This paper investigated future telemedicine as implementation of the telemonitoring system using LAN environment. For telemonitoring system rapidly implementation used the PC compatible embedded computing system in the ROMDOS and application program used the WATTCP that free TCP/IP Stack. Host computer program - programed by Visual C++ - had saved ECG signal and Patient Data coming inside Embedded PC and displayed. Embedded PC acquired ECG signal and transmitted a Packet to Host Computer. Host Computer remote access Embedded PC. This structure is the same Client/Sever Model. This system will be basic telemedicine model. There are problems of realtime telemonitoring because of network delay and data packet. Because of these problems, telemedicine systems will be required faster network speed and method of bio-signal transmission.

To automate nuclear design works which are time-consuming and man-power intensive, Innovative Design Processor ($IDP^{TM}$) is being developed. Two basic principles of IDP are the document-oriented design and the web-based design. The document-oriented design is that, if the designer writes a design document called active document and feeds it to a special program which has a robust parser, the finai document with complete analysis, table and plots is made automatically. The active documents can be written with ordinary HTML/XML editors or created automatically on the web, which is another framework of IDP. Using the proper mix-up of server side and client side programming under the LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) environment, the design process on the web is modeled as a design wizard style so that even a novice designer makes the design document easily.

With the decrease of sequencing price, many national projects that analyzes 0.1 to 1 million people are now in progress. However, large portion of budget of these large projects is dedicated for construction of the cluster system or purchase servers, due to the lack of programs or systems that can handle large amounts of data simultaneously. In this study, we developed NGSOne, a client program that is easy-to-use for even biologists, and performs SNP analysis using hundreds or more of Whole Genome and Whole Exome analysis without construction of their own server or cluster environment. DRAGEN, BWA / GATK, and Isaac / Strelka2, which are representative SNP analysis tools, were selected and DRAGEN showed the best performance in terms of execution time and number of errors. Also, NGSOne can be extended for various analysis tools as well as SNP analysis tools.

As part of real-time streaming service, which is one of the latest QoS technology has become the issue. But the current majority of streaming services are specific S/W I a separate setup program supports real-time streaming service a reality, will be stored until the end of the video, save for a video about editing and is not available. In this paper, a video about multi-threaded and distributed processing system applied to the Storm technique based on separate software or installation of programs without the H T M L 5-based Web content is produced by each device using a Web browser, real-time streaming system you want, no. This is a streaming service that provides users with real-time editing and the footage is stored as about and respond in real time between the server and the client and content sharing that need training and will be utilized in the field of multimedia streaming.

In this paper, android phone information push system based on the XMPP protocol is proposed. It uses Java and eclipse development tools to create an information pushing system in android phone based on the XMPP protocol, and runs on the C/S network situation. Not only, the information can be send and receire form android phone in the PC server, but also the smack packet of the android phone is used fully by this system. Therefore, the speed of the transmission and the transfer are better than other sending sportocol in the basic XMPP protocol of the system.

In this paper, android phone information push system based on the XMPP protocol is proposed. For this, we implement a XMPP(eXtensible Message and Presence Protocol) based instant message system in C/S network environment by using Java language and eclipse device. This system not only allows sending and receiving messages from the PC server to mobile phone client, but also enables the expansion into the smack package of an android phone. Thus, this system shown, in this paper has the better performance in transmission and transfer speed than those of the basic XMPP protocol system.

There exists an inconvenience that players of each instrument pass musical score in orchestra recital. In this paper, we implement the electronic musical score transmitting system that possible to hand sheet music automatically, using Mini - ITX and LCD Panel. We made them unite with a sheet music pair, and it was made and a message and data transmission were embodied using reliable TCP/IP socket communication. In this paper, the client hands sheet music automatic, and server implemented the manual function to manage each clients individually. Because one band can be managed by one Access file all together, it is easy to manage each band. Along with this, this system selects TCP/IP as the reliable transfer protocol that protect loss and errors.

