Quality Check Monitoring System for Advancing the Yield Rate based on Sensor (베어링 생산수율 향상을 위한 센서기반 품질 체크 모니터링 장치)

  • This paper presents the monitoring method of machining error and quality check to improve the productivity of boring manufacturing process. Machining error usually appears as the offset of spatial location of actual cutting path compared to ideal cutting path. In order to monitor an error of workpiece, multiple factors affecting quality of boring, such as distortion of workpiece, clamping error, radial rotation error of the spindle and motion error of machine tools, were took into account. To verify the productive quality, we propose the quality check system. The system based on IT convergence analyzes the process error rate and saves the analyzed data in memory. Also, these play important roles in detecting an inferior production goods and can decrease the production cost and loss of bearing.

  • 산업사회와 소비자는 갈수록 소량 다품종과 빠른 Delivery를 요구하고 있다. 생산라인은 급격히 자동화되어 가면서 기존의 단순한 Cost 구조에서 복잡한 Cost 구조로 심화될 뿐만 아니라 제조간접비용의 중요성도 점차 이슈화 되어 가고 있으며 시장에서의 경쟁은 갈수록 치열해 짐에 따라 판매비, 광고비 등의 부담도 점차 증가되고 있다고 하겠다. 이러한 시점에 세계 유수한 기업들은 Six Sigma 품질 혁신 활동을 통해 그들에 절대적인 부담이 되고 있는 비용의 절감뿐 아니라 품질 향상을 통한 고객 만족을 이끌어 내고 있다. 본 연구는 Six Sigma 품질 혁신 활동과 제약경영이론(Theory of Constraint)의 조합을 통한 시너지 효과로 생산 라인의 생산성 향상을 성공적으로 이끌어 낸 사례를 제시하고 있다. 즉, 본 연구의 목적은 Six Sigma 경영 혁신활동과 TOC 이론의 조합을 통해 생산 라인의 생산성 향상을 극대화 하고자 하는데 있다고 하겠다. 이를 위해 개선 활동의 프로세스 진행은 Six Sigma 활동의 DMAIC 프로세스를 따랐으며 세부 단계에서의 개선 아이디어를 발굴하기 위하여 Thinking Process를 적용하였다.

  • this study, after examining quality of mortar for different manufacturing stages of recycled sand produced by wet gravity separation system, it was found that the quality of recycled sand was improved greatly after going through the wet gravity separation system.

  • 소프트웨어 산업 사회에서 프로젝트의 품질과 생산성을 높이는 문제에 대한 여러 가지 방안들을 제시하고 있으며, 컴포넌트 기반 개발 프로세스 역시 생산성 향상에 대한 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 하지만 고객 니즈에 맞는 고품질의 프로젝트를 수행하기 위해서는 체계적인 관리 프로세스가 필요하며 더욱이 컴포넌트 호환 및 상호 운용에 대한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 많은 노력이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 노력들 중의 하나로 Six Sigma와 OMG의 MDA(Model Driven Architecture) 기술을 이용하여 특정 도메인의 모델 변환(Model Transformation) 구조를 구현하고, 최적화된 Six Sigma관리 프로세스를 적용한 실제 사례를 통하여 프로젝트의 품질과 생산성 망상에 대한 결과를 측정하여 그 효과에 대해서 검증하였다.

  • 원예작물 생산기술이 나날이 발전하고 있는 것이 오늘의 추세이다. 특히 시설원예의 발전은 주년공급을 뛰어넘어 고품질, 다수확, 안전생산 단계에 접어들고 있다. 유리온실과 같이 고가의 시설비를 투입하여 작물을 생산함에 있어서는 단위면적당 수량을 높이는 것이 시설 투자비를 조기에 회수하고 연료비 등 생산비용을 적게 들이는 요인이기 때문에 가능한한 모든 수단을 투입하여 시설면적당 고품질의 생산물을 대량 수확하는 것 만이 경쟁에 이기는 것이며 아울러 동일장소에서 토양오염를 유발하지 않고 계속적으로 농작물을 생산해야 할 필요를 절실히 느끼게 되었다. The Effects of R&D Investments on Exports in the Korean Manufacturing Industry: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Product and Cost Competitiveness (국내 제조 산업의 R&D 투자가 수출에 미치는 영향: 제품경쟁력과 원가경쟁력의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine how industry-level R&D investments increase exports in Korean manufacturing industries through the strengthening of product competitiveness and cost competitiveness. We developed a research model indicating that R&D investments positively affect product competitiveness and cost competitiveness, in which investments in R&D will finally lead to increases in exports in manufacturing industries. Product competitiveness is divided into new product innovation capability and product quality competitiveness, while cost competitive advantage is divided into labor productivity and capital productivity. We have collected data from 20 manufacturing industries between 2004 and 2014, and analyzed them through path analysis. Empirical results of this study are as follows. First, R&D investment in the manufacturing industry positively affects new product innovation capability, product quality competitiveness, labor productivity and capital productivity of the industries. Second, increased product quality competitiveness, labor productivity and capital productivity positively affects exports of Korean manufacturing industries. Thus, we can conclude that R&D investments in Korean manufacturing industries positively influence exports through increases in product quality competitiveness, labor productivity and capital productivity.

  • In food choice, consumers consider importantly food safely and reliability focusing on a high qualify control. Also they are concerned about sustainable production and consumption considering of area and environment. In this paper, We propose and design the high-quality seafood production support system that is based on international sanitary standard haccp, traceability and eco-fiendly seafood certification for safety and reliability of the seafood production. The system is categorized into five part: aquafarm haccp, environmental control monitoring, traceability, disease prevention and messenger service and seafood price inquiry service. The proposed system utilize diverse ubiquitous-it technologies like usn, network cctv, mobile device etc.

  • Quality management work at construction sites demands substantial time and effort, involving the preparation of documents in Excel, approval processes, and the execution of quality tests. These Excel-based tasks include printing quality test reports, performing quality tests, generating and approving test reports, and preparing management ledgers. This division of processes extends the duration of work and diminishes efficiency. Accordingly, a cloud-based construction site quality management system was developed to enhance the productivity of quality management work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the productivity of the construction site quality management system, which is in the early stages of implementation at construction sites. This study implemented the construction site quality management system at a road construction site and scrutinized subsequent alterations in the quality management workflow before and after the implementation. Additionally, a survey was conducted among quality control engineers to collect data on work time both before and after the introduction of the construction site quality management system. Based on the collected data, the Monte-Carlo simulation method was applied to analyze the productivity improvement effect of the construction site quality management system, and the results were presented. The results of this study can serve as foundational data for future research endeavors focused on the automation of quality management works.
