A Study on the Thermal Treatment Conditions of Retort Pouched Fried Fish Meat Paste 1. Influence of Thermal Treatment Conditions on Quality (레토르트파우치 튀김어묵의 열처리조건에 관한 연구 1. 열처리조건이 품질에 미치는 영향)

  • The fish meat paste products are rapidly growing in its production. However, the recent prohibition of AF-2 gives a lot of difficulties in the marketing of fish meat paste products manufactured ty the conventional procedures. The present study aims to obtain the optimal conditions for retaining tile quality of the fish meat paste products with long shelf-life on the market. The fried fish meat paste was sealed in the retort pouches and sterilized under the conditions which the Fo value designated to 6. The effects of the sterilization temperature and the diameter of the products on the quality factors such as jelly strength, water holding capacity, texture and in vitro protein digestibility were investigated. The jelly strength and hardness increased as the sterilization temperature increased. On the other hand, there were no differences found in water holding capacity and elasticity. Of the samples, product with diameter of 12mm showed the highest values of jelly strength, hardness, L values and in vitro protein digestibility which sterilized at $124^{\circ}C$. However. tile results of the organoleptic tests showed rather score in the products with diameter of 16 mm than 12 mm which were sterilized at $124^{\circ}C $. From the results described above, it was concluded that the fried fish meat paste products with 16 mm or less in a diameter which were sterilized at higher temperature could keep high quality.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the atomization characteristics of 2-phase internal mixing nozzle. The obtained results are considered as the essential information of understanding the spray characteristics from the nozzle exit of an aerated nozzle. In this study, SMD and AMD are mainly measured at the distance of Z=10, 20, 50, 80, 120 and 170mm from the nozzle tip. The liquid flow rate was kept at 1.8g/s and the air feeding pressure was changed from 10kpa to 100kpa increasingly. The analysis of the acquired data was performed by 2-D PDPA system and in order to get the realibility, the number of data used in calculating the SMD & AMD were 10,000 samples.

  • 최근 천연가스 개발의 중요성이 대두되면서 심해저 퇴적층에 존재하고 있는 천연가스 하이드레이트 개발에 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 심해저 퇴적층에 부존하는 가스 하이드레이트 조건과 유사하게 하기위해 3 wt% 농도의 염수를 다공성 실리카 젤 기공에 넣어 사용하였다. 기공의 직경에 따른 영향을 알아보기 위해 기공 직경이 각각 6.0, 15.0, 30.0 nm인 실리카 젤을 사용하여, 천연가스 주성분인 에탄, 프로판, 메탄+프로판 하이드레이트의 3상 (H-Lw-V) 평형을 측정하였다. 그 결과 기공의 크기가 작아질수록 각각의 벌크 상태의 에탄, 프로판, 메탄+프로판 하이드레이트에 비해 하이드레이트의 평형조건이 온도는 낮아지고 압력이 높아지는 저해효과가 커짐을 알 수 있었다. 실험값으로 부터 기공 내의 물과 하이드레이트상 사이의 계면장력 값을 Gibbs-Thomson식에 의해 구할 수 있으며, 열역학 계산을 통하여 실험값과 비교하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 심해저 천연가스 개발, 이산화탄소 심해저장 등의 가스 하이드레이트 응용 연구에 유용한 기초 자료가 될 것이다.

The Influence of the Variation of Conic Coefficient of the Front Surface on RMS Spot Diameter (전면의 conic 계수 변화가 착락원 크기에 미치는 영향)

  • To investigate the influence of the variation of conic coefficient of the front surface on the RMS SD(Root Mean Square Spot Diameter) in a back focal plane, we use programs which are Cove V and LOSA 2.0. We consider a spectacle lens with back vertex power of -4.00D, diameter of 70 mm, the front surface powers which are 2.00D, 4.00D, 6.00D, and 8.00D, and the indices which are $n_d$=1.498, 1.523, 1.586, and 1.660, respectively. The RMS SD in the back focal plane and the thickness of an aspherical tens having the optimized conic constant are smaller than those of a spherical lens. The RMS SD in the back focal plane decreases as the front surface power decreases. From these results, we determine the optimized conic constant to improve the optical image quality and decrease RMS SD in the back focal plane.

