전통적인 산업용 로봇은 사전에 정해진 데로 단순반복 작업을 하기 위한 용도로서 대량생산라인의 현장에 많이 사용되어 왔고 자동화 생산라인의 핵심역할을 담당해 왔다. 하지만 최근에는 다품종 변량생산의 요구가 증대됨에 따라서 생산 환경 변화에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 로봇의 수요가 증가하고 있고, 이에 인간작업자와 유사한 형태의 작업을 수행할 수 있는 양팔을 가지는 로봇의 개발이 진행되어 오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 양팔로봇, 특히 생산현장 적용을 목적으로 하는 산업용 양팔로봇의 개발 동향에 관한 기술한다.

Existing design education in industrial highschool is heavily dependent on formal education, which is far from teaching practical technique. In other words, Current curriculum of industrial highschool is going all out to place emphasis on the necessity of design education and ignores its failures or problems. Factually, although students of industrial high school should procure training in basic skills that they will need to quality for good jobs in later life, there don't put into practice substantial education. Accordingly, this study will develope Supplementary Class for substantial and effective design education in industrial highschool on the focus of proper technical education which domestic companies need. Especially, the researcher selected web design education which is favored the most by companies in information society, which is adopting as a required course in industrial highschool.

Currently, in spite of continual efforts, the information utility of the construction industry does not communicate well with other industries. This problem arose from mistaken and misguided efforts on the parts of the construction industry because it left out of consideration construction characteristics which are at the center of construction, and this information system was directly introduced and operated from outside the industry. There were also other mistakes that the existing information systems disregarded in trying to fix these problems. Therefore, this study describes a new process, which proposes to build and utilize a Bridge Management System using the mobile internet concept, to solve the problems of the existing construction information management system.

샘플링 등 전통적인 관리기법이 백만분의 일 단위의 불량에서는 전수검사가 되어버리는 등의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 보다 적극적인 예방품질을 확보하지 않은면 안되는 시점에서 검사, 재작업, 스크랩을 절감하려는 SPC 프로그램을 1980년대 후반부터 미국의 반도체업계에서 구체화시키기 시작했다. 아남산업은 1987년부터 고객(주로 미국)의 요구에 따라 SPC를 도입하여 지난 7년간 통계적 기법을 활용한 공정관리를 하고 있는 중이다. 현재 SPC팀은 품질관리실 소속으로 통계적 기법의 현장활용 및 고객 요구사항의 대응을 위한 SPC 전략수립과 SPC 전산화에 대한 업무를 진행하고 있다. 지난 7년간 아남산업(주)의 통계적 기법의 적용현황과 문제점 그리고 향후전망에 대해 기술하고 제조업체의 품질시스템 중 통계적 기법의 활용에 대해 조명해 보기로 하겠다.

This study aims to suggest a new method to escape crisis of manufacturing industry. We focused on the field - oriented management innovation promotion performance divided into qualitative performance and quantitative performance. The site-centered management innovation is an organization that helps managers to quickly solve the problems faced by field management personnel by switching from manager-centered management method to on-site management personnel-oriented management. Find out the waste factors of the work and improve the process and set the process standards according to the customer's needs. Before working on the site, an employee should know exactly the process standard of what I will do, and frequently inspect the raw materials to make sure they meet the specifications. After the self-inspection is carried out, the standard is reviewed. If there is no abnormality, the cross-validation is carried out by the method which is carried over to the next step. The results of this study can be used to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing companies. New management innovation techniques are required to adapt to the rapidly changing international business environment, and this study has implications for this research.

'가스사용시설에서 소비자의 취급부주의 및 제품 불량 등에 의한 이상상태를 감시 또는 검지, 차단하는 기능을 가진 제품 또는 부품' 가스안전기기를 일컫는 말이다. 가스는 일상생활에서 뿐만 아니라 산업현장에서 없어서는 안될 유용한 에너지원이지만 취급 부주의 등 내외변수로 인해 화마로 변모하는 특성을 갖고 있어 취급에 상당한 주의를 요구하고 있다. 이 때문에 가스를 사용하는 기구나 시설에는 안전장치를 부착해 위험을 대비하고 능동적으로 관리하는 것이 필수적이다.

최근 일상생활이나 산업현장에서 생산공정의 기계화 또는 자동화로 인하여 수 작업이 많이 감소하였으나 아직도 정형화 되지 못한 물건의 운반, 부품조립 등 위 험요소를 내포한 여러가지 형태로 상지 동작(arm exertion)이 요구되는 인력운반 (manual material handling) 작업이 실제 작업현장에서 행새지고 있는 실정이며, 이러한 작업으로 인해 작업자들의 근골격계 부상으로신체장애의 사례가 늘어나고 있다.

The importance of SW quality is also rising as the usage of SW is increased in the areas of society. The development of SW quality competency of the human resource is essential for ensuring the quality of SW product, and the details of it should be reflected firstly in the demands of industrial sites. In this paper, the needs assessment and the training priorities were identified by IT Test and IT Quality Assurance based on National Competency Standards(NCS). T-test, Borich's need assessment model, and the Locus for Focus Model were conducted for determining training priorities. As a result, top and post training priorities were drawn from the redundancy check and some related implications were suggested.

For the development of national competency standards to successfully perform the duties by systemizing the contents of education and training such as knowledge technology grounding required to perform the duties in the industrial field, the necessity has been raised in that it can solve the time and cost of re-investment through retraining and train high-quality human resources required in the industrial field. For the development of the education and training process with a focus on duty performers for the security sector classifying work and duties into 1:1 among sub-categories based on the NCS classification system, this study enhances the site suitability of security sector education and proposes the development of the practical education and training process required by the industry by using NCS development manual and DACUM technique, the worker-centered job analysis considering 'correlation' with the actual work, 'applicability' of progress and 'efficiency' for costs and time.
