The purpose of this paper is to research the locational characteristics of commercial land use. So this study deals with the realation between land use pattern and the factors which influence commercial land use. To perform this purpose we choose Apgujung-Dong as a case study area which is specially characterized as fashion street. Commercial facilities are spreading into the inner residential areas in Apgujung-Dong. To raise the efficency accuracy of research, informations of lands and buildings are analysed with EXCEL, ARC/INFO, SPSS The results are : (1) The characteristics of lots and buildings in Apgujung-Dong are different in kinds of commercial facilities. (2) The floor where commercial facilities are to locate varies with functions. (3) Commercial land use pattern is influenced by lot size, building size and story, accessibility, adjacent land use, etc. (4) QS is a useful tool in relation with urban land use analysis.

The improvement of transportation condition is known to be a main source of regional development. This paper aims to estimate the development effects of the subway construction on commercial buildings in suburban area. For this purpose, it examines using GIS how many commercial buildings were registered around surface of subway line and stations after the publicity of subway construction plan in Taegu city. The main findings are follows; Firstly, there is a strong development tendency of commercial building which aims at time of starting and completion of subway construction. Secondly, development effects are stronger in front raw of the corridor than in the rear side of the raw. Thirdly, development types are different station by station.

현재 대규모 실내공간이 증가하고 있고, 이에 따른 화재 등의 사고가 발생함에 따라 화재대피시스템과 같은 실시간 실내 응용에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 학문적 연구 또는 상업용 시스템에서 사용되는 화재모델이내 보행자 모델은 대부분 2D 기반의 CAD와 같은 파일구조를 기반으로 하고 있으며 가상데이터를 이용한 시뮬레이션에 초점을 두고 있다. 따라서 이들을 실내 센서 등을 이용한 실시간 시스템으로 구축하기 위해서는 몇 가지 문제점들이 해결되어야 한다. 우선, 실내공간의 의미 있는 관계정보를 포함하는 위상적인 3D 모델이 필요하다. 또한, 실내 센서들에 의해 감지된 보행자의 이동을 저장하고, 저장된 데이터를 이용하여 실시간 안내를 위해서는 실내데이터 구축에 공간 DBMS를 이용해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 실내보행자 모델에서 두 가지 개선점을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째는, 간단한 3D 실내 모델구축과 공간 DBMS와 연계된 보행자 시뮬레이터를 구현하는 과정을 제시한다. 둘째는, 보행자의 가시성(visibility)에 대한 영향이 반영된, 개선된 floor field 모델을 제안한다. 이와 같은 과정을 캠퍼스 건물에 적용하고 시뮬레이션을 수행하는 과정을 예시하였다.

위성영상은 항공사진과 더불어 지표면의 변화를 신속하고 주기적으로 관찰할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 장점뿐만 아니라 위성영상에 포함된 분광정보는 시간에 따른 지표면의 변화를 면밀하게 관찰이 가능하다. 이러한 장점들을 이용하여 현재 도시의 중추적인 교통수단으로서의 역할을 하고 있는 지하철 구간주변을 대상으로 시간에 따른 공간변화를 알아보았다. 지하철 건설전후의 구간을 대상으로 Landsat TM영상을 이용하여 토지이용변화 정도를, SPOT Panchromatic 영상을 이용하여 주거 및 상업지구의 변화정도를 위성영상을 통해 살펴보았다. 또한 부산에서 발간한 토지건축물 대장, 교통유발금부과대장을 통해 영상에서 나타난 건물들이 어떤 용도의 건물인지를 파악하고 부산교통공사에서 발간한 일반현황자료를 통하여 지하철이용의 현황과 이용행태를 주변 공간변화와 더불어 분석해보았다.

