The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating effect of violence justification, including actor-effect and partner-effect, in the process where the offense motive affects dating violence. The subjects of this study were 135 unmarried male and female couples aged 19 and over who were dating for more than 3 months, and each couple was subjected to a self-report scale on motives, justification of violence, and dating violence. Based on these paraphrasing, as a result of analyzing the path model using the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model, Men and women's motivations showed a direct effect on their dating violence, while women's motivations showed a significant partner effect on men's violence. The male's motivation also had a significant impact on his dating violence and partner's abuse of dating violence as a mediator for justification of his violence. On the other hand, the mediating effect of justifying violence in women was not significant. These results show that there is a gender difference between the motives for violence and the paths for justifying violence in the sex violence of men and women. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study, and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.

This study attempted to reveal the influence of the exchange relationship (TMX) between Pilates leaders and members on job performance. Accordingly, from April 1 to July 12, 2023, 82 lines of couple data (164 people: 82 leaders, 82 members) were sampled and the following results were derived. First, the higher the leader exchange relationship, the higher the leader's job performance, and the higher the member exchange relationship, the higher the leader's job performance. Second, it can be seen that the higher the leader exchange relationship, the higher the member's job performance, and the higher the member exchange relationship, the higher the member's job performance. Therefore, it can be seen as a result of reflecting the systematic demand for exchange activities because the dependent relationship leads to active job participation through mutual relationships with colleagues.

In this paper, stealth technology, which minimizes detection from the enemy, was analyzed and it was confirmed that Most RCS reduction comes from shaping and in specific parts, by applying RAM. Therefore, we designed and manufactured RAM that absorbs 98% of electromagnetic wave at 94 GHz with 17dB of radar absorption property to minimize RCS at milimeter wave range. As a result, we had 62% reduction in the detection range from the enemy by using developed RAM.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate a role of self-compassion in conflict resolution strategies among dating couples. Further, we examined conflict resolution strategies as mechanisms to explain in the relationship between self-compassion and relationship satisfaction. Method: Two hundred forty two dating couples were recruited. Actor and Partner Independence Model(APIM) was used to examine actor and partner effects of self-compassion on relationship satisfaction as well as conflict resolution strategies. The total of 4 APIMs, two positive conflict resolution strategies(i.e., positive emotional reactions, active coping) and two negative conflict resolution strategies(i.e., negative emotional reactions and hostility, avoidance) were analyzed. Positive conflict resolution strategies had only actor effect in the link between self-compassion and relationship satisfaction. That is, self-compassionate men and women were more likely to use positive conflict resolution strategies and, in turn, led to their higher relationship satisfaction. Both actor and partner effects were found in the negative conflict resolution strategy models. In terms of actor effect self-compassionate men and women were less likely to use negative conflict resolution strategies and that, in turn, led to their higher relationship satisfaction. In terms of partner effects we found that women's negative emotional reactions and hostility mediated the link between women's self-compassion and their male partners' relationship satisfaction. Men's avoidance mediated the link between men's self-compassion and their female partners' relationship satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to examine actor and partner effects among infertile couples in determining whether self-esteem affects the degree of infertility-related stress via perceived spousal support. The sample comprised 219 couples who experienced infertility, each of whom completed an online survey. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation analysis and APIM (Actor-Partner Interdependence Model) were performed using SPSS 25.0 and Mplus 7.3 program. The main results were as follows. First, the actor effect of spousal support on self-esteem was significant in both husbands and wives. Second, the actor effects of spousal support on infertility-related stress and self-esteem on infertility stress were significant only in husbands. Third, in the association between husbands' and wives' spousal support and infertility-related stress, three mediating pathways via husband's self-esteem were found to be significant. Based on these results, the necessity for a couple-level analysis in infertility research, psycho-emotional interventions for infertile couples, and implications for follow-up studies were discussed.

스마트폰은 폭발적인 성장세와 더불어 어플리케이션의 시장규모가 크게 증대될 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 직접 사진을 캡처 시킨 문자들을 텍스트로 변환시켜주고 데이터베이스를 이용해서 그 문자들의 의미를 표현하는 어플리케이션을 구현한다. 어플리케이션의 기능으로는 텍스트로 변환하고자 하는 사진을 찍거나 혹은 앨범에 있는 사진을 불러내어 텍스트로 변환을 시켜서 상대방에게 메시지나 블루투스 등을 이용하여 전송을 가능하게 해줄 수 있으며, 글꼴을 바꾼다거나 크기 등 편집 기능까지 추가적으로 가능하도록 할 수 있다. 이 어플리케이션으로 인한 효과로 인터넷이나 거리를 돌아다니다가 원하는 문구가 있으면 바로 원하는 상대방에게 쉽고 간편하고 빠르게 전달할 수 있는 편리함 등이 있다.

In this paper, stealth technology is investigated with RCS(Radar Cross Section) reduction to minimize detection range of retroreflective echoes from enemy. Most RCS reduction comes from shaping. RAM(Radar Absorbing Materials) are applied only in areas where there are special problems. Therefore, we designed and fabricated a RAM that has absorption ability higher than 17 dB at 94 GHz for RF stealth in millimeter wave range. As a result, detection range of enemy can be reduced in the 62 percent range by using a developed RAM.

This study examined that the effects of fathers-in-law's and mothers-in law's acceptance-rejection on husbands' and wives' psychological well-being using APIM. Participants were 265 couples living Seoul KyungKi-do and JeJu Island, and their mean age was 39.16 (husbands, SD=7.39) and 36.45 (wives, SD=7.36), respectively. The results of APIM showed that, in father-in law model, actor effects of husbands (the influence of fathers in law acceptance-rejection for husbands on husbands' psychological well-being) were more significant than actor effects of wives (the influence of fathers-in-law's acceptance-rejection for wives on wives' psychological well-being), while partner effects of wives (the influence of fathers in law acceptance-rejection for wives on husbands' psychological well-being) more significant than partner effects of husbands (the influence of fathers' in law's acceptance-rejection for husbands on wives' psychological well-being). In mother-in law model, there were no significant differences both between actor effects of wives and actor effects of husbands, and between partner effects of wives and partner effects of husbands.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to assess actor and partner effects of mothers' and fathers' parenting stress and family cohesion and flexibility on warm parenting behavior. Methods: The sample consisted of 1,471 couples from the Panel Study of Korean Children. The sample was drawn from the sixth wave of data collection, including mothers and fathers of children aged 60-66 months. Data were analyzed via actor-partner interdependence models. Results: The findings illustrated that the actor effect of parenting stress on warm parenting behavior was significant in mothers and fathers, but there was no partner effect. They also revealed that actor and partner effects were significant in relation to mothers' and father's parenting stress and family cohesion and flexibility. Moreover, there was an actor effect of family cohesion on warm parenting behavior for mothers and fathers, but its partner effect was significant only in mothers. Finally, the mediating effects of family cohesion and flexibility between parenting stress and warm parenting behavior was verified. Conclusion: The results highlight not only the need for dyadic data analysis for mothers and fathers but also the need to consider in depth the fathers' role in parenting. Additional implications are discussed.
