This study is to identify the factors affecting on adolescent internet addition and suggest how to deal with it. This study is based on the ecosystem theory for human development. The factors affecting on adolescent internet addition are the followings: First, self-efficacy, self-esteem and self-control affect on internet addiction in individual system. Second, the affecting factors concerned with home environmental system are the communication level between parents and adolescent, parents' attitude for bringing up, parents' control level for adolescent, parents support etc. Third, the affecting factors concerned with school environmental system academic score, friends' support, teacher's support, adolescent adaptation in school life etc. This study suggest how to deal with internet addiction based on these findings.

오늘날 많은 선진국들이 창업국가를 표방하고 있다. 실제로 많은 연구들은 창업 생태계의 역동성이 국가 경쟁력 향상으로 이어지고 있음을 뒷받침하고 있다. 이에 각국 정부들은 스타트업을 새로운 미래 성장 동력으로 인식하고, 능력 있는 창업가와 스타트업을 자국으로 유치하기 위해 힘쓰고 있다. 본 연구는 창업자들의 글로벌 창업이주(Startup migration)현상과 지역적 창업 생태계의 등장에 주목하여, 그들의 이주요인을 알아보고자 한다. 창업 생태계 관련 선행연구에 따르면 창업자들은 개인적 동기 혹은 가용 자원이 풍부한 환경을 찾아서 국경을 넘는다. 창업이주는 국내 스타트업의 해외 진출을 의미하는 아웃바운드(Outbound)와 해외 스타트업의 국내 창업 허브에 유치하는 인바운드(Inbound)가 있는데, 본 연구는 비교적 선행연구가 적은 인바운드 창업이주(Inbound startup migration)를 중심으로 진행하고자 한다. 본 연구는 선행연구, 선행연구 기반의 질문지 작성, 설문 조사의 단계로 구성되어 있다. 우선 글로벌 창업 생태계를 비교 분석 및 평가한 선행연구를 살펴보고, 글로벌 창업 이주에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾아낼 것이다. 이후 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 앞에서 발견한 요인들을 인바운드 창업이주 관점에서 재정리하고 각 요인별로 질문을 추가하여, 설문지를 구성할 것이다. 설문지 작성의 목적은 인바운드 창업이주에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 중요도를 알아보기 위함이다. 작성된 설문은 글로벌 창업이주 형태로 국내에 정착한 100여명의 해외국적 창업자들에게 진행될 것이다. 본 연구는 인바운드 창업이주의 핵심 요인들을 찾아내어 이론화하고 이를 실증할 설문도구를 만들어서, 이를 우리나라 인바운드 스타트업들을 대상으로 검증하여 각각의 상대적 중요도를 찾아내었다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서 찾아낸 영향, 요인, 프레임워크는 세계 각국의 창업생태계를 비교하는 후속 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것이고 실증된 결과는 정책 입안에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Knowledge Ecosystem은 지식이 자연생태계와 유사한 속성을 가지고 있다는 가정과 관점으로부터 출발한다. 이는 지식과 지식 그리고 이를 생성하고 활용하는 주체와 주체가 생태계의 복잡한 네트워크로 연결되어 다양한 진화와 소멸의 과정을 거치는 과정으로 이해하고 이를 현실세계에 반영하여 긍정적 측면에서 지식을 확대재생산하거나 강화하고 부정적 측면을 약화시키는 과정으로 이해할 수 있다. 이러한 과정은 인위적 개입이나 통제보다는 생태계의 자연스러운 현상에 기반하여 이를 활성화하는데 근본적인 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서는 과학기술정보를 활용하여 연구개발을 수행하고 이를 통해 신제품개발 및 사업화를 수행하는 과학기술정보 커뮤니티에 Knowledge Ecosystem을 개발, 적용한 사례를 중심으로 시스템의 개념과 성과에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

지역 R&D 혁신생태계를 조성하고자 정부는 부처별로 다수의 지역 공공 R&D조직들을 다투어 구축하고 있다. 현재 지역 공공 R&D조직은 그 역할과 기능이 명확하지 않고, 지자체는 지역 실정에 맞는 지를 따지기 보다는 "일단 유치하고 보자"는 인식이 강하다. 조직의 구성원은 중앙정부 공공 R&D조직문화 및 운영방식에 익숙해져 있어서, 지역 공공 R&D 생태계와 상호작용, 협력메카니즘 구축에 여러 가지 어려움이 있다. 한국기초과학지원연구원은 지역연구자들에게 근거리 연구지원을 위해 전국에 9개의 지역센터를 운영하고 있다. 지역 R&D 혁신생태계 중 기초과학지원이라는 중요한 영역을 맡고 있다. 하지만, 현재 지역센터는 분석수요 대비 지역센터의 인력 및 인프라 미흡, 유지비용 부족으로 성장의 한계에 부딪힌 상황이다. 현재 지역센터의 역할 재정립에 대한 요구가 크다. 본 연구에서는 기초과학지원연구원의 지역센터에 대한 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 통해 지역 공공 R&D 조직의 역할과 기능에 대해 짚어보았다. 우선 지역센터의 현황과 문제점을 종합적으로 살펴보았다. 그리고 지역센터의 역할과 기능, 지역내 포지셔닝을 살펴보고, 실질적인 운영방안검토 및 새로운 역할과 발전전략에 대해 검토하였다. 본 연구는 앞으로 기초과학지원 연구원의 지역센터를 비롯한 지역공공 R&D조직은 국가차원의 당위적 수직적 역할 외에도 지역차원의 수평적 협력적 역할에 대해 새롭게 조명하고, 지역 관점에서 지역 공공 R&D 생태계와 지역산업까지 그 성과가 이어질 수 있도록 역할전환이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.

