The purpose of this study was to develop psychological skill training program for actor with considering the ecological validity of social, cultural environment in Korean but also examine the effect of psychological skill training through psychological counseling and field study to decrease stage-anxiety. The experimental group were 2 actors, who were selected by purposive sampling. The psychological skill training program to decrease stage-anxiety for actor was composed of five stages, 12times and categorized as orientation, breathing regulation, progressive relaxation training, group counseling, heart rate bio-feedback training, self concentration, routine training, behavior therapy & self reinforcement, image training. The effects was examined on stage performance anxiety scale, psychological counseling and observation of experts. As the result of applying the psychological skill training to decrease stage-anxiety, cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety were decreased. According to the result of counseling and observation, they were changed affirmative on self confrontation, harmony and rapport between actor and object. This result demonstrated the psychological skill training & counseling to decrease stage-anxiety for actor were effective.

In this study, We found out that bibliotherapy program for university student has its strong point and effectiveness. The result of this study are follows: 1) bibliotherapy program is a safe method which covers the advantage of group psychotherapy and make up for the disadvantages. 2) significant changes in imitational behavior, cohesion and acceptance of reality suggest the necessity of bibliotherapy program that focuses on university career. 3) In light of the gloomy reality of young people, the fact that university students discuss love and hope for romance was meaningful phenomenon. It is necessary to study the after reading activities that can enhance the effectiveness of the bibliotherapy program and the specific topics and media that is needed by universities. The study is an approach that is widely available in university and will be the first step to establish the professional direction for bibliotherapy program.

This study is intended to analyze the conflict between the mother and the daughter revealed in the film, 'Daughter' and tries to suggest the therapeutic counseling techniques in the integrated perspective. It used a convergence in-depth psychological method. After deriving the unconscious conflicts of main characters through several film reviews, it was found that at the unconscious level true self and the false self, the ego ideal and the super ego, the individuation and the dependency are in mutual struggle. For Therapeutic counselling, the most important thing in the initial stage of the counselling is the experience of authenticity. The counsellor himself or herself should establish the right life values and stimulate the ego-ideal and strengthen the drive of true self. Also the counsellor should be aware of the dangers of the religious behavior as the transitional phenomenon. In the final stage, the counselor expects the client to continue to make efforts to change with the hope for the well-being.

매년 사업주와 근로자로부터 상담한 내용을 돌아보면 우리 사회 노동시장의 현안이 무엇인지, 인권수준은 어떠한지, 노동행정의 방향이 어떠한지를 확연히 체감하게 된다. 그 중 하나가 육아휴직제도이다. 20년 전만 하더라도 육아휴직은 거의 허용되지 않았다. 결혼 또는 임신하면 퇴직이 관행이던 시절이었다. 관행에도 불구하고 임신한 근로자가 퇴직하지 않으면 출 퇴근이 어려운 지방으로 배치전환하거나, 직무를 변경하고, 담배연기 가득한 방 가운데 여성근로자를 근무시키는 비인간적인 처사도 행해졌다. 2~3년 전만 하더라도 "우리 회사는 육아휴직은 안된대요. 그럴바엔 그만두래요. 아이 맡길 곳도 만만치 않은데 어쩌면 좋아요"라는 여성근로자들의 상담이 한달에도 몇 건씩 쏟아져 나왔었다. 초기 여성노무사가 소수이다 보니 워킹맘들의 노동법률상담을 할 기회가 많았다. 때론 사업주들을 설득하고, 중재하고, 처벌조항을 들어 압박하기도 하면서 육아휴직을 권장했지만 기존의 관행과 문화가 일시에 변화하기는 어려운 일이다. 여성의 경제활동율이 늘어나고 출산율이 줄어들면서 정책적으로 출산 및 육아휴직을 장려하는 정부의 감독행정 강화, 그간 노동계 및 시민사회단체의 노력 등으로 인해 법률에 규정된 육아휴직제도가 비로소 현실적으로 보장되어가고 있음을 목도한다. 이즈음에 육아휴직자의 연차휴가 사용, 퇴직금, 육아휴직급여 등에 대한 문의가 많은데 그만큼 육아휴직자가 늘어났다는 것을 반증하는 결과이다. 따라서 이번호에서는 출산휴가 및 육아휴직자들의 연차휴가 사용과 퇴직금 산정방법, 출산 육아휴직급여에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

최근 높은 청년실업률과 평생직장의 개념이 축소된 현대사회에 청년들은 평생직장을 찾기 보단 자신의 역량을 발휘하여 조기창업을 선호하고 있지만 창업 이후 사업유지의 불안, 인적자원관리, 생계유지에 대한 불안이 매우 높다. 이런 요인은 청년들이 창업을 유지하며 자신의 잠재된 창업역량 및 창업 유지에 부정적 영향을 미치며 청년의 창업 불안은 개인의 심리적소진을 야기하고 창업에 대한 동기가 약화되어 사업을 운영·유지에 어려움을 겪고 조기 폐업으로 연결되며 청년부채, 청년 심리문제, 청년 학업중단등 심리적 및 사회적문제로 확대되고 있다. 따라서 창업역량. 창업동기와 심리적 회복탄력성과의 상관관계 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 청년창업가의 심리적 회복탄련성의 요인이 창업동기와 창업역량에 미치는 영향을 사전 조사하고 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 토대로 청년의 심리적 회복탄력성을 높이고 창업 역량, 창업동기의 긍정적 영향을 미치기 위한 심리상담, 창업 관련 사회심리교육 및 심리서비스 지원등 해결방안을 모색하여 사회에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 충청남도에 창업을 준비하는 청년들을 포함하여 창업활동을 하고 있는 만 20세~28세의 청년이다. 이를 위해 창업 청년 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS 28.0을 활용하여 자료를 분석하려 한다.

