중소기업협동조합중앙회(회장김용구:http://kfsb.or.kr)가 중소제조업체 1,500개를 대상으로 실시한 생산설비 평균가동률조사에 따르면 2005년 9월중 생산설비 평균가동률은 전월 및 전년동월대비 각각 0.7%P, 1.9%P 상승한 70.4%를 기록한 것으로 조사됐다.

This study aimed to analyze effects of non-regular employment rate and female employment rate on fertility rate in OECD county. We adopted dynamic panel model after classifying OECD county to high and low fertility rate. The results of analysis showed that the higher non regular employment rate, the lower female employment rate, and the lower economy growth rate decrease fertility rate especially in low fertility rate country. While, only the higher house rental decrease in high fertility country. This results indicate that low fertility country including Korea should improve a labor policy such as strengthening employment security and encouraging female employment to increase fertility rate.

It is not easy to fully fuel high pressure(70 MPa) hydrogen in a hydrogen vehicle tank quickly. This is because the temperature inside the tank rises rapidly due to heat caused by the Joule-Thomson effect, etc. So fueling protocols such as SAE J2601 in the U.S. and JPEC-S 0003 in Japan appeared. However, there is a problem with these protocols that a number assumption are introduced and the content is too complex and limited in scope. This study was conducted to develop a new protocol based on complete real-time communication. In this study, the hydrogen fueling simulation program were used to examine how the pressure ramp rate affects the temperature and pressure rise in the tank and the fueling flow rate. The results confirmed that the first parameter to be considered in determining the pressure ramp rate is the temperature of the tank.

In this study, I analyzed determinant factors of mutual fund return. The samples was distributed into three types according to the ratio of included stocks in funds. The proxies of mutual funds were set up three ways(returns of fund). As a result of the analysis, I found that growth positively affect to fund return, abnormal return and adjusted abnormal return in all samples. While, according to three types of sample, expected and unexpected fund cash flows had differently effect on fund return. Inferentially, it seemed that the ratio of included stocks in fund was the cause of that. But price pressure hypothesis are not supported. In conclusion, it was not found the possibility of stock market disturbance in this analysis.

The result of analysis of the observed temperature data by the Serial Oceanography Investigation of National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (NFRDI) during last 41 years from 1969 to 2008 showed that sea surface temperatures in the East, West and South Sea of Korea were clearly increased. In case of 100m depth, temperature was increased in the South Sea of Korea, but it was decreased in the East Sea. Especially, the temperature around the coastal area in the East Sea was significantly decreased by the spatial distribution of long-term change of temperature on 100m depth. It should lead to the decreasing trend in the long-term change of temperature on 100 m depth in the entire East Sea. The increasing trend was clearly larger in wintertime than in summertime by a factor of about 2 It means that the long-term increasing trend of sea surface temperature in the Korean Waters is usually caused by the distinctive increasing trend in wintertime. As the results of the analysis of air temperature and wind speed on the 6stations around the coastal area in the Korean Waters, air temperature was found to be continuously increased, but wind speed to be gradually decreased in winter. The weakness of vertical mixing by decreasing of wind speed caused to make the surface mixed layer shallow. it could be considered that the increasing trend of surface temperature was caused by weak mixing between surface and intermediate layers.

내화물이 미치는 영향은 내화물 자체의 원단위 상승이나 이로 인한 원가 상승에 대한 것뿐만 아니라 키른의 가동률과 커다란 관계가 있다. 특히 대형 키른에서는 내화물 보수에 의한 키른 운휴가 전체 운휴의 70$\%$선을 차지하고 있다. 이러한 점을 감안하여 Bonn 의 Forschungsinstitut der Feuerfest-Industrie의 G. Routschka와 A. Majdic에 의하여 Z-K-G (Nr 10/74) pp. 469$\~$485에 발표된 ''Feuerfeste Baustoffe fuer die Zementindustrie im Spiegel der Literatur''를 번역하여 내화물에 대한 이해를 돕고자 한다.

2008년에는 미국발 금융위기와 한미 쇠고기 협상 여파로 축산인들의 앞날이 어찌 전개될지 아무도 모르는 상황에서 국제 곡물 가격은 천청부지로 상승하였다. 옥수수와 대두 같은 대표적인 사료작물들의 국제 가격이 큰 가격으로 상승하면서 사료 지급률이 30%가 채 되지 않는 국내 축산업계가 존폐의 기로에 서게 된 것. 국제 곡물 가격동향과 사료가격 동향을 통해 향후 전망 및 국내 축산업에 미치는 영향과 대처 방안을 알아보고자 한다.

접지시스템은 전력계통에서 사고가 발생하거나 접지가 시공된 시설물에 낙뢰가 침입하는 경우와 같이 고장 전류나 써지가 발생하였을 때 대지로 신속하게 방전시켜 전력기기의 파손 및 고장을 방지하고 대지 전위 상승을 억제하여 인체에 대한 안전성을 확보를 해야한다. 본 논문에서는 대지저항률이 높은 암반지형에서 접지시스템을 설계하기 위해서 대지저항률을 측정하여 토양모델을 모의하였으며, 접지망 설계를 통해 대지 전위 상승을 모의하여 인체 안전 측면을 검토하고자 한다.
