 기술이 될 것으로 예상된다.

An accurate feedback about customer satisfaction is a very important factor to efficiently manage achievements in the service industry. However, Korea is lack of quantitative and standardized system of customer satisfaction measurement. This paper suggests standardized survey system with more in-depth and various methods of questionnaire survey as well as analysis which is able to efficiently evaluate customer satisfaction. This system is that investigates customer satisfaction of process based services, which uses various methods including simply designed questionnaires, customer satisfaction survey via mobile, and an investigation on follow-up satisfaction rate. In addition, we adopted scoring system to digitize a degree of satisfaction rate, so the suggested system provides an opportunity to improve specific objects those need to be improved by clearly evaluating a degree of satisfaction rate and applying various analysis techniques, such as IPA (Importance Performance Analysis), process analysis, and expectation analysis etc. This study substantiates suggested system through applying it to travel agency which is a representative enterprise of tour service.

The CM(Construction Management) market has been growing steadily since 2000, but there are a lot of obstructing factors. Recently, many questions have been raised over the level of construction managers' technique, the appropriateness and efficiency of CM, and the performance of using CM because of its short history. In this respect, evaluating CM service quality is a very important issue not only to acquire a better position in unlimited competence markets but also to survive. Therefore, the objective of this study is to present a service quality evaluating model which can be adopted to CM companies.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the efficiency of the Chinese repair shipbuilding industry using a DEA model with 12 Chinese repair shipbuilding companies. Unlike preceding studies, this study has different research subjects as well as selected input and output variables. The research was conducted with competitive Chinese companies in the market. For the efficiency analysis, input variables included the number of technicians as well as facilities, and output variables were diversified with relevant factors using the number of repaired ships and service ranges as well as sales. The differences were analyzed by including only facilities as an input variable for the DEA model, and then both facilities and technicians. For inefficient DMUs, the strengths and weaknesses were analyzed by finding the causes through a reference group, which was developed into an efficient DMU. Moreover, public and private companies were separated to develop improvement measures.

Recently, the VWORLD was built to ensure competition on the advance of domestic enterprise into foreign markets with rapid expansion of spatial information industry of the world. However, the policy to secure user is insufficient because the VWORLD's service is embryonic stages. Then again, tourist industry is growing rapidly and leading the world economy and number of domestic tourists are also steadily increasing. Although the size was expanded, Korean tourist industry's competition is relatively weak, so some scholars insist that raising the tourist industry's quality. This backgrounds make a study of the tourism information service. So, this paper progressed a study on the development of the tourism information service based on a service science and used VWORLD as a test model. This paper drew the customer's demands on the tourism information service and strategic points of the development from those by using a Quality Function of Deployment of service science's new service development methodologies. After that this study prioritized those strategic points. As a result, 'Face Map' that is a service model was made. Moreover, this study have try to raise the development's effectiveness and efficiency based on service science's a new service development process.

전력산업 환경변화에 따라 전력산업 전반에 걸친 고기능, 고효율의 정보기술(IT) 적용 필요성이 증대되고 있으며, 특히 향후 모바일 통신기술은 현장업무 처리능률과 고객에 대한 서비스를 대폭 향상시킬 수 있는 기술분야로서 연구개발의 필요성이 매우 클 것으로 예상되고 있다. 향후 무선인터넷 수요의 폭발적 증가가 예상되는 가운데 국내외적으로 이동통신업체를 포함한 제반 솔루션 공급업체, 민간/Utility 등 활용위주의 기업체, 학계 및 관련 연구소 등에서 향후 막대한 시장성과 성장성을 예측하여 모바일 컴퓨팅의 연구개발과 투자를 집중하고 있으며, 한전의 경우 G2B, B2B, B2E, B2C를 전반적으로 아우르는 다양한 업무범위와 전력업무 고유의 특수성을 감안한 때 모바일컴퓨팅 적용연구는 향후 이동통신의 최적 활용을 대비한다는 측면에서 연구개발을 추진하고 있으며, 본 논문에서는 연구개요 및 방향을 전반적으로 소개하고자 한다.

현재의 우리나라 전자관련 산업 분야 중 대기업과 협력관계에 있는 협력업체의 IT협업수준이 주로 생산현장과 관련있는 ERP나 GROUPWARE을 중심으로 초기단계의 적용 및 활용 수준에 머무르고 있을 뿐만 아니라 새로운 시스템도입 및 산업계의 변화를 적시에 반영시키지 못하는 단점이 있었다. 지속적인 전자 분야 산업 발전에 따라 보다 정확한 세부분야별 생산성 및 매출액 등의 데이터 활용이 필요할 뿐만 아니라 적극적인 GROBAL경쟁체제에서의 경쟁우위확보를 위하여 현행시스템의 고도화뿐만 아니라 생산, 재무데이타의 의미있는 연계를 통하여 EIS등의 솔루션을 집중도입하여, 경영의사결정을 효율적이고 신속하게 함으로서 국제적인 경쟁체계와도 시장 선도형 기업군을 가져야 할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 국내외 전자산업 대중소 협력업체간의 협업체계의 현행시스템을 ISP기법을 적용하여 장단점을 분석한 후 새로운 공통의 시스템구축을 위한 상생혁신프로그램도입을 제안한다.

