인터넷 쇼핑몰은 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 괄목할 만한 성장을 하고 있는 분야로서, 이제는 쇼핑몰과 관련이 없던 기존의 인터넷 사이트들 역시, 전문몰이든 종합몰이든 그 형태에 상관없이 쇼핑몰을 운영하는 상황에 이르렀다. 이처럼 인터넷 쇼핑몰들은 날로 치열해지는 경쟁 상황에서 살아남기 위하여 고객들의 애호도 증진을 통한 장기적 경쟁 우위의 확보에 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 고객애호도를 결정짓는 요인들을 실증적 자료를 통해 살펴보았다. 먼저 고객의 관점에서 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 품질을 평가하는 변수들과 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 고객특성에 대한 평가 척도들을 세분화하고 이들과 고객애호도와의 관계를 파악하는 한편, 온라인 몰과 온라인 스토어 프론트로 구분된 소매점 유형에 따른 고객애호도 결정요인을 각각 규명하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 인터넷 쇼핑몰들의 소비자 애호도 증진 전략을 논하였다.

현재 연구가 활발히 진행중인 지능형 교통 시스템(ITS)에서는 운전자에게 정확한 주행정보를 제공하고 적절한 교통량 분산을 위해 현재의 교통상황을 정확히 판단하는 것이 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 인간의 추론과정을 모사한 퍼지추론 시스템(FIS)을 사용하여 보다 합리적으로 교통상황을 판단할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 교통상황을 특징짓는 세가지 요인으로 시간, 요일, 속도를 설정하였고 이를 퍼지변수로 표현하여 교통상황 판단을 위한 적절한 규칙에 적용하고 교통상황을 수치화 한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 속도자료로 실제 주행중인 차량의 GPS정보를 사용하여 개발된 알고리즘에 적용하였다.

가정에서 쉽게 측정 가능한 신장, 체중, 체지방율 등의 측정만으로 본인의 비만정도를 인지하게하고, 각 개인마다 상황 정보 기술을 활용하여 개인 비만상황, 집안의 비만상황 등을 총괄하여 체계적으로 관리하고, 이들의 최근 몇 달 동안 또는 몇 년 동안 비만 이력 관리 등을 통하여 비만상황에 따라 지속적인 대처방안을 알려주는 시스템의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 U-health 서비스를 위한 비만상황 인식과 개인이력관리 및 비만증상 온톨로지를 제안한다. 또한 비만관리 서비스를 구축하기 위하여 비만관련 증상, 요인, 대처방법 등을 온톨로지화하여 서비스 시스템에 적용함으로써 U-health 서비스를 위한 온톨로지 기반의 비만상황인식 서비스시스템(OCS)을 설계하였다.

Shoplifting causes serious losses to not only stores but also to consumers and society as a whole. There need to be effective society-wide measures to control shoplifting due to its characteristic of playing the role as a stepping stone to induce more serious crimes. However, there is a lack of research on shoplifting in Korea, especially the research analyzing situational factors to suggest effective alternative measures for shoplifting prevention. Therefore, the current study surveyed teenagers, the group known to be the most frequent shoplifters, to see their perception of effectiveness of the situational crime prevention methods used in stores. The result showed that the teenagers found only some of the prevention methods effective, including CCTV, Electronic Article Surveillance(EAS), minimization of blind areas, and watchful clerks. However, factors such as the number of doors and their accessibility and presence of security guards were not perceived to be very effective. Using the result of the survey, this study suggests ways to utilize situational crime prevention methods more effectively to deter shoplifting.

