  • RS-232C는 정보기기들을 연결하는 직렬통신 표준으로, 간단한 구조로 인해, 복잡한 요구 조건이 없는 상용 기기들의 제어 및 감시용으로 사용되고 있다. 최근 무선동신기술이 발전함에 따라, 저가격의 무선통신 기술을 활용하여 무선 RS-232C에 대한 요구가 늘어나고 있다. 무선 RS-232C로 기존 유선의 RS-232C를 대체함으로서, 기존 시스템의 변경없이 편리한 접속기능을 대체한 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 유선 RS-232C를 대체하는 무선 RS-232C 모듈을 채용하여, 전력제어에 사용하는 배전자동화 장치의 관리를 간편하게 하는 시스템의 구현에 대해서 다루고 있다. 배전 자동화시스템은 일종의 SCADA시스템의 일부로서, 통신 프로토콜로서 산업용 DNP3.0을 사용하고 있다. 무선 RS-232C 링크의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여, 무선 구간에 DNP3.0을 채택하였으며, 무선 통신방식으로는 무선 RF, 블루투스(Bluetooth), 무선랜(wireless LAN)등 3가지 방식을 채용하여, 설계, 구현내용을 기술하였다.

  • The rail transport system is developing into a smart railroad that pursues intelligence beyond the automation stage of each component in recent years. Smart railways based on ICT (: Information & Communications Technology) technologies such as IoT (: Internet of Things), big data, deep learning, AI (: Artificial Intelligence), and block chain are expected to cause many developmental changes in domestic and foreign railway technologies. In this paper, we look at the domestic and international standardization trends of railway communication technology, which forms the basis of such smart railway system, and discuss the direction for train control technology(CBTC) in Korea's railway transportation system to become a leading technology(UBTC) in the world railway industry in the future.

Development of Anti-windup Techniques for Cascade Control System (다단제어용 안티 와인드업 기술 개발)

  • In this research, the anti-windup techniques for the cascade control system are newly developed. Cascade control system has an additional internal feedback control loop to reject disturbances better than the conventional control system. Remarkable difference between the conventional single-loop control system and the cascade control system is the interaction that the controller output saturation of the secondary control loop strongly affects the integral action of the primary control loop. In industry, local back calculation anti-windup method has been mainly used for each controller without considering the interaction between the two controllers. But it cannot eliminate the integral-windup of the primary controller originated from the saturation of the secondary controller output. To solve the problem, the two anti-windup techniques of the cascade conditional integration and the cascade back calculation are proposed in this research by extending the local anti-windup techniques for the single-loop control system to the cascade control system. Simulation confirmed that the proposed methods can effectively remove the integral windup of the primary controller caused by the saturation of the secondary controller output and show good control performances for various types of processes and controllers. If the reliability of the proposed methods is proved through the applications to real processes in the future, they would highly contribute to improving the control performances of the cascade control system in industry.

Automated Code Generation Framework for Industrial Automation Applications based on Timed Automata Model (타임드 오토마타 모델 기반 산업 자동화 응용 자동생성 프레임워크)

  • Due to their convergence with state-of-the-art ICT technologies, the complexity and reliability demands of industrial automation systems have been rapidly increasing. In recent years, to cope with these demands, several research works have been carried out to adopt formal methods to the application development cycle at the early design stage. In this paper, we propose an automated code generation framework for industrial automation applications, based on a timed automata model. As a case study, we developed a formal model for a traffic light control system and verified the timing properties described in the specification. We finally demonstrated that the operation of a test-bed based on the auto-generated native code was identical to that of the model specification.

