  • 아크용접은 산업전반에 걸쳐 그 생산기반에 없어서는 안될 필수기술로써 자동차 및 조선, 항공우주산업에 이르기까지 경제기반에 미치는 파급효과가 매우 크다. 그러나 이 아크용접을 하게 되면 각종 가스와 미세입자로 이루어진 흄이 발생하게 되는데 이들은 작업자들의 건강에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고되어 있다. 용접흄에는 용접재료 및 용접공정에 따라 다양한 유해원소가 포함되어 있고 그 종류에 따라 인체에 미치는 잠재적 독성효과도 매우 광범위하다. 최근 국내에서는 용접사들 중에 용접흄에 포함된 중금속 중 Mn중독에 의한 파킨스씨병 환자들과 Cr중독에 의하여 콧속 연골에 구멍이 뚫리는 비중격천공(鼻中隔穿孔) 환자들이 직업병으로 판정 받아 산재요양이 승인된 사례가 있다. 이러한 계기로 인하여 용접사들의 용접기피 현상이 심화되고 작업환경에 대한 법적규제는 선진 외국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 한층 엄격하게 강화되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 이제는 작업자와 사용자 모두 용접흄에 대한 인식의 전환이 요구되는 때이며 여러 분야에서 이러한 용접흄에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어야 한다. 해외에서는 이미 용접흄에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔으나 국내의 경우는 매우 미비한 상태이며 용접산업의 미래 영향력이나 필요성을 고려할 때 국내에서도 적극적인 관심을 가져야 할 부분으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 아크용접공정에서 발생하는 흄의 특정 중금속 성분이 인체에 치명적인 악영향을 미치는 것에 착안하여 여러 종류의 용접재료에서 발생되는 용접흄의 중금속 분포를 조사하여 비교하였다. 이것은 향후 용접재료별 및 용접공정별 발생되는 흄의 유해원소를 저감시킬 수 있고 또한 각종 유해원소의 노출기준 및 평가기준을 마련할 수 있는 기초data로써 도움이 되리라 사료된다.동, 공정중재고가 줄어드는 결과를 보였고, 가동률 수준이 높을수록 ORR 방법간의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 그리고 부하평준화 기능은 Order Release 정책의 유효성에 별 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, Order Release 방법은 우선순위규칙간의 성능차이를 줄이거나, 대체할 수 통제 기법이라기보다는 우선순위규칙을 보완하여 공정중재고와 작업현장에서의 리드타임, 리드타임의 편차를 줄여주는 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고, 계획시스템이 존재하여 계획오더가 일정기간간격으로 이송되는 환경에서 특히 유용하다는 결론을 얻었다. 알 수 있었다. 것인데, 제조업에서의 심각한 고비용, 저효율 문제 를 해결하기 위해 필수적으로 도입해야만 하는 실정이다. 또한 소비자의 다양한 요구로 인 하여 제품의 종류와 사양면에서 심한 변동을 보이는 시장 수요에, 신속한 정보처리로 대응 하는데도 크게 기여하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는, 자동차 Job Shop의 동기화 생산방식을 지원하는 동기화 생산시스템의 구축 모델을 제시하고자 한다.과로 여겨지며, 또한 혈청중의 ALT, ALP 및 LDH활성을 유의성있게 감소시키므로서 감잎 phenolic compounds가 에탄올에 의한 간세포 손상에 대한 해독 및 보호작용이 있는 것으로 사료된다.반적으로 홍삼 제조시 내공의 발생은 제조공정에서 나타나는 경우가 많으며, 내백의 경우는 홍삼으로 가공되면서 발생하는 경우가 있고, 인삼이 성장될 때 부분적인 영양상태의 불충분이나 기후 등에 따른 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문에 앞으로 이에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어져야할 것으로 판단된다.태에도 불구하고 [-wh]의미의 겹의문사는 병렬적 관계의 합성어가 아니라 내부구조를 지니지 않은 단순한 단어(min

