본 훈련 시스템은 재난유형별 국가재난대응시나리오 기반의 대응체계를 바탕으로 재난의 종류나 규모, 복잡성 등과 무관하게 유관기관의 재난관리 관계자를 위한 교육 평가를 통해 표준화된 교육 훈련 평가체계를 확립한다. 이를 위해 국내와 해외의 사례에서 조사된 내용의 특 장점 및 표출형태를 고려하여 재난대응역량 강화를 위한 재난 발생 시나리오 기반의 텍스트 위주의 훈련용 웹 시스템을 개발한다. 무엇보다도 현실적으로 지역의 위험과 위협을 대표하는 검증된 유형별 시나리오를 기반으로 예방(Mitigation) 대비(Preparedness) 대응(Response) 복구(Recovery) 단계의 복잡 다양한 재난상황에 대한 재난대응역량 및 상황대처 능력을 향상시키기 위한 훈련지원 교육으로 활용하기 위한 사용자 확장성이 유용한 훈련용 웹 시스템을 개발한다. 이를 통해 사전에 유관기관과의 협력강화를 위한 원활한 재난대응 협력체계 강화방안을 수립하고 재난현장 협력업무와 관련된 필요역량을 도출하는 등의 활동과, 이에 대한 실효성 있는 평가로 재난현장의 기관간 상호협력 능력을 제고할 수 있다. 또한 대응기관의 역량수준을 점검하고, 대응역량에 대해 부족한 부분을 보완하여 효율적 재난대비태세 구축하여, 재난피해를 최소화하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Initial public offering (IPO) has a legal framework for investor protection, and because there are various quantitative evaluation factors, objective analysis is possible, and various studies have been conducted. In addition, crowdfunding also has several devices to prevent indiscriminate funding as the legal system for investor protection. On the other hand, the blockchain-based cryptocurrency white paper (ICO), which has recently been in the spotlight, has ambiguous legal means and standards to protect investors and lacks quantitative evaluation methods to evaluate ICOs objectively. Therefore, this study collects online-published ICO white papers to detect fraud in ICOs, performs ICO fraud predictions based on BERT, a text embedding technique, and compares them with existing Random Forest machine learning techniques, and shows the possibility on fraud detection. Finally, this study is expected to contribute to the study of ICO fraud detection based on quantitative methods by presenting the possibility of using a quantitative approach using unstructured data to identify frauds in ICOs.

최근 웹의 폭발적인 성장으로 인하여 웹을 교육의 매개체로 활용하려는 노력이 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 웹 기반 교육 시스템들은 대체로 수동적이며, 정적인 하이퍼텍스트 위주이기 때문에, 학습상황을 수시로 점검할 수 있는 상호작용기능이 부족하고, 특정 학습자의 학습결과에 따른 동적인 학습환경의 제시가 어렵다. 일반적으로 웹기반 교육시스템은 다양한 지식계층의 사람들에게 노출되어 있기 때문에 보다 상세한 학습전략이 요구되며, 따라서 최근에는 기존의 지능형 교수시스템(Intelligent Tutoring System: ITS)에서 연구된 풍부한 기술들을 웹 환경에 도입함으로서 보다 지능적이며 적응력 있는 시스템개발에 관한 연구가 활성화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 웹 기반 교육시스템에서의 문제점들을 해소하기 위한 한가지 방안으로 ITS의 동적 교수계획기법을 웹 기반 시스템에 도입한다. 문제영역으로 C 프로그래밍 언어 학습을 선정하여 이를 웹 기반 교수시스템으로 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한 기존 시스템들의 서버 집중형 구조에서 탈피하여 CORBA를 이용한 분산기반구조로 시스템 개발에 접근하였다.

본 논문은 전기 자극 장치에 관한 것으로서, 운동상황에 맞게 인공지능 기능이 음악을 선별해 주고 음악의 BPM(beats per minute)에 맞게 전기 자극 장치에서의 PWM(pulse width modulation)신호가 동기화 되어 재활 기능과 더불어 헬스 케어와 관련된 추가적인 기능 및 효과를 제공할 수 있는 개선된 전기 자극 장치에 관한 것이다. 언제 어디서나 간편하게 셀프 운동케어와 할 수 있도록 AR기술을 이용한 카메라가 있는 디지털 디바이스를 활용하며, 해당 신체의 운동부위를 지정하게 되면 이에 맞는 운동방법을 AI기술을 이용하여 적용할 수 있다. 수행자가 잘못 운동을 하는 것을 올바르게 개선시키기 위하여 실시간 AI 음성기능과 텍스트 코칭을 통해서 올바르게 운동할 수 있게 제안하며, 이에 대한 과정과 결과를 시각적으로 보여주면, 결과에 대해서는 리포팅을 하여 사용자가 올바르게 운동을 하고 효과적으로 운동을 했는지에 대해서 정량적인 수치의 운동횟수와 운동량에 대해서 표현해준다.

