환경부는 '화학물질의 등록 및 평가 등에 관한 법률(화평법)'과 '화학물질관리법(화관법)' 시행규칙을 공포하고 지난 달부터 시행했다. 환경부에 따르면 두 법안은 화학물질의 체계적인 관리로 사전에 안전사고를 예방하고 국민건강과 환경을 보호하기 위해 제정됐다. 화학물질의 생산 유통 등 모든 과정의 안전관리를 강화하는 것이 골자다. 우선 화평법 시행에 따라 모든 신규 화학물질과 연간 1톤 이상 제조 수입되는 기존 화학물질에 대한 등록이 의무화되고 등록 신청 기준도 강화된다. 다만 제조 수입량이 연간 1톤 미만일 경우 등록 신청 제출 자료를 정식 등록 9개보다 적은 4개로 간소화하고 등록기간도 30일에서 3~7일로 줄였다. 또 유해물질 함유제품으로 인한 피해를 예방하기 위해 생활화학 제품 15종을 우려제품으로 지정해 안전 표시기준을 준수하도록 했다. 관리대상 품목은 세정제 합성세제 표백제 섬유유연제 코팅제 접착제 방향제 탈취제 방청제(금속부식 방지제) 김서림방지제 물체염탈색체 문신용염료 소독제 방충제 방부제 등이다. 화관법에서는 유해 화학물질 취급 때 공통 적용되는 46개 준수사항을 규정하고 물질별로 구체적인 취급기준을 고시하도록 했다. 취급시설의 설치 관리기준도 시설 종류별로 구체화했다. 새로 도입되는 장외 영향평가는 취급시설 설치자가 화학사고 발생 시 사업장 주변지역 사람이나 환경에 미치는 영향을 사전에 평가해 시설을 안전하게 설계 설치하도록 규정했다. 과징금과 행정처분 기준도 구체화했다. 행정처분은 2년 내 위반 횟수에 따라 경고 개선명령 영업정지 허가취소로 차등화하고 사고가 일어나면 사상자와 사업장 밖 피해액을 기준에 따라 산정해야 한다. 본 고에서는 두 법률의 주요 내용과 함께 주요 문의 사항을 살펴봄으로써 이해를 도우고자 했다.

Advances in Internet of Things Technology lead to the increasing number of daily-life things that are interconnected over the Internet. Also, several smart services are being developed by utilizing the connected things. Among the daily-life things surrounding user, the mirror can supports broad range of functionality and expandable service as it plays various roles in daily-life. Recently, various smart mirrors have been launched in certain places where people with specific goals and interests meet. However, most mirrors give the user limited information. Therefore, we designed and implemented a smart mirror that can support customized service. The proposed smart mirror utilizes information provided by other existing internet services to give user dynamic information as real_time traffic information, news, schedule, weather, etc. It also supports recommendation service based on user usage information.

Seokjojeon Hall is the Neoclassic style building situated in Deoksugung Palace, which was proposed by John McLeavy Brown who was a chief commissioner of the Daehan Empire and designed by John Reginald Hardings in 1897. Construction of the Seokjojeon Hall began in 1900 and completed in 1910 at the total cost of one million won. Decorating and furnishing of the interior was designed by Lovell and all the furniture of Seokjojeon Hall had been purchased from Maple&Co. The Maple&Co was the supplier of luxury furnitures and decorating items for luxurious residentials, hotels, embassies and the palaces and its headquarter was located in London. Ready-made furnitures were purchased as shown in the Maple's catalog. The designs and styles of the west were applied to Seokjojeon Hall. That is one of the aspects showing Daehan Imperial underwent a period of Westernization.

20세기부터 사용된 자동차는 현대에 이르러 생활의 필수품이 되고 있다. 전기자동차, 수소자동차 등의 미래지향적인 발전을 거듭하고 있는 가운데 자동차는 유형과 제조사 그리고 세부 모델까지 매우 다양화되고 있다. 4차 산업혁명과 함께 제조업 기반의 스마트팩토리가 주목받고 있는 가운데, 본 논문에서는 자동차 분야를 중심으로 제조 분야가 아닌 판매와 마케팅에 활용할 수 있는 융합관리 시스템을 제안한다.

