This study is to present the design methods in the Schrider House executed by the Dutch architect G. Th, Rieveld. The plastic principles which underlies the architecture design are examined through the analysis of the 'new structural joint system (Cartesian Coordinate System) ' and ' Color-Plasticity ' which characterized a series of his furniture design from 1918 to 1924. It indicates that Reitveld attempted to realize the simplicity, clarity and flexibility of spatial expression in his first independent architecture by the application of technical skills which have been developed in his early days.

This paper tried to produce the abstract nail designs using the colors expressed in the works by the artist Chun Kyung-ja. The approach in this paper aimed to prepare the basis for realizing the creative idea on the nail design and to help to expand the expression field of nail design. The works expressing the artistic features of the artist Chun Kyung-ja well were selected for the empirical research and color data was analyzed using NCS(Natural Color System). Finally, 5 kinds of representative works on the works by the artist Chun Kyung-ja were selected and applied to nail designs for creating nail designs as well as application of colors. In conclusion, the nail design of this research is convergence of nail design and the modern Korean painting. Based on such convergence, this paper expressed the nail design by recreating the of beauty design by various viewpoints.

The Purpose of this study is to develop color palettes for the campus environment to find an identity of various Universities in Korea. This research is focused on the Shin-chon campus of Yonsei University because it has a long history and a mixture of old and new modern buildings in the campus. It takes three steps to proceed this study. Firstly, it is needed to find the images and history of Yonsei University from the documents. In the second place, the colors should be collected from the building materials, four seasons in campus, buildings in campus. At this point, color measurement devices, NCS color system, digital camera and other appropriate devices were used for the study. The third step shows the results of the analysis and development of color palettes based on the analyzed materials from second step. This research suggests three major color groups. The typical main colors of the campus building are YR/anchromatic with middle level of value and chroma from the analysis. The sub-colors are similar to the main colors with pale/light grayish/dull/deep tone. The color palettes out of the results could be used as a standard for campus color scheme in the future to build an identity of Yonsei University.

The object of this study is to find out our present exterior color palette of the apartment buildings by Han River, which represents the visual image of Seoul, to reveal how well it is harmonized with its surroundings along with the last 10 years researches, and to compare its correspondence with the city plan of Seoul. Furthermore, it is the ultimate purpose to prepare source materials for desirable color plan of the city.

The exterior color of the building reflects its style. With the advancement of the 'Village Art' project in South Korea, many villages have gradually developed into tourist attractions. Therefore, it is also important to distinguish between residents' lifestyles and tourist needs through architectural color design. This article first investigates the literature and analyzes the use function of the building and the role of the exterior color in the villages. Secondly, the four types of buildings in Huinnyeoul Culture Village: residential, commercial, leisure, and public toilets are investigated as the research objects. Analyze through the KSCA color measurement analysis system and questionnaire survey, and propose a color plan for the exterior of the building. Research results: First, the main color area of the outer wall of the residential building should be the largest, with a tendency of high brightness and low saturation. Second, small buildings with high chroma in the recreation area can be used as visual guidance.Third, the buildings in the commercial area are mainly of high brightness, high chroma, and multi-hue. Fourth, the main color of the bathroom is the main color of the residential area and the leisure area, which can provide a sense of visual stability.

The purpose of this study is to offer proposals of the practical color schemes based on the use of color systems. This study focused on the .\lunsell color system, the Ostwald color system and the ISCC ~BS color names i and then selected the Ostwald color harmony and the Judd color hallTIOny in order to establish the general principles of color schemes. Medical color graphic research will serve as the basis for globally expanding and disseminating the design quality of the company's products through the era of production of medical robots. This study was based on technologies and contents suitable for the era of medical robot bed expansion, universal medical color application, ergonomic color, etc. In addition, the medical bed robot's color research direction was presented from the perspective of universal design. Accordingly, a universal color design was proposed, taking the functions of a medical robot under development by a domestic company as an example. The characteristics of this robot bed can be divided into three types of functions: first, treatment characteristics for prevention of pressure ulcers with curative, second, automatic seat exchange with cleanliness for medical environment, and third, Convenient, which can implement patient transport. The main idea is to present a combination of functional colors appropriate for this. The resulting color analysis and universal color design techniques could be a useful methodology for illustrating the appearance and function of a modern medical robot bed.
