Requirements engineering can be seen as proceeding with various processes and activities such as extraction, analysis, specification, management, and verification without temporal and spatial constraints in the development environment of information systems that are becoming large and decentralized. Developing requirements well and conducting continuous evaluation and management is the shortcut to success in project management, and it is recognized as a very important matter in relation to requirements in the information system audit. When we conduct information system audit and conducting projects subject to audit, we need to improve the required engineering aspect. Therefore, this study derives inspection items suitable for the target project by referring to the audit inspection manual and audit inspection guide when conducting the current audit, and relates to the required engineering aspect among the contents of the inspection guide for each business type that is the basis for deriving the inspection items were derived for each audit point/audit area for the project management and quality assurance project type corresponding to the inspection items. The suitability of the extracted occupation items was verified through a questionnaire survey by experts.

QoS(Quality of Service) is defined as "The collective effect of service performance which determines the degree of satisfaction of a user of the service" by ITU-T Rec. E.800. While the use of VoIP(Voice Over Internet Protocol) has been widely implemented, persistent problems with QoS are a very important sue which needs to be solved. This research is finding the assignment of VoIP QoS to deduct how to manage the control system and presenting the QoS control process and framework under NGN(Next Generation Network) environment. The trial framework is the modeling of the QoS measurement metrics, instrument, equipment, method of measurement, the series of cycle & the methodology about analysis of the result of measurement. This research underlines that the vulnerability of the VoIP protocol in relation to its QoS can be guaranteed when the product quality and management are controlled and measured systematically. Especially it's very important time to maintain the research about VoIP QoS measurement and control because the big conversion of new network technology paradigm is now spreading. In addition, when the proposed method is applied, it can reduce an overall delay and can contribute to improved service quality, in relation to signal, voice processing, filtering more effectively.

The flow of time, depending on the company's ongoing business link to guarantee the proportion of much greater importance, it in the organization as part of an enterprise-wide level, rather than acting on the information society has been considered as the topic of race. Information Security Governance, the integrity of the information, service continuity, the three kinds of information asset protection purpose begins. It is essential for corporate governance, transparency should be part, must be aligned with the IT framework. Existing information security governance framework that small businesses a wide range of governance issues and interests have never had. Therefore, we simplified the information security governance framework is proposed, and solve problems, and propose a framework for analysis of the safety and efficiency through the analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed method were discussed.

This study identified the cause-and-effect relationship of security management service quality by empirically analyzing whether the performance factors affecting the casino industry are improved when the quality of the security management service is improved. For this, Partial Least Squares (PLS) that can deduce the structural relationship between variables was used. To verify the representativeness of the population, SPSS 19.0 was utilized in a demographic analysis, a independent T-test and Scheffe test. The analysis of the data revealed that the casino industry must preferentially manage assurance, empathy, and security to improve the casino security management service quality, and that, of these, security was the most important factor. To help improve service quality, a theoretical and empirical basis that can consider the importance and priority of individual factors was presented based on the result of this analysis. It also revealed that the security management service is an essential factor for stable business activities of casinos. Further, the importance of the role of the security management service in business strategy formulation for improving the industry performance was recognized through the study results. A service quality improvement method was provided by focusing on the factors that must be preferentially considered for service quality improvement; moreover, implications that can predict the results of such method were presented.

