The Convergence Application Example of Non-destructive Inspection System (비파괴 검사 시스템의 융합 적용 사례)

  • This development is for non-destructive machine using X-Ray source about detecting outline faults of below middle size products. The differentiation is product of research and development unspecialized small and medium-sized products using X-Ray light sources can check real time if the surface of an external fault of radiation dose reference, within the leakage. The speed control is possible by software solution. In addition, we're working on possibly block doors for worker safety and equipment at the same time that inner drive can be identified in the image. These principles, as a key enabler of the current inspection system such as the container is small to medium-sized parts - a long way from utilization level is possible. This research will give rise to major effects for other various non-destructive market industries except car-industry. The most important fact is that this developed non-destructive machine is controlled below $0.2micro-S{\mu}v$.

  • Recently, as the roles and utilization fields of UAV become more diverse, demand for high - level mission has been increasing. To solve this issue, researches on the operation of multiple small UAVs and related systems have been actively carried out. The multiple small UAVs based application system has a problem that the task complexity of control personnel increases because the control personnel must continuously control and manage several small UAVs. Hence, it is necessary to develop a software platform that can perform efficient control in order to employ a multiple small UAVs based application system successfully. In this paper, we propose an effective ground control software platform for application systems using multiple small UAVs. We first analyze the requirements for the software platform, and design and implement software based on the analysis. Simulation using the X-plane flight simulator shows that multiple flight data are effectively displayed and that the image data transmitted from many small UAVs are simultaneously displayed in real time.

  • The increase of vehicles stagnations leads to the increasing attention to the way customers pay and a large number of Projects on electronic cash system. Tranport system is comprised of a number of advanced technologies, including information processing, communications, control, and electronics. Recently many research on a system which provides contact in order to protect driver's vehicle passage have been carried out. And some potential problems from that system are being reviewed by electronic cash system. In this papers, we suggest RF protocol developing technology using the concept of electronic cash. ATM electronic cash developing is consist of component of pre-developed coin throw, integration of component using its, and production of more requirement-satisfactory ITS solution. Result increase 15-40% pre-type vehicles stagnations. Especially, we expect this proposed concept would be well adapted to our national environments.

  • Recently, the liberalization of industrial control systems has been accompanied by a major change in the structural paradigm of information systems in the public and public sectors, and potential cyber security problems in the future major infrastructure control systems that cannot respond to the level of security of existing information systems. To cope with this, a cyber security evaluation tool that can evaluate security vulnerability in three dimensions against various infrastructure control system environment is needed. However, a cyber security evaluation in the domestic environments does not have the concept of the current security status and satisfy settings of the infrastructure. Also, the most of items in that environments have had short-term inspection themselves which makes a limitation by a technical area. In order to overcome this problems, many researches are needed to apply CSET (Cyber Security Evaluation Tool) which is the US cyber security evaluation tool to the control environment of various domestic infrastructure. In this paper, first, we analyze methods to apply to the major domain through the analysis of various case studies on existing security assessement tools. Finally, we discuss future directions.

Design and Implementation of Wireless Lighting LED Controller using Modbus TCP for a Ship (Modbus TCP를 이용한 선박용 무선 LED 제어기의 설계 및 구현)

  • As a serial communications protocol, Modbus has become a practically standard communication protocol and is now a commonly available means of connecting industrial electronic devices. Therefore, all devices can be connected using the Modbus protocol with the measurement and remote control on ships, buildings, trains, airplanes and more. The existing Modbus that has been used is based on serial communication. Modbus TCP uses Ethernet communication based on TCP / IP which is the most widely used Internet protocol today; so, it is faster than serial communication and can be connected to the Internet of Things. In this paper, we designed an algorithm to control LED lighting in a wireless Wi-Fi environment using the Modbus TCP communication protocol, and designed and implemented a LED controller circuit that can check external environmental factors and control remotely through the integrated management system of a ship. Temperature, humidity, current and illuminance values, which are external environmental factors, are received by the controller through the sensors, and these values are communicated to the ship's integrated management system via the Modbus protocol. The Modbus can be connected to Master devices via TCP communication to monitor temperature, humidity, current, illuminance status and LED output values, and also users can change the RGB value remotely in order to change to the desired color. In addition, in order to confirm the implementation of the controller, we developed a simulated ship management system to monitor the temperature, humidity, current and illumination conditions, and change the LED color of the controller by changing the RGB value remotely.