최근 Micro-Opto-Electro-Mechanical(MOEMS)기술의 발달과 더불어 적응 광학(Adaptive optics)분야나 패턴 인식 분야에 적용 가능한 공간 빛 변조기의 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 적응 광학용 공간 빛 변조기는 대기의 turbulence에 의하여 왜곡된 빛의 위상을 파면 센서(wave sensor)와 실시간 제어기를 통해 보정하는 역할을 한다. 적응 광학 분야에서 상업적으로 사용되던 기존의 공간 빛 변조기는 전왜소자 배열(piezoelectric actuator array)에 의하여 지지되는 평면 거울을 사용하여 크기가 크고 전력 소비도 심하며 무엇보다도 가격이 비싸다는 단점이 있었다$^{(1)}$ . 그러나 MOEMS 기술의 적용으로 인해 공간 빛 변조기의 크기 및 무게 그리고 소비 전력이 줄어들었으며 반도체 공정을 통한 대량 생산으로 저가로 생산할 수 있게 되었다. The aim of this study is to analyze the spatial association of regional economic growth and land use considering 5 plus 2 regional economic sphere (Capital region zone, Chungchung zone, Honam zone, Daekyung zone, Dongnam zone and kangwon zone, Jejudo zone) in Korea. The factors of regional economic growth are GRDP and the rate of self-finance and land use, especially industrial and manufactering zone. The data for this research are obtained by National Statistical Office web-site etc. For this, the Seemingly Unrelated Regression(SUR), as a kind of simultaneous equation model, is employed as empirical analysis. Overall results of this study show that the spatial association of the capital region zone and other zones is complementary. but Honam zone and Dongnam zone or Daekyung zone is competitive. We conclude from this study that the policy of regional development will be considered in accordance with the regional economic growth and land use. Also, this study found that Economic growth of regional economic sphere will be achieved from that of cities within zone and the results will be helpful to policy makers and regional planners when establishing regional planning in the future.

This study on land use and regeneration of urban central district in Daegu investigates the current trend of those changes, and examines the change of urban core on land use, Since the 1980s, large cities in Korea have experienced the decline of spatial economic activities as well as population. Such urban decline has a relation with land use which can be classified with urban land use district and actual land use. This study tried to capture urban land use in three aspects; downtown business, residence, and the change of land use conversion. Based on land use characteristics, the size of residence land use has played a major role in hindering of the efficiency of land use. Also, this study has reviewed urban renewal projects in Daegu, especially urban core renewal projects, and discussed the problems of the projects.

경제적인 풍요가 어느정도 이루어지면서 깨끗한 도시환경속에서 삶을 누리고자 하는 욕구도 증가되었다. 이를 반영하듯이 최근들어 환경에 대한 시민들의 관심이 어느때 보다 더욱 커져만 가고 있다. 이와 더불어 도시계획적 흐름도 물적계획에서 비물적계획인 인간중심 위주의 가치관으로 전환되고 있으며, 공원녹지체계의 정립, 도시경관관리방안, 자전거도로의 도입, 보행자도로의 계획과 설계, 대중교통의 활성화 등 많은 환경친화적 프로젝트들이 수행되어져 왔다. 본 연구에서도 기존의 주요 보행자공간으로 다루어져 온 보도공간에 대하여 조사연구하였으며, 도심의 외곽에 위치하고는 있지만 대구시의 남북을 관통하는 주요간선도로변에 접해 있고 보행량에 비해 보도가 지나치게 넓어 비효율적인 토지이용을 보이는 보도공간을 대상으로 하였다. 특히 도심의 외곽지 보도에 관한 연구는 통행량이 많은 도심지의 상업지나 주택지의 보도에 밀려 상대적으로 소홀히 다루어져 왔다. 이 가운데 대표성과 보편성을 가지는 곳으로 선정하여 연구를 수행한 결과 기존의 단순목적 보도공간을 4개의 공간 즉 보행자공간, 자전거도로공간, 차단 및 가로시설공간, 녹지 및 편익공간으로 재구성하였다. 이는 적은 비용과 노력으로 보행의 순기능인 쾌적성과 안전성을 보다 강화시켜나갈 수 있었다. 매연과 소음이 없고 도시민의 건강성를 확보한다는 이유로 여러 선진국에서는 수 년전부터 각광을 받고 있는 것이 보행교통과 자전거교통의 개념인 녹색교통이다. 이러한 녹색교통은 공해감소의 편익도 있지만 무엇보다 매력적인 도시환경의 창출과 인간중심적이라는 가치관에 그 의의가 있겠다.