본 연구는 Dienhart et al.(1993)이 제시한 조직지원, 고객초점, 압박상황하에서의 서비스로 구성된 레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성을 고객초점과 압박상황하에서의 서비스로 재정의하고, 조직지원을 종업원의 서비스지향성을 촉진하는 요인으로 제시하였다. 그리고 조직지원과 직무만족, 직무안정성의 상호작용이 레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성이 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 본 연구에서 레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성 구성요소로 제시한 압박상황에서의 서비스는 변수의 내적 일관성이 매우 낮게 나타나 제외되고 고객초점만이 종업원의 서비스지향성을 구성하는 것으로 나타나 압박상황하에서의 서비스 항목에 대한 신뢰성 검토가 추후 연구에서 있어야 할 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 조직지원, 직무만족, 조직지원과 직무만족의 상호작용이 고객초점에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 조직지원은 정(+), 직무만족은 부(-)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 조직지원과 직무만족의 상호작용변수를 추가한 분석에서는 상호작용(OS ${\times}$JS)이 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직지원, 직무안정성, 조직지원과 직무안정성의 상호작용이 고객초점에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 조직지원과 직무안정성은 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 조직지원과 직무만족의 상호작용변수를 추가한 분석에서는 두 변수 모두 영향을 주지 않았으며 상호작용 변수만 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to explore convergence on the theory of unpleasant symptom, and factors affecting quality of life of liver cirrhosis patients. A total of 198 liver cirrhosis patients were recruited symptom experiences, physiologic factors, psychological factors, situational factors, and quality of life. Data were collected from March, to May, 2014 and analyzed using one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlations, multiple regressions analysis with PASW (SPSS) 21.0. Variables such as duration of liver cirrhosis(${\beta}=.19$, p<.001), symptom experiences(${\beta}=.19$, p=.032), physical(${\beta}=.15$, p=.008), psychological(${\beta}=.39$, p<.001) and situational factors(${\beta}=.32$, p<.001) explained 51.8% of variance in quality of life(F=15.57, p<.001). The symptom experiences, physiological, psychological and situational factors should be considered for caring liver cirrhosis patients. Symptoms of postmyocardial infarction (post-MI) patients at risk for progression to heart.

This study was attempted to determine the satisfaction of nursing students' online classes in the situation of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and to identify factors affect it. This study conducted a survey on nursing students 220 in Daegu-Gyeongbuk area for a month in April 2021. The collected data were subjected to t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of analyzing the factors affecting the online class satisfaction of nursing students, the learner factor (β=.29, p<.001) and the system factor (β=.51, p<.001) had a statistically significant effect, the variable with the greatest relative influence was the system factor. As online classes are expected to expand even after the end of COVID-19, for a change to education that can increase the satisfaction of learners, through the development of an online operating system suitable for learning and establishing a foundation for learners to learn independently A paradigm shift in nursing education is necessary.

상품 판매장에서 많은 상품을 판매하기 위해서는 매장 내에서 구매자 행동과 상품 배치 등 매상에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 파악할 필요가 있다. 또한 모바일 커머스 어플리케이션에서 각 구매자들이 구입할 상품을 효과적으로 찾을 수 있는 추천상품 서비스의 필요성도 점차 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다치 오토마타를 이용하여 매장 내에서 구매자 행동과 상품 배치 등을 파악함과 동시에 각 구매자들이 구입할 상품을 상황의 변화에 따라 효과적으로 추천할 수 있도록 지원하는 상황인식 기반 모바일 구매 서비스 모델을 제안한다.

최근 국내 중소 제조 기업들은 최악의 상황을 맞이하고 있다. 내수부진으로 인한 국내 경기 불황에다 지난 해 말부터 불어닥친 국제 원자재 가격폭등까지 겹치면서 경영 상황이 악화되고 있는 것이다. 더욱이 부풀이나 부자재를 생산하여 모기업에 납품하는 형태의 중소 제조공급자 기업의 경우에는 그 어느 때보다도 치열한 전쟁과 같은 상황에 직면하여 사투를 벌이고 있는 것이다. 이러한 변화무쌍한 시대에 우리의 중소 제조공급자 기업의 특성을 재조명 해보고, 선행연구의 검토를 통해 경영혁신의 성공요인과 경영성과 및 경쟁력 향상 방안에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다.

This paper examines the effects of environmental uncertainty, structural decentralization, formalization, complexity and task interdependence on the information sharing through information system. 197 firms in Korea are surveyed and analyzed to investigate the relationship between the contextual variables and the information sharing. The result of multiple regression analysis shows that task interdependence, structural decentralization, complexity are significant factors to influence on the Information Sharing. Also, additional analysis shows that task interdependence, structural decentralization are major factors in service industry, and task interdependence, structural complexity are in manufacturing industry.