In this research, analysis based on VR journalism outlet the New York Times' was carried out. The image analysis of was done through the frames of angle, shot (size, length, movement), and limited user-directed interaction (point, sound). The result of this is as follows. Firstly, the direction was done using a basis of normal and low angles. Secondly, it was able to be confirmed that the shooting was done in order by medium, full, and long shot. Thirdly, with regard to the length of the shot, most direction was done through long takes. Fourthly, most images came to consist of fixed shots. Lastly, this is limited user-directed interaction. This may be separated into 2 aspects: sound, and movement of the independent free agent. Through these, interaction was guided through free point of view concerning realistic situations to point of view guidance and users. This research may be referred to as foundational research for the further advancement of in-depth discussion pertaining to VR journalism.

As the Internet and web technology develop around mobile devices, image data contains various types of sensitive information such as people, text, and space. In addition to these characteristics, as the use of SNS increases, the amount of damage caused by exposure and abuse of personal information online is increasing. However, research on de-identification technology based on multi-type object detection for personal information protection is insufficient. Therefore, this paper proposes an artificial intelligence model that detects and de-identifies multiple types of objects using existing single-type object detection models in parallel. Through cutmix, an image in which person and text objects exist together are created and composed of training data, and detection and de-identification of objects with different characteristics of person and text was performed. The proposed model achieves a precision of 0.724 and mAP@.5 of 0.745 when two objects are present at the same time. In addition, after de-identification, mAP@.5 was 0.224 for all objects, showing a decrease of 0.4 or more.

The film Burning (Lee Chang-dong, 2018) is one of the most noted Korean films in recent years as a work that unfolds an elaborate narrative in a delicate visualization. This film is a multi-vocal text in which different types of characters appear and scattered objective facts and ambiguous subjective desires are intertwined, so it is a text that has room for diverse interpretations. This article attempts to read Burning as an ethical discourse centered on the protagonist Jong-su, noting that the film raises universal and significant ethical issues that transcend the specific social and historical conditions of a contemporary Korean youth. I would like to examine the situation in which Jong-su is facing and his reaction to it, above all, from the perspective of Jong-su's ethical awakening and leap forward. Jong-su, a young South Korean non-regular man living in the present, encounters and connects with Hae-mi and Ben and attempts to understand the mysteries of the world. His trajectory, which the film shows closely, inevitably intersects the social and historical dimension of confusion and frustration of a young man graduated from the Department of Creative Writing, the reality of family dissolution and the individual psychological dimension of the sudden disappearance of his lover Hae-mi. Burning is a magistrate film that depicts Jong-su as an ethical subject oriented toward 'communal togetherness' while confronting the world and exploring its mysteries despite all his unfavorable conditions, such as his social position of the precariat youth and the epistemological uncertainty of reality perception. It is read as a story of his painful growth, in which Jong-su is becoming a 'writer', who once was a helpless non-regular delivery worker.

This study critically reviewed whether the South Korean press reported the issue of conflict between South Korea and Japan in a way consistent with their journalistic values. To this end, this study conducted frame analysis and textual analysis for the articles of three press(Chosun Ilbo, Hankyoreh and KBS) from the three major branches of conflict (Korea's Supreme Court's ruling on forced labor compensation in October 2018, the Japanese government's decision to regulate exports in July 2019 and the Korean government's decision to end GSOMIA in August 2019) to one week. There were many superficial reports of simply relaying conflicts around the occurrence and outcome of events, and there were few reports that analyzed the context in depth or suggested alternatives. And partisan reporting, which is cited as a key issue in the Korean journalism, has been strongly revealed in the midst of a conflict between Korea and Japan, a national emergency situation.

This study analyzed the aspect of action and mean in Japsaeknorum. Secondly, this study contrasted Japsaeknorum with Mime. Thirdly, the characteristics of gestures in Japsaeknorum were analyzed. The results, obtained by those steps are subordination, hostility, cultural control, the comic characteristics by situation, functional role, the sublation of competition and conflict, the variation of subordination and deviation, the end of subordination and deviation. The korean mime is a heritage of Western culture. But in the history of korean mime, it make every effort to seek the korean form of mime. Therefore, this study is very helpful to seek such a way.

On this study, we analyzed the movie With gods's narrative structure. This movie makes most people who has seen it feel deeply moved. We think that people can get deep feeling from a film at last after people who has seen the movie accept a context, story, and a message of the movie gladly. We focused on a special system in this movie With gods that can make give an ordinary message and big touch to people. Also we focused on every episodes of every space in a movie, and someone who moved freely between the spaces. A repetitive form and repetitive contents in a narrative become a special code itself -repetitiveness- for people and make them do auto-communication. Specifically, an information, the movie's repetitiveness, out of people become a special code for them, and then that make people bring memory and new information by themselves. Watching movie, people can look back up on life with every trial in the movie. In short, a repetitiveness and an auto-communication are a special system in the movie, that can make deeply touched.