가상 데스크탑 시스템은 단일 물리적 서버상에 가상화 기술을 사용하여 다수의 가상 머신을 실행하고, 이를 네트워크로 연결된 클라이언트에서 사용하는 기술이다. 가상 데스크탑에는 저장장치의 역할을 하는 가상 데스크탑 이미지가 연결되며, 본 이미지에는 운영체제 및 필요한 응용 프로그램이 설치되어 배포된다. 따라서, 새로운 가상 데스크탑을 생성할 때 가상 데스크탑 이미지를 함께 생성해야 하며, 이는 저장장치를 사용한 작업으로 시간이 많이 소요되는 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 이미지 풀을 사용한 빠른 가상 데스크탑 생성 방안을 제안한다. 이미지 풀은 일정 수의 가상 데스크탑 이미지를 포함하고 있으며, 이미지 준비기는 이미지 풀에 있는 이미지의 개수가 일정하게 유지되도록 골든 이미지에서 복사해오는 역할을 담당한다. 가상 데스크탑 생성시, 이미지 풀에서 필요한 이미지를 지연시간 없이 바로 가져옴으로써, 가상 데스크탑 생성에 소요되는 시간을 감소시킬 수 있다.

This study was conducted to make use of Korea Meteorological Administration(KMA)'s Automatic Weather Station(AWS) data to operate smart green greenhouse. A Web-based KMA AWS data receiving system using JAVA and APM_SETUP 8 on windows 7 platform was developed. The system was composed of server and client. The server program was developed by a Java application to receive weather data from the KMA every 30 minutes and to send the weather data to smart greenhouse. The client program was developed by a Java applets to receive the KMA AWS data from the server every 30 minutes through communicating with the server so that smart greenhouse could recognize the KMA AWS data as the ambient weather information. This system was evaluated by comparing with local weather data measured by Inc. Ezfarm. In case of ambient air temperature, it showed some difference between virtual data and measured data. But, the average absolute deviation of the difference has a little difference as less than 2.24℃. Therefore, the virtual weather data of the developed system was considered available as the ambient weather information of the smart greenhouse.

안드로이드 시장이 급성장함에 따라 안드로이드 기반 어플리케이션에 대한 수요가 많아지고 있다. 그로 인해 3D 그래픽적 기능을 요구하는 어플리케이션에 대한 요구도 늘어났다. 그러나 안드로이드 단말기에서는 3D 처리능력이 데스크 탑과 비교하여 성능과 서비스에 한계가 있다. 그렇기 때문에 VNC(Virtual Network Computing)를 사용하여 고성능의 그래픽을 요구하는 프로그램을 실행할 수 있게 된다. VNC 란 클라이언트에서 데스크 탑으로 접속하여 원격으로 제어하고 그 결과를 그래픽으로 확인하는 프로그램이다. 그러나 기존의 Android VNC 는 해상도가 낮고, 이미지 전송 속도가 느리기 때문에 3D 렌더링 이미지 처리가 불가능했다. 또한 Android VNC 는 인터페이스가 불편하여 입력 오류가 많아 사용이 불편했다는 단점 등이 지적되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이를 개선하기 위한 Android Turbo VNC 를 제안한다. Android Turbo VNC는 libjpeg-turbo 코덱을 적용하여 3D 이미지 부분에서 기존의 Android VNC 에 비하여 약 80~120%의 이미지 개선과 이미지 압축률을 4 배정도 높여 CAD 와 같은 고성능의 그래픽을 요구하는 프로그램의 사용을 가능하게 한다. 그리고 Android Turbo VNC 에서는 기존 Android VNC 의 불편한 UI 를 개선하였다. 클라우드 서버에서는 CAD, Document, Game, Video, General 총 5 가지의 프로그램을 서비스하여 그에 맞는 테마 별 UI 를 제공한다. libjpeg-turbo 코덱의 적용을 통해 Android-Turbo VNC 는 수십 장의 설계 도면을 굳이 들고 다니지 않더라도 하나의 테블릿 PC 안에서 보는 것이 가능하게 된다. 테마별 UI 중 CAD 테마는 3D CAD 를 사용하는 산업현장에서 적극적으로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