  • 대규모 전력산업의 지속적인 성장을 위해서는 전력계통 시스템의 고신뢰도를 필수적으로 요구하며 따라서 계통운영 전반에 디지털과 자동화 기술 기반의 고도의 기술 필요성이 날로 증대되고 있다. 그 결과 변전소 자동화 구축을 위한 세계 표준 규격인 IEC 61850이 제정되었으며 2005년 전체적인 세부 사항이 확립되어 발표되었다. 이러한 세계적인 추세에 발맞추어 한국전력공사는 변전소 내에 설치되는 상위 장치인 변전소 운전용 컴퓨터, 하위 장치인 센서들(변류기, 변성기 등)과 제어기(차단기 등), 그리고 상위 장치와 하위 장치 사이에서 감시, 진단, 보호, 제어, 계측, 보안 방재 등을 담당하는 장치(IED Intelligent Electronic Device)들을 기존의 다심 구리 케이블 대신 고속 LAN 케이블로 연결하여 데이터 전송 및 제어명령 전송에 사용하는 통신에 IEC 61850 단일 프로토콜을 사용함으로서 변전소 건설과 운전, 유지보수의 효율성과 신뢰성을 향상시킴과 동시에 변전소 운영에 필요한 정보의 가용성을 극대화시킬 수 있는 기반을 구축하기 위한 기술을 개발 중에 있다.

  • The QR codes are printed in sticker form and have many advantages in terms of location recognition accuracy or installation cost compared to the location recognition method, which attaches artificial indicators to ceilings or walls for low-cost location recognition, and the way in which the location is recognized by vision, to create robots that are generally applicable to all industries. In this study, it is shown that the two-dimensional square bar code applied to the robot within 3 mm of error allows the robot to be made with high accuracy and accurate location control. In particular, the fusion research, combined with various engineering technologies, describes QR code-aware indoor mobile robot control research centered on the construction of the system.

  • 본 논문에서는 위치인식 센서기반 무인이송차량(AGV)의 이동 제어 문제를 다루고자 한다. AGV의 진행 경로를 지시하는 랜드마크를 부착할 때 사각지역(dead zone) 및 중첩 지역(overlap zone)이 존재할 경우 위치 추정 오차가 허용 범위를 크게 벗어나게 되며, 이로 인해 AGV가 오동작하는 현상이 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 단일 랜드마크 대신 이웃한 2개의 랜드마크 인식을 통해 위치 추정 오차를 보정하는 방안을 제안하였다. 또한, 회전 구간에서 AGV가 방향 전환 직후 지정된 경로에 허용오차 범위 이내로 진입하도록 안쪽 바퀴와 바깥쪽 바퀴의 가속도 제어 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 개발된 시스템은 화장장 시신 운구용 AGV에 적용하였다. 화장장은 기존 산업 현장에 비해 이동 공간이 협소할 뿐만 아니라 그 특성상 정밀 제어가 필요한 환경이다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방식은 모의 차량에 적용하여 그 타당성을 검증하였으며, 실제 국내 화장장에 AGV 시스템을 적용한 결과 허용오차 범위 이내에서 정상 동작함을 확인하였다.

A Study on the Sway Control of a Container Crane Based on $H^{\infty}$ Gain-Scheduling Approach ($H^{\infty}$ Gain-Scheduling 기법을 이용한 컨테이너 크레인의 흔들임 제어에 관한 연구)

  • The sway control problem of the pendulum motion of a container hanging on the trolly, which transports containers from a container ship to trucks, is considered in the paper. In the container crane control problem, suppressing the residual swing motion of the container at the end of acceleration, deceleration or the case of that the unexpected disturbance input exists is main issue. For this problem, in general, the trolley motion control strategy is introduced and applied. In this paper, we introduce and synthesize a new type of swing motion control system in which a small auxiliary mass is installed on the spreader. The actuator reacting against the auxiliary mall applies inertial control forces to the container to reduce the swing motion in the desired manner. In this paper, we apply the $H^{\infty}$ based gain-scheduling control technique to the anti-swing motion control system design problem of the controlled plant. In this control system, the controller dynamics are adjusted in real-time according to time-varying plant parameters. And the simulation result shows that the proposed control strategy is shown to be useful for the case of time-varying system and, robust to disturbances such as winds and initial sway motion.

  • In this paper, A Connection Admission Control(CAC) algorithm by Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation is proposed. The B-ISDN will be required to carry traffic generated by a various traffic sources. These source will have all traffic flow characteristics and quality of services requirements. When a connectionless message with burstiness arrives at a node during a renewal period, CAC will be dynamically determined connection request by using the predetermined connection admission bounds in estimating the number of input arriving cells. The proposed algorithm estimates the available bandwidth by observing cell streams of the aggregate traffic. A connection request is accepted if the available bandwidth is larger than declared peak rate, and otherwise rejected. The proposed CAC scheme is shown to be promising and practically feasible in obtaining efficient transmission of burst traffic with guaranteed quality of services.