In this study, the problem of child care gaps has arisen due to the expansion of women's entry into the workforce and the increase in working couples, and the care cliff phenomenon after children enter elementary school has been identified as one of the causes of women's career disconnection and low birth rates, and child care services have been initiated to solve care problems and balance work and family. The importance of childcare services to the safety and well-being of children has been highlighted by the restrictions on school attendance and the absence of caregivers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The government has been making policy efforts to reduce the gap in child care, but problems with the effectiveness and efficiency of the child care system have arisen due to unstable target selection and delivery systems by ministries and projects in the implementation of child care services. Therefore, this study examines the child care services implemented by each ministry to reduce the blind spots of after-school care services in the community and prepare efficient operation plans for various delivery systems, and seeks directions for the development of child care services.

목포해양대학교 현행 4개 학부의 교육과정은 1997년도에 전면 개편되어 학부 단위로 무난히 실시되고 있지만, 해사계열의 특수성과 해양공학계열의 학부별 전공 구성의 차이점 등으로 인하여 일률적 학부운영방침을 대학 전체에 동일하게 적용하는 것은 다소무리가 있었다. 해양계 특성화라는 대학의 목표를 향하여 각 학부의 교육목표와 전공특성을 살리면서 사회와 관련산업계의 시대적인 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 학부운영을 효율화$\cdot$극대화할 수 있는 체제 정립 방안을 연구하고 있다. 1차 년도의 연구결과에 의하면, 해상운송시스템학부는 효율적인 학부운영체제의 개선 및 운영시스템 개발을 위하여 학부 특성 및 전공 구성에 대한 분석을 통하여 문제점을 발견하고 해결방안을 모색함과 동시에 학생들의 전공 선택권을 최대한 보장할 수 있는 효율적인 학부 운영 체제를 구축하는 방안을 제시한다. 기관시스템공학부는 현행 의무복수전공제도의 문제점 분석과 해결 방안 강구를 위하여 전공들간의 인계성을 강화하며 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 해양경찰학 전공의 운영 및 지도 방안을 연구한다. 또한 해기품질관리 관련 규정 등의 분석을 통해 교육 및 훈련에 대한 질적 향상을 꾀하고 해기품질 향상을 위한 교육평가시스템을 개발하고 구축하고자 한다. 해양전자$\cdot$통신공학부는 전공간의 연계성 구축과 효율적 운영방안을 모색하기 위하여 학부제 및 복수전공제와 관련하여 설문조사 문항을 개발$\cdot$분석하고, 해양전자공학 전공 교과목 정비 및 교재 개발을 시도하고 있다. 해양시스템공학부는 전공구성의 특성을 고려한 탐색과목의 설치 및 산업체 실습과 연계한 학점인정과목의 검토를 위하여 현행의 전공소개 프로그램을 분석하고, 졸업생의 취업을 분석하며 산업체의 요구사항을 조사하고 있다.산 알고리즘의 정당성을 보였다. 맞이하고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 국내광업이 21C 급변하는 산업환경에 적응하여 생존하기 위해서는 각종 첨단산업에서 요구하는 소량 다품종의 원료광물을 적기에 공급 할 수 있는 전문화된 기술력을 하루속히 확보해야 하며, 이를 위해 고품위의 원료광물 확보를 위한 탐사 및 개발을 적극 추진하고 가공기술의 선진화를 위해 선진국과의 기술제휴 등 자원산업 글로벌화 정책이 절실히 요구되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 삶의 질을 향상시키려는 현대인의 가치관에 부합하기 위해서는 각종 소비제품의 원료를 제공하는 광업의 본래 목적 이외에도 자연환경 훼손을 최소화하며 개발 할 수밖에 없는 구조적인 어려움에 직면할 수밖에 없다. 이처럼 국내광업이 안고 있는 여러 가지 난제들을 극복하기 위해서는 업계와 정부가 합심하여 국내광업 육성의 중요성을 재인식하고 새로운 마음가짐으로 관련 정책을 수립 일관성 있게 추진해 나가야 할 것으로 보인다.의 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 브랜드 이미지와 서비스 품질과의 관계에서 브랜드이미지는 서비스 품질의 선행변수가 될 수 있음을 증명하였으며 4개 요인의 이미지 중 사풍이미지를 제외한 영업 이미지, 제품 이미지, 마케팅 이미지가 서비스 품질에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 지각된 서비스 품질과 가격 수용성과의 관계에서, 서비스 품질은 최소 가격에 신뢰서비스 요인에서 정의 영향을 미치고 있으나 부가서비스, 환경서비스에서는 역의 영향을 미침을 알수 있고, 최대 가격에 있어서는 욕구서비스 요인은 정의 영향을 미치지만 부가서비스의 경우에는 역의 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 서비스품질과 재 방문 의도와의 관계에 있어서 서비스품질은 재 방문 의도에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있다. 따라서 브랜드 이미지는 서비스품질의 선행변수가 될 수 있으며, 서비스품

Municipal governments today are facing increasingly complex issues while resources continue to be constraint but the service quality expectation from citizen is more demanding. They must develop and implement tools that help manage operations more efficiently. While Lean Six Sigma principle and tools have been widely applied to profit organizations, the extant literature has not provided many cases of such application to local governments. This research presents a case study of applying Lean Six Sigma approaches and tools to a municipal government of a small town in USA to improve process efficiency, quality performance, and citizen satisfaction. In this case study, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement, and Control) is used as a tool to define current issues, develop, and measure performance metrics, and recommend action plans. The result of this case study shows that applying the principles and tools of Lean Six Sigma provides an excellent way to improve the process efficiency and quality of providing public work services at a local government.