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the visual landscape modelling on Josun royal tombs and surrounding. The visual landscape of traditional heritage is illustrated by the main view points of analysis. This analysis examines limited view points and cannot reflect a reality of environments. Nowadays various equipments and methodologies are developed for the visual landscape research. This study used new tools for analysis which are Sketch up (3D simulation) and mini helicopter (UAV). With those tools, this research examines not only view points of the analysis but also axis views and disincentive environments as a complex analysis. First of all, the research examined 3D modelling for the virtual simulation and drew coordinates and routes for the UAV operating. Secondly, UAV followed this routes and took linear and continuous views that are real scenes. As a result, it drew 3D simulation could illustrate and control the changing of environments such as the forest density and seasonal variations. Thus, comparing both of them shows efficiently landscape analysis. Thirdly, the study compared virtual and real landscape. Using this 3D modelling, this paper able to elaborate heritage environment and surrounding which omitted by view point analysis. Although this study has limitation practice and exercise on the field, the results and suggestions contribute to the various historic heritage managements and conservations. Moreover, it helps to explain the complex and dimensional landscape analysis.

A Research on the Nature of Working of the Employees in e-Sport Industry (e-스포츠 산업 종사자의 노동자성에 관한 연구)

  • The goal of the study is to analyze some structural issues of e-sport industry which has rapidly developed since 2000. Most of the previous studies regarding e-sport dealt with e-sport in terms of industrial prospect and economic values. In this study, we attempted to focus on employees of the field using in-depth interview method. Research findings show that there were several reasons for younger workers to early enter into the industry such as individualized labor market of post-modern era, growth of IT industry, and diversion of related occupational categories. The development of e-sport industry was possible with the youth' passion for the industry. However, their labor so called "professional" is vulnerable without systematic structure for them. This indicates that industrial prospect of e-sport industry and business models are not healthy. In addition, some implications of the findings were discussed.

  • 기포반응도는 월성발전소를 비롯한 CANDU형 원자로의 주된 안전성 쟁점사안으로 끊임없이 논의되어 왔다. 이는 설계기준사고가 노심에서 열에너지 불균형이 원인이 되어 기준이상의 핵연료 파손과 방사성물질 누출로 발전할 위험이 있는 사건들로 정의될 때, 사건 진행 과정에 기포반응도 증가는 조기에 운전중단을 실패할 경우 출력폭주로 이어지므로 사건의 결말이 중대사고로 전환될 위험이 크기 때문이다. 본 연구는 공개된 최신 핵자료인 ENDF/B-VII.0를 NJOY.99로 처리한 연속에너지 반응단면적 라이브러리를 구축하고 MCNP-4C에 접속하여 37봉 천연우라늄 핵연료다발의 표준노심격자에 대한 기포반응도를 시뮬레이션하여, 지금까지 각종문헌에 제시된 값들과 비교, 종합하므로 내제된 불확실성을 추정하는 내용이다. ENDF/B-VII.0 기반 MCNP-4C의 CANDU 노심격자 모델은 동일한 핵자료와 핵종농도를 사용한 WIMS-IAEA 모델과 비교할 때, 초기 노심의 임계도 오차 약 3.51mk가 연소 진행에 따라 $7.5\times10^{-4}mk$/MWD/teU의 비율로 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 MCNP-4C 예측기포반응도는 초기노심에서 기포율 50% 및 100%에 대해 각각 8.38 및 15.96mk, 평형노심에서 7.68 및 14.72mk로 계산된다. 이는 월성 2, 3, 4 FSAR의 초기노심 및 평형노심에서 100% 기포상태에 대한 값, 약15.0 및 10.6mk와 비교할 때, 초기노심은 약 1.0mk 평형노심은 약4, 1mk 보수적이지만, 다른 연구결과들과는 최대오차 ${\pm}1{\sim}2mk$ 이내에서 잘 일치하는 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구는 CANDU 노심의 기포반응도 불확실성 요인의 규명 및 영향평가를 위한 노력의 일부로서 앞으로 감속재의 붕산농도 변화, 감속재 및 냉각재의 중수 순도 변화, 기기노화에 의한 격자 구조 및 물성 변화, 중성자속 및 출력 분포 불균형, 반응도조절장치의 위치, 등 주요 설계변수의 변화에 대한 반응도영향 분석연구를 계속할 계획이다.

