Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between sense of calling and service quality of personal assistants for people with disabilities. The subjects of this study were personal assistants for people with disabilities belonging to four disability activity support organizations in K-city, Gyeongsangnam-do, and a total of 308 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The dsta were collected from March 13, 2023 to to April 28, 2023. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, Pearson's coefficents, Baron & Kenny multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN 24.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the correlation between sense of calling, self-efficacy, and service quality of personal assistants for people with disabilities, it was found that there was a positive correlation in all sub-variables. Second, in the relationship between sense of calling and service quality, self-efficacy was found to have a partial mediating effect. And self-efficacy was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between prosocial orientation, which are sub-factors of sense of calling, and service quality. These results suggest that it is necessary to increase sense of calling and self-efficacy in order to improve the service quality of personal assistants for people with disabilities, and suggestions are made.

사람들은 대부분의 시간을 집이나 직장에서 보내게 된다. 그러므로 집과 사무실은 삶에 있어서 가장 중요한 두 개의 공간인 것이다. 인간공학적으로 디자인된 사무실은 그곳에서 일하는 사람들의 신체적, 사회적 요구에 부합하게되어 작업능률과 만족감을 향상시키며, 스트레스를 조절하고, 건강과 안전을 위협하는 요소를 최소화한다. 특히 많은 책임과 권한을 가진 사장들에게 있어서 인간공학적으로 디자인된 환경은 필수적인 요건이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 사례조사법을 이용하여 미국 Lowa주 주도인 Des Moines에 사무실을 갖고있는 10개 보험회사 사장들을 대상으로 설문지와 관찰조사 및 실내공간 스케치를 이용하였다. 대부분의 사무실은 직접적으로 일과 관련된 디자인 부분만 강조되어 있었으며 그들의 많은 시간이 읽기와 쓰기등 시각적인 일에 쓰여지고 있음에도 불구하고 조명, 특히 국부조명은 거의 고려되어 있지 않았다. 상담이나 접견과 같은 활동을 위한 가구의 선택이나 실내공간계획이 제대로 되어 있지 않았다. 사용후 평가를 실시한 결과 대부분의 대상자들은 심리적, 생물학적 요구사항들에 대해 긍정적인 평가를 하였다. 디자이너는 좀더 사용자 위주의 공간계획을 해 나가야 할 것이며 각각 다른 사무실특성, 기능, 인간관계. 특히 종업원과의 관계, 사업종류 등을 명확히 이해해야 할 것이다.

우리나라가 경제협력개발기구(OECD)에 가입해 선진국 반열에 진입지도 벌써 17년이 지났고, 회원국들 가운데 개발도상국들을 위해 개발 원조를 시행하는 회원국이 된 지도 3년이 되어 간다. 한국전쟁 직후 폐허와 같은 상황 속에서 다른 나라의 원조 없이는 국가를 영위하기조차 힘들었던 우리나라가 당당히 세계의 어려운 나라를 돕는 선진국의 일원이 된 것이다. 하지만 최근 OECD 통계조사 결과를 토대로 살펴본 우리의 현실은 불명예스럽기 그지없다. 특히 결핵의 경우 우리나라 신규 결핵환자 수는 인구 10만 명당 100명 후진국 양상을 보이고 있다. 정말이지, 불명예스런 결과가 아닐 수 없다. 이 같은 사실을 외국인들은 어떻게 받아들이고 있을까? 이를 알아보기 위해 현재 대한결핵협회 홍보대사이자 한국외국인력지원센터에서 외국인노동자 전문 상담원으로 활동 중인 두 인물을 찾았다. 이들의 대화를 통해 앞으로 우리나라가 결핵 선진국 대열로 진입하기 위해 해결해야 할 문제점과 방안은 은 무엇인지 알아보자.

문제: 퇴원 환자의 문의 전화가 많아지면서 병동 간호사는 이 문의에 응하는 일로 업무량 과다, 전화 상담에 대한 자신감 저하 및 부담 등을 느끼고 있었다. 부적절한 전화문의 관리는 환자와 간호사 모두에게 시간 소모 및 만족도 저하 등의 부정적인 경험을 남길 수 있다. 목적: 전화문의 응대 매뉴얼 구축 및 활용으로 병동 간호사 및 퇴원 환자의 만족도를 향상시키고자 한다. 의료기관: 서울시 종로구에 소재한 대학병원. 질 향상 활동: 표준화된 전화문의 응대 매뉴얼을 개발하였다. 또한 간호사의 업무 효율성 및 지식 향상을 위해 간호사 대상 매뉴얼을 교육하여 실무에서 활용하기 쉽도록 하였다. 개선효과: 표준화된 전화문의 응대 매뉴얼을 안과 병동 간호사와 전보자 및 신규 간호사 교육에 활용할 수 있었다. 간호사의 전화문의 응대 관련 직무 만족도가 향상되었다. 환자 역시 표준화된 매뉴얼에 따라 일치되고 일관성 있는 정확한 정보를 제공받게 되어 환자의 만족도와 이해도가 증가할 것이다.

