The analysis of the tourist industry in relation to the general industries is of high use as a means to measure an economic effectiveness as the interest in the policy of service industry increases. From the Input-Output Tables of both 2007 and 2008, Inverse Matrix Coefficients, Imports Requirement Coefficients, and Value Added Requirement Coefficients have been derived. As a result of analysis, the main indexes of the industry-related analysis have almost no differences as compared with those of the 1980s. In spite of the reduction in the scope of the tourist industry in this paper, it is estimated that the reason why the above-mentioned result has been derived is that the influence of today's tourist industry grows bigger than that of the past. In the future studies, the agreement on the classification of tourist industry is requested. In addition, all kinds of calculations have to be derived in general, and the general parts of the tourist industry have to be analyzed in details.

This study aims at identifying the industrial distributional characteristics of creative industry in Chungnam Province. It finds that there are 11 sectors of creative industrial in Chungnam region. In order to find out the specific characteristics of creative industry in Chungnam, it firstly carried out LQ analysis on the 11 sectors by the 16 counties of the region. It turns out that the distributional characteristics differs between county by county in terms of RCC, BQ and IG effect. These results may imply the needs of regional specific industrial development strategy by the 16 counties in Chungnam Province.

This paper aims at examining the current states of regional industrial structures, and secondly, analyzing the specialized industries in Youngnam Area, and finally, elucidating its policy implications. The main results of this paper are as follows. The characteristics of specialized industries are different between regions, in terms of static-dynamic dimension, static dimension and dynamic dimension. As a results, the effects of the activating strategies of regional specialized industries are quite different by regions. Therefore, some policy implications are elucidated, as follows. Firstly, different strategy may be committed according to the characteristics of specialized industries. Secondly, the activating strategies of regional specialized industries and regional innovation strategies may be confused considering the changing trends into knowledge based economies.

Korean government has initiated integrated-energy business (IEB) in Mokdong for energy conservation in 1983. Since then, IEB has been steadily expanding. This paper attempts to apply input-output(I-O) analysis to examine the economic effects of IEB. A static I-O framework is employed, focusing on three topics in its application: the impact of the investment of IEB on the production of other sectors and the inter-industry linkage effect; supply shortage effects of the IEB ; and the impact of the rise in IEB rate on prices of other products. The paper pays closer attention to IEB sector by taking the sector as exogenous and then investigating its economic impacts. The results can be widely utilized in decision-making about IEB policy.

The steel industry plays an important role in the entire Korean Economy. However, little empirical research has analyzed the efficiency of steel companies. The purpose of this paper is to measure and analyze their efficiency using DEA models. We evaluate the CCR and BCC efficiency and the return to scale of 28 Korean steel companies. We also provide their envelopment map and the projection, which are valuable information for inefficient companies to find benchmarking companies and to improve their efficiency.

2019년 12월 발병한 코로나19(COVID-19)는 높은 전파력을 바탕으로 세계적으로 대유행하면서 사람들의 생명, 건강을 비롯하여 생산·소비활동까지 위협하고 있다. 코로나19는 치료제 개발 전까지 실물경제에 직접적으로 타격을 주면서 국내외 경제 전반에 악영향을 지속적으로 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 특히 외부활동 및 소비심리 위축으로 숙박, 음식, 관광, 문화, 여행 등의 대면서비스 업종의 심각한 매출 감소 및 고용악화가 발생하고 있으며, 이 외 대부분의 산업에서도 생산과 소비활동이 위축되고 있다. 이러한 소비·생산활동의 위축은 각 산업에 필요한 중간재 수요, 특히 필수재인 물이용에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 코로나19 확산으로 소비가 감소할 경우 전산업과 물산업에 미치는 경제적 손실을 1년간의 모든 실물거래 관계를 행렬로 기록한 통계표인 산업연관표(input-output table)을 활용하여 분석해보았다. 이를 위해 전월대비 3월 소비자심리지수 하락 폭을 참고하여 소비 감소에 따른 시나리오 분석을 산업연관분석을 통해 실시하다. 분석결과, 5개월 동안 소비가 20% 감소하는 경우 전산업과 물산업에서 각각 48.3조원과 886억원의 생산감소가 발생하며, 부가가치는 각각 21.7조원과 451억원이 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다.

