According to the rapid evolution of internet, the number of internet users has greatly increased, so that the web servers are getting more important. If there are a great number of users trying to connect to a popular web server, the load of the web server will increase rapidly, so that failures may occur or web services may stop. An efficient load monitoring technique is required for the available web services and the performance management. The traditional techniques for load monitoring of web server using the client-server method have the problem that the server programs in client-server method must be pre-installed to all web servers. This paper implements web server load monitoring system using the mobile agent in order to overcome the problem of client-server computing. The system based on the mobile agent has no need to install the program in advance and it reduces the network traffic and the additional overheads in web servers.

이 논문에서는 자바 카드를 위한 통합 테스트 및 디버깅 환경에 대해 기술하고 있으며, 제안한 통합 개발 환경은 J-JCRE (Java language based Java Card Runtime Environment) 와 Java Card API (Application Programming Interface)로 구성되어 있다. 또한, 개발 환경은 현재 두 가지 암호 알고리즘을 지원해주며, 스크립트 실행, 시스템 클래스의 소스 레벨 디버깅, 클라이언트/서버 skeleton 자동 생성 등 다양한 기능을 제공해 준다. 제안한 통합 개발 환경을 이용함으로써 사용자들은 실제 자바 카드에 응용 프로그램을 탑재하기 전에 응용 프로그램 테스트 및 디버깅을 통해 프로그램상의 오류 밀 에러를 미리 점검하여 수정할 수 있게 된다.

본 논문에서는 기존의 항만물류 EDI의 문제점을 살펴보고 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 Microsoft의 BizTalk Framework에 기반한 XML/EDI 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 방법을 소개한다. 본 시스템의 기본 구조는 애플리케이션과 BizTalk 서버로 구성되어 있다. 또한 데이터의 흐름은 클라이언트 프로그램을 통해 데이터를 입력받고 XML 파일로 데이터를 저장·전송하게 된다. 그리고 이 XML 파일을 BizTalk 서버에서 미리 정의된 XML Schema를 이용하여 표준 EDI 문서로 변환하여 목적지에 보내게 된다.

본 논문에서는 클라이언트/서버 형태로 컨베이어 시스템을 원격으로 제어하는 방법을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 시스템의 구성은 근거리통신망으로 원격지에 연결된 컨베이어 시스템을 상황실에서 제어하는 형태를 가진다. 서버 시스템에서는 컨베이어 시스템을 통과하는 생산품 내역에 대한 데이터 베이스를 저장, 유지, 관리한다. 또한 컨베이어 시스템을 제어하는 프로그램을 수행시킨다. 컨베이어 시스템은 승용차 조립라인을 모델링한 시스템으로 구성되어 있다.

우리는 하루에도 수많은 웹사이트를 돌아다니며 다양한 정보를 얻고 있다. 자신의 정보가 항상 노출될 수 있다고 불안감은 떨쳐 버릴 수 없다. 인터넷이 급속도로 확산되면서 개인정보가 쉽게 유출되고 이로 인한 피해가 속출하고 있다. 애플릿과 액티브X같은 클라이언트(Client)에서 실행되는 프로그램이 역컴파일(Decompile)되면서 소스가 누출되고 나아가 서버측도 위험하게 되었다. 본 논문은 자바 애플릿을 이용한 서버측 해킹사례와 이를 막을 수 있는 든든한 방어책을 제시하였다. 그리고 개인의 소중한 정보를 스스로 지진 수 있는 보안 대책 및 프로그래밍에 대하여 연구하였다.

비디오 월 컨트롤러의 멀티스크린에 영상을 표출하기 위해서는 입력 영상과 영상의 수신 및 표출을 수행하는 클라이언트 프로그램이 필요하다. 입력 영상을 얻기 위한 수단으로는 영상 송출이 가능한 장비를 케이블로 연결하거나 네트워크를 통해 수신하는 방법이 있다. 많은 스트리밍 장치를 보유하고 있는 시스템에서는 관리가 용이한 영상분배서버를 사용하는 것이 효율적이지만, 통상의 영상분배 서버는 컴퓨터 비전 기술을 탑재하고 있지 않고 일단 스트리밍을 시작한 후에는 스트리밍 장치를 변경할 수 없는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스트리밍을 실행한 후에도 스트리밍 장치를 전환하여 스트림을 전송할 수 있는 얼굴 인식 기반의 영상분배 시스템을 제안한다.

