산업자원부에서는 국가에너지사업의 정책으로 지역 에너지사업 및 신 재생에너지 시범보급사업을 수행하고 있으며, 이에 따라 대규모 신재생에너지전원(태양광, 풍력, 열병합 등) 단지가 활발하게 조성되고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 신재생에너지전원의 설치자 측에서는 설비비용의 절감을 이유로 일반배전선로(고압 및 저압배전선로)에 직접적인 연계를 요구하고 있으나, 한전 측에서는 계통운용의 어려움으로 인하여 까다로운 계통연계지침(가이드라인)을 정하여, 한전 측과 전기사업자(전기공사업자 및 발전 사업업자)간의 이해가 상충되는 부분이 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 신재생에너지전원의 발전업자와 전기공사업자의 측면에서는 효율적인 공사 및 시공을 위하여, 배전계통 연계와 관련된 복잡한 기술적인 계통연계 지침을 일일이 해석하지 않더라도, 연계 적합여부를 손쉽고 자동적으로 판단해주는 평가시스템을 개발하였다.

Bibliographic study on the qi of Chong Channel ascending adversely(衝氣上衝) through the oriental medical books was carried out. And the following results were obtained; 1. Etiological factors of the qi of Chong Channel ascending adversely were failure of the kidney in receiving air(腎虛不納), transverse invasion of the hyperactive liver-qi (肝氣橫恣), insufficiency of the stomach-qi (胃氣虛弱), deficiency of the Front Midline Channelyin(任陰不足), etc. 2. Main symptom of the qi of Chong Channel ascending adversely were upward adverseness of qi to the chest(氣上衝胸). 3. Therapeutic measures of the qi of Chong Channel ascending adversely were relieving Chong Channel(鎭衝), astringing Chong Channel(斂衝), lowering the adverse flow of qi(降逆), tranquilizing Chong Channel(安衝). 4. Main durgs of the qi of Chong Channel ascending adversely were Fluoritum, Haematitum, TuberPinelliae, Fossilia Ossis Masto야, Concha Ostreae, Flos Inulae, etc. 5. Main prescriptions of the qi of Chong Channel ascending adversely were Kangwijinchongtang(降胃鎭衝湯), Younggyeogamtang(?桂五甘湯), etc.

In recent years, many studies on the public library services for individual vulnerable groups have been performed in Korea. From the standpoint of public libraries with limited human and physical resources, however, all proposed alternatives are difficult to accommodate due to overload and in an integrated perspective, the several alternatives have a logical contradiction and possibility of realistic conflicts. Focusing on these facts, this study proposed an integrated direction and strategic plan to strengthen knowledge and information services of public libraries for five vulnerable classes, ie., the disabled persons, multi-cultural families, the elderly, rural residents, basic living subsidies.

대통령직 인수위원회가 지난 2월 19일 중소기업중앙회 강당에서 열린 '중소기업 손톱 및 가시 힐링캠프'에서 대규모의 공공공사 분리발주 등 총 94건을 수용 개선키로 했다고 발표했다. 대통령직 인수위원회는 중소기업계가 꼽은 299건(공익과 상충하는 41건 제외)의 건의사항 가운데 총 94건을 수용 개선키로 한 것이다. 주요 개선과제는 ${\triangle}$정부조달 판로 확대 ${\triangle}$창업 기술규제 현실화 ${\triangle}$대 중소기업 상생 정착 등 총 7개 분야로, 이 가운데 조달부문에서는 전문건설사의 정부 공공공사 직접 참여 활성화를 고려해 대규모 공공공사 분리발주 원칙을 법제화 하는 한편 분할계약 금지 원칙이 담긴 국가계약법 시행령 제68조의 규정을 폐지키로 했다. 인수위의 이같은 결정은 지난 1월 24일 '중소기업 소상공인 현장의 목소리를 듣겠습니다' 간담회에서 대한설비건설협회가 건의한 분리발주 법제화 내용이 반영된 것이다.

본 논문은 한국어 로마자의 표준안 확립을 위하 로마자 변환 테이블을 정리 및 종합하고 이를 실제 변환기로 개발하는데 필요한 과정에 대해 기술하였다. 테이블 구성을 위해 국어의 표준 발음의 전체 구성을 분석하고, 불필요한 규칙이 있거나 없을 경우의 규칙을 추가, 삭제하여, 상충이 있을 경우 우선 순위에 의해 규칙을 선택하여 규칙을 수정하여 적용하였다. 이렇게 생성된 표준 발음 테이블은 한글을 받아 적용한 수 표기별 자음과 모음의 테이블을 통해 로마자로 변환한다. 일관성 없는 규칙, 표준화의 설득력 및 홍보의 미숙등과 같은 과제로 활용의 예가 적었던 한국어 로마자 변환기는 공공기관의 지명 및 문화재 로마자의 표준화 등에 사용될 수 있으며, 인터넷을 통한 웹 로마자 사전 제작을 통하여 표준화의 문제에 가장 중요한 객관적인 지표로서 활용될 수 있다.[3]

