  • 조립식 건축물의 화재는 건축자재의 종류에 따라 다양한 화재 특징을 나타내게 되는데 금번 연구과제로 선정한 화재는 지난 2006년 12월에 발생한 조립식 샌드위치패널 숙소 화재사례로서 이번 연구를 통해 조립식 샌드위치패널 건축물의 화재원인분석과 감식방법을 고찰해 보고 아울러 발표된 연구논문자료와 실제 화재재현실험을 통한 감식능력 향상을 도모하고자 한다.

A Study on the Thermal Performance of Embossing Surface Sandwich Panel During the Summer (여름철 엠보싱 샌드위치 패널의 열적 성능에 관한 연구 -평판 샌드위치 패널과 비교를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the thermal performance of embossing surface sandwich panel and flat surface sandwich panel during the summer. To do this research, thermal performances in summer season at the six points of embossing surface sandwich panel and flat surface sandwich panel are investigated focusing on the temperature. Three kinds of embossing surface sandwich panel and one kind of flat surface sandwich panel are used for this research. At the same size of sandwich panel, the average temperature differences of flat surface sandwich panel between average temperature at the 0.5 mm below copper plate and average outside air temperature and surface temperature are higher than those of embossing surface sandwich panel. The average heat transfer rate of flat surface sandwich panel is higher than that of embossing surface sandwich panel. More study will be needed about the size of diameter and height of embossing, and materials of embossing surface sandwich panel.

Classification of Reaction-to-Fire's Performances on Sandwich Panel Systems by Applying to ISO 13784-1 Fire Tests (실대규모 화재시험(ISO 13784-1)을 적용한 샌드위치 패널 시스템의 연소성능 분류)

  • Reaction-to-Fire's performances such as combustion properties of sandwich panels were tested according to ISO 13784-1 (room corner test for sandwich panel building systems) method which is made for the purpose of supplementing ISO 9705 room corner test, and analyzed comparatively. Several variables including heat release rate, smoke production rate, FIGRA, SMOGRA, thermal configuration, visual check lists and so on, were analyzed for specific four materials on sandwich panel systems. Finally, Reaction-to-Fire's performances of test results on each material by ISO 13784-1 are categorized by applying to the classification systems of both EN 13501-1 and Eurefic Research Program.

  • Contamination levels of total aerobic bacteria, coliforms, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Bacillus cereus In commercial Samgakkimbabs and sandwiches from southern Gyeounggi-do were monitored. Total aerobic bacteria counts in Samgakkimbabs and sandwiches were 3.50-5.54 and $3.88-6.29log_{10}CFU/g$, for coliforms 1.25-317 and $1.53-5.08log_{10}CFU/g$, for S. aureus 0.30-5.20 and $0.10-4.18log_{10}CFU/g$, and for B. cereus 0.88-2.48 and $0.22-2.18log_{10}CFU/g$, respectively. E. coli was not isolated from all Samgakkimbabs and sandwiches except from one sample of sandwich salad ingredient. Results indicate hygiene of commercial Samgakkimbabs and sandwiches was deleterious.

  • The aim of this study was to develop the noise and vibration damping wood-based composites by using viscoelastic polymer materials. Polyvinylchloride(PVC) was plasticized with 20-140 phr bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DOP) and the dynamic tensile mechanical properties were measured at 110Hz and approximate temperature range -100 to 150$^{\circ}$ using a Rheovibron Instrument. The PVC/DOP blends were shown to be compatible in all proportions, and both T(E”$_{max}$) and T(tan${\delta}_{max}$) shifted to the lower temperature side as the DOP content increased. The vibration damping properties of wood/polymer composites were measured using the Rheovibron instrument in a bending mode. The composite damping factor(tan ${\delta}_{c}$) of wood /PVC-DOP/wood sandwich structure correlated with the loss factor and that of the coated structure correlated with the loss modulus(E”) of the polymer layer. In addition, the sandwich structure was found to be more effective in damping than the coated structure. The logarithmic decrement (${\Delta}$c) curve of a sandwich structure, which was determined by the free-free flexural vibration method was similar in shape to the tan ${\delta}_{c}$ curve.

A Study on the Strength and Stiffness of Multi-Stage Cubic Truss Unit Structures (복합 입체형 정육면체 트러스 단위구조체의 강도 및 강성에 대한 해석 연구)

  • This paper investigated the strength and stiffness of composite truss unit structures. The model used is a core-filled model combining the Kagome model and the cube truss model. The material properties used for the analysis are 304 stainless steel with elastic modulus of 193 GPa and yield stress of 215 MPa. The theoretical equation is derived from the relative elasticity relation of Gibson - Ashby ratio, the analysis was performed using Deform 3D, a commercial tool. In conclusion, the relative elasticity for this unit model correlates with 1.25 times the relative density and constant coefficient, elasticity is inversely proportional to pore size. The relative compressive strength has a correlation with relative density of 1.25 times. Proof of this is a real experiment, the derived theoretical relationship should further consider mechanical behavior such as bending and buckling. In the future, it is hoped that the research on the elasticity and the stress according to the structure of the three-dimensional space will be continued.