This study examined the process of production, utilization and extinction of researches through academic activities to identify the structural characteristics of the field of discipline of administration in Korea from the viewpoint of research ecosystem. To this end, statistical and network analyses were conducted, focusing on bibliographies, references, and keyword for papers published in 29 domestic journals in the field of public administration for the past five years. The results of the analysis, researchers in the field of public administration in Korea maintain a rather horizontal connection and are connected organically rather than separately. In addition, the core academic journals and keyword were extracted to present the connection, and the speed of knowledge transfer and deterioration was measured to identify the phenomenon of decreasing value in literature.

최근 산업계 전반은 코로나19 장기화에 따라 빠른 속도로 디지털트랜스포메이션이 가속화 되고 있다. 디지털트랜스포메이션의 비즈니스 모델은 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는데, 새로운 비즈니스 모델로서의 가능성은 기업의 성과와 결과에 영향을 미친다. 또한 산업생태계 자체가 디지털 기술로 인해 재구성되는 디지털 변혁 시대 스타트업의 하이퍼스케일업(Hyper-Scaleup)이 중요해지고 있다. 코로나 대유행시기 동안 사회적 거리두기 정책으로 인해 스타트업은 많은 손실을 경험하였고, 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 비즈니스 피벗이 필요하며 비즈니스 전환은 필수이다. 물리적 제한이 없는 디지털 세계에서 변화하는 고객의 변화에 신속하게 대응해야 하고 이러한 변화 대응력을 높여야 하는 벤처 생태계를 중심으로 피벗이 중요한 비즈니스 전략으로 등장하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 첫째, 스타트업의 새로운 가치창출을 위해 창업아이템, 하이퍼스케일업, 비즈니스 피벗의 개념을 분석하였다. 둘째, 창업생태계의 디지털 전환 시점에서 창업아이템과 하이퍼스케일업이 창업성과와의 실증 분석을 통해 유의한 영향 관계를 규명하였다. 셋째, 창업아이템과 하이퍼스케일업이 창업성과에 영향을 미칠 때 비즈니스 피벗의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 스타트업 관점에서 디지털트랜스포메이션을 바르게 이해하고, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

MICE (Meetings, Incentive trip, Convention and Exhibition & Event) industry is a multifaceted industry with a variety of stakeholders including the public and private sectors, and PCOs (Professional Convention Organizers) play a mediating role in communicating opinions of the stakeholders. For enhancing their reliability and awareness, PCOs have their stakeholders' hyperlinks on the websites. This study attempted to analyze the hyperlink networks among PCOs (Professional Convention Organizers) and their stakeholders so as to understand the MICE industry ecosystem and find out whether the network structure of PCOs' shows different levels of hyperlink use with their stakeholders' websites based upon PCO's performance and size. The results showed the hyperlink network of MICE industry and that the bigger PCOs have higher centralities in the network.

The present urban redevelopment has caused many problems. The truth is that the improvement of residential environment in this country has resulted in high-rise apartment buildings of the same form, without regard for vestiges of previous residents and regional characteristics. If redevelopment should be continued in a proper way to improve the right to adequate housing, a new form of urban design will be required, solving existing problems. For this, the cultural and ecological elements of the redevelopment site to be conserved and developed should be found and designed. Consequently, this study focuses on the cases of domestic and overseas urban design that cultural and ecological elements have been applied to redevelopment, and suggests Hwamyeong-dong, a deteriorated area in Busan, to design from a cultural and ecological point of view.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic reference for appropriate ecological park planning through investigation and analysis of inviting environment of Suncheon Bay Ecological Park within the framework of 'universal design'. For this, investigating items were selected through literature reviews and legal standard of ecological park suggested by laws. Field survey on Suncheon Bay Ecological Park was conducted, The results suggesting analytical and practical implications are as follows. First, guided handles of any facilities were not equipped, so urgent supplementation is needed with legal standard of universal design. Especially, detailed criterion of universal design focusing on visitors' convenience should be reflected. Second, all facilities for the blind were not equipped and the floor height of entrance was also unsuitable. It implies that the disabled and the senior are restrained from doing independent activity, therefore, appropriate standard focusing on 'universal design' for the wide open activity space such as the park area should be re-provided. Finally, guidelines for applicable universal design of the activity space for the experience on the ecological park should be re-established.

Community psychology, which originated from the United States, has made significant progress in many countries over the past 50 years, but it is still an unfamiliar field in Korea. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the core concepts of community psychology and to increase the understanding of community psychology and highlight its practicality and importance. This paper introduces the core concepts of community psychology, including a shift in perspective, first-order and second-order change, ecological level of analysis, and action. It also considers how these core concepts can be utilized and which direction they can provide for the Korean society. Ultimately, the goal is to promote public awareness of community psychology, expand the scope of psychology in Korea, and make a positive contribution to solve social issues in the Koream society.