A Reaction Kinetic for Selective Catalytic Reduction of NOx with NH3 over Manganese Oxide (NMO, MnO2, Mn2O3) at Low Temperature (망간산화물(NMO, MnO2, Mn2O3)을 이용한 저온에서의 NH3-SCR의 반응속도 연구)

  • In this study, NMO (Natural Manganese Ore), $MnO_2$, and $Mn_2O_3$ catalysts were used in the selective catalytic reduction process to remove nitrogen oxides (NOx) using $NH_3$ as a reducing agent at low temperatures in the presence of oxygen. In the case of the NMO (Natural Manganese Ore), it was confirmed that the conversion of nitrogen oxides in the stability test did not change even after 100 hours at 423 K. The Kinetics experiments were carried out within the range where heat and mass transfer were not factors. From a steady-state Kinetics study, it was found that the low-temperature SCR reaction was zero order with the respect to $NH_3$ and 0.41 ~ 0.57 order with the respect to NO and 0.13 ~ 0.26 order with the respect to $O_2$. As temperature increases, the reaction order decreases as a result of $NH_3$ and oxygen concentration. It was confirmed that the reaction between the $NH_3$ dissociated and adsorbedon the catalyst surface and the gaseous nitrogen monoxide (E-R model) and the reaction with the adsorbed nitrogen monoxide (L-H model) occur.

Long-term (2002~2017) Eutropication Characteristics, Empirical Model Analysis in Hapcheon Reservoir, and the Spatio-temporal Variabilities Depending on the Intensity of the Monsoon (합천호의 장기간 (2002~2017) 부영양화 특성, 경험적 모델 분석 및 몬순강도에 따른 시공간적 이화학적 수질 변이)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze eutrophication characteristics, empirical model analysis, and variation of water quality according to monsoon intensity in Hapcheon Reservoir for 16 years from 2002 to 2017. Long-term annual water quality analysis showed that Hapcheon Reservoir was in a meso-nutrition to eutrophic condition, and the eutrophic state intensified after the summer monsoon. Annual rainfall volume (high vs. low rainfall) and the seasonal intensity in each year were the key factors that regulate the long-term water quality variation provided that there is no significant change of the point- and non-point source in the watershed. Dry years and wet years showed significant differences in the concentrations of TP, TN, BOD, and conductivity, indicating that precipitation had the most direct influence on nutrients and organic matter dynamics. Nutrient indicators (TP, TN), organic pollution indicators (BOD, COD), total suspended solids, and chlorophyll-a (Chl-a), which was an estimator of primary productivity, had significant positive relations (p<0.05) with precipitation. The Chl-a concentration, which is an indicator of green algae, was highly correlated with TP, TN, and BOD, which differed from other lakes that showed the lower Chl-a concentration when nutrients increased excessively. Empirical model analysis of log-transformed TN, TP, and Chl-a indicated that the Chl-a concentration was linearly regulated by phosphorus concentration, but not by nitrogen concentration. Spatial regression analysis of the riverine, transition, and lacustrine zones of $log_{10}TN$, $log_{10}TP$, and $log_{10}CHL$ showed that TN and Chl-a had significant relations (p<0.005) while TN and Chl-a had p > 0.05, indicating that phosphorus had a key role in the algal growth. Moreover, the higher correlation of both $log_{10}TP$ and $log_{10}TN$ to $log_{10}CHL$ in the riverine zone than the lacustrine zone indicated that there was little impact of inorganic suspended solids on the light limitation in the riverine zone.

  • The current remodeling cost estimation process is not only dependent on the historical data of new building construction, but it also has a poor linkage with risk-based estimation approach. As such, there is a high risk of falling short of initial budget. To overcome this, a risk-based estimation approach is necessary by providing a probabilistic estimation in consideration of the potential risk factors in conducting the remodeling projects. In addition, the decision-making process should be linked with the risk-based estimation results in stead of intuitive and/or experience-based estimation. This study provides a probabilistic estimation process for residential remodeling projects by developing a detailed methodology in which a step-by-step approach can be achieved. The new proposed estimation approach can help in decision-making for remodeling projects in terms of whether to proceed or not, by effectively reflecting the potential risk factors in the early stage of the project. In addition, the study can enhance the reliability of the estimation results by developing a sustainable estimation process model where a risk-based evaluation can be accomplished by setting up the cost-risk relationship database structure.

