Effects of Hotel Advertising Attitude and Brand Image toward Customers' Purchase Intention (호텔광고 태도와 브랜드이미지가 고객의 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of This study was to find out the effects of the hotel advertising attitude and brand image on customers' purchase intention. For this study, a total of 306 questionnaires among collected data for customers who experience hotel service at five star hotels located in Seoul from April 1, 2015 to April 30, 2015 was to ensure a valid sample. As a result of the experiments which conducted by factor analysis and regression analysis, it shows positive significant effects in purchase intention of "feeling and persuade attitude factor" and "reputation and usefulness attitude factor", but it is not positively effected continual purchase intention in hotel customers. Also, it shows positive significant effects on hotel customers' purchase intention of "emotional brand image" and "physical brand image". From the study, it is expected to find efficient ways to activate purchase intention on hotel products through differentiated advertising and brand image. In addition, it should be considered that positive images building up emotional and physical characteristics in hotels for establishing consumer-brand relationship. From the study, it is expected to find efficient ways to activate purchase intention on hotel products through differentiated advertising and brand image.

  • 본 논문은 모바일 패션 쇼핑의 소비자 행동을 설명하기 위해 모바일 패션소비자의 유행선도력(유행선도성향, 의견선도성향, 선도잠재성향)과 모바일 상거래 특성(모바일 편재성, 모바일 개인화, 모바일 위치성)을 패션 수용상황에 적합한 기술수용 관점에서 관련성을 제시하여 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 본 조사는 모바일 인터넷 서비스 및 커머스를 1회 이상 이용해 본 경험이 있는 패션 소비자 406명을 자료 분석에 사용하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 패션소비자의 유행선도력의 유행선도성향과 선도잠재성향은 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 패션소비자의 모바일 상거래 특성의 편재성은 지각된 가치와 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모바일 패션커머스에 대한 지각된 가치는 지각된 유용성과 수용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 모바일 패션커머스에 대한 지각된 유용성은 수용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 모바일 패션커머스에 대한 지각된 신뢰는 지각된 유용성과 수용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과로 패션 소비자의 유행선도력과 모바일 상거래 특성이 패션 모바일 커머스를 확산하는 능력을 지녔음을 제시한다. 또한 기존 연구에서의 패션상품 구매의도 형성요인들과 통합할 경우, 보다 설명력 있는 확장된 혁신수용 모델이 개발될 것으로 예상된다.

The Differences of Consumer Perception toward the Components of Apparel Store (의류점포 구성요인에 대한 소비자 지각의 차이)

  • This study introduced the components of apparel store, which include product and service factor to reflect the modified conception of service. The purposes of this study were to investigate the dimensions of the components of apparel store and to examine consumers' rating of importance on the components of apparel store. In addition, this study explored the effect of clothing involvement and demographic variables on importance perception. Data were collected via a questionnaire from young adult females in their twenties. The results of this study revealed five dimensions of service factor: environmental service, salesperson service, attitude and policy service related to exchange and refund, policy service related to promotion, and policy service related to convenience. Factors related to product were identified price, quality, variety, fashion, design and brand. Attitude and policy service related to exchange and refund is the most important factor that consumer perceived. Salesperson service and product quality were the second important factors. The relatively important factor in each service dimension was this : display in the environmental service, the ability of salesperson to resolve customer's complaints in the salesperson service, sales person’s courtesy in managing exchange or refund in policy service. Clothing involvement and demographic variables do affect consumers’perception on importance.

The Effects of the Food Service Event Users' on Attitude and Behavior Perceived Risk (외식 이벤트 이용자들의 지각 위험과 태도.행동 간의 영향 관계 연구)

  • This study aims to clear the relation between perceived risk and user's attitude and behavior toward a food service event. To accomplish this, theoretical reviews and empirical analysis were jointly carried out. For the empirical analysis, a survey was conducted from April 3 to April 6, and total 291 copies of the questionnaire were used for the statistical analysis, SPSS 15.0 and LISREL 8.30. The results of the test of the hypotheses can be summarized as follows: First, the analysis shows that there is significant difference between the perceived risk and attitude of a food service event user. The perceived risk of food service event users causes effect that is contradictory in attitude. As users' perceived risk is less, attitude improved. Second, the analysis of the relationship between user's attitude and behavior intention showed that user's attitude affected behavior intention. Therefore, under these circumstances, there should be more concern in solving perceived risk among food service event users and a special program for promoting satisfaction with an event. And food service event director should make more efforts in nutritive value, organic food, time saving, etc.

The Role of Motives, Flow, and Social Influence in Attitude and Purchase Intention to Emoticons (이모티콘 사용동기, 플로우, 사회적 영향력이 이모티콘 사용태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • In recent year, graphic emoticons in MIM(Mobile Instant Messenger) play an important role not as a valuable communication methods, but as main business model for MIM service providers. Although the graphic emoticons in MIM are regarded as a commercial product, there has been little systematic research reflecting consumers' perspectives. In order to fill this theoretical and practice gap, the study is designed to explore the structural relationships among emoticon use motives, attitude, and purchasing intention to emoticons in context of MIM. The results showed that emoticon use motives in MIM were composed of two main factors, perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. And we also verified that both perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment positively impact flow in communication with using emoticons and social influence. Lastly, flow and social influence were positively related to attitude toward using emoticons and attitude also was related to purchase intention to emoticons in MIM, positively. However, flow and social influence did not have a positive influence on purchase intention to emoticons directly. The implications and limitations of this study are also discussed.

