터보분자 펌프의 내구성 평가시스템 개발

  • 반도체/디스플레이 공정의 설치 layout의 단순화와 전체 공정 cost의 저감을 위하여 대용량, 고진공 성능의 진공시스템 수요가 증대되고 있다. 이로써 고진공 펌프 국산화의 일환으로 터보분자 펌프와 크라이오 펌프 개발이 진행 중이다. 개발 시제품의 최종 상용화 단계에 진입하기 위한 목적으로 핵심부품의 진공, 기계적 특성평가, 운전상태 및 진공 특성평가, 신뢰성 확보/공정대응성 평가를 위한 관련 기술 및 장치가 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 터보분자펌프의 공정별 gas load 다변화에 따른 기계적 안정성과 작동 신뢰성의 확인을 위해 내구성 평가 장치를 설계/제작하였다. 상용화 제품의 성능 테스트를 통한 RPM, 소비전력, 압력 그리고 온도 등의 패턴을 확인하여 내구성 평가시스템의 신뢰성을 확인하고 터보분자펌프의 성능 특성 변화를 고찰하고자 한다. 본 연구는 지경부 산업원천기술개발사업 중 "초고진공펌프 개발" 사업의 제 3 세부과제인 "고진공펌프 종합특성평가시스템 개발(과제번호: 11201044)" 및 "스마트형 진공 배기 진단 제어 시스템 개발(과제번호: 11201038)" 과제에서 수행된 연구결과의 일부임.

  • In this paper, we designed and implemented DCS terminal remote monitoring middleware for real-time auditor and management terminal status signal with relay and fuse status at power management room. The middleware consist of four component as event analyzer, event manager, service manager and user interface. We expected economic effects extend relay life-time that pre-detected errors and prevented relay fault.

  • 오늘날의 사회는 디지털 기술기반에 의해 가속화되는 새로운 사회적, 경제적 경험의 세계로 움직이고 있다. 그 결과로서, 과거 어느 때 보다도 전력시스템, 인터넷, 통신망 등 복잡하고, 상호작용적인 네트워크의 원활한 기능에 전적으로 의존되어 가고 있고, 이러한 상황은 네트워크에 전례 없는 품질과 안정성을 부각시켰다. 또한 디지털 기기의 확산과 디지털 산업의 성장에 따른 고품질의 전력요구, 전력수급의 유형 변화, 소비자 생활양식의 변모 등에 의해 과거와는 다른 새로운 전력 시스템을 요구하고 있다. 이를 위해서는 Electricity Network와 IT Network와의 결합을 바탕으로 다단계의 지능적인 제어 능력을 보유한 전력 Super Highway가 필요하다. 본 논문은 디지털 시대를 대비한 해외의 신 전력시스템 개발 현황 및 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 네트워크 구축 방안들을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 현재 우리나라의 전력시스템 환경에서 필요한 요구조건과 가능한 네트워크 구축 방안에 대하여 살펴본다.

  • Mobile robots are effectively used in industrial fields that require flexible manufacturing systems. Mobile robots have to move with mechanical loads such as product parts along the specified paths, and are usually equipped with kinematic controllers. When the loads and nonlinear frictions are too high, satisfactory control performances can not be expected with the kinematic controllers, so some dynamic controllers have been developed. Conventional dynamic controllers require the exact weights and locations of the loads; however, the loads are frequently changed and unknown so that the control performances of the conventional controllers are limited. This paper proposes an adaptive PD control method using gradient descent learning to have sufficient dynamic control performance for unknown loads. Simulation studies have been conducted for various load conditions to verify that the adaptive PD control method have much broader convergence region than the convention method.

Speed Sensorless Vector Control of Wound Induction Motor Using a MRAS Method (MRAS 기법을 이용한 권선형 유도전동기의 속도센서리스 벡터제어)

  • The wound induction motor can provide high starting torque and reduced starting current simultaneously by inserting large resistor externally when starting. And this technique is one of the well known methods among the induction motor starting methods and generally used for heavy load starting such as crane and cement factories. The conventional PI controller has been widely used in industrial application due to the simple control algorithm and is generally used for control of current torque, position, and speed for the wound induction motor drive system. However, the conventional control system for wound induction motor may result in poor performance because sensors have to be used but are often limited by the environmental condition. Recently, to overcome these problems, many sensorless vector control methods for the wound induction motor have been studied. This paper presents a MRAS method for sensorless vector control of the wound induction motor drive. In the conventional MRAS method, in low frequency, the stator resistance variation may result in poor performance. Therefore, this paper presents a MRAS method with stator and rotor resistance tuning for sensorless vector control of the wound induction motor to overcome several shortages of the conventional MRAS caused by parameter variation and to enhance the robustness of the sensorless vector control. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through digital simulation.