  • Gemäß der lernerorientierten Didaktik und Methodik des deutschen neuen Schulfaches "Praktische Philosophie" studiert die vorliegende Forschung die Unterrichtsmethoden zum fruchtbaren Philosophie-, Essay- und Ethikunterricht. Sie stellt die Unterrichtsmethoden unter der Gliederung von 1) Methoden für die Einführung in den Unterricht, 2) die für den Hauptteil des Unterrichts, 3) die für den Abschluss des Unterrichts, 4) die für Strukturierung des ganzen Unterrichts dar. Der zweite Teil wird wiederum in die Methoden der Form vom Sprechen und Horen, vom Lesen und vom Schreiben unterteilt. Wegen der Einschränkung vom erlaubten Umfang für den Aufsatz wird diese Forschung in zwei Aufsätze geteilt. Der erste Aufsatz behandelte den Teil 1) und den ersten Unterteil des Teils 2). Als Methoden für die Einführung in den Unterricht stellten sich Partnerinterview, Brainstorming und Schneeball dar und als Methoden der Form vom Sprechen und Horen Fishbowl, Pro-Kontra-Argumention, Gruppenarbeit und das sokratische Gespräch. Dieser zweite Aufsatz stellt Lesekompetenz, Lesestrategie, Textanalyse, Mindmapping, Dilemma, kooperatives Lesen und Placemat im Bezug auf Methoden der Form vom Lesen dar und das einfache und dialektische Argumentieren, das kreative Schreiben und Gedankenexperiment als Methoden der Form vom Schreiben. Als Methoden für den Abschluss des Unterrichts werden Blitzlicht, Feedback und Postersession und als Methoden für Strukturierung des ganzen Unterrichts Sandwich und Lernstop betrachtet.

Vibration and Damping Characteristics of Viscoelastically Damped Sandwich Plates (점탄성층이 샌드위치된 복합적층판의 진동감쇠 특성)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the vibration and damping characteristics of elastic-viscoelastic-elastic structures, theoretically and experimentally. The forth-order differential equations of motion are derived for the transverse vibration of three-layered plates with viscoelastic core layer. The equations consider both transverse displacements of the constraining layer and the bare base plate as variable and account for the effect of the transverse normal strain and the shear strain of viscoelastic core layer on the vibration of the plates. Finite difference analysis of the equations and experimental measurements are performed on the three-layered plates of completely free boundary condition. Comparative investigations on the theory and the results of direct frequency analysis of NASTRAN are carried out on the same structures.

  • 본 연구는 가정용 및 산업용 유해가스제거용 필터여재의 제조에 관한 것으로 핫멜트(hot-melt) 분사 시스템에 의한 다층구조의 부직포와 활성탄 등의 흡착물질로 구성되는 샌드위치 복합시트 및 필터여 재의 제조에 사용되는 구성재료의 최적화에 관한 연구이다. 스프레이 본딩 시스템에 의한 공정은 종래의 유해가스제거용 필터 미디어의 제조하는 방법인 활성탄과 바인더 역할을 하는 핫멜트 수지를 혼합하여 부직포 원단에 도포하여 활성탄을 부착시키는 공정에 비해 도포되는 핫멜트 수지의 양이 감소에 의한 생산비절감과 충분한 활성탄 도포에 의한 기능성 향상 등에 의해 유해가스 포집율을 높일 수 있으며 공정 이후 스프레이에 의해 도포된 핫멜트수지의 자연건조 방식에 의한, 열원이 불필요하며, 에너지가 절감되며, 속도 향상에 의한 생산성 향상, 분진발생 최소화로 인한 제조현장의 환경개선이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 1차적으로 본 연구의 필터제조의 최적화를 위해서 스프레이 본딩시스템에 효율적으로 사용가능한 다양한 수지를 검토하였으며, 기존 외산 캐빈필터여재의 미세구조 및 성능특성, 다양한 활성탄의 흡착성능검토, 사용 가능한 여재의 특성분석을 통해 다층구조의 필터 여재에 사용 가능한 구성재료의 최적화에 중심을 두었다.

  • 스티로폼샌드위치패널은 건식공법의 시공편리성, 경제적인 공사비용, 뛰어난 단열성능으로 공장이나 창고건축물을 중심으로 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 스티로폼의 여러 가지 장점에도 불구하고 화재에 취약한 단점이 있어 최근 난연성능이 보완된 난연스티로폼패널의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 최근 건축현장에서, 가짜 난연스티로폼패널 사용이 문제되고 있으나 난연성능의 현장 확인에 어려움이 있고 콘칼로리미터 등의 난연성능평가에 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 본 연구에서는 콘칼로리미터를 통해 난연성능이 확보된 난연 스티로폼패널의 심재와 일반스티로폼패널 심재를 대상으로 근-적외선 분광분석을 수행하여 난연성능의 유무에 따라 상이하게 나타나는 고유스펙트럼 흡수를 측정하였다. 각 제품마다 측정된 고유스펙트럼은 통계처리를 통하여 난연스티로폼의 진위여부를 현장에서 구별할 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 비용효율이 높은 현장평가방법으로의 적용이 가능함을 실험을 통해 입증하였다.