스마트 홈의 목적은 가정 혹은 사무실에서 사용자에게 보다 양질의 삶을 위한 서비스를 제공하는데 있다. 스마트 홈의 구성요소로는 여러 종류의 장치와 사용자 편의를 위해 제공되는 서비스가 있으며, 스마트 홈의 목적에 부합하여 서비스는 계속 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 스마트 홈에서 제공하는 서비스의 확대로 인하여 서비스가 이행되지 못하거나 장치와 서비스 간의 상충된 기능 수행으로 발생 되는 오류 또한 증가할 것으로 예상됨에 따라 보다 안정된 스마트 홈 서비스 제공을 위해 오류 복구 시스템 개발이 요구된다. 기존의 모델 기반의 스마트 홈 오류 복구 시스템은 스마트 홈에 새로운 장치가 동적으로 추가되거나 서비스가 변경 되는 경우와 같은 상황에서 발생하는 오류를 해결하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 동적인 상황에서도 이러한 오류를 해결 하기 위하여 모델 기반이 아닌 상황인지 기반의 오류 복구 시스템을 제안한다. 스마트 홈은 가정에 오류가 발생했을 지라도 제안된 오류 복구 시스템을 이용하여 스마트 홈 상황에 적절한 서비스를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.

무선 센서 네트워크에서는 센서로부터 유입되는 데이터의 정확성을 위하여, 결함이 발생한 센서 노드의 자가 치유는 필수적이다. 이를 위해, 롤백 기술을 사용하기 위한 글로벌 체크포인트 프로토콜들이 제시되었지만, 각각의 프로토콜은 메모리 효율과 성능에 있어서 상충 관계가 존재한다. 따라서, 본 논문은 성능 위주 글로벌 체크포인트 프로토콜의 메모리 효율을 개선하기 위해서, 플랫폼 기반의 주소 로그 기반 구조(Address Log Based Architecture, ALBA)를 제시한다. 이 구조는 롤백 동작에 필요한 메모리의 양을 줄이기 위해 간접 메모리 접근 방식과 원격 접근 방식을 지원한다.

이 논문에서는 주식의 수익률 대신 초과수익률(超過收益率)에 초점을 맞추므로서 기존의 옵션평가모형(評價模型)들의 제약점들을 극복하여 추계적 이자율하(利子率下)에서 주식(株式)옵션에 대한 간단한 평가식(評價式)을 유도하였다. 이 논문에서 제시하는 모형은 표면적으로는 Merton의 모형과 유사하지만 경제학적 및 실증적 의미에는 중요한 차이가 있으며, 주식수익율(株式收釜率)의 순간적(瞬間的) 표준편차(標準偏差)가 이자율에 따라서 변하므로 이자율의 불확실성이 옵션가격결정에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 보여준다. 옵션가격으로부터 구한 주식수익률의 암묵적 표준편차와 주식가격으로부터 구한 주식수익률의 표준편차 사이의 관계에 대한 상충되는 실증적 결과는 이자율(利子率)의 불확실성(不確實性)을 옵션평가모형(評價模型)에 반영하지 못한데 기인한다고 할 수 있다.

The purposes of this study are to identify Traffic Flow characteristics and to develop approach delay model of unsignalized intersection based on the travel speed in the conflicting area. The results of this study are as following ; 1. The cumulative frequency distributions of Left-turning speed show a few differences among approaches and they are distributed to lower range of speeds. On the other hand, those of through speed show obvious differences among bounds. The similar results also show in the analysis of Percentile speed. 2. The effectiveness of conflicting movements to travel speed in the conflicting area are analyzed using regression analysis. Left-turning speed model shows that Left-and Right-Conflicting speed. Through-speed model is also developed, when approaching through volume is less than 420vph. 3. Since the lost time due to the acceleration stop, and decelerlation is occured in the conflicting area, approach delay model is delivered using the travel speed models under the condition of small queuing delay.

The prevalence of canine heartworm(Dirofilaria immitis) infection in 150 mixed-breed dogs(male : 54, female : 96) from February to December 1997 was investigated by using antigen test kit(ICT $GOLD^{TM}$ HW, Synbiotics, USA) based on immunochromatographic assay in Inchon city. Also, gross and histopathological findings of an antigen positive dog were carried out. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. Four dogs were positive from 150 tested dogs(2.7%). They were all more than 2 years old and infection rates in male and outdoor dogs was higher than those in female and indoor, respectively. Species of infected dogs were Pug(2) , German Sheperd(1) and Great-dane (1). 2. Regional infection rates were closely related with housing system in the city. 3. Pathological findings of antigen-positive dog was excessive enlargement, congestion and hemorrhage of lung and D immitis in heart and histologically hemosiderin, hypertrophy of pulmonary alveoli wall and irregular hypertrophy of pulmonary artery inner wall. Microfilaria was observed in pulmonary artery and arteriole, ventricle and splenic artery.
