본 연구에서는 퍼블릭 블록체인 기술을 적용하여 탈중앙화된 식별 정보(DID) 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 기존의 컨소시엄 블록체인을 사용한 DID는 일부 참가자들 간의 신뢰를 기반으로 동작하여 특정 그룹의 중앙화된 통제 가능성으로 인해 보안 문제가 발생하는데, 이를 극복하기 위해 퍼블릭 블록체인을 도입하여 안전하고 투명한 디지털 식별 체계를 제시한다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 웹앱 형태의 DID 어플리케이션을 사용자 친화적이고 직관적인 디자인으로 구현하여 사용자들이 쉽게 식별 정보를 관리하고 교환할 수 있도록 하였다. 더불어 안전한 키 관리 및 전자 서명 기술을 적용하여 사용자들은 자신의 식별 정보를 완전히 통제할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 탈중앙화된 신뢰 모델을 체험할 수 있다.

사회기반 시설물들의 노후화로 유지보수 비용이 급격하게 증가하고 있는 선진국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 해외의 뉴질랜드, 호주, 캐나다, 미국, 영국 등의 나라에서는 공공시설물 유지관리에 자산개념을 도입하여 관련 법과 제도를 정비하고 대웅적 유지관리방식보다 자산의 가치 중심의 예방적 유지관리로 전환하여 일정 부분 성과를 내고 있다. 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 이에 IIMM의 자산관리 업무절차 모델과 국내에서 제시된 KTAM-40을 비교하여 공공시설물 자산관리 정보시스템의 설계방안을 제시하고자 한다.

무선전자상거래(M-Commerce) 관련 기술개발 현황과 서비스 활성화 등을 주제로 한 ‘M-Commerce 활성화 세미나’가 지난 22일 오전 정부, 통신사업자, CP, 제조업체, 컨설팅회사 등이 참석한 가운데 서울 삼성동 COEX 그랜드 컨퍼런스룸에서 열렸다. 정보통신부가 주최하고 정보통신진흥협회가 주관하는 이번 세미나에서는 M-Commerce 관련 정부정책과 더불어 단말.시스템.서명인증 기술개발 동향과 전망 등 기술개발 관련 핵심사항, 지불인증체계 정립 방안과 요금체계 개선방안 등 법.제도 개선방안이 주로 논의됐다. 아울러 이동전화사업자, 컨텐츠 제공사업자, 제조업체 등 관련 사업자간 협력 방안과 IMT-2000, 기업업무 적용전략 등 서비스 활성화방안 등에 대한 주제 발표가 이어졌다. 총 3백여명이 참석한 이날 세미나에서 발표된 내용을 요약 정리한다.

미국, 영국, 호주 등은 도로교통시설을 기존의 사후 대응적 방식에서 예방적 유지관리 방식으로 전환하기 위해 자산관리체계를 도입하고 있다. 본 연구는 외국에서 추진하고 있는 자산관리 체계 사례와 자산관리정보시스템과 관련한 연구들 조사, 분석하여 국외의 자산관리정보시스템이 갖는 특성을 조사, 분석하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 국내 실정에 적합한 도로교통시설의 유지관리를 위한 자산관리정보시스템 도입 방안을 제시하였다.

ECQV implicit certificate reconstructs the public key from the certificate without validation of the signature unlike the explicit certificate. Like this, the certificate and the public key is implicitly validated when a public key is reconstructed from a certificate. Hence, ECQV implicit certificate is shorter than the explicit certificate due to be only comprised of the public key reconstruction data instead of the signature and the public key, and faster to reconstruct the public key from the certificate than validating the signature. Furthermore, ECQV is well suited for environments and application that resources such as memory and bandwidth are limited because it is shorter the key length, and faster the performance than other cipher cryptography due to be run on ECC. In this paper, we describe prerequisites of ECQV specified in the SECG SEC 4 and issuance of an implicit certificate, reconstruction of the public key from an implicit certificate. Also we designed and implemented ECQV, and measured the performance of it.

The increase of the smartphone users has popularized the mobile payment and the mobile credit card users are rapidly getting increased. The mobile credit cards that currently used provide its users with the service through downloading mobile credit card information into USIM. The mobile credit card saved in USIM has the minimized information for the security and is based on PKI. However certificate-based payment system has a complicated procedure and costs a lot of money to manage the certificates and CRL(Certificate Revocation List). Furthermore, It can be a obstacle to develop local e-commerce in Korea because it is hard for foreigners to use them. We propose the secure and efficient mobile credit card payment protocol based on certificateless signcryption which solve the problem of certificate use.

PKI Internet banking is used to have users register their public keys with the banking server together with the identity information, and verify the signature for both user and transaction authentications by using the registered public keys. Although the Blockchain-based financial systems such as Bitcoin adopt similar digital signature-based authentication scheme, there is no server that participants can register public keys with because they perform P2P payment transactions. The purpose of this paper is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the Blockchain-based payment transactions by analyzing the differences between the most common PKI Internet banking and Blockchain payment systems. Based on the analysis, this paper suggests the issues that need to be enhanced from the aspects of architecture and security in order for Blockchain payment transaction systems to be applied universally.

Chosundoseohaeje, a book type catalog was published three times under the rule of Japanese imperialism. This catalog has several characteristics of modem catalog as fellows : First, each record of this catalog includes title, volume no., statements of responsibility, printing type, annotated bibliography containing date, author, background, structure, contents of the book, and biographies. Second, this catalog has a subject retrieval system by the four-part classification(Kyung, Sa, Ja, Jib), title retrieval system by Japanese alphabetical index, and authorㆍeditor retrieval system by their family name index or king's name index. Third, this catalog has a system indicating the location of described books by Gyujanggak book numbers.

The introduction of BIM in domestic construction industry has become more active. Library development and standardization in civil-engineering are unexhausted. This research develop and standardize prototype library for railway infrastructure. We define target facility for library based on railway standard drawings and select BIM software according characteristic of each facility. In this research, we develop libraries composed of 199 files and 489 types for alignment, roadbed and track and make specifications as defined attribution item and description. As we consider for application to diverse use case, develop prototype library in low LoD. We expect that library can increase 3D design productivity and ensure consistency of quality.

The purpose of this study is to analyze Dongkuksipji's Yeamunji, written by Bae Sang-hyun(裴象鉉) in 1855. Dongkuksipji is a kind of encyclopedia. Dongkuksipji's Yeamunji record 137 books written in Goguryeo, Silla, Goryeo, Joseon and China. Yeamunji has its own classification system which includes 15 different topics. But this classification system emphasizes too much some field, such as Chinese classics of Confucianism. Yeamunji contains information on the period of compilation, author, title, and some bibliographic introductions. Although Dongkuksipji's Yeamunji does not have a perfect system for its contents, it is worthy of notice because it is a large catalogue of ancient books compiled by just one person.
