This research extends a general theory of human cognition to an applied domain of piloting skills. We examined how fast and accurately pilots achieve and maintain situation awareness in flight by measuring their consistency judgment between a written statement describing a flight situation and a cockpit display showing a current state of an aircraft. The goal of this research is to determine whether situation awareness is influenced by expertise level as a Auction of two different kinds of flight situation variables. It was revealed that flight situation variables representing relations between flight elements had an effect on situation awareness. Working memory was found to play a critical role in integrating a variety of flight information form multiple sources. It was also revealed that flight situation variables representing the contents of flight elements had influence on situation awareness in flight. These results were explained in a theoretical framework of a construction-integration model to reveal the cognitive processes underlying situation awareness in flight.

This study examined the sub - dimensions of mobile food platform service characteristics and verified how they affect the usability, usability and re - use intention. The data collection is from February 11, 2019 to February 28, 2019. The researcher visited the food service company and presented the questionnaire by direct interview. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, the ubiquitous connectivity and interactivity of the mobile eater platform service have a significant effect on ease of use, but the situational awareness has no significant effect. Second, ubiquitous connectivity, situational awareness, and interactivity have a significant effect on usability, and ease of use has a significant effect on usability. Third, ubiquitous connectivity has a significant effect on re - use intention, and situational awareness and interactivity have a significant effect on re - use intention. Fourth, ease of use has no significant effect on re-use intention, but usefulness has a significant effect on re-use intention.

This study examines the relationship between service provider's authenticity, customer voice, and customer behavior in failure situation. This study employed questionnaire survey and collected 216 data. The structural equation modeling (SEM) method is used to test the hypotheses of the study. As a result, the service provider's authenticity has a significant positive effect on the constructive voice of the customer and a negative effect on the destructive voice in the failure situation. In addition, constructive voice had a significant positive effect on relationship retention intentions and destructive voice had no significant effect on relationship retention intentions. This study suggests the importance of customer voice as well as the factors to increase customer positive voice in the failure situation and provides an opportunity to be interested in customer voice.

This study investigates the underlying mechanism of YOLO in millennial consumer, especially the influence of perceived economic recession on the present-biased preference. In addition, it was attempted to expand the implicit theory by proposing the individual's entity belief as a mediator for the effect of perceived economic situation on consumers' present-biased seeking behavior. In three experimental studies, undergraduate students who both highly primed and measured negative economic situation showed more favorable attitudes towards present-biased persuasive message and related products. The results of this research provides practical implication for marketers especially in the current situation experiencing economic slowdown due to low economic growth and COVID 19.

The purpose of this study is to approach information security from a more comprehensive perspective. Particularly, information countermeasures includes a technological tool for end users, thereby increasing the end users' technological stresses. Based on the technostress framework, we investigate a effect of security awareness training on technostress, and also examine a effect of technostress on the persistent security compliance. Results showed that security awareness training influenced on techno-overload and techno-uncertainty. We also found that techno-overload and techno-uncertainty have a significant effect on the persistent security compliance. Conclusion and implications are discussed.

호텔기업은 고객서비스가 가장중요한 업무중의 하나로 직원들이 고객과의 대면상황에서 어떤 서비스가 펼쳐지는지에 따라서 호텔의 이익이 바뀌어 질수 있다. 따라서 호텔은 유능하고 우수한 직원들을 꾸준하게 유지하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 다른 호텔과의 차별화를 위하여 직원들의 타 업체로의 이직을 막아 회사의 안정적인 발전을 도모하고 이윤을 최대한 높이는데 초점을 맞추어야 한다. 본 연구는 조직관리로써 역할갈등(직장-가정갈등, 가정-직장갈등)과 이직의도와의 관계를 알아보고자 한다. 그리고 역할갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 마음챙김 변수를 대입하여 매개역할을 검증하고자 한다. 자료 수집을 위해서 서울과 경기도 지역의 특급호텔 종사원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 자료 수집을 위하여 서울 경기지방을 직접 방문하여 조사를 진행하였다. 분석결과를 간단히 요약하면 첫째, 역할갈등은 이직의도에 유의미한 관계를 이루었고, 역할갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 마음챙김은 매개역할을 하였다. 역할갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 마음챙김의 매개효과는 역할 갈등의 첫 번째 변수인 직장-가정갈등 상황에서 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 마음챙김이 매개를 한다는 유의미한 결과를 얻었다. 그리고 두 번째 독립변수인 가정- 직장갈등의 상황에서는 마음챙김이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 예측되었다. 이런 연구결과를 바탕으로 기업은 체계적이고 지속적인 마음챙김 교육을 통하여 구성원 상호간의 상호 배려가 기업에 대한 긍정적인 태도로 바뀔 수 있도록 하는 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다. 또한 역할갈등의 결과변수를 좋게 하는 다양한 방안에 대한 폭넓은 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