The purpose of this study is to improve the reemployment rate of unemployed job seekers aged 50 to 59 by supporting the foundation of our society and enhancing their value of life. We analyzed the impact of resilience, a psychological factor, on job seeking of unemployed people in their fifties. Subjects were visited and provided employment services in the Employment Welfare Plus Center in the Seoul Metropolitan Area. We devised a questionnaire consisting of three variables of general characteristics, resilience, and job search. Also, the resilience variables comprised sub-variables of control, positiveness, and sociality, and the job search variables involved sub-variables of job preparation, attitude, and willness. Study results the resilience of unemployed persons aged 50 to 59 is above average, and sub-variables of positiveness are highest compared to other sub-variables. Second, there is no significant gender difference in resilience for job search activities. Third, resilience and its sub-variables, such as control and affirmation, affect job-seeking activities. Therefore, this study suggests strengthening the resilience of job seekers in their fifties as well as providing psychological counseling and job training for job-seeking activities.

최근 가장 유망한 산업 분야를 꼽으라면 단연 환경산업이라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 과거의 경우, 환경산업은 환경오염 유발물질을 처리하기 위한 '사후처리산업'으로 인식되었고, 환경정책은 기업 활동을 규제하는 정책으로 '경제성장과 상충되는 개념'으로 인식되었던 것이 사실이다. 하지만 최근 들어 '삶의 질'에 대한 관심이 커지고, 기후 변화 대응 및 수자원관리의 중요성이 커짐에 따라 환경산업은 친환경 제품생산, 신 재생에너지 개발, IT/BT 등 첨단기술과의 융합사업 등 그 분야를 점차 확대해 가고 있는 추세이다. 환경부도 환경산업을 정책적으로 육성하기 위하여 환경과 경제의 상생을 목표로 하여, 유망 환경기술에 대한 R&D 투자 확대, 환경전문인력 양성 프로그램 운영, 환경산업 비즈니스 상담회 개최, 수출지원 상담센터 운영 등 다양한 지원프로그램을 마련하고 있다.

연구목적은 고령화의 사회에서 노인들이 지속적인 일을 통해 사회구성원으로 참여하도록하는 노인 일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 노인일자리 사업에 의 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 KJ지역에 거주하는 65세 이상의 노인 중 노인일자리 사업에 참여중인 노인 700명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하려고 한다. 이 논문의 주요연구내용은 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 2023년 11월부터 설문조사를 진행하여 결과를 spss 27.0을 활용하여 분석하려고 한다. 연구결과는 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 유의한 영향을 미치고 생활만족도는 매개효과가 있을 것으로 본다.

문제: 순천향대학교병원에서 개발된 영양검색도구를 이용한 검색 결과 본원에 입원하는 암환자들의 약 30%가 중등도이상의 영양불량위험을 가지고 있는 것으로 조사되었으나 이들 암환자의 치료 효과를 높이기 위한 전문화된 영양관리과정(Nutrition Care Process NCP)이 순천향대학교병원 영양과에는 마련되어 있지 않다. 목적: 본원에 내원하는 암 환자를 위한 암 영양교육프로그램과 암으로 입원하는 환자에게 제공할 영양식을 개발 적용으로 병원식의 섭취율 향상과 환자의 영양불량 정도가 개선되어 치료효과를 증진시킬 수 있도록 하기 위함이다. 의료기관: 서울시 한남동 소재 순천향 대학교 병원 질 향상 활동: 암과 관련된 전문적인 영양정보제공을 위해 교육자료 개발과 암환자 교육 상담 프로그램, 교육수가 등을 정하여 비급여 수가 교육 항목을 신설하고 입원환자를 위한 암영양식 식단을 개발하여 이를 특이식으로 처방할 수 있도록 마련하였다. 개선효과: 본원 의료진의 암환자 영양상담 의뢰 건수는 개선활동을 시행하기 전 2008년 5~6월에 월평균 2건에서 활동시행 후 8~12월에 월평균 13건으로 증가하였고, 암영양식은 식사를 적용하기 시작한 2008년 8월부터 12월까지 처방건수가 꾸준히 늘어났으며, 8월~9월 암영양식을 섭취한 암환자 그룹과 일반식을 섭취한 암환자 그룹의 병원식 섭취율은 88%, 67%로 암영양식을 섭취하는 그룹에서 더 높게 나타났고 식사에 대한 만족도에서도 (5점척도 기준) 평균 4.2점, 3.1점으로 조사되었다.