  • A tree of Ailanthus altissima Swingle was fastened with a plastic band, 19mm wide, around the stem 180cm above ground level and was left to grow under this condition for one year, By removal of this band the tumorous tissue gradually developed and the tree bearing distinct tumorous tissue, an overgrowth surrounding the stem, was harvested two years after the band removal. For the investigation of this tumorous part and its comparison with adjacent normal parts in the anatomical features of individual elements, the tumorous part and parts directly and 40cm above and below the tumorous part were obtained from the tree. The tumor wood having remarkably wider growth increment occurred in the 3rd growth ring the first year after removal of the fastened band, and the barrier zone which delimited the discolored wood from the normal-colored wood inwards appeared u1 the intra-2nd growth ring produced during the fastened period in the tumorous part and the false ring-like zones equivalent to barrier Zone were shown in the normal-colored 2nd growth rings of the parts directly and 40cm above and below the tumorous part, as well. The tumor wood, the 3rd growth ring, and proportion of the 2nd growth ring formed after barrier zone in the tumorous part shared common characteristics in the irregular growth ring boundary, misshapen and shorter individual fibers and vessel elements, and large ray widths and heights. The springwood pores were smaller in diameter in the tumor wood, and the larger radial and smaller tangential diameters of summerwood solitary pores and individual pores consisting of pore multiples in proportion of the 2nd growth ring formed after the barrier zone were transformed into near-isodiametric in the tumor wood, the 3rd growth ring, in the tumorous part. Only in proportion of the 2nd growth ring formed after the barrier zone were transformed into near-isodiametric in the tumor wood, the 3rd growth ring, in the tumorous part, ray densities greatly increased. And the massive tumor wood was caused not by cell size but by cell number because the radial and tangential diameters of fibers in the tumor wood, the 3rd growth ring, in the tumorous part were not sufficiently different from those in the same aged growth rings of the directly and 40cm above and below the tumorous part.

Influence of Adjacent Structures using Numerical Method during funnel Blasting (터널발파굴착시 수치해석에 의한 구조물의 영향평가)

  • The numerical analysis indicated that the vibration response reduced sharply at the three times of tunnel diameter. Visual display of vibration response was possible through 3-D FEM computer program, and displacement of structure, particle velocity were obtained as output. It was found that the vibration velocity was maximum at distance one to two times of tunnel diameter for the given simplified blast loadings. The results of numerical analysis were compared with empirical based predictive equation of blasting. The empirical equation showed a good agreement with 3-D FEM results at a certain range of tunnel depth in this particular type of ground conditions.

  • 통신용 전자기기에서 대부분의 열은 증폭기에서 발생한다. 일반적으로 증폭기를 냉각하기 위하여 공랭식을 사용하여 발생하는 많은 열을 냉각하였다. 그러나 전통적인 방법은 고성능 콤팩트화 되어가는 추세에서 발열되는 열을 충분히 냉각하기는 부족하다. 본 논문은 고발열 전자부품 냉각을 위해서 수냉식 방법을 사용하였다. 열전달 효율을 높이기 위하여 냉각판에 직접 냉각수를 흐르게하여 접촉저항을 줄였다. 그리고 냉각판의 유로에 대한 배열과 유량의 비의 효과를 조사하였다. 연구를 수행한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 냉각수 순환량이 $3{\iota}/min$인 경우, 유로 직경이 8 mm일 때의 냉각 성능이 10 mm일 때보다 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 냉각수 순환량이 $3{\iota}/min$인 경우, 유로 직경이 8 mm일 때의 발열 소자 표면 온도 분포가 더욱 안정적으로 나타났으며, 상하부에 설치된 발열 소자 표면 온도가 더 낮게 나타났다. 동일한 유로 직경의 냉각판에서, 열유속 증가에 따른 냉각수의 전열 성능 증가로 인해 전체 발열량의 증가율보다 발열 소자의 온도 증가율이 낮게 나타났다.

