국내 친환경 공동주택의 활성화를 위한 개정 건물 성능 평가제도 비교 연구 (A Study on Comparison and Analysis of Revision Building Rating System for Environment-friendly Residential Building)

  • As design tools, building performance certification systems can be applied to provide adequate guidelines on design process to create environment-friendly buildings. Domestic certification systems of residential building took effect by doing supply to designers and contractors from affiliated organization of governments in the early 2000s. As a result, Building Energy Rating System, Apartment Performance Rating System, Green Homes and other means to promote green designs have been operated. International trends of applying certification systems were started in the early 1990s as forms of LEED in USGBC, BREEAM in BRE, GBTool Canada. These systems aim to evaluate building performance in line with the Climatic Change Convention and realize sustainable building design. In 2009, residential buildings accounted for the largest portion of the internal real estate market with 67.9 percent according to the National Statistical Office data. And for 18 years since 1991, apartments among constructed residential buildings have ranked top taking up 77.7% as of 2009. Apartment performance evaluations accordingly are to promote to constitution of improving tenant quality of life, the residential environment and saving energy and resources in the internal building market. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze valuation bases of each sector in evaluation systems of residential buildings at home and abroad to upgrade current systems through reflecting the characteristics of residential buildings. Implementation of this study basically include comparison of valuation bases and partial analysis on properties of rating systems to suggest requisites for improvement in building performance certification.

공공임대주택 유형별 부재의 사후보전 수선시기 설정연구 (Analysis of the Breakdown repair time of the Building Components in Public Rental-Housing Types)

  • The rental housing has played a key role to supply a decent living space for the low-income households. The owner of the rental housing should maintain and manage the building physical condition. On the other hand, rents should use the housing without any damage and pay a certain fare for the rent. A rent is classified into two types : private and public. The public rent is mainly to supply a living space for non-available home owner with a low-rent fare. Many of public rent are built and supplied by the public institution or local government. The supplier would take a responsibility to maintain the building and components, reflected by the maintenance plan and repair scope. In this paper, it aimed at providing the repair time in building components of the public rental housing such as lighting, electrical cable, paintings and etc.. The repair time is analyzed with three calculation methods which are solved by the probability and empirical approach. Results are as follows : First, the repair time of the electrical facilities are maintained with 11yr, 10yr and 7 in permanent, public and redevelopment rent respectively. The roof proof has a repair time with 14yr, 11yr and 8 in permanent, public and redevelopment rent housing respectively. Second, Most of the components has a prior length of the repair time in permanent, public and redevelopment rent sequently. There is a difference in repair time according to the rental types. Therefore, it would continue to research the difference in aspect of the living style, building physics, living consciousness and etc.

주거지 재생지역의 기존주택 기능전환에 대한 노인의 반응연구 (Elderly response to alteration of existing house function in housing improvement area)

  • As an aging population has increased vastly and nuclear families have been a dominating family type in modern Korean society, the numbers of the elderly who suffer Empty Nest Syndrome and LID (Loss Isolation Depression) syndrome have been accelerated. These syndromes involve psychological instability, melancholy, and lethargy. To make the elderly get out of this phenomenon and live actively, the scheme of converting their existing house into shared housing was set as a hypothetical solution in this study. This study sets out to find out responses of the elderly to alter their own house's function in housing improvement area. A Small Workshop Panel method was used and the elderly aged 55 years upwards took part and they own a detached house in a housing improvement area that is relatively large for the elderly or the elderly couple to live alone. Through the workshop, problems that the elderly have been experiencing within their houses were looked into and responses of the elderly on altering their house to shared housing by introducing developed schematic plans. Although, the first response was negative, positive responses from the house owners were carried out when a visual support i.e. developed shared housing plan was provided. The positive response was based on the fact that subsidies from the government on house renovation and tenants matching programs are supported as shared housing could provide home owners economical support with rents and help them to feel less lonely. This is a way of relieving the elderly from being neglected and supporting them to live and age actively in their later lives. Furthermore, by providing a visual media to the elder residents in housing improvement area, their greater understandings on the development and addressing their opinions were possible. Therefore, more tools that promote elder residents' participation are needed for future housing improvement projects and an aging society.

다가구 및 다세대 원룸주택의 기밀성능 실측연구 (The Measurement of Airtightness Performance of Multi-Family Housing)

  • Even though a study of airtightness performance of apartment and detached house have been done constantly, there are few of studies of multi-family housing which increasing every year. Therefore, this study analyzed airtightness performance of 20 households of one room in Daejeon to investigate airtightness performance standard. All experiments were performed under the same conditions except sealing windows to investigate airtightness performance without sealing windows (natural condition) and airtightness performance with sealing windows of studio apartment. As results, (1) average ACH50 without sealing windows was 19.2/h for pressurization, and 12.8/h for depressurization and (2) average ACH50 with sealing windows was 16.0/h for pressurization, and 10.7/h for depressurization and ACH50 in both condition, ACH50 under pressurization was about 50% higher than that under depressurization. Throughout this experiment, we can figure out that about 16% of air infiltration rate is occurred in windows, and the other 84% is occurred in rest of places such as Junction structure, socket and ventilating opening.