PKI(Public Hey Infrastructure)기반의 공인인증서가 활성화됨에 따라 인터넷뱅킹, 증권거래시스템. 전자입찰, 전자민원 등 신원확인이 요구되는 어플리케이션에 전자서명이 적용되고 있다. 다수의 사용자가 인증서로 로그인과 부인방지를 위한 전자서명을 전송함으로써 서버는 상대적으로 많은 전자서명과 인증서검증을 수행해야 한다. 프로그램 단계에서 검증을 수행하기 위해서는 검증모듈의 API(Application Programming Interface)를 호출해야 하며, 이는 프로그램의 복잡도를 증가시킨다. 이러한 문제는 어플리케이션과 검증이 독립적이지 않기 때문에 검증에 관련된 장애가 발생하면 어플리케이션은 검증모듈에 종속적으로 장애가 발생하게 된다. 본 논문의 검증 에이전트는 서버환경이 서버-클라이언트 또는 웹 어플리케이션에 독립적으로 전자서명 검증을 담당한다. 따라서 어플리케이션은 검증이 필요한 시점에 검증 에이전트를 호출하게 됨으로써 프로그램의 복잡도를 줄이고 서버의 안정성을 향상시킨다.

The telemedicine using independent client-server system via networks can provide high quality normalized services to many hospitals, specifically to local/rural area hospitals. This will eventually lead to a decreased medical cost because the centralized institute can handle big computer hardware systems and complicated software systems efficiently and economically, Customized cancer radiation treatment planning for each patient Is very useful for both a patient and a doctor because it makes possible for the most effective treatment with the least possible dose to patient. Radiation planners know that too small a dose to the tumor can result in recurrence of the cancer, while too large a dose to healthy tissue can cause complications or even death. The best solution is to build an accurate planning simulation system to provide better treatment strategies based on each patient's computerized tomography (CT) image. We are developing a web-based and a network-based customized cancer radiation therapy simulation system consisting of four Important computer codes; a CT managing code for preparing the patients target data from their CT image files, a parallel Monte Carlo high-energy beam code (PMCEPT code) for calculating doses against the target generated from the patient CT image, a parallel linear programming code for optimizing the treatment plan, and scientific data visualization code for efficient pre/post evaluation of the results. The whole softwares will run on a high performance Beowulf PC cluster of about 100-200 CPUs. Efficient management of the hardware and software systems is not an easy task for a hospital. Therefore, we integrated our system into the client-sewer system via network or web and provide high quality normalized services to many hospitals. Seamless communication with doctors is maintained via messenger function of the server-client system.

In recent times, the high-tech society has become the most important issue by IT technology and publication network. Today such flows have also been the case in the e-book field. Today's electronic publication is changing day by day. But there are some problems according to the prevalence of e-book. E-book is similar to p-book(paper-book). There is a limit to have perfect feeling of a texture of p-book. In order to purchase an e-book, people use online. People having malicious intent could copy and distribute it illegally. It leads to cyber abuses. This paper aims at the copyright protection of e-book ePub writers. The proposed e-book copyright protection system is designed using e-book production Sigil environment and C program environment. This system uses client-server communication through e-book ePub as authentication information. It discerns whether to permit or not for a client to read the e-book using authentication information. Authentication information includes ID, password, IP address, limited time of authentication information, GUID(Globally Unique Identifier). If authentication information about e-book meets requirements, people can use it. But if not, it blocks people's approach by quitting program.

JavaSpace는 쉽고 단일화된 방식으로 분산 어플리케이션간의 객체공유, 중재 및 동적인 통신서비스를 제공한다. 현재 Javaspace글 이용한 응용 프로그램들이 계속적으로 등장하고 있다. 기존의 JavaSpace는 중앙 집중적인 클라이언트/서버 방식으로 구현되었기 때문에 성능이 제한적이다. 본 논문에서는 그룹 참여자들간의 상태를 일관성 있게 유지시켜주는 그룹통신 시스템을 이용하여 분할가능한 분산환경에 적합한 복제된 Javaspace 시스템을 설계하였다. 복제된 JavaSpace 시스템을 이용하는 웅용 프로그램들은 효율성과 확장성을 증대시킬 수 있다.