전기 에너지가 우리 생활에 유용하게 사용되는 부분이 정말 많다. 최근에는 자전거 열풍이 불면서 덩달아 전동 자전거 업계에도 호황이 일고 있는데, 21C 기후 변화와 환경오염, 교통체증 등의 문제해결을 위한 저탄소 녹색성장의 인식 전환으로 전동 자전거 이용이 늘어나고 있다. 이는 전동 자전거도 전기 에너지가 사용되고 있다 점이다. 하지만 이런 장점을 가지고 있는 전동 자전거를 많은 사람들이 구입하지 못하는 이유가 있다. 대부분의 이유가 '집에 자전거 1대씩 가지고 있는데, 굳이 비싼 돈을 주고 전동 자전거를 구입해야하나?' 라는 생각을 가지게 된다. 또 다른 이유로는 기존의 전동 자전거가 탈 부착 형식이 아닌 일체형으로 나오기 때문에 다른 신제품의 전동 자전거가 나온다면 기존의 전동 자전거의 부품을 사용하지 못 하고 새로운 자전거를 사야 한다는 단점 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 탈 부착이 가능한 전기 자전거 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

전 세계적으로 건강이 큰 관심사가 되면서 건강한 생활을 위한 식습관 관리의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 여러 가지 건강관리 시스템들이 등장하고 있지만 기존의 시스템의 경우, 입력된 식단에 단순한 통계를 제공하는 정도의 수준이다. 또한 개인화된 서비스를 제공하지 않고 사용자에게 실질적으로 필요로 하는 정보를 제공하지 않는다. 따라서 개인의 상황에 알맞은 섭취 식단에 대한 피드백을 제공하는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 개인이 입력한 신체정보 및 식단 정보를 바탕으로 섭취한 식단에 대한 통계 및 개인맞춤형 피드백 기능을 제공하여 사용자의 건강한 식품관 형성에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

MP3 기기 및 음악재생과 관련된 인터페이스는 이미 우리 생활 곳곳에 전반적으로 자리잡고 있다. 기존의 수동적으로 음악 파일을 검색하여 듣는 방법이 아닌, 사용자의 심리상태, 관심사와 외부변수를 고려하여 사용자가 선호할 만한 음악추천 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 대해 논의한다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 마이닝의 기법인 연관 규칙, 필터링과 추천방법을 통하여 사용자가 원하는 서비스 정보를 효율적으로 도출하는 추천 시스템을 설계한다. 또한 이러한 시스템의 추천목록에 대한 사용자의 만족도를 스스로 평가하는 방법에 대해서도 제안한다.

A large number of people living in modern times prefer remaining unmarried or living alone independently for the reason of their own will or another person's will. This is because they dislike being interfered with by other persons or because there is a financial problem. This behavior has become mainstream in persons working for professional jobs, persons having a strong disposition toward individual activity or college students. In particular, career women pursuing their own comfortable life have the tendency to prefer single life. However, sometimes, they become a target of crime that targets and makes bad use of this point. For these reasons. Consequently, sometimes, they additionally install and use a security system such as door security guard at front door and so on. It is not so difficult to lock the door security guard at the front door. However, it is apt to be forgotten. And when they are on the bedspread before falling asleep, in case they should check whether the door security guard is locked or in case they should lock it, they should get up, go to the entrance, and check and lock the door security guard. They often don't lock the door security guard due to their feeling that it is all right because of annoyance and inconvenience. This paper is intended to work for safety from crime such as illegal housebreaking by more conveniently using the door security guard after designing and implementing a system that can remotely control the door security guard, using a smartphone as a method of resolving this annoyance and keeping life more safe.

의학기술의 발전과 소득수준의 증가에 따라 사라들은 단순히 전염병을 예방하거나 질병을 치료하는 수준이 아닌 '건강하게 오래 사는 것'을 원하면서 치료에서 예방으로, 의료 공급자 중심에서 의료 소비자 중심으로 의료산업의 패러다임이 변화하고 있다. 이에 건강을 미리 지키는 예방적 개념의 웰니스 산업의 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Continua Health Alliance(CHA) 에서 개인건강기기에 반드시 포함해야 하는 표준인 ISO/IEEE 11073을 활용하고 Bluetooth HDP를 통해 의료기기와 스마트TV간 연결을 확보하고 지속적으로 개인의 건강을 체크할 수 있는 건강관리 모니터링 앱을 통한 일상생활 속에서의 건강관리를 위한 스마트TV를 기반의 웰니스 솔루션을 설계하였다.

Although the use of BIM in architectural projects has increased, repetitive modeling tasks and frequent design errors remain as obstacles to the practical application of BIM. In particular, interior finishing elements include the most varied and detailed requirements, and thus requires improving its modelling efficiency and resolving potential design errors. Recently, visual programming-based modules has gained traction as a way to automate a series of repetitive modeling tasks. However, existing approaches do not adequately reflect the practical modeling needs and focus only on replacing siimple, repetitive tasks. This study developed and evaluated the performance of three modules for automatic detailing of walls, floors and ceilings. The three elements were selected by analyzing the man-hours and the number of errors that typically occur when detailing BIM models. The modules were then applied to automatically detail a sample commercial facility BIM model. Results showed that the implementations met the practical modeling requirements identified by actual modelers of an construction management firm.