공동주택단지내 조경수목의 생장과 피음시간과의 관계 (Relation between the Shade Hours and the Landscape Tree Growth in the Apartment Housing Areas)

  • 공동주택단지내 조경수목의 생장과 피음시간과의 관계를 파악하기 위하여 과천주공아파트 2단지 내의 조경수목 4종을 대상으로 현재의 규격과 식재위치를 조사하여 개체별 그림자시간을 분석하고 피음시간과 수목규격을 단순회귀분석하였다. 전체적으로 R$^{2}$값이 낮아 두 변수간의 상관성은 설명력이 약하다 하겠으며, 도출된 회귀방정식도 일반화 할 수는 없는 것으로 판단되었다. 즉, 본 연구대상지내에서 조경수목의 생장과 피음시간과의 상관관계가 낮아 대상지내 조겨수목의 생장에 있어서 피음시간은 타 환경여인보다 상대적 중요도가 낮은 것으로 추정되었다. 다만, 전반적으로 스츠로브잣나무는 부(-)의 상관관계를, 단풍나무와 백목련은 정(+)의 상관관계를 보여 음양수의 특성이 나타난 것으로 추정되었다. 또한, 수종별로 통계적으로 유의성이 있는 경우는, 단풍나무의 경우 근원직경 및 수관폭, 백목련의 경우 수관폭과 피음시간과의 관계로서 상관계수 0.4 미만의 낮은 상관성을 보였다.

  • This study aims to provide the fundamental date of HUANGTO GUDUL for applying to current house heating system. It has been used as a traditional heating system in Korea for a long time and disappeared in the course of industrialization in Korea last a few decades and these days is tend to be widely adopted as house heating system. Even though it is known that the traditional heating system of HUANGTO GUDUL is good for ecological environment house and a kind of the natural friendly heating system for optimum residential heating environment, there are few systematic researches and analysed data of it. In order to analyse the characteristics of HUANGTO GUDUL, the existing materials of it's historical change was studied. And the architectural prospects of the use of GUDUL on the point of view of environmental ecology. The data of relationship between the mechanic properties and the workability of GUDUL materials and the environmental index such as the heating environment, relative humidity, and deodorization ratio and so on. And the heating effectiveness of GUDUL was compared with existing modem materials by experimental analysis. The results stated above can be grafted architecture and will be offered the optimum heating environment.

2006년 여름철 논에 의한 기온저감효과 (The cooling effects of a paddy field area during 2006 summer)

  • 본 연구에서는 2006년 여름철(2006년 7월 15일${\sim}$9월 30일) 동안 서로 다른 토지피복형태(논, 밭, 도시녹지대 및 도시주택지)에서의 기온변화 특성을 비교하여 논에 의한 기온저감 효과를 파악하였다. 혹서기 동안 총 3회(2006년 8월 3일, 11일, 15일)에 걸쳐 논으로부터의 거리에 따라 기온을 실측한 결과, 논으로부터 거리가 멀어짐에 따라 기온이 상승하였으며, 170m 지점에서의 기온은 논 지점보다 14시에는 $2.3^{\circ}C$, 22시에는 $1.8^{\circ}C$, 익일 06시에는 $1.3^{\circ}C$ 높게 나타났다. 혹서기 동안 논, 밭, 녹지대, 주택지에서의 열대야 완화효과를 비교해보면, 논이 열대야를 완화시키는 효과가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. $25^{\circ}C$이하로 낮아지는 평균시각은 논이 22.36시, 밭이 24.0시, 녹지대가 2.2시, 주택지가 2.3시로 나타났고, 이 시각으로부터의 평균 지속시간은 논이 7.7시간, 밭이 7.3시간, 녹지대가 4.3시간, 주택지가 1.0시간으로 나타났다. 또한 평균 일최저기온은 논이 $23.1^{\circ}C$로서 밭과는 동일하게 나타났으며, 녹지대보다 $0.9^{\circ}C$, 주택지보다 $3.0^{\circ}C$ 낮게 나타났다. 그러나 논과 밭에서의 기온저감효과는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았는데, 이는 기온저감효과가 식생피복상태에 의해 크게 좌우되기때문으로 생각된다. 본 연구에서는 논과 밭에 의한 기온저감효과의 메커니즘은 파악되지 않았으나, 이는 다양한 논지대 및 밭지대를 대상으로 열수지 특성을 분석함으로써 구명할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.자로서는 제방 마루의 토지이용 및 식생구조, 하도의 식생유형, 하도주변 토지이용, 하안(bank) 형상 및 구조, 수종 및 구조, 하도 및 하안 특징 및 구조 등으로 선정, 검토하였다. 이상의 하천교란과 관계되는 지표를 선정하여 물리적, 생태적 조사 및 교란평가기법(안)을 개발, 제시하였다.EX>)를 보였으며, 그 중 3명에서는 혈역학적으로 큰 의미가 없는 잔여단락이 있었다. 결론: 급성 심근경색증 후 심실중격 결손은 수술위험도가 높은 질환이지만, 수술 전 대동맥내 풍선펌프를 삽입하고 조기에 심실중격 결손부의 infarct exclusion 술식과 함께 관상동맥우회술을 시행함으로써 만족할 만한 수술 및 중기 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.출물 투여로 저하되었으나 NC군보다는 높게 나타났다. 간 중 중성지질 함량은 참나물 에탄올 추출물 투여 용량에 따른 유의차가 없었으나, 총콜레스테롤 함량은 고용량 병합투여한 HC-PBH군만 유의하게 저하되었다. 혈청 및 간 중의 지질 함량 변화는 정상식이를 급여한 NC군과 NC-PB군 간에는 유의차가 없었다. 따라서 고콜레스테롤식이를 급여하면서 참나물 에탄올 추출물을 병합투여 시에만 지질대사 개선 효과가 있는 것으로 여겨지며, 고용량 병합투여 시 효능이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 고콜레스테롤식이로 인한 산화적 스트레스가 고콜레스테롤혈증을 유발하였으며, 이는 참나물 에탄올 추출물에 함유된 항산화물질을 포함한 여러 생리활성물질이 영향을 미친 것으로 사료된다. 이상의 실험 결과에서 참나물 에탄올 추출물은 고콜레스테롤식이로 증가된 총콜레스테롤, LDL-콜레스테롤 및 중성지질 함량은 감소시켰고, HDL-콜레스테롤과 인지질 함량은 증가시킴으로써 지방간 및 동맥경화의 예방과 치료에 효과적일 것으로 판단되어 진다./hr/g$, 섭취 7일중 $8.123\;{\mu}g/hr/