$B_N$-결함 질화붕소 나노튜브($B_N$-BNNT)를 활용한 $CO_2$ 흡착/전환 반응에 대한 이론 계산 연구

  • 넓은 표면적을 갖는 탄소나노튜브(CNT)는 기체 분자의 흡착 성능이 기존의 다른 흡착제에 비해 우수한 것으로 알려져 있으나, CNT의 물리/화학적 성질은 튜브의 직경과 기하 구조에 의해 큰 차이를 나타내며 정제가 매우 까다롭다는 단점을 가지고 있다. CNT와 외형적으로 매우 흡사한 질화붕소 나노튜브(BNNT)의 경우, 구조와 직경에 상관없이 열적, 화학적 안정성이 우수하여 $CO_2$를 비롯한 다른 공해 물질들의 제거제나 흡착제로서 응용 가능성이 매우 높다. 본 연구진은, BN-결함을 도입한 BNNT 벽면에서의 $CO_2$ 흡착 반응과 $CO_2$를 에너지 물질인 HCOOH와 $H_2CO_3$로 전환하는 반응에 대한 양자화학 이론 계산 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과, $CO_2$에 대한 $B_N$-BNNT 흡착 성능이 튜브의 직경에 상관없이 매우 우수하였고, $B_N$-BNNT 벽면상에 흡착된 $CO_2$가 물 분자와 반응할 경우 HCOOH와 $H_2CO_3$로의 전환반응이 효과적으로 진행되었다. 이러한 이론 계산 연구 결과는 BN-BNNT가 $CO_2$ 흡착제 및 에너지 전환 촉매로의 응용 가능성을 훌륭히 제시하고 있다.

Pressure Loss across Tube Bundles in Two-phase Flow (2상 유동 내 관군에서의 압력 손실)

  • An analytical model was developed by Sim to estimate the two-phase damping ratio for upward two-phase flow perpendicular to horizontal tube bundles. The parameters of two-phase flow, such as void fraction and pressure loss evaluated in the model, were calculated based on existing experimental formulations. However, it is necessary to implement a few improvements in the formulations for the case of tube bundles. For the purpose of the improved formulation, we need more information about the two-phase parameters, which can be found through experimental test. An experiment is performed with a typical normal square array of cylinders subjected to the two-phase flow of air-water in the tube bundles, to calculate the two-phase Euler number and the two-phase friction multiplier. The pitch-to-diameter ratio is 1.35 and the diameter of cylinder is 18mm. Pressure loss along the flow direction in the tube bundles is measured with a pressure transducer and data acquisition system to calculate the two-phase Euler number and the two-phase friction multiplier. The void fraction model by Feenstra et al. is used to estimate the void fraction of the two-phase flow in tube bundles. The experimental results of the two phase friction multiplier and two-phase Euler number for homogeneous and non-homogeneous two-phase flows are compared and evaluated against the analytical results given by Sim's model.

The Properties of Vibration Absorption according to the Diameter of Fiberous $BaTiO_3$ Powder (섬유상 $BaTiO_3$의 분말 직경에 따른 흡진 특성)

  • Recently, sound and mechanical vibration are becoming important problems in our life. In the present study, the measurement of vibration absorption characteristics of barium titanate ceramics and the investigation of its relationship to microstructures were carried out. The barium titanate ceramics is expected to be better vibration absorption material owing to its chemical and physical stability than other conventional vibration absorbers like glasswool board. Barium titanate ceramics were prepared by sintering fiberous $BaTiO_{3}$ crystallites in order to enhance the vibration absorption characteristics. The fiberous $BaTiO_{3}$ ceramics were prepared through the ionic exchange after the preparation of fiberous $K_2Ti_4O_9$ with 0.2$\mu\textrm{m}$, 1.2$\mu\textrm{m}$, 2.0$\mu\textrm{m}$, diameter length by KDC method. The fiberous crystallites were oriented in a plane perpendicular to the press direction and sintered. The investigation of the grain diameters of the sintered ceramics, equivalent factor, electromechanical coupling factor($k_1$), and the generated voltage(V) shows that the grain's diameter decreases with the increase of the diameter of the used fiberous crystallites. The vibration absorption increases the crystallites' diameter. That means that the vibration absorption increases with the internal friction of grain boundary. Which was identified by the investigation of the equivallent circuit.
