Effect of Web-services' Technological Interactivity on User-generated Contents' Perceived Efficiency and Quality (웹서비스의 기술적 상호작용성이 사용자 콘텐츠 생산 효율성과 품질 인식에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • One of the key factors for success in fostering web-service is the supply of user-generated contents(UGCs). Technological interactivity is an environmental factor which stimulates user-content interaction, and reflects the system's capability for supporting various interactions that are allowed by a medium. The present study uses a structural equation model to investigate the influence of three components of technological interactivity-user control, synchronicity, and responsiveness-on web-services' perceived content performance. The results show that web-services' user control and synchronicity exhibited a positive relationship with the perceived efficiency of content generation; further, perceived efficiency boosts perceptions of content quality, which means that the user control and synchronicity of a web-service also have an indirect effect on perceived content quality. Additionally, responsiveness has a positive effect on perceived content quality. These findings are important for marketers and operators seeking to make their web-service successful.

  • 본 연구는 상호작용성의 속성과 이용자에게 주어진 통제력에 따라 상호작용성을 4 가지 차원으로 나누고, 이것이 어떤 경로를 거쳐 이용자 만족에 이르는지를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 상호작용성을 최적화하는 킬러 콘텐츠로 e 러닝을 선정하고, 상호작용성에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로 서비스, 콘텐츠, 미디어 품질을 도출 하였으며, 상호작용성과 이용자 만족을 매개하는 변인으로 사회적 현존감과 인지적 몰입을 포함하는 연구모델을 제시하고자 한다.

Comparing Interaction Effects between Causal and Control Factors in College Students' Online Contact and Distribution of Sexually Explicit Material (대학생의 온라인상의 불법 성콘텐츠 접촉과 불법 성콘텐츠 유통의 원인요인과 통제요인의 상호작용효과 비교)

  • This study considers both causal and control factors for explaining both contact and distribution of sexually explicit material and tests their interaction effects for examining buffering effects of control factors in causal process. This study examines the effect of low self-control, differential association with peers and patriarchy family environmental factor as causal factors. It also considers three control factors such as morality. legal punishment, and lack of opportunity and test interaction effect between causal and control factors in both contact and distribution cases. Using data from college students in Seoul, results show that the effects of all causal factors are significant in both contact and distribution of sexually explicit material and the effect of differential association is the most significant. However, their interaction effects between causal and control factors are different across contact and distribution cases. In the contact case, all interaction effects are not significant. It means that causal factors have independent effects and control factors have no buffering effects. However, in the distribution case, the interaction effects between low self-control and morality, between differential association and morality, between patriarchy family and punishment, and between patriarchy family and lack of opportunity are significant. Empirical implications are discussed.

Contents Sharing Model in Distributed Collaboration Environment (분산 협업 환경에서의 콘텐츠 공유 모델)

  • In this paper, we propose contents sharing model for consolidating distributed collaboration environments. We provide the combined model by integrating different features-scalable resolution display walls resource, sharing contents on local and remote, multi-user interaction, and access control. There is a benefit that every user can interact within an environment, but overlaps would occur because of multi-user interaction. To manage overlap issue, the model includes access control. Access control would interfere flow of work process. Therefore, we conduct user study to evaluate these two factors of the model. The result shows that the proposed contents sharing model makes it possible to concentrate in a work.

  • Interactivity is very important at ubiquitous e-Learning system oriented multi platform because online study is accomplished by multi media. In this thesis promotion for interactivity is designed at online study. By cyber education with supposed promotion used for a feedback. From now on a special research of study design should be made for interactivity and effectiveness using human sensibility ergonomics.

  • 최근 스마트 폰 가입자 수 증가와 함께 모바일 기기의 보급이 대중화 되었다. 모바일 기기 대중화로 다양한 형태의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 소비가 많아지면서 새로운 콘텐츠를 요구하는 사용자들 늘어나고 있다. 다양한 소비 계층에서 콘텐츠의 수요가 늘어나고 있지만, 현재 시장에서는 공급량이 수요에 미치지 못하고 있다. 모바일 기기중 하나인 디지털 앱북 콘텐츠 또한 시장에서 더 많은 콘텐츠가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 앱북의 콘텐츠 증가를 위해 디지털 앱북 제작에 있어 코드 재사용성 증가로 인한 체계적인 개발과 유지지보수의 용이함을 높이기 위해 사용자와의 다양한 상호작용 기능들을 라이브러리로 구현하고 검증하였다. 라이브러리는 사용자 동작부와 기기 동작부로 구성하고 각 동작부의 명령들을 조합하여 상호작용 메소드 형태로 존재하도록 설계하였다. 구현된 라이브러리는 코드 사용량을 크게 줄여 개발 시간 단축에 영향을 주어 디지털 앱북 콘텐츠 제작에 있어 효율을 높여준다.

  • 최근 디지털 홀로그래피는 3차원 영상을 획득, 처리 및 재생을 하지만, 디스플레이 전자 소자 특성에 의한 시야각이 작아서 사용자의 관찰 가능한 시역이 제한적인 단점이 있으며, 따라서 복원된 입체 영상과 사용자 사이에 상호작용 서비스 제공이 용이하지 않는 한계를 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서 우리는 $360^{\circ}$ 전방향 (1,024 시점)의 홀로그래픽 3D 콘텐츠를 FFT 알고리즘을 이용하여 생성하고, 이 콘텐츠를 디스플레이할 수 있으면서 동시에 이 콘텐츠와 사용자 간 상호작용이 가능한, 광시야각 (${\pm}60^{\circ}$) 홀로그래픽 디스플레이 시스템의 설계 및 제작한 결과를 실증한다.

  • Rapid developments of Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) have made people learn with online contents allowing learning at onilne universities. The environments of offering educational contents at online universities differ from those at offline-based ones, so that alternative variables need to be considered in order to enhance learning effectiveness in online settings. In this study, the effects of Self-Regulated Learning(SRL) and motivation on learner-instructor interactions and academic performance in an online university were addressed. As a result, SRL and motivation not only directly affected both interactions and achievements, but also indirectly affected achievements via interactions. Also, learner-instructor interactions were directly effective on learning achievements. The implications of the research included comprehensive understandings of the structural relationships of teaching- and learning-related variables on learning. Suggestions were made based on the results.

  • In the N-Screen environment, HTML5 standard-based content development is inevitable. However, it is still passive the development of HTML5 manipulation type contents due to high development cost and insufficient infrastructure. Therefor we propose an efficient contents development model by convergence multimedia contents (such as video and audio) with HTML5 documents that can implement dynamic manipulation for user interaction. The proposed model is designed to divide the multimedia and iframe areas in the HTML5 layout page included the player for integrated contents control.   • 본 논문에서는 유·아동의 독서활동을 돕고자 기존에 있는 동화책과 가상현실 기술을 결합한 몰입형 동화 콘텐츠를 제안한다. VR 환경은 3D 입체 환경을 통한 중다감각적 상호작용을 가능하게 하여 학습자로부터 동기를 유발시킨다. 프로그램이 시작되면 컨트롤러가 활성화되며 동화보기, 미니게임 등 동화에 직접적으로 참여하여 즐길 수 있는 콘텐츠로, 향후 유·아동의 교육적인 면에서도 더욱 효과적일 것으로 기대된다.