외부공간 환경계획지표 사례분석을 통한 생태면적률 공간유형 보완 방향 도출 연구 - 식재부문 공간유형 신설을 통한 보완방향을 중심으로 - (A study on the supplementation of the Biotop Area Ratio by case study of Outdoor Environmental Planning Indicators)

  • Recently, the increase of impervious area has been pointed out as a major cause of climate change and biotop area deterioration]. Therefore, quantitative indicators for environmental housing design and planning have been needed especially to control the impervious area. The Biotop Area Ratio(BAR) as the mostly applied environmental planning control instrument in Korea verifying the possibility of utilizing has been used effectively in various aspects. However, the fact that the space types are based on two dimension and ecological functions of spaces are simplified has shown the limitations of this planning instrument in the use as planning and evaluation indicator. In this study, classification criteria and the weighting of the space types in similar indicators Biotopflaechenfaktor (BFF, Berlin), Seattle Green Factor (SGF, Seattle), and Green Area Factor (GAF, Malmo) were analyzed. These indicators are similar in the sense that they apply weights to calculate the area and express a percentage of land area. The findings are as follows: The basic method that can estimate the vegetation volume is proposed to overcome the limitation of the BAR. It also was proven that the introduction of three-dimensional volume rate of biotops area was possible. Finally, the framework of space type classification criteria is proposed through linkages with relevant laws and regulations. With the improvement of the space types, the BAR is expected to be reasonable indicator in outdoor space evaluation in housing project.

공동주택 욕실의 변기 배수소음 저감에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Noise Reduction for Toilet Stool Plumbings in Apartment Bathroom)

  • Recently Among indoor noises plumbing noise from supply and drain water pipe is being pointed out as a annoying noise following to floor impact noise, and it is increasing the rate to point the noise due to the following several reasons: water pressure, vibration by fabricated structures and direct noise propagation from upper floor through ceiling This study aims to analyse the characteristics of toilet stool plumbing noise in apartment bathroom which are generated by crossing plumbings and elbows. And it analyse the effect of noise reduction by soundproofing and insulations which are covered at crossing plumbings. And also analyse the characteristics of noise about a type of elbows, crossing plumbing and result of dB(A). At last it provide a fundamental data for the purpose of reduction of plumbing noise in apartment.

공동주택의 현장관리 인력 산출모형 연구 (A Calculation Model of Site Management Manpower for Apartment Building Construction Project)

  • Construction companies find it increasingly necessary to reduce the cost as the construction market has been suffering from a depression and the industrial environment has been changing fast lately. The cost cut demands the productivity management of the field operations, which can be made feasible by assigning an appropriate number of managers on the construction site. However, previous studies are focused on the labor productivity and construction companies take into account only the revenue per worker in organizing the staff. The purpose of this study is to research the model for calculating the field management manpower in accordance with the characteristic of project and site conditions which are usually considered in the beginning of the construction project. The data about apartment building projects of domestic large constructors and factors related to them were statistically analyzed. The results of this study can be used to calculate the necessary field management manpower in accordance with the characteristic of project.