  • IT산업은 항상 끊임없는 '혁신'을 통해서만 성장의 자양분을 얻는다. 기술적 또는 개념적 진보가 없다면 IT산업은 당연히 산업으로서의 존재가치가 없다. 그렇다면 2007년, 한국의 IT시장을 주도할 '10대 핵심 IT기술'들은 어떤 것들일까. 국내 통신 및 네트워크, 솔루션 업계가 가장 관심 있게 지켜보는 IT기술등 중 10개를 선별했다. 10대 IT기술에 포함된 것들 중에는 개념적으로는 10년전부터 출현해 알려져 있지만, 그동안 단순히 개념에 머물렀을 뿐 아직 상용화가 안 된 것들도 일부 포함돼 있다. 참신성보다는 실질적인 의미와 중요성에 무게들 둔 때문이다. 2007년에 주목할 만한 10대 IT기술로는 먼저 'IP 멀티미디어 서브시스템(IMS)이 꼽힌다. 유무선을 비롯한 다양한 네트워크를 자연스럽게 연결해주고 여러 서비스들의 다양한 조합이 가능해 고객맞춤형서비스를 가능하게 하는 '멀티미디어 멀티캐스트 컨트롤(MMC)도 10대 IT기술에 포함됐다. 이와 함께 100Mbps 초고속 인터넷 서비스를 가능하게 하는 ETTH (Ethernet To The Home), 차세대 보안이슈인 네트워크접근제어(NAC), 금융회사나 이동통신회사의 상품개발을 신속하게 지원하는 '프로덕트 팩토리', 하드웨어시스템의 최적화를 보장한 가상화 및 ILM, 컴퓨팅산업을 한 단계 이상 진화시킬 쿼드코어 CPU, 소프트웨어 시장의 새로운 패러다임인 SOA(서비스지향아키텍처), 본격적인 시장 확산이 기대되는 전자태그(RFID), IT거버넌스의 열기로 급부상하고 있는 ITAM(IT자산관리) 등도 올해 주목할 10대 IT기술 반열에 올랐다.

  • 본 논문은 유아기 아이들에게 올바른 위생관리 습관 확립과 화장실 내 안전사고 예방을 도와주는 "Kids Self Care Mirror" 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 주요 기능은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 적외선/온습도 센서 등을 통해 실내 LED 및 환풍기 제어와 습도로 인한 미끄러움을 경고등과 경고음을 사용하여 방지한다. 둘째, 카메라 모듈을 사용하여 사용자를 인식하고 디스플레이를 통해 아이들을 위한 양치 교육 동영상을 재생시킬뿐만 아니라 치아 상태에 따른 치약을 추천한다. 또한 액체비누 디스펜서 버튼을 누르면 손 씻기 교육 동영상이 재생된다. 셋째, 액추에이터를 사용하여 사용자의 키에 맞게 거울의 높낮이를 자동으로 조절한다. IoT 기술과 OpenCV, 치아 관리 알고리즘을 활용한 "Kids Self Care Mirror" 시스템을 통해 아이들에게 발생할 수 있는 각종 질병과 사고를 방지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The robot has been widely applied to all parts for the improvement of the life quality of human beings. It is expected that the parts industry for robots is rapidly growing to one of the majority of the future robot industry. The electronic components of robots are connected to the central processing unit and an organic part of a robot system. The central processing unit must be controlled to operate more efficiently by configuring some control systems of the robot. In this paper, we propose a new platform model that centralizes several parts of a robot through the CAN based communication system and simplifies their connection structure.

  • Currently, the petrochemical industry complex always has remained with the explosive riskiness due to explosive and inflammable gases. In order to prevent explosion, all kind of equipment or facility including controller and its panel requires explosive proof. The control panel, which is currently used as explosive proof, has been used as the air injection method by manually from outside to constantly keep the temperature and pressure between inside and outside of the panel. In this paper, we propose the design of integrated controller of explosive proof panel which can control pressure and temperature automatically.

  • In the industrial motor drive system which is composed of a motor and load connected with a flexible shaft, a torsional vibration is often generated because of the elastic elements in torque transmission. To solve this problem, the two degrees of freedom H$_{\infty}$ controller was designed. But it is difficult to realize that controller. In this paper, H$_{\infty}$ control of 2-mass system using partial state feedback and resonance ratio control is proposed. Proposed controller has simple structure but satisfies the attenuation of disturbances and vibrations.

  • Lately, superhigh speed network infra is developing with the fast speed, is evolved by step that existent appliances are digitalised and appliances are become remote control by being gear to network. Also, gearing in Home network and superhigh speed network infra, control appliances in Internet and research that do monitering is proceed. Therefore, describe about indoor environment automatic control system that use Wireless sensor and Microcontroler in this paper. Because using that electric power, Zigbee sensor and Wireless module, embodied system that measured in the room temperature and use ATmega128 Microcontroler and use each device (temperature, illumination, humidity) back in house and control humidifier, electric fan etc. Can use variously in Home network field by this Wireless sensor and Microcontroler base, and also can apply variously to several industry fields as well as Home network field.
