This study was designed to investigate the status of orthodontic treatment and facial plastic surgery among 389 patients who visited dental clinics located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. After the collection of data, an analysis was carried out using a spss statistical program. The analysis results are as follows. the level of satisfaction with orthodontic treatment from patients with experience of the orthodontic treatment turned out to be high(p<0.01). Women considered 3.01 to 4 million won to be reasonable cost for orthodontic treatment (p<0.05), which is higher cost recognized by men, and patients with experience of orthodontic treatment recognized 19 to 24 months as the proper orthodontic treatment period(p<0.01). In addition, women showed higher figures than men in their awareness on the need for orthodontic treatment checkups(p<0.001), and facial plastic surgery experience (p<0.01). With respect to the part of the face on which they hoped to have plastic surgery, eye plastic surgery was higher in women (p<0.01), and nose surgery turned out to be higher in patients with experience of orthodontic treatment(p<0.05). Meanwhile, women considered the eye as the most important part among other facial areas (p<0.001), and they recognized that dentist should perform plastic surgery on both jaws among facial areas(p<0.01). In conclusion, the dental medical staff should provide consultations and operate treatment systems in consideration of gender differences and needs of dental patients. In the case of orthodontic treatment for the improvement of facial appearance, especially double jaw surgery which is closely related to the oral function, professional dental medical staff needs to perform the operation, considering the special oral environment. In addition, it is determined that provision of relevant medical information and promotion of dental service is required to provide patients with correct knowledge about orthodontic treatment and facial plastic surgery.
The purpose of this study was to classify latent profiles based on SNS addictive tendencies of married women and to examine the effects of age, adult attachment, extrinsic motivation of the fear of missing out and marriage satisfaction. A total of 300 married women who have been using SNS participated in this study. The result indicated that there were three latent profiles for SNS addictive tendencies of married women : (1) high-risk group (2) potential-risk group (3) low-risk group. The high-risk group had high scores in all sub-areas (obsession and withdrawal symptoms, over-communication and immersion, over-consumption). The high-risk group accounted for 24.51% of the total and the potential-risk group was 44.33%, which had the highest proportion of them. While attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance, extrinsic motivation of the fear of missing out, and marriage satisfaction were significant determinants of latent profiles, age was not. This study divided groups according to the characteristics of married women's SNS addiction tendencies and provided implications for counseling and education according to group characteristics, and discussed the need for various research through the development of standardized SNS addiction scale for married women.

However, the number of counseling after calling is a constant level without large fluctuations. Due to the seriousness of the problems, child abuse is even worse despite the research and countermeasures. This study designed a study model on the child abuse based on a preliminary study and suggested plans for reducing child abuse through the big data analytics. When we see a result of test of the hypothesis, abuse actor characteristics, characteristics of children, and employment type were analyzed to have a significant impact on child abuse. Based on such analysis, this research has suggested ways to reduce child abuse, including educational and economic support measures.
For the purpose of investigating the effect of evaluation on career support by the college and career exploration efficacy of dental hygiene students on the career exploration behavior, a survey was conducted in December 2014 with students of dental hygiene at universities located in Ulsan and Daegu as subjects. In the result, correlation was found among sub-factors of evaluation on career support by the college, career exploration efficacy, and career exploration behavior. Increase of career exploration efficacy (${\beta}=0.702$, p<0.001), practical career support (${\beta}=0.165$, p<0.05), and relationship establishment efficacy (${\beta}=0.152$, p<0.05) led to increase of career exploration behavior, while increase of individual exploration efficacy (${\beta}=.0.242$, p<0.001) led to decrease of career exploration efficacy. Therefore, it is necessary to build appropriate value system related to job seeking, conduct active discussions to increase relationship establishment efficacy by using interpersonal relationship reinforcement program, and expand career support program by the college.

The purpose of this study was to review the literature and examine the effects on non-pharmacological depression intervention for middle-aged women in Korea. This systematic review analyzed the literature from 2006 to September, 2015. The existing literature was searched in the electronic databases in RISS, KISS and DBPia using the following key words: middle-aged women and depression, menopause and depression, climacterium and depression. Two hundred eighty studies were found through the database. According to PICOTS-SD, twelve studies were included for analysis. Among the twelve studies, four studies were conducted in the nursing field. Six studies were randomized controlled trials. Aerobic exercise, laughter therapy, meditation, aroma massage, counseling and art therapy were performed as non-pharmacological interventions for depression in Korean middle-aged women. The length of each session ranged from 20 to 120 minutes. The intervention period varied from 2 to 24 weeks, and the total number of the interventions ranged from 8 to 72 times. This study investigates the effects of mental health and daily oral habits on temporomandibular joint symptoms. The study was conducted from September 1 to 30, 2019, enrolling a total of 402 young adults. We determined that mental health levels of anxiety, depression, and social maladjustment are significantly different, depending on life satisfaction (p<0.001), subjective health status (p<0.001), and trauma (p<0.01). Treating jaw joints exerted a significant difference in social maladjustment (p<0.05). Temporomandibular joint symptoms are significantly higher among women (p<0.05), drinkers (p<0.01), trauma (p<0.01) and jaw joint treatment patients (p<0.001). Mental health levels (p<0.001), oral habits (p<0.001), and temporomandibular joint symptoms (p<0.001) are all positively correlated. In addition, oral hygiene has the greatest influence on temporomandibular joint symptoms of trauma. Furthermore, factors experienced during treatment of the jaw joints also affect the temporomandibular joint symptoms. We conclude that it is imperative to improve oral health and malpractice in treating jaw joint disorders, and also develop a program that effectively improves jaw joint health, by combining mental health counseling and daily lifestyle improvements.

This study was conducted to classify the factors influencing nursing students' subjectivity toward happiness and to identify differences in department satisfaction according to happiness factors. Q-methodology, which is effective at studying human subjectivity, was employed. Sixty-four students were asked to sort the 34 Q-statements along a 9-point scale ranging from most disagree (-4) to most agree (+4). The Q-sorts were analyzed using pc-QUNAL program, which subjects the data to principle component factor analysis, followed by varimax rotation. Moreover, the data were collected using a questionnaire that consisted of 27 questions pertaining to department satisfaction and analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The result was classified into four factors that explained 58.0% of the total variance. Factor 1 was a progressive self-realization type, factor 2 an isolated flow type, factor 3 an optimistic friendly type, and factor 4 a self-centered relationship seeking type. Moreover, there was a significant difference in department satisfaction according to happiness factors (F=4.53, p=.006). To enhance department satisfaction and nursing professionalism, education and counseling in consideration of these types are needed.

This study was conducted to assess meal management and nutrient intake of 357 elderlies in Ulsan. 114 male and 243 female elderlies over 65 year old were recruited from July 5 to August 13, 1995. Questionnaires for general characteristics of the subjects(such as family size, living cost, pocket money and health condition) and for meal management were used. The levels of depression and anxiety were measured by CED-S and Spielbuger's STAI-S, respectively In addition, nutrient intakes were conducted by convenience methods. Nutrient intake of male and female showed the average daily intake of energy, Protein, vitamin A, vitamin $B_2, $ and vitamin C were lower than Korean recommended dietary allowances(RDA). But other nutrient intake were higher than RDA except that calcium intake of female was lower. Most nutrient intakes were positively correlated with family size, living cost, pocket money and health condition. Depression and anxiety scores were also negatively correlated with most of nutrient intakes. The pattern of meal management could predict nutrient intakes as expected : regularity and pleansantness of eating were positively correlated with nutrient intakes, whereas unbalanced meal and eating lonely were negatively correlated with them.
