Coastal dunes have many environmental and ecological socio-economic importances; various human activities, however, have impaired their structures and functions over the years. In 2016, environmental survey on coastal sand dune was carried out to report the present status and update the coastal sand dune list in 2001. This research analyzed the survey data in terms of geomorphological and socio-economic aspects. A list of the 189 coastal sand dune and information was updated by province. A 36.5% reduction in coastal sand dune area have been identified for using agricultural land, development area since the approximately 1940-50s. Development area in coastal sand dune covered small area as 5%, the use intensity was relatively hard. Furthermore, the difference by province also showed. Approximately 80% of the development area was concentrated in 20% of total sand dune several sand dune. It is generally accepted that coastal sand dunes were exposed high development pressure. However the result means that the general brief dose not apply for all sand dune. Therefore, characteristics of each sand dune should be analyzed and concerned the diverse management plans.

This study aimed to find out the formation of ecologically educational place identity of nature trails in national parks, which elementary school students to adults can understand, by analyzing the connectivity between characteristics (signs) of nature trails and elementary science environment-related key concepts and the domain of ecological education in the course of environment and by developing a semiotic interpretation model of place identity based on Barthes's semiotic theory. When analyzing correlations between the interpretation board-focused surrounding environment of nature trails and the content system of ecological education, this study found out that it showed the highest connectivity with the domain of 'System of Ecological Environment'. When analyzing the formation of place identity of nature trails in terms of semiotics, this study discovered that geographical locations or landscapes, artificial environments and physical elements as characteristics of surrounding environments mostly acted on the formation of placeness. Besides, it was found that both knowledge and attachment elements equally could act on the formation of a sense of place. Being likely to develop through interaction between placeness and a sense of place, place identity was mostly composed of behavioral internal stages and sympathetic internal stages. To diversify the formation of place identity, however, this study found it necessary to develop environment education projects and create surrounding environments and interpretation boards with the environmental uniqueness of nature trails reflected much more.

Outdoor education emphasizes diverse experiences from the internal growth which is expected from the learners, to the ecological and environmental experiences. It is also the needs of this time and reflected in the education system of Korea. However the goal of outdoor education is not well defined and philosophical efforts to clarify it is also not enough. In this respect, we tried to define the goal and investigated professionalism of outdoor education. Specifically, we investigated the professionalism of teachers and instructors of physical education. The goal was investigated in two areas 1) holistic experience and problem solving skill and 2) aiming self-reflective practitioner. The idea was that educators must not aim simple educational efficiencies but have to become self-reflective practitioners through everyday life. The conclusions of this study are firstly, a safety manual is required to avoid possible injuries and to give first aid in an unfortunate occasion, secondly, an education program is required to train outdoor professionals and lastly, outdoor education should not remain in the boundary of formal education but should be included in non-formal education.

현재 4차산업혁명시대에 창의적인 아이디어와 적극적인 도전정신으로 무장한 스타트업이 글로벌 산업을 주도하고 있다. 정부에서도 지역별 스타트업 생태계 활성화를 위해 전국 17개의 창조경제혁신센터 운영을 지원하며, 각 센터별로 '개방성, 자율성, 다양성'의 운영 원칙 하에 지역별 스타트업 창업 생태계 허브, 공공 액셀러레이터, 그리고 오픈 이노베이션 플랫폼 역할을 담당하고 있다. 최근 수도권 스타트업 생태계는 활성화되고 있는데 비해, 지역의 스타트업 생태계는 인력, 자금 등 스타트업 성장에 핵심적인 요소 확보에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히, 부산은 일자리를 찾아 수도권으로 떠나는 등 청년층의 이탈로 고령화가 가장 빠른 도시로서, 지역 일자리 문제를 해결하는 주요 방법 중의 하나로 스타트업 생태계 활성화가 중요한데, 스타트업 지원기업 중에서도 초기 스타트업 창업 및 성장 지원 업무에 집중하는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 운영 개선 방향을 내부 직원 설문조사로 도출하고, 타겟 고객을 창업가/초기 스타트업(Creator), 교육기관(Campus), 대기업(Company), 그리고 커뮤니티(Community)의 4C로 정의하였다. 부산창조경제혁신센터의 일관된 방향성 정립을 위해 미션과 비전을 각각 정의했으며, 그것을 달성하기 위한 전략 및 실행 방안을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 센터와 직원들이 공동 성장할 수 있는 센터 업무 협력 체계와 역량 강화 교육 체계를 제시한다.
