세계 최대 시설용량이며, 국내최초인 조력발전소의 마무리공정이 한창 진행되고 있는 대역사의 현장을 지난 17일 오후 2시에 찾았다. 짭쪼름한 바닷내음이 점차 진해진다 싶을 때 시야에 들어온 '청정 무공해 전력생산기지' 시화조력발전소. 발전소는 경기도 안산시 오이도와 대부도 사이를 잇는 길이 11.2Km 시화방조제 중간(작은 가리섬)에 위치한 가운데 본격가동의 카운트다운을 준비하고 있다. 지난 4월 10호기를 시작으로 6개월간에 걸친 각종 설비기능시험 등을 거쳐 오는 11월 상업운전을 통해 본격적인 전기 생산에 돌입할 예정인 시화조력발전소의 건설 의미와 주요시설 및 설비구성, 그리고 준공에 따른 기대효과 등을 조망해 본다.

국내 해양레포츠 수요는 지속적인 증가세이며, 한국해양수산개발원은 2015년 국내 요트수요 22,000척에 달할 것으로 전망하고 있다. 이에 따른 마리나 및 마리나클럽 공간의 확충도 필요하다. 현재 국내 마리나는 수적으로 한정된 상태로 서울마리나, 아라마리나, 전곡마리나, 수영마리나 등이 대표적인 시설이다. 마리나 공간은 계류시설, 클럽하우스, 보트이동시설, 수리소 및 보관창고, 세척공간 및 각종 지원시설, 복합시설로 구성되며, 마리나클럽은 그 중심 공간이다. 국내 마리나클럽은 식음을 위한 상업공간의 면적이 큰 비율을 차지하고 있다. 전반적으로 마리나는 육지에서 강이나 바다로의 조망, 수면에서 랜드마크 효과 극대화하는 공간 디자인을 추구한다.

Recently, due to the location of residential complexes in commercial areas of large cities, the urban function is shifting from commercial to residential.In order to improve the use volume system in the commercial area of Daejeon Metropolitan City, the system of special and metropolitan cities was compared and analyzed, and problems were derived by analyzing 8 cases. First, use classification of mixed-residential buildings, Second, unbalance of urban planning for functional loss of commercial area, Thrid, damage on urban environment due to difference of development density. Accordingly, improvement measures include First, securing the ratio of residential function and mixed use at least 10%, Second, securing urban competitiveness by inducing facilities that combine various uses and functions. The overall floor area ratio of housing is applied, Third, the development density is presented through the establishment of the district unit plan and consultation.

이번 탐방은 위험조사부의 추천으로 부산광역시 부산진구 부저동 503-15번지 중심 상업지역 한가운데에 우뚝 자리 잡고 있는 부산롯데호텔을 방문하였다. 이곳에서 안전을 총괄한는 방재상 황실의 윤성일 과장을 만나 경영방침, 시설현황, 안전관리 현황등에 관한 이야기를 나누어 보았다.

Gwangju Airport and Muan International Airport are planned to merge in 2021 while the aviation market is suffering an unprecedented prolonged crisis due to COVID-19 and therefore it is necessary to revitalize the airport to keep up with the passenger's demands. The study conducts an empirical research survey on the passengers of both airports regarding the importance, satisfaction, and overall satisfaction to derive a strategic marketing direction. The results show that to establish a strategic marketing direction, an urgent improvement is required for all "Commercial Facility and Diversity," "Rest Facility and Comfort," "Facilities for the Transportation Vulnerable," "Latest Facility" factors, and "Air Route Diversity." On the other hand, it is required to stop further investing and improving in "Publicity and Marketing" and "Flight Schedule". The results of this study demonstrate academic and practical importance through the comparison of two IPA models, based on Gwangju Airport and Muan International Airport before their integration, to provide substantive and meaningful marketing strategies.

Marina and marina clubs are the essential structures to meet increasing marin tourism and marin leisure sports demand. According to the domestic situation, marina and marina clubs are divided into 6 types such as small sports type, small complex type, midium sports type, midium complex type, large sports type, large complex type. As a result of analysis of domestic three marina clubs, averagely marina facilities take 21% and commercial facilities take 79% of total space. In the short term, marina club should be designed focusing on complex program. Marina club will be for long-term transformed into marin leisure sports program. Additionally, it is certain that floating marina club is an architecture to have water-friendly space and to maximize marin tourism and marin leisure sports.

In regard to the growth and development of Innocity from improvements in Innocity settlement environment, this research examines the level of satisfaction of Innocity settlement environment to propose a political implications. We deduced the main cause of settlement environment satisfaction by performing logistic regression on the public institution employees level of satisfaction in respect to 4 Innocity characteristics?six physical properties, three social properties, five facility properties, three economical properties?and three general questions. As a result, the greatest factor of settlement environment was physical properties, such as natural environment and scenery, residential environment, availability of diverse uses in the surrounding area, and access to public transportation. In addition, social characteristics (relationships with neighbors), and facilities (availability of industrial, research and educational facilities) were also significant. This research provided political implications for future Innocity settlement environment improvements despite limiting factors such as residents' perception and limited surveyed sites.

In this study, an analysis about the causes of different types of excavation on accidents is required in order to prevent the frequently occurring accidents related to the earth retaining structure and excavation. Also, analysis of influence was performed by using numerical typical soil conditions and construction trend using numerical analysis method. According to the analysis results of 25 accident cases, the main influence factors were found as following: insufficient of soil survey, instability of temporary facility and lack of groundwater treatment, etc. Furthermore, in the numerical analysis result of 22 cases, drainage method was occurred larger settlement than waterproof method in the Inland. In case of applying the earth anchor method, it needs more detailed in the regions, which are discovered soft ground or rock discontinuities. Also, The consolidated clay absolutely needs further consideration of excess hydrostatic pressure.

The most important issue of modern cities is a crime. Crime prevention through environmental planning is needed in the urban mixed-use commercial facilities which have an important role of modern urban life, and have a positive elements for local society. The purpose of this study is to propose a direction of crime prevention through environmental planning for the urban mixed-use commercial facilities. In order to accomplish this purpose, a questionnaire survey is performed on users of urban mixed-use commercial facilities to evaluate the importance and satisfaction. The conclusions are as follows; 1) Crime prevention through environmental planning is needed in the public space which forms boundary between urban mixed-use commercial facilities and other urban facilities. 2) Safety support planning is necessary for women and children for crime prevention of urban mixed-use commercial facilities. 3) Crime prevention planning is needed in urban mixed-use commercial facilities of the various isolation space. 4) Crime prevention through environmental planning is needed for facilities of after business hours. 5) Various security alarm system considering the characteristics of the space is needed for crime prevention. 6) Community program is necessary in order to increase the utilization of external public space. 7) A sign is necessary to prevent a criminal act in urban mixed-use commercial facilities. 8) The connection of commercial facilities and activity inducing factors is needed.