Neural Circuits Mediating Stress (스트레스의 신경생물학적 이해)

  • Stress has been linked to the pathophysiology and pathogenesis of various psychiatric illnesses. Over the past few years, our understanding of the brain and neuroendocrine systems that are linked to stress responses has increased enormously. This article reviews a series of animal and human studies to understand what are the central pathways by which stress is perceived, processed, and transduced into a neuroendocrine response. We focus on the limbic-hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(LHPA) axis and several neurotransmitter systems such as norepinephrine, CRF, serotonin, acetylcholine, and dopamine. LHPA stress circuit is a complex system with multiple control mechanisms which are altered in pathological states. CRF and related peptides in the central nervous system appear to enhance behavioral responses to stressors. Norepinephrine systems are also activated by stressors and cause the release of catecholamines from the autonomic nervous system. CRF-norepinephrine interaction makes a feed-forward system which may be important for an organism to mobilize not only the pituitary system but also the central nervous system, in response to environmental challenges. The interactions among several neurotransmitters and endocrine systems appear to play key roles in mediating various behavioral and psychological stress responses involving abnormal responses to stressors such as anxiety and affective disorders.

Slug Characteristics in a Bubbling Fluidized Bed Reactor for Polymerization Reaction (기포유동층 고분자 중합 반응기에서의 슬러그 특성)

  • Fluidization processes in which solid particles vividly move like gas or liquid have been widely used in various industrial sectors, such as thermochemical energy conversion and polymerization processes for general purpose polymer resins. One of the general purpose polymer resins, LLDPE(Linear low-density polyethylene) resins have been produced in bubbling fluidized bed processes in the world. In a bubbling fluidization polymerization reactors, LLDPE particles with relatively larger particle size and low density are fluidized by hydrogen gas for polymerization reaction. Though LLDPE polymerization reactors are one of bubbling fluidization processes, slugs that have negative impact for reaction exist or occur in these processes. Therefore, the fluidization state of LLDPE particles was investigated in a simulation model similar to a pilot-scale polymerization reactor (0.38 m l.D., 4.4 m High). In particular, the effect of gas velocity (0.45-1.2 m/s), solid density (900-199 kg/㎥), solid sphericity (0.5-1.0), and average particle size (120-1230 ㎛), on bed height and fluidization state were measured by using a CPFD(Computational particle-fluid dynamics) method. With CPFD analysis, the occurrence of a flat slug was visualized. Also, the change in particle properties, such as particle density, sphericity, and size, could reduce the occurrence of slug and bed expansion.

A Cost-Efficient Job Scheduling Algorithm in Cloud Resource Broker with Scalable VM Allocation Scheme (클라우드 자원 브로커에서 확장성 있는 가상 머신 할당 기법을 이용한 비용 적응형 작업 스케쥴링 알고리즘)

  • Cloud service users request dedicated virtual computing resource from the cloud service provider to process jobs in independent environment from other users. To optimize this process with automated method, in this paper we proposed a framework for workflow scheduling in the cloud environment, in which the core component is the middleware called broker mediating the interaction between users and cloud service providers. To process jobs in on-demand and virtualized resources from cloud service providers, many papers propose scheduling algorithms that allocate jobs to virtual machines which are dedicated to one machine one job. With this method, the isolation of being processed jobs is guaranteed, but we can't use each resource to its fullest computing capacity with high efficiency in resource utilization. This paper therefore proposed a cost-efficient job scheduling algorithm which maximizes the utilization of managed resources with increasing the degree of multiprogramming to reduce the number of needed virtual machines; consequently we can save the cost for processing requests. We also consider the performance degradation in proposed scheme with thrashing and context switching. By evaluating the experimental results, we have shown that the proposed scheme has better cost-performance feature compared to an existing scheme.
