The study aims to examine the availability of figure therapy in convergence perspective by verifying the effectiveness of the figure therapy programs on the psychological exhaustion and ego resilience of counselors. For the purpose, this study examine the changes of psychological exhaustion and ego resilience of participated counselors from 11 clients of general counseling center in 2 areas of Gyeonggi through the independent sample t-test and the corresponding sample t-test based on group figure therapy programs. As a result, there was a slight difference in the mean value of psychological exhaustion, and the mean of ego resilience has increased. In addition, the mean value of confidence and interpersonal efficiency, which is a sub factor of ego resilience, has increased and showed statistical significance. Based on the result, the study will be applied as a basic data of developing various figure therapy programs to improve the self resilience of counselors.

This study examines the usage status of legal services provided by lawyers targeting domestic consumers and investigates empirically how much online platforms that facilitate lawyer search and consultation can increase consumers' utility, and how much the lawyer legal service market will expand through this. To this end, this study applies a discrete choice demand model to the data collected through a conjoint survey to estimate the value of the lawyer search and consultation platform perceived by consumers, and estimates the effectiveness of the platform in expanding the market for lawyer legal services through a simulation method. As a result of the analysis, the relative value that consumers place on finding and consulting a lawyer using the online platform instead of being introduced to a lawyer by an acquaintance or searching for a lawyer offline is estimated to be about 70,414 won. It was found that the existence of lawyer search and consultation platforms could increase the market size of legal services by as little as 18.9% to as much as 70.2%. In particular, the platforms are expected to increase the accessibility of legal services to vulnerable groups.

Current performance evaluation of call center employees is dependent on the number of calls they have resolved, regardless of the individual and social characteristics of employees. However, since call center tasks are highly customer-oriented and emotional laborious, individual capability as well as social characteristics of employees is critical to performance. Therefore, this study analyzed the relationship between employees' individual/social characteristics and their performance. To extract individual characteristics, a repertory grid technique was employed, whereas social network analysis was conducted to extract the social characteristics of employees. Using individual and social characteristics as input variables, multiple regression was conducted to analyze the effect of each variable on performance. As a result, in-degree centrality of dining network, initiative characteristics, open characteristics, and enjoyment of studying were determined to be important variables for performance. This study is expected to be used in both performance management and human resource management of call center practices.

The percentage of divorce has increased rapidly even in Korea where traditionally attaches great importance to a family. However most counselors apply counseling theories and approaches developed in the West when they do counseling for Korean couple. In fact, the culture of Korea carries characteristics of relationism under the Oriental religion like Shamanism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. Therefore it is not easy to gain sufficient counseling effect in Korea with such major counseling approaches. The Korean takes a serious view of family relations between father and son, Therefore the Koran society carries on a family line, devotes their lives to the cause of education, gies precedence to the elder. In such a cultural area, it would be quite helpful for counselors to focus their attention on various roles of each rather than focus on their conflict of intimacy itself.

This study was conducted by applying Selby and Joiner (2009)'s Emotional Cascade Model to the phenomenon of non-suicidal self-injury of adolescents, focusing on the school counselor's counseling experience. To this end, a focus group interview(FGI) was conducted with 56 counselors who had experience in counseling self-injured adolescents, and this study applied Braun and Clake's thematic analysis(2012). As a result, 8 categories and 16 subtopics were derived: 'negative emotional experience', 'maladaptive cognitive emotional dysregulation strategy', 'experience of emotional cascade', 'temporary relief of psychological pain', 'aggravation of the emotional cascade state', 'emotional pain from nonsuicidal self-injury', 'vicious cycle of nonsuicidal self-injury' and 'difficulty in controlling behavior that co-occurs with nonsuicidal self-injury'. These results are significant in expanding the understanding regarding the non-suicidal self-injury of adolescents through the perspective of school counselors who are in a position to consider the various systems surrounding adolescents in an integrated manner. Based on the research results, implications, limitations and future research were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of perceived authenticity on empathy, communication, and revisit intentions at the point of contact with hospital coordinators during counseling for medical beauty. For data collection, a survey was conducted by selecting customers who experienced counseling, and statistical analysis used the SPSS 21.0 program. According to the research results, first, perceived authenticity of hospital coordinators had a positive effect on empathy and communication satisfaction, and empathy had a positive effect on communication satisfaction. Second, it was found that empathy and communication satisfaction had a positive effect on revisit intention. Authentic counseling by hospital coordinators leads to increased communication satisfaction and revisiting the hospital by forming empathy. Therefore, if communication is made through authenticity and empathy in consideration of customers, rather than just sales improvement or job-based counseling, it can build trust and contribute to the performance of medical beauty institutions in the long run.

The research is aimed at finding out the relationship between vocational stress and willingness to engage in vocational stress, which measures vocational stress and the ability to cope with the job, and how the job stress relates to job mobility. First of all, the job stress and willingness to transfer jobs related to sexual harassment related agencies have a positive correlation, while self-exploitation, job stress, and willingness to move jobs have shown negative correlation. Second, the self-assessment of self-assessment of ego resilience has served as a complete parameter in relation to the relationship between employee motivation and willingness to leave the job, which is the job of occupational duties. Based on this study, it is important to note that self-reference is an important factor in determining the role of job stress in the workforce because of its self-reference of job stress and motivation in relation to job stress.

The purpose of this study is to determine the moderating effect of counseling class experience on the relationship between an undergraduate's personality characteristics, emotional intelligence, and empathic ability. As a result of verification, having course experience has a moderating effect on empathic abilities, reversing agreeableness from positive into negative. It also has a moderating effect on the influence of empathic concern, making that of an extravert positively significant. The experience of taking a course did not show a moderating effect on emotional intelligence that can be improved by learning. This demonstrates that education in counseling as carried out in universities is inappropriate, and course experience enhances empathic concern only when the student tends to be an extrovert. This implies that the current counseling system is a curriculum suitable for extroverted people. Also, when students have a friendly, amicable tendency, the experience of taking a course lowered empathic ability. This means that an amicable tendency is not a variable influencing educational experience, and that the present curriculum needs to be diversified. Although it is hard to provide a curriculum customized for each individual's characteristics, this study holds significance in emphasizing diversity in the curriculum to allow students to choose a small-group class or the lecture method based on personality or individual tendency.

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a scale of vicarious trauma for sexual violence counselors. To this end, the concept of composition and preliminary questions of the vicarious trauma of sexual violence counselors were selected through the analysis of a content of individual interviews of sexual violence counselors and the precedent theory. Then, preliminary scale was developed after expert's evaluation of the validity of the contents. Next, as a result of a confirmatory factor analysis on the preliminary scale of 349 sexual violence counselors with experience in consulting sexual violence clients, it is confirmed that the conformity of five-factor structure was found to be favorable. As a result of convergent and discriminative validity analysis, it was confirmed that the developed scale is a reasonable tool for measuring vicarious trauma of sexual violence counselors by showing proper correlation with Secondary Traumatic Stress Scale, Counselor Burnout Inventory and Inventory of Countertransference Behavior. Furthermore, as a result of correlation analysis between professional identity and Belief in a Just World, it confirmed that it has predictive validity of the scale by indicating a high negative correlation. Furthermore, the relationship between the scale of vicarious trauma of sexual violence counselors and career background was analyzed. Finally, based on the results of this study, the significance and limitations of this study and the direction of future research were discussed.