Firewall은 다양한 부정Access의 방지책으로서 확실히 유효한 수단이지만 이 Firewall은 사용자로부터 지시된 설정을 충실히 실행하는 것으로 설정 오류, 소프트웨어의 정지, 허가된 룰을 악용한 침입 등 반드시 사용자가 바라는 작용을 무조건적 상태에서 보증해 주는 것은 아니다. 따라서 사용자는 도입 후 에도 운용시에 Access log를 감시하고 본래의 Security Policy에 반하는 행위를 매일 매일 체크하지 않으면 안될 상황에 처해 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 부정Access에 대한 이와 같은 Firewall의 현상에 대한 과제 중에서 "부정Access를 어떻게 하면 일찍, 정확히 체크할 수 있는가\ulcorner"라는 주제를 선택하여 Firewall의 한계와 그 대응책을 실제로 부정Access를 시험해 보는 것으로 검증하기로 하였다. 실험결과에서 (1)Port Scan이나 전자메일 폭탄(서비스정지공격)등은 Firewall로 방지하는 것은 불가능하거나 혹은 Checking이 곤란하다. (2)공격마다 로그 수집을 했음에도 관계없이 Firewall의 로그는 번잡하므로 단시간에 사태의 발견이 대단히 곤란하다고 하는 Firewall의 한계를 인식하였다. 그리고 그 대책으로서 우리는 체크 툴의 유효성에 착안하여 조사한 결과, 결국 무엇이 부정Access인가에 대해서는 어디까지나 이용하는 측이 판단하여 Firewall 상에 설정하지 않으면 안되지만 체크 툴은 이 부정Access 정보를 데이터베이스로서 갖고 있음으로써 '무엇이 부정Access인가'를 이용자 대신에 판단하고 툴에 따라서는 설정을 자동적으로 변경하여 부정 Access의 저지율을 향상시킨다. 이처럼 체크 툴은 Firewall의 수비능력을 보강하는 위치에 있다고 생각할 수 있다.다. 4 장에서는 3장에서 제기한 각각의 문제점에 대해 RAD 의 관점에 비추어 e-business 시스템의 단기개발을 실현하기 위한 고려사항이나 조건 해결책을 제안한다. 본 논문이 지금부터 e-business 를 시작하려고 하는 분, e-business 시스템의 개발을 시작하려고 하는 분께 단기간의 e-business 실현을 위한 하나의 지침이 된다면 다행이겠다.formable template is used to optimize the matching. Technology-based start-up is important in that it encourages innovation, facilitates the development of new products and services, and contributes to job creation. Technology-based start-up activates entrepreneurship when appropriate support is provided within the ecosystem. Thus, understanding the technology-based start-up ecosystem is crucial. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, in Herrmann et al.'s(2015) study, we compare and analyze the ecosystem of each country by selecting representative regions such as Silicon Valley, Tel Aviv, London and Singapore which have the highest ranking in the start-up ecosystem. Second, we try to deeply understand the start-up ecosystem based on in-depth interviews with various stakeholders such as VC investors, start-ups, support organizations, and professors related to the Korean start-up ecosystem. Finally, based on the results of the study, we suggest development and activation of Korean technology-based start-up ecosystem. As a result, the Seoul start-up ecosystem showed a positive evaluation of government support compared to other advanced countries. In addition, it was confirmed that the ratio of tele-work and start-up company working experience of employees was higher than other countries. On the other hand, in Seoul, It was confirmed that overseas market performance, human resource diversity, attracting investment, hiring technological engineers, and the ratio of female entrepreneurs were lower than those of overseas advanced countries. In addition, according to the results of the interview analysis, Seoul was able to find that start-up ecosystems such as individual angel investors, accelerators, support institution, and media are developing thanks to the government's market-oriented policy support. However, in order for this development to continue, it is necessary to improve the continuous investment system, expansion of diversity, investment return system, and accessibility to the global market. A discussion on this issue is presented.

In the age of digital culture, TV broadcasting is exercising more influence as a information and communication medium compared to past. With the appearance of satellite broadcasting service in 2002, the broadcasting environment became a diversified field of local TV, cable TV, satellite, internet, etc. and created the time of multi-media and multi-channel. This ongoing change of broadcasting environment made the passive audience of the past, active image makers and new accepters, participants and users of communications, who know how to choose and use media as the active centerpiece, The active acceptor as the centerpiece of channel selections has become the center of the broadcasting, whereby they pick up and enjoy their favorite TV programs and came to remember the list of their favorite channels and zap them finally. In this point of spotting their favorite channels and improving the degree of recognition for the channels, the development of the noticeable brand for a particular program has made a great contribution. The aim of this study, therefore, is to recognize the factors, which are important in the habits of watching TV and to develop professional brands for TV broadcasting programs. The range of the survey for this study was home news programs and broadcasting stations abroad, which were on air from March to May in 2004. The focus of the survey was universal and professional news programs. Through this study, it was ascertained that, in the case of news, developing a brand for an anchor as well as for a professional brand of TV program could be an important element.