드론산업은 항공 SW 통신 센서 소재 등 연관 산업이 융합된 차세대 전략산업이며, 다양한 비즈니스 모델 창출이 가능한 특징이 있다. 특히, 드론 체험관산업은 다양한 수요에 대응한 IT 센서 등 융 복합이 요구되는 융합의 특징을 지닌다. 드론 체험관 구성을 위해서는 드론제어/운영 SW, 배터리, 센서 융합기술이 필요하다. 시장구조분석은 마이클 포터의 5가지 산업구조 분석요소를 사용하여 분석하였다.

물류센터의 유형별 산업재해 발생형태를 분류하여 대책을 수립함으로써 동종 및 유사 재해를 사전에 재해를 예방코자 한다. 국내물류센터에서 발생된 6년간의 유형별 발생형태를 세부적으로 분석하여 개선책을 수립하여 물류센터에서 발생한 산업재해 분석을 통해서 재해감소 방안을 모색할 수 있었다. 물류센터의 산업재해 분석을 통해서 재해감소 방안을 제시하므로써 물류센터의 재해율 감소에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

This paper is to research the present conditions and characteristics of the machinery and metal industries in Busan region from industrial cluster and network point of view. The result of this study is as follows. First, a independent machinery and metal industrial cluster has been shaped in Busan region although it is not so large. Second, the technological level and the competitiveness of the machinery and metal industries in Busan region is still low. The companies in Busan area are interacted by local network with low-tech and low competitiveness. Third, we need to invite the technological leading companies to Busan region for this industrial cluster's technological competitiveness is raised.

경제의 패러다임이 지식의 확산과 공유가 경제 성장의 주요한 요소로 대두되는 지식기반경제로 변화하게 되고, 융합 기술(fusion technology)의 중요성에 대한 인식으로부터 학제간(inter-disciplinary) 연구나 기술개발이 활발해지면서, 각 산업이 타산업과 맺고 있는 특정한 연계구조에 대한 분석은 정부의 기술정책이나 기업의 기술전략 수립에 필수적인 것으로 받아들여지고 있다. 특히 산업간 지식흐름의 구조를 파악하는 것은 산업간 협력(collaboration)의 형태나 파급효과에 대한 분석뿐만 아니라 기술 혁신을 촉진하기위한 혁신 클러스터(innovative cluster) 형성의 기초를 제공하는 것이라 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구는 기술집약적 장비에 체화된 유형자원의 간접적 지식 확산이 아닌, 특허 인용의 명백한 지식 흐름을 활용하여 한국 제조업의 지식 흐름 구조를 분석하고 이를 토대로 클러스터를 나누는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 특허 인용 정보가 존재하는 미국특허청(USPTO)의 자료를 이용하며, 여기에서 도출된 한국 특허의 인용관계를 통해 한국 제조업의 네트워크 및 클러스터를 생성하였다. 즉, 특허 분류를 산업 분류에 매칭(matching)시킴으로써, 특허의 인용관계를 각 특허가 속한 산업간의 지식흐름으로 변환하여 산업간 연계 구조를 파악하고 이를 토대로 한국 산업의 지식 클러스터를 생성함으로써 클러스터간 지식 흐름을 분석하고, 각 클러스터의 기술적 특성을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 한국 산업의 지식흐름을 미국특허청에 출원된 한국 특허를 활용하여 분석했다는 점에서 제기될 수 있는 해외 기술 시장으로의 전략적 차원의 출원에 의한 자료의 편중성문제와 지식흐름의 절대량이 아닌 상대량을 통해 클러스터링함으로써 발생될 수 있는 자료 활용의 한계점을 지니고 있다. 그러나 비체화 지식의 흐름을 특허인용관계를 통해 실증적으로 분석하고, 이를 통해 클러스터를 나누어 산업간 연계구조와 기간에 따른 변화 양상을 조명하며, 각 클러스터의 특성을 다양한 지표(indicators)로부터 설명했다는 데에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 기술혁신을 위한 국가 차원의 산업정책이나 기술개발과 관련한 기업의 기술전략에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
