In the current domestic design-build contract, design and construction are separated due to prohibition of outside work. but instead the design-build contract adopts a method of fulfilling each assignment as a joint venture, which makes it difficult for participants to communicate each other and often require changes of design. also, It is difficult to performance efficiency project that they don't want to share useful information related to design and construction. In this study suggests how to maxmize the effiency of the project by proposing a process model connected with an efficient partnering and constructability in a deign development phase of design-build constract.

In order to determine the effective way of measuring the Mode I stress intensity factor($K_1$) by means of the alternating current potential drop(ACPD) technique for a material containing a two-dimensional surface crack, the change in magnetic flux in the air due to load was studied theoretically and experimentally. The magnetic flux in the air between crack surfaces is uniform and is not changed by increasing the load in the specimen and experimental results are the same as those obtained from theoretical analysis. Therefore, the change in potential drop due to load in the measuring system which was designed to induce a large amount of electro-motive force was caused by the change in internal inductance of material and the change in the mutual inductance concerned with internal inductance of material.

교류 자기장의 정밀측정, 자기장 측정기의교정 및 관련 시험 등 을 지원하기 위해 교류자기장 표준장치를 개발하였다. 주파수에 따른 확장분확도(expanded uncertainty, 2 $\sigma$)는 1 MBz 이하에서 0.16 %, 1 kHz $\sim$ 5 kHz 에서 0.26 %, 5 kHz $\sim$ 20 kHz에서 0.44 % 이었다. 측정결과에 대한 국제적 신뢰성 및 상호인증을 확보하기 위하여 핵심측정표준 국제비교(international key comparison)에 참여하였으며, 또한 측정능력, 교정 및 시험방법 등에 대한 국제적 전문가로부터 평가(peer review)를 수감하였다. 따라서 한국표준과학연구원 (KRISS)에서 교정 및 측정한 결과에 대해서는 국제적 상호인증을 받을 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the concepts and types of cross-cultural collaborative online learning that enhance the utilization of advanced ICT in education and contribute to the promotion of educational exchanges between countries, and suggest exchange learning design models necessary for the active introduction. For this study, previous studies related to cross-cultural collaborative online learning were examined. As a result, cross-cultural collaborative online learning is an educational method based on constructivism that explore and construct knowledge by interacting and collaborating with students, teachers, and field experts who are linguistically and culturally heterogeneous based on advanced ICT. The type of cross-cultural collaborative online learning could be divided into synchronous exchange learning centered on remote video classes and asynchronous exchange learning centered on website based tasks. A PPIE learning design model considering the characteristics of each type is presented.

This study examines the concepts and characteristics of Interculturalism and extracts artistic expressions of intercultural characteristics shown in Nouvelle Danse and Non-Danse, which were the birthplace of the contemporary dance flow in Europe. The discussion and composition of these dances will be analyzed from an intercultural perspective by selecting three works by each choreographer representing Nouvelle Danse and Non- Danse. In doing so, we would like to examine what creative acceptance was achieved based on the values and understanding in the clash and encounter between different cultures in art. Dance and interculturalism emphasize exchanges and encounters between one's own culture and other cultures. In addition, it has the potential to contribute to dance studies through the humanistic perspective of dance, as it also contains issues about diversity and identity due to exchange between cultures at the center of globalization. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to read the artistic expressions of choreographers in Nouvelle d'Anse and Non-d'Anse through intercultural understanding with an in-depth understanding and to interpret them by adding multi-layered time to the study.

The primary goal of the current study was to investigate the longitudinal relationship between household income, main caregiver depression, and youth aggression from the interactionist perspective. The data were derived by combining the 2006, 2009 and 2012 survey waves from the Korean Welfare Panel Study. This data set covered the full span of adolescence from elementary to high school. The study utilized 561 families as the final sample and conducted autoregressive cross-lagged analysis. As a result, the early income status, main caregiver depression and youth aggression were likely maintained over time. Second, the results provided support for a reciprocal relationship between income and main caregiver depression. On the other hand, the reciprocal relationship between main caregiver depression and youth aggression was not found in the current study. Finally, the mediating effect of main caregiver depression between income and youth aggression was not found in the present study. In conclusion, the results of this study support the interactionist model in that the association between family income and main caregiver depression involves reciprocity and mutual influence across time. These findings have major implications for policy and interventions in regards to low-income families.

IGAS2011(International Graphic Arts Show)이 지난 9월 16일부터 21일까지 일본 도쿄 빅사이트 전시장에서 열렸다. 이번 전시회를 주최한 일본인쇄기재단체협의회는 이번 전시회는 최신 인쇄 디지털 그래픽 관련 장비와 기술을 한자리에 모인 국제 종합 인쇄기재전으로 현재 인쇄업계가 직면한 다양한 과제에 대한 솔루션 제안 인쇄 산업의 장래와 최신 기술 동향을 제공하는 동시에 인쇄인들의 국제적 교류를 도모하고, 관련 업계의 활성화와 교류에 기여했다고 밝혔다. 이번 전시회는 경제산업성, 도쿄도, 일본무역진흥기구(JETRO) 사단법인 일본인쇄산업연합회 등이 후원했으며 전시장의 면적은 51,380$m^2$, 전시 면적은 약 41,000$m^2$였다.

국제정세의 변화와 오랜 통일에의 염원에 따라 남북한 상호간에 많은 교류가 예상되고 있다. 그러나 해방 후 분단 반세기 동안 남한과 북한은 전혀 교류가 없는 상태에서 서로 다른 길을 걸어왔기 때문에 모든 분야에서 상당한 이질감을 느낄 수 밖에 없다. 수학의 경우에도 분야에 따른 연구상황은 물론, 용어면에서도 많은 차이를 보인다. 우리가 별 노력없이 일본식 한자용어와 영어용어를 그대로 수용하고 있는 경향인데 반하여 북한에서는 한글화 작업에 많은 노력을 쏟아와 대부분의 수학용어들이 우리 고유의 한글로 정착되어 있다. 현재 우리의 감각에는 생소하고 어색한 단어들도 많지만 북한의 좋은 한글용어를 보완, 수정하는 등 중요 자료로 받아들여 우리의 수학용어를 체계화시킴으로써 통일된 앞날의 우리 수학발전에 기초로 삼아야 할 것이다.

교류-교류변환이란 결국 주어진 다상입력과 다상출력 사이에 연결된 Switching matrix를 여하한 방법으로 제어하느냐에 따라 여러가지 특징을 지닌 Converter가 탄생된다. 그중 CDFFC는 언급한 모든 종류를 포함한다고 생각될 수 있으며 가장 일반적인 의미의 Cycloconvert라고 말할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 새로운 방법의 Control Function을 찾아낼 수 있는 가능성은 많으며 Venturini Converter가 그 한 예이다. UFC를 제외하고는 언급한 제방법의 출력주파수는 입력주파수 이하로 제한된다. 그러나, 전력의 준달은 상호 양방향으로 모두 가능하므로 이런 의미에서 볼 때는 입력과 출력의 구별을 특별히 둘 필요가 없다.
