반려동물 시장 및 동물 의료분야의 성장, 동물병원 이용 과정 개선의 필요성으로 반려동물 질병의 시작부터 끝까지 전 과정을 함께하는 원스탑 모바일 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 증상으로 예상 질병을 진단하는 머신러닝 모델과 자연어 문장을 인식하는 딥러닝 챗봇으로 사용자가 편리하게 반려동물 이상 증상에 대한 예상 질병을 챗봇으로 상담할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 챗봇 시스템을 기반으로 '예상 진단', '질병백과', '문진표', '동물병원' 기능을 추가하여 일관된 기능들로 유기적인 서비스를 구성하였다.

Solutions to improve collaborative energy-saving programs were developed as follow; First, the scoring for the selection of the programs between KEMCO and the NGOs' Energy Network needs to be adjusted. Second, solutions were proposed to diversify the network selected to participate in programs and to tighten the network among the participating citizens. Third, improving the compatibility with the targets that are set for the program and raising the program budget was proposed. Fourth, ideas to introduce the final evaluation guidelines for the programs by the network, to improve the convenience of the program procedures. Fifth, developing a manual to inspect energy-saving measures in households, counseling for at-home energy-saving behaviors, sharing search programs such as financial support and home repair, introducing a program energy-saving APPs.

In the Soviet Union School health services are provided as an integral part of the health care delivery system, which is under the Ministry of Health. This paper presents an overview of the Soviet Union's health care delivery system, the model for the delivery of school health service, the role and training of school personnel involved in school health services and implications the Soviet model may have for the countries. 1. School health services are a part overall Soviet health system under the Ministry of Health. 2. Municipal and rural health departments implement programs at the local level. Diagnosis and treatment are conducted through "polyclinics" that are outreach divisions of a district hospital. 3. Education institutions for the development of health manpower, including medical schools and nursing schools, are under the Ministry of Health, as are medical and scientific search institutes.

The main purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of Meungri-Saju analysis concerning career counseling. Initially, we searched for 'fortune quality' of self-employed people whose works went out of business., We investigated what was weak or strong of 'fortune qaulity' because it gives you interests and talents as Holland says, and then we checked their one-year and 10-year personal circumstances, so called Saewoon, Deawoon that implies your own private circumstances as Super says. In addition to this, we exmained Woulgi because it predicts condition of change of the jobs. Study results were as follows: There were failed businesses that had serious weaknesses in wealth structures. In addition, Saewoon, Deawoon were terrible conditions because of Yongshin' Hap, Hyung, Chung. This study concluded that they had to be gone out of business. It is clear that you should check your wealth structure and Saewoon, Deawoon when you open your business. This study concludes that Meungri-Saju analysis is effective as a new model of career counseling.

Emotional vulnerability of the analysis result the gifted child considerable portion there is a possibility the fact that it overcomes, if facing each other it will be able to complement the portion which is insufficient from consultation.

The purpose of this study is to verify the applicability of concept mapping in the process of planning social welfare program based on community network. Concept mapping is a kind of decision-making method that structuralized complex ideas and presented visually. Already, concept mapping is widely utilized in counseling, nursing and public health area to plan and evaluation their program and service. For recent, effectiveness of concept mapping has been reported. Concept mapping is a effective decision-making method that they recognize outcome gap between service provider and client, reach the outcome's consensus in counseling and nursing, medical area. In this study, we conceptualized 3rd year outcomes of Community Impact Project that was supported from Busan Chest using concept mapping. This CI project intervenes children and youth who lives in Buk-gu, Busan. Concept mapping has six stages-preparation, collecting ideas, structuring statements, representing statement, interpreting the results of the analysis, applying the results. We followed these steps. The participants were working at social welfare organizations, total 11 persons. We obtained 60 statements and analyzed using multidimensional scaling. we collected 5 clusters, cluster 1 'awareness and attitude change of children and youth', cluster 2 'social system change of children and youth', cluster 3 'friendly community formation', cluster 4 'community people change', cluster 5 'service provider change'. As a result, among total 5 clusters formed, 'awareness and attitude change of children and youth' came to the strongest outcomes. When concept mapping was applied to the program planning, the consensus of the opinion came easily in the decision-making process, and the participants were empowered. In addition, clear conceptualization on each element of the program planning was made.

This paper examines the labor entry of conditional welfare recipients. This paper focuses on two questions. First, what is the percentage of conditional welfare recipients who have labor entry? Second, what are the predictors in the labor entry and the duration to the entry? Using Data about 917 welfare recipients who participated in the self-sufficiency programs of the Offices for Secure Employment in Seoul, this paper attempts to answer the above questions. Logistic regression analysis and survival analysis are adopted to identify variables predicting labor entry of conditional welfare recipients. This paper also utilizes a multiple imputation method to deal with the limitation of data by the missing values in some variables. The major findings are as follows: about 43.8% of the conditional welfare recipients have successful labor entry; and in the labor entry and the duration to the entry, gender, household, information and referral services for employment, health and willingness for self-sufficiency are the predictors that are statistically significant. Among these variables, health and willingness for self-sufficiency are more noticeable; it is recognized that programs to care for health of welfare recipients who want to have the labor entry and counseling programs to strengthen welfare recipients' willingness for labor entry are very important for them to be successful in the labor entry. This paper provides a basic knowledge about realities of the conditional welfare recipients' labor entry, identifies research areas for further research, and develops policy implications for their self-sufficiency.

금창연 출판문화학회 회장(동원대학 광고편집과 학과장)은 요즘 25시간이 부족하다. 학회장에 학교 학과장, 학보 주간교수 등을 맡고 있기 때문이다. 출판문화학회는 2008년 12월 금 회장의 각고의 노력으로 사단법인으로 등록되었다. 사단법인 출범과 함께 다양한 사업을 추진할 계획이어서 금 회장은 할 일이 더욱 많아졌다. 신학기를 맞아 학생들과의 상담이 줄을 잇고 강의와 학보 발간 때문에 인터뷰가 어렵다는 금 교수를 4월의 금요일 늦은 시간 동원대학 캠퍼스에서 만났다.

우리나라의 암 발생률 1위인 위암 유병률이 0.4%인 반면 갑상선암의 유병률은 1% 정도로 높게 나타나고 있다. 최근 건강검진사업이 활성화 되면서 초음파를 통한 갑상선결절 진단율이 28.7%까지 보고되는 것을 보면 10명 중에 2~3명은 갑상선에 이상이 있음을 알 수 있다. 갑상선암은 20세 이하, 60세 이상에서는 드문 암으로 되어 있으며, 최근 전 국민 건강검진실시와 더불어 중년의 여성에서 진단되는 경우가 매우 증가하는 추세다. 목에 뭔가 만져지면서 이유 없이 붓거나, 이물감으로 음식물을 삼키기 어려울 때, 목소리가 이상할 때는 갑상선 전문의와의 상담이 중요하다.