  • The maximum demand controller is an electrical equipment installed at the consumer side of power system for monitoring the electrical energy consumed during every integrating period and preventing the target maximum demand (MD) being exceeded by disconnecting sheddable loads. By avoiding the peak loads and spreading the energy requirement the controller contributes to maximizing the utility factor of the generator systems. It results in not only saving the energy but also reducing the budget for constructing the natural base facilities by keeping thc number of generating plants ~ninimumT. he conventional MD controllers often bring about the large number of control actions during the every inteyating period and/or undesirable loaddisconnecting operations during the beginning stage of the integrating period. These make the users aviod the MD controllers. In this paper. fuzzy control technique is used to get around the disadvantages of the conventional MD control system. The proposed MD controller consists of the predictor module and the fuzzy MD control module. The proposed forecasting method uses the SOFM neural network model, differently from time series analysis, and thus it has inherent advantages of neural network such as parallel processing, generalization and robustness. The MD fuzzy controller determines the sensitivity of control action based on the time closed to the end of the integrating period and the urgency of the load interrupting action along the predicted demand reaching the target. The experimental results show that the proposed method has more accurate forecastinglcontrol performance than the previous methods.

  • For accurate speed and current control in industrial applications, SRM (Switched Reluctance Motor) is very important to synchronize the stator phase excitation and rotor position in the drive due to its nature. In general, position sensors such as encoder and resolver are used to generate rotational force by exciting the stator winding according to the rotor position and to control the motor by using speed and position information. However, for these sensors, 1) the cost of the sensors is quite large in terms of price, so the proportion of the motor system to the total system cost is high. 2) In terms of mechanical, position sensors such as encoders and resolvers are attached to the stator to increase the size and weight. In conclusion, in order to drive the SRM, control based on the rotor position information should be basically performed, and it is important to design the SRM driving system according to the environment in consideration of the application field. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to study the driving and control characteristics of SRM through variable switching duty control by designing a low-cost analog driving device, deviating from the general control system using the conventional encoder and resolver.

  • Nowadays, great energy consumption in advanced electrical industry has called up the great y efficiency. Electric power IT industry such as intelligent electric power system is receiving great attention and being marked up as a new growth engine. Through Intelligent electric power system, the electric power supply can be balance optimized according to demand, giving huge cost savings advantage for energy imports, infrastructure construction and operation. Nevertheless, the intelligent system promotes better reliability in power supply. Manual electric power management using man power appears to be non-practical. Real time electric power management on all facilities and equipment can be done through an intelligent electric power system, any accident break out issue can be easily recorded and recognized. In this paper, a fully integrated intelligent switchgear electric management system is developed to monitor and remote control the electrical switch based on smart phone. The proposed system is superior than the existing switchgear management system's weakness and can sharply improve effectiveness and stability with low cost. In future, the proposed system is expected to be greatly contributed to the advancement of the IT industry in electric power management.

  • In this paper a 6 degree-of-freedom robot was studied for medical purpose. In the past the robot used for industry field was utilized for medical robot but in these days the robot used for rehabilitation. welfare, and service. This system was Proposed for a stroke patient or a patient who can not use one arm. A master-slave system was constructed to exercise either paralysis or abnormal arm using normal arms movement. Study on the human body motion result was applied to calculate a movement range of humans elbow and shoulder. In addition, a force-torque sensor is applied to estimate the rehabilitation extent of the patient in the slave robot. Therefore, the stability of the rehabilitation robot could be improved. By using the rehabilitation robot, the Patient could exercise by himself without any assistance In conclusion. the proposed system and control algorithm were verified by computer simulation and system experiment.

  • Recently, technologies related to the Internet of Things have developed rapidly and research on mobile environment home network systems is actively in progress. The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) Working Group proposed the CoAP/6LoWPAN technology as a suitable protocol for internetworking IoT devices with the Internet in a limited environment and adopting it as a standard. However, the existing home network systems hardly include security protocols. IETF recommends DTLS(Datagram Transport Layer Security) on UDP as security protocol suitable for IoT environments. In this paper, smart home network system based on CoAP/6LoWPAN by using DTLS is implemented in mobile environments. The data transfer time is measured according to each procedure of the DTLS protocol and the need to improve DTLS protocol is suggested.