A Study on the Factors to Customers Attitude for the Goods and Service Introduced in Review UGC (체험형 1인 미디어콘텐츠에서 소개하는 상품에 대한 소비자 태도 영향요인 연구)

  • This study analyzed the factors to customer attitude on the goods and service introduced in UGC(User Generated Contents) and explored the difference between Korean and Chinese customers. For the first research question, the hypothetical factors were selected through literature review, the area of which are media consumption, social media and effect of advertising. In this study examined 4 independent variables: information, reliability, BJ attractiveness and customer innovation. Methodologies are confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multi regression. Result showed that reliability, BJ attractiveness and customer innovation are statistically significant. According to the β value, the biggest one is customer innovation, the second one is BJ attractiveness and the third one is reliability. The influence of information on customer attitude is not statistically significant. The result is well-aligned with the prior studies. The information factor's influence, however, is disputable because some prior studies shows that it is not significant when the research samples are recently developed channel such as mobile or social media commerce platforms. It is necessary to identify the root causes why the information factor is not significant in some research cases. For the second research question, this study used independent t-test between Korean and Chinese customers. The result shows that the difference in reliability, BJ attractiveness and attitude are stastically significant, and the ratings of Chinese customers are higher. This result caused by the difference of media commerce environment between Korea and China. Information and customer innovation didn't show significant difference.

  • This study is focused on analysing the relationship among ethical consumption concept, fair tourism attitude and purchasing intention of ethical consumption on tourism social media with considering risk perception of ethical consumption as a mediator between fair tourism attitude and purchasing intention of ethical consumption. We found the results as follows. First, the statistically positive relationship is found between ethical consumption concept and fair tourism attitude and between fair tourism attitude and purchasing intention of ethical consumption. And also we observed that the moderating effects of risk perception of ethical consumption on the relationship between fair tourism attitude and purchasing intention of ethical consumption. The most important is resulted as offering fair tourism information through social media.

  • The visual activity comes first in the commodities marketing, which emphasizes the importance of the external appearance of package. Package expresses all the visual characters including colors, logos, phrases, and specific features and other design qualities. Package gives the first impression of these features strongly to the viewers. I surveyed and analyzed the objective factors of visual phenomena in seeing and recognizing goods. Especially I tried to deal with the theoretical background and purchase behavior of consumers. I also tried to find out what the first and largest stimuli are when consumers buy goods. In addition to this, I analyzed the priority order of those elements to give reference to others who would design package.

  • Recently, the interesting of customers in online auto insurance is rapidly increasing. The one of major reasons is economical benefit. offline auto insurance products as a service formed high price. However, online auto insurance relatively formed low price. Thanks to these characteristics of online auto insurance has gained great popularity. Therefore, in purchasing online auto insurance, consumers carefully buy products of auto insurance. In this study, we classified the $2{\times}2$ matrix (online preference group, economic pursuit group, convenience oriented group, and carefulness approach group) in online auto insurance consumers focusing on the perceived benefits and price acceptance. From an economic point of view of consumers around the perceived benefits and price acceptance, we analyzed the relationships among easy of use, usefulness, attitude, and purchase intention in automobile e-shopping mall. The results of this study will provide the useful implications for the planing CRM(customer relationship management) strategy for improving purchase intention of customers to online insurance companies.

전자상거래 활성화에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  • 전자상거래는 통합적 정보체계 환경아래서 정부, 기업, 개인가넹 이루어지는 생사느 구매, 수소, 재무, 행정, 서비스 등의 상업적인 거래를 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 기업간의 거래인 'Business-to-Business', 기업과 개인간의 거래인 'Business-to-Customer', 그리고 개인과 개인간의 거래인 'Customer-to-Customer'의 거래중에서 인터넷을 통해 기업과 소비자가 상품과 서비스의 매매가 이루어지는 기업과 개인간의 거래인 'Business-to-Customer'거래라는 협의의 전자상거래 개념을 사용하였다. 전자상거래를 활성화하는데 있어서 작용하는 요인들에 관한 연구를 과거의 문헌연구들을 통해 관련요인을 찾아 체계적으로 분류, 정리하엿다. 그리고 이를 토대로 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 가장 기본적이고 중요한 독립변수로서 공급자 측면에서 네가지의 하위 요인(기술, 정보, 제품, 거래)을 가진 '서비스 품질(Service Quality)'과 고객 측면에서 네 가지의 하위 요인(구매습관, 생활양식, 전자상거래에 대한 지각, 인구통계적 요인)을 가진 '사용자 태도(Customer Atttitute)'를 선정함으로써 공급자와 소비자를 연결한 개념적인 모형을 제시하였다. 그리고 이러한 개념적인 서비스 품질가설과 사용자 측면에서 사용자 태도가설을 제시하였다.
