Based on an analysis of the characteristics of "Ecute" of the East Japan Railway Company (JR East) that planned the world's first large scale commercial facilities inside a ticket gate (paid-area including waiting room and platforms), the present study proposes a brand development of commercial facilities inside aged railway stations, where only basic railway business have been provided focusing on passenger transportation, by renewing the definition of railway commercial facilities and presenting a detailed planning and the direction of the operation system. A list of practical tasks that can be carried out in academia, planning and operation / management to facilitate the revitalization of the use of commercial facilities inside railway stations are as follows: 1) the setting of a wide scope for the revitalization of railway commercial facilities around the railway station focusing on private-funded stations in addition to existing stations; a setup of the direct scope of commercial development in the practical railway operation for passengers and stations in terms of external research, and a corresponding shift in thinking in terms of internal research 2) development of under used spaces such as the transfer area (Gongdeok Seoul Wangsimri Station are first target stations where more than four subway lines intersect) 3) brand establishment through improvement strategies for image and symbolism specialized for railway stations 4) rent of suitable business stores and layout of commercial facilities by analysis of passenger move pattern 5) development of commercial facilities which can attract customers by displaying various products, as well as finding a way to develop them in to a base facility that connects to local infrastructures 6) providing advertisement and management system for continual maintenance, and 7) brand specialization through unique storytelling and design plan that stimulates sensibility. The above study results can be utilized as a starting point for design brand awareness about commercial facilities in railway stations in Korea, which can be developed further to improve station image and passenger convenience, as well as to increase the revenue of railway businesses.

목포항은 과거부터 서남권 도서를 연결하는 여객선 교통의 충추적인 역할을 담당해왔다. 최근 국민의 삶의 질 향상과 여가시간 증가로 섬을 찾는 관광객이 증가하고 있다. 이에 목포항 연안여객터미널의 이용객 만족도를 조사하여 어떤 시설, 서비스를 중요하게 여기고 있는지 조사, 분석하였다. 그 결과 다양한 연령층이 목포항 연안여객터미널을 이용하고 있었으며, 그 가운데 20대와 50대의 이용객이 많았다. 연안여객터미널 접근성은 좋다고 했으나 타 교통수단에 비해 다소 비싸게 느끼고 있었다. 연안여객터미널 시설의 중요도와 만족도에 있어서 매표소 시설, 대기실 공간, 화장실 여건은 중요하다고 인식하고 있었고 목포항 연안여객터미널의 만족도도 대체로 높았다. 그러나 상업시설과 주차장은 중요하게 인식하고 있었으나 만족도는 낮게 나타나 이에 대한 보완이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 연안여객선의 운영서비스에 있어서는 운항간격, 출항시간 준수, 운항 소요시간 준수, 편의시설 관리, 안전관리 수준, 이용서비스 대비 운임, 차도선 이용 편의성에 있어서 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이 연구는 향후 목포항 연안여객터미널 운영에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

철도는 1960년대 산업화 이후 급속한 도시화 과정에서 인구의 집중, 도시의 비대화로 인해 늘어나는 교통의 수요와 대량운송 및 정시운행이라는 장점으로 국가산업의 발전과 국민편익에 편리함을 제공하는 등의 지대한 공헌을 하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 이러한 발전과 편리함 속에 소음과 진동의 환경공해를 유발하여 철도 주변에 위치하고 있는 거주시설 및 상업시설 등의 거주민들이 생활을 영위함에 있어 불쾌감, 수면방해, 집중력 감소, 시설물의 피해 등의 영향을 주고 있다.(중략)

미국원자력학회의 ${\ulcorner}$Nuclear News$P{\lrcorner}$지가 1986년 12월 31일 현재 전세계에서 운전중, 건설중 및 발주계획중인 30MWe 이상의 원자력발전소를 조사한 바에 따르면 상업운전중인 원자력발전소는 378기로서 시설용량은 1985년도보다 $6.8\%$ 증가한 265,808MWe이다. 1986년도에 새로 상업운전을 시작한 발전소의 수는 1985년도의 43기보다 훨씬 적은 23기이다. 이와같이 신규원전의 수가 줄은 것은 원칙적으로 매년 발주수의 변동이 있기 때문인데 근년에 발주수준이 감소한 것에도 기인한다. 그러나 금년에는 운전시설용량이 상당히 증가할 것으로 전망된다.

Commercial buildings are the mostly common ones to be constructed along with residential buildings. After economic inflation, So-called 'IMF era', construction market has been running low because of stagnancy of business activities and cost escalation, Thus the construction industry needs a study of higher productivity by means of using information infrastructure. To deliver a database of commercial buildings construction record, their major management has carried out analysis for database components, in an attempt to meet users' needs. The scheme study of application presented cost and resource in construction lifecycle.

It is needed to regenerate declined industrial districts in downtown area through to invite new industry and to improve urban environment. The purpose of this paper was to make suggestions on the urban regeneration for the districts. I have taken a literature research and a site analysis with cases of 'the South Lake Union' in Seattle and 'Pearl District' in Portland, USA. The result of the analysis was as follows: (1) The land use was changed to mixed use of business-commerce-recreation. The building use was changed to facilities for work, play and live. (2) Infrastructures were improved for user oriented facilities such as pedestrian friendly street, public parks & open spaces, public transportation system, and life supporting facilities. (3) The place identity was enhanced through the preservation of urban structure-tissues, renovation of existing buildings, and preservation of historical heritages.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for developing the practical park management. For this, satisfaction degree, satisfaction factors and estimated model by satisfaction variables of visitors analyzed through a questionnaire survey in Naejangsan National Park, Korea. In the evaluation of the satisfaction, variables of 'Lack of public facility'. 'Lack of use program', 'Lack of facility to stay' 'Charge of user fee, parking fee' and 'Exorbitant pay' at Naejangsan park office and 'Charge of user fee, parking fee', 'Lack of use program' and 'Lack of facility to stay' at Baekam park office was more unsatisfied than any other variable. Satisfaction factors by Factor Analysis were loaded with 'Facility management' at Naejangsan park office(34.3%) and 'user management' at Baekam park office(45.6%) by the highest contribution degree. In estimated model of satisfaction by Multiple Regression Analysis showed in order of 'damage of trail', 'Lack of commercial facility', and 'Littering problem' at Naejangsan park office and 'damage of cultural and historic resource', 'Lack of commercial facility', 'Touting' at Baekam park office. So, Naejangsan National Park needed intensive management policy and institutional apparatus for facility management and user education.

HID 램프란 High Intensity Discharge Lamps의 약어로서 고압방전램프라 하고, 대규모 공간의 조명이 필요한 공공시설, 산업시설, 상업시설 이외에 스포츠 시설 등 폭넓은 용도에 대응하고 있다. HID 램프는 부성저항 특성으로 인하여 직접 전원에 접속하기 때문에 램프 전류가 흐르게 되면 급격히 전류가 증가하여 전류의 흐름이 매우 불안하게 된다. 따라서 이것을 안정시키기 위하여 전원과 램프사이에 전류 제한장치인 안정기(Ballast)로 램프 전류를 적절하게 제어할 필요가 있다. 본 고에서는 HID 램프에 관한 열화요인과 이에 대한 수명의 관계를 중심으로 논한다.