본 논문은 모바일 기기인 스마트폰이 교육환경을 바꾸고 있는 현실에 착안하여 대학 수업에 필요한 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다. 모바일 기기인 스마트폰은 휴대성과 신속성이 강하기 때문에 컴퓨터와 노트북이 갖는 불편한 점을 보완할 수 있다. 그렇기에 스마트폰은 교육적 활용도가 높다. 먼저 교수는 수업 전에 학생들이 카카오톡을 가입해서 활동할 수 있게 한다. 예컨대 단체 카톡방, 조별 카톡방을 운영해서 공지사항을 올리고 학생들과 소통해야 한다. 때로는 개별 카톡방을 운용하면서 학생들에게 필요한 정보와 상담을 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 학생들은 주어진 과제를 수행하기 위해서 조별 카톡방을 적극 활용해야 한다. 이는 학생들이 조별 카톡방을 통해 과제를 수행하는 과정에서 발생하는 시간과 공간의 제약을 극복하게 해주기 때문이다.

This study aimed to determine whether the achievement motivation of adolescents from multicultural families in their third year of middle school influenced their adaptation to school learning activities. It also explored the mediating effect of career attitude on achievement motivation and adaptation to school learning activities. An analysis was performed on data obtained from students in the third grade of middle school who participated in the sixth wave of the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study (MAPS). The main findings were as follows. Firstly, achievement motivation exhibited a positive correlation with both career attitude and adaptation to school learning activities. Secondly, the achievement motivation of adolescents from multicultural families and their career attitude both exerted a positive effect on their adaptation to school learning activities. Thirdly, the mediating effect of career attitude on the relationship between adaptation to school learning activities and achievement motivation of adolescents from multicultural families was verified.

This study attempts to analyse factors that influence the level of career decision for prospective librarians. To this end, an empirical study was conducted on the students from the department of Library & Information Science at universities located in Seoul, Gyeong Gi and Chung Cheong Areas. Exogenous variables included curriculum, career-related departmental activities, and librarian-related institutional factors. The result of analysis using the Structural Equation Model reveals that career-related departmental activities are preceding factors which affect the level of career decision and that personality types function as a modulator. This suggests that, in order to raise the career decision level, prospective librarians need to participate in career-related departmental activities, which make it easier to share information regarding career and thus enhance the level of career. Such career-related departmental activities include participating in job-oriented circles and career-consulting programs, communicating with seniors, and operating and joining career programs. Further organizational and institutional development is required : better curriculum, improved practical ability and qualifications as librarians. This study also discusses its limits and areas for future research.

The aim of this study is to investigate current status of archiving activities related to producing, collecting and managing information resources of multicultural agencies and organizations in Dae Gu. To do this, 12 agencies and organizations including Multicultural Team of Dae Gu, multicultural family support centers, foreign worker support center, NGOs for immigrants and public libraries were visited. As a result, these agencies and organizations have struggled for producing information resources through online and off-line, collecting information resources from external bodies and managing information resources like official documents, counseling reports, multicultural books and artifacts. But there were problems in archiving information resources. In order to solve problems, first, multicultural agencies and organizations should reinforce responsibilities to produce, collect and manage information resources. Second, public libraries should actively try to collect and organize information resources from these agencies and organizations. Finally, cooperative archiving activities between multicultural agencies and organizations and public libraries are needed.

This study was conducted to analyze the factor of suicide ideation in the elderly living alone. This study is a descriptive research study of 175 elderly living alone in K&C region. It is a frequency analysis, correlation analysis, simple rare analysis. AMOS statistics were performed. Data collection was from January 2017 to March 2017. The results of this study are as follows. social activity (r=-.106, p<.05), subjective health status (r=-.292, p<.01) Self-esteem (r=-.069, p<.05), mind control(r=-.201, p<.01), and depression(r=.023, p<.01), stress (r=.320, p<.05). Suicidal influence factor 43.5% explanatory power. In order to prevent the suicide of the elderly living alone, It will be necessary to seek active nursing intervention to help prevent suicide.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status and effects of health-related intervention for children and adolescents in multicultural families and to provide a evidence of nursing educational intervention. The Scoping strategy was applied, the 12 published literature were analyzed according to the selection criterion and exclusion criterion among 604 published literature retrieved through 8 electronic databases. The results of this present study showed that most research was conducted on elementary school students, and types of intervention programs were art therapy, music activities, psychotherapy, and physical activities. This study suggests the need for intervention to prevent and promote health problems among children and adolescents in multicultural families, and the necessity of preparing intervention strategies including physical, psychological, and developmental areas.