This study aimed to firstly, understand how adolescents' mental, physical, sentimental, and health status and daily life have changed due to drastic environmental changes resulted from spending more time at home and taking online classes as a part of social distancing in the COVID-19 pandemic and secondly, identify how such changes influenced their subjective happiness. In conclusion, this study provided theoretical and practical discussion and implications for adolescents' happiness in disaster situation based on adolescent happiness influence factors.

This study investigated motivation factors of mods and their influence on user response to analyze IS Continuance. The data of 610 players of who used mods was analyzed by a Post Acceptance Model of IS Continuance, followed by empirical results. As a result of SEM, the motive factor was divided into the 'Media characteristic', 'Content characteristic', and 'Situational characteristic'. The motive factors significantly affected user response of 'Perceived Usefulness', 'Satisfaction', and 'IS Continuance'; each motivation factors have different influence and 'Content characteristic' significantly affected the IS Continuance.

Drivers have willing to do secondary tasks in situations deemed safe autonomous driving. I studied that positive notifications for secure areas could improve situation awareness and driving performance after TOR(Take over request) in autonomous driving. Comparing TOR alert only and monitoring alert conditions, participants in the positive notification condition showed higher situation awareness and driving performance. Also, in emotional assessment, the positive notification condition showed higher positive evaluation than other conditions. Due to Covid-19, I designed experiments separate online with driving videos in experiment 1 and offline using a driving simulator in experiment 2. This study has implications that presented a different perspective on autonomous driving notification design.

본 연구의 목적은 아동성폭력의 정의에 대한 한국간호사들의 인식의 특성을 알아보는 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 양호교사와 병원간호사 간의 인식의 일치정도를 밝히고, 간호사들이 아동성폭력의 심각도를 판단함에 있어, 아동성폭력과 관련된 다양한 변수들의 상대적 중요성을 규명하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 503명의 병원 간호사와 526명의 양호교사를 대상으로 한 vignette디자인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 아동성폭력 상황을 구성하는 일곱 개의 변수 (성폭력 행위 성폭력 빈도, 피해자의 연령, 피해자의 저항, 가해자의 연령, 가해자와 피해자의 교차성별, 가해자와 피해자의 관계)의 조합을 통해 64개의 vignettes를 만들었는데, 이는 1/4 factorial 디자인의 결과이다. 각 설문 대상자에 대해 64개의 vignettes가운데 16개의 vignettes를 무작위로 추출하고, 그 vignettes에 나타난 각 성폭력상황들의 심각 정도를 표시하도록 하였다. 연구결과에서 양호교사와 병원간호사는 아동성폭력의 심각도 인식에 있어 일치를 나타냈다. 각 상황변수들이 미치는 영향에 있어서는 양호교사와 병원간호사 간에 다소 차이를 보였으나, 성폭력 상황을 정의함에 있어서는 근본적인 인식에 일치를 보였다 두 집단 모두에서 성폭력행위 피해자의 저항, 가해자와 피해자의 교차성별, 성폭력 빈도, 가해자의 연령이 아동성폭력 인식에 영향하는 주요 요인으로 나타났다 한편, 가해자와 피해자의 관계는 주요 영향요인이 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 피해자의 연령은 양호교사 집단에서는 어느 정도 영향을 미치는 변수로, 병원간호사 집단에서는 별다른 영향이 없는 변수로 분석되었다. 결론적으로, 양호교사와 병원간호사는 잠재되어 있는 아동성폭력의 심각도에 대해 동일하게 판단한다. 본 연구결과는 법적, 전문가적 의미에서 아동성폭력 신고자로서의 의무를 지닌 한국간호사들의 아동성폭력에 대한 인식일치가, 그 역할 수행에 도움이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.
